We had a great experience at the restaurant! The online reservation went smoothly and the response time was remarkably quick. The ambience was wonderful - a cozy atmosphere with lovely background music that perfectly complemented the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, we especially loved the udon noodles and mochi. The homemade lemonade was a highlight and perfect for a refreshment in between meals. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience – we would love to come back!

I stayed at the hotel next door for a short time. I chose direct access to the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff, with good tips about the city, castle and cheaper access to the castle gardens.

It's so sad that one of the best restaurants is closing its doors forever, we always enjoyed being there, great food, super friendly staff, great prices.

Very nice restaurant, highly recommended but definitely make a reservation! We were there with friends, everything was very tasty and the boss was very nice and helpful! We felt very comfortable! I ate the sticky rice with mango for the first time, very tasty 😋 😋 Gladly again ! Kind regards 😍

Leider nicht mehr, das was es mal war. Habe meinen Geburtstag wie seit Jahren da gefeiert. Keiner der "jungen" hat gratuliert, obwohl genug Geschenke auf dem Tisch waren. Man fragte nur, ob das Papier weggeräumt werden soll! Sehr schade! Ohne den Chef fehlt die Herzlichkeit, die für mich immer ein Besuch wert waren....

What was particularly negative was the fact that no receipt is issued for cash payments and card payments are only documented with a simple receipt from the payment terminal. Even more problematic was the reaction of the staff when I asked for a receipt: instead of a polite answer, an unpleasant atmosphere was created. The receipt issued also only showed the total amount without listing the individual items in detail. Billing is done using a calculator and without a cash register system, which seems unprofessional. For a restaurant that values ​​service, this is unacceptable and should be urgently improved. ---

I love Sawasdee! 😂 I'm a regular and have probably been there 100 times to eat on site or to pick up. Never had anything bad! Everything I tried was tasty, always super fresh and freshly prepared! You have to like eating locally, I always feel like I'm in Thailand, I like that… Even special requests are no problem! We really enjoy coming here! I hope the boss doesn't retire anytime soon! I'm already having sleepless nights... 😂 The only point of criticism is no card payment. Luckily, some banks are within walking distance. EC card would be more convenient. But otherwise everything was great and I'm always happy to come back! Oh yes… there is Singha beer… 🤣
