Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf einen Besuch aus Dezember 2022. Ein tolles Lokal mitten im Schwarzwald, üppige Portionen (bei großem Hunger auch Kilosteaks sehr zu empfehlen!) und die besten Spätzle die ich jemals gegessen habe. Wir wären bei unserem nächsten Urlaub im Schwarzwald gerne wieder gekommen, leider ist das dann nicht mehr möglich. Trotzdem vielen Dank für das tolle Essen und den Service!

There are restaurants where you come as a guest and leave as a friend. Places like this are rare and there should be more of them. No matter whether you have two-legged friends of any age group or four-legged friends; Here you will be welcomed warmly and humanely. The food is freshly cooked and down-to-earth. You can still get it here: Freshly made potato salad. Tina and Frank are hospitable and fulfill the guests' wishes with charm. Today we went to the Erlenbacher Hütte with family and friends for a small family celebration. Frank conjured up an extraordinary menu for our guests and us and every single course was incredibly delicious. Cooking at a high level with a lot of taste and love. Here is the menu sequence: Parsnip soup with bacon croutons Leaf lettuce Pork cheeks with baked vegetables Panna cotta with coconut, brownies and vanilla sauce Tina and Frank gave us an unforgettable day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
