Die besten Restaurants in Vogtsburg im Kaiserstuhl

An excellent address in Oberbergen for culinary food and stylish overnight stays in the middle of the Kaiserstuhl, not far from Breisach in the west and Freiburg in the east. The area is rural, but characterized through and through by viticulture. Franz Keller is the cook and patron, his brother Fritz Keller was president of SC Freiburg for a long time and then also DFB president for two years. In this respect, many well-known and illustrious guests are of course visitors to the house - as numerous photos on the walls show. Due to long traffic jams, an alternative route took us through the Kaiserstuhl directly past the Black Eagle at around 2 p.m. on Easter Monday. We decided to stop at the spur of the moment and even though the kitchen was actually closed, we got some delicious delicacies accompanied by an eighth of Sauvignon and a ripe Pinot Blanc with a slight barrique note (to go with the French cheese). The wines from our own vineyard and of course all with excellent service. A little detour that was very worth it.

Super delicious food and very friendly and courteous service. Children are also welcome, there is also a children's play area. We would be happy to come back.

Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. Attentive and friendly service that is also ready for a joke. Everything was very good and absolutely suitable for the prices. I would be very happy to give my recommendation.

The food is incredibly delicious! Perfectly seasoned, with lots of herbs, making it very aromatic. The best kids' schnitzel, including an umbrella :) The service was first-class, friendly, and the atmosphere was quaint and cozy! Thank you, we look forward to the next time.

Nach einer ausgiebigen Exkursion durch den Kaiserstuhl erwartete uns das Rössle zu einer stärkenden Nachmittagsvesper. Im großen Saal kamen wir 19 Personen etwas verloren vor und konnten am gemütlichen Restaurant nicht teilhaben. Die Essenswünsche waren bereits vorher mitgeteilt worden, so daß wir alsbald loslegen konnten. Sei es das Schnitzel, Lachs oder nur ein Salat mit Putenstreifen, alles war bereits vorbereitet. Leider gab es nur industriell hergestellte Spätzle und Pommes, davon für uns alle reichlich auf großen Tellern. Die Salate, Möhren, Feld- und Krautsalat waren frisch, sparsam an Essig, Öl und Kräutern aber mit viel Wasser zubereitet. Die Instantsaucen waren gut gesalzen. Davon profitierte das Verlangen nach Bier und Kaiserstühler Baßgeige. Wir hatten einen sättigenden Abschluß im Rössle. Auf bald.
