Food was amazing! The property is very spacious. We came with another family and the children were able to walk around and admiring the park, animals, bridge and pond that were near by. Highly recommending this place for families.

Very good quality of food and reasonable prices

This place is a hidden gem! My family and I ate here last night and absolutely loved the entire experience. Delicious traditional German food served in generous portions and a nice variety of tasty beers! Natasha was very attentive and could easily answer any of our questions in perfect English. The overall feeling amongst us was that we were eating over at a German friend’s home.

We ate there for the first time today. 4 adults + 3 children received a warm welcome and were served immediately. The starters (liver dumpling soup) + main courses (schnitzel) were excellent and, above all, freshly prepared. You can taste it and hear it (knocking the schnitzel). Come gladly again

The food we had was so delicious. My husband tried something new, Zigeunerschnitzel. OMG. It was amazing. Natasha was so friendly as well as everyone else. We will definitely tell our friends and be back.

The location alone is worth 6 stars. Between three lakes. Food and service is original Upper Palatinate. Not like McDonalds - neither the food nor the people. So really good and just nice. Definitely an insider tip!!👍

Preislich gut, Portionen ordentlich. Doch Haare im Essen und das Gleiche am Nebentisch geht leider gar nicht. Die alte Regel, dass man bei einer Wirtschaft erstmal auf die Sauberkeit der Toilette achten sollte und danach bestellen ist hier ratsam.

Einer der wenigen Biergärten mit Herz und grundsolider Hausmannskost aus der Region die ihresgleichen sucht.

A hidden gem. This quaint restaurant is located in the middle of the woods near a local swimming hole. Amazing local food, drinks, and flair. Staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had various schnitzel, generously portioned dishes, which were delicious. We saw a beautiful peacock, some deer, and a boar on the property, which made for great pictures. Close to the base and welcoming to all if you want something off the beaten path.

Solide Currywurst Pommes bekommen, war sehr gut, uns schmeckte besonders die Soße, werden wieder vorbeischauen, laut Wirt ist der Parkplatz auch als Womo-Stellplatz nutzbar

Gut Bürgerliche Küche Essen ist hervorragend und frisch gemacht moderate Preise. Freundliche zuvorkommende Wirtin und auch Hunde sind willkommen.

Local hidden delight! Fantastic local authentic German food and fries. Very nice rustic beer garden vibe next to a pond and friendly peacocks walking around the property make it a fun, swanky visit for beers and a good time.

Räumlichkeiten absolut alt und Biergarten macht eher den Eindruck zur Quantität statt Qualität. ABER Preise Top und das Essen ist hervorragend!!!!!

Fantastic atmosphere. They serve great food and drinks. Very warm and comfortable in the winter with a wam fireplace, and in the summer the lake is beautiful. A peacock and deer roam nearby. The peacock will come right up to the table if you offer it French fries. The staff is so welcoming and friendly.
