When we eat kebab, which is extremely rare, we go to Royal Mardini. You can sit outside, the staff is very friendly and we like the food very much 💪

Had lunch here on arrival. Attentive and friendly service. Our furry friend was also immediately served a bowl of water :-) You can sit very nicely under the chestnut trees. However, some work could be done on the maintenance of the farm, my personal opinion... would improve the ambience. The food, burgers and pizza tasted good and were nicely prepared. We would be happy to come back on our next visit to Waldkirch. Stylishly furnished inside, sanitary facilities very well maintained. Small update, unfortunately dogs are no longer allowed in the restaurant. So we were no longer able to stop there during our stay in the Black Forest. Very unfortunate and incomprehensible to me.

The owners are very friendly. The pizza 🍕 is well-topped and tasted very good. There's a small outdoor seating area.

Newly built building. Modern and functional furnishings. Suitable for a short stay and a snack after a hike. Prices are reasonable. The location is mountain-like. The landscape is beautiful. For this reason alone, it is a must for anyone who has not been there before and loves fresh air and a good view. A warm jacket is also a must. No matter how warm it is in the valley, it's always drafty up there. The motorhome pitches offered are definitely recommended for hiking enthusiasts. But only with auxiliary heating. Otherwise you'll freeze to death. One of the most beautiful places in the Black Forest. A must-have. Absolutely.

All around satisfied, delicious food, service also very friendly

There is great pizza and pasta here. In the future, we will no longer serve in the restaurant, but there will still be a delivery service or pick-up on site. A thank you to the owners and their team. Unfortunately it is closed due to age. You could eat very well here. I wish the owners a well-deserved retirement.

Went there for dinner today as a couple. We liked it very much. The food was very tasty, prepared with love and the portions were large. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. The plates at the next tables also looked very attractive! We'd love to come back!

Very tasty pizza. Crispy base and juicy on top with light spices. We travel around a lot and often eat at the Italian restaurant, which wasn't nearly as tasty. And the friendly and attentive service rounds the whole thing off perfectly away.

Very good food, but unfortunately long waiting times due to a lack of staff. I thought that only existed in northern Germany.

Der Inhaber hatte mal einen hohen Anspruch: Alles war mit hochwertigen Zutaten hausgemacht, es gab ungewoehnliche Eisbecher und exclusive kleine Torten. Die Tische waren gedeckt und mit frischen Blumen dekoriert. Vielleicht wussten Kunden diese hohe Qualität zu fairen Preisen nicht genug zu schätzen... Heute: Alle "Eisbecher" haben Take away Niveau in kleinen Plastikbechern, wenig Inhalt, "Fruechtebecher" mit billiger, duenner Fruchtsauce ueber Spruehsahne, - alles lieblos in den Becher gekippt. Der Preis ist trotzdem weiter gehoben. Jetzt: Selbstbedienung in einfacher Umgebung. Corona-Auflagen sind doch vorbei? Besonders vor dem Cafe... Schade.

Wir hatten jeder eine Pizza (Salami und Chef); beide waren sehr gut. Guter Teig, genau richtig knusprig. Sehr solide. Dazu ein professioneller und sehr netter Service. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und auch die anderen Teller sahen sehr gut aus. Gerne wieder.
