Food was amazing! The property is very spacious. We came with another family and the children were able to walk around and admiring the park, animals, bridge and pond that were near by. Highly recommending this place for families.

It's not always the same when the woman is there. Sometimes there are pieces of fat and gristle in the kebab. I've also experienced meat that wasn't cooked yet was cut from the skewer. It only happens when the woman is there. Otherwise, it's a very, very good kebab, by far the best in Dingolfing.

You can tell the owner is a trained chef; the food is always of excellent quality. The service is very friendly, and almost all special requests are fulfilled.

The food was tasty. The prices were more like those for a big city. The portion size wasn't amazing, but it was adequate. Considering the price, it was rather small. The salmon was charred on the underside and inedible (see photo). And the daily side dish wasn't the expected vegetables or potatoes, but rather three slices of toasted, oily baguette and a small salad. The outdoor seating is pleasant. It might be worth another try. No cards! €90 for two people is quite a bit of cash, so you'll need to plan on bringing it with you.

The Gasthaus Schachtner in Landau an der Isar, run by Georg Schachtner, is a truly traditional establishment with excellent cuisine. The dishes are freshly prepared, plentiful, and typically Bavarian – just as you would expect. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive service, which makes you feel immediately welcome. The cozy atmosphere of the inn invites you to socialize and host family celebrations alike. Quality, hospitality, and warmth are paramount here – highly recommended.

The pizza still hasn't arrived after three phone calls and over two hours of waiting, even though it was supposed to arrive within 45 minutes.

Highly recommended. The rooms are modern and tastefully furnished. The breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired. The hosts are super friendly, from the staff to the owner. We'll definitely be back.
