Really very tasty and authentic food, very dear, communicative owner! We really enjoyed it and would love to come back!

After a total of two stays in the Dorfschänke, our conclusion: The landlady and her staff are warm, friendly and take great care of the guests' physical well-being. The menu fulfills all your wishes, the prices are fair and many regional products make your stay in the Black Forest tangible for your palate. Dear dogs are very welcome. We would be happy to come back the next time we stay in Oberried.

The Dorfschänke in Oberried is a real jewel in the Black Forest! I would particularly like to highlight the landlady's exceptional hospitality - with her warm manner, she makes you feel welcome and well looked after from the very first moment. The menu is regionally rooted and there is a seasonal daily special on top. Everything we tried tasted great, was freshly prepared and served with love. Whether hearty classics or seasonal specialties - here we cook with quality and passion! Another plus point: Well-behaved dogs are not only allowed here, but are also welcomed with exactly the same warmth as human guests. It's nice to see that four-legged friends can of course be part of the family experience here. Conclusion: If you are looking for real hospitality, excellent food and a warm, inviting atmosphere, the Dorfschänke Oberried is the right place for you. We'll definitely be back!

We ate at the village tavern twice. Both times the food tasted wonderful, we were warmly welcomed and well looked after. There are also several dishes to choose from for vegetarians. Well-behaved dogs are not only tolerated but warmly welcome. We can recommend the Dorfschänke without reservation. Kind regards from Ruby and Appendix :)

We were already on site before opening. Cleaning was still taking place, but we were allowed in anyway, which was very nice. It is a very clean and cozy restaurant. The food was really delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and it was also affordable. The owner is very nice and hospitable. We are on holiday in the area and have already reserved a table for tomorrow. We recommend this restaurant to everyone. For the people of Dorfschränke; see you tomorrow!! We are looking forward to it. Unfortunately you cannot write multiple reviews, so I am adding this one. We ate here 2 more times. Also Easter Monday, a delicious menu was promised. It was certainly delicious! Homemade cordon bleu, and you could taste it. Tender meat, really tasty ham and cheese, in a homemade breaded jacket. Dessert was an avocado-lemon mousse. I was already looking forward to this. And rightly so; What a delicious dessert. And honestly, I ate 2, after all, we don't get something so tasty every day. There were more families with small children on Easter Monday. They are also really welcome and can feel at home. Team Dorfschänke, thanks again. Good luck and hopefully see you in September.

Very friendly reception. Found 1 table for 10 people straight away. The food and drink was very good and the price was reasonable too. Avocado lemon mousse was excellent. I'd be happy to come back.

Ate here for the second time this week. This time the homemade goulash. Wonderfully tender meat, tasty sauce in which you can taste all kinds of herbs. Just like your grandma would make it. Nice beer, espresso for dessert. You feel very much at home with these hospitable, lovely people. When can we come again?

Very cozy, beautiful restaurant with a small menu that includes Baden cuisine. The food is very tasty, no one goes home hungry. I had the rooster 🐓 in the basket and it was suppperrrr. My husband had the Schänke Pfännle and was also thrilled. The landlady is very friendly and quick. We had a very nice, cozy time here and ate very well and would love to come back.

We have been going to Petra's tavern regularly for a long time. In April we were able to host our wedding reception at her place. The decoration, the service and everything surrounding it was outstanding. Since the garden restaurant wasn't set up so early in the year, we were allowed to set up our party tent in front of the tavern. There were waitresses going around with drinks and appetizers the whole time. The guests and we as the bride and groom were well looked after and felt very comfortable. Dear Petra, thank you very much for supporting us in making our day special.

Very calm and enjoyable dinner taken on the terrace. Quality products, salads and different meats were very good. The welcome was perfect. We really had a great evening in this restaurant.

I was very excited about the Maultaschen! They were homemade and had perfect filling. The combination of taste and texture was just great. The sauce that went with it was also really tasty. The service was friendly and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

So, I ordered the Maultaschen and I swear they were so good, I briefly considered sneaking into the kitchen and stealing seconds! The filling was so delicious that I almost convinced myself that I would accept it as a meal for the rest of my life. The service was so nice that I wondered if they wanted to secretly adopt me. Conclusion: If you don't order Maultaschen here, you're missing out - but be careful, risk of addiction!

Great Baden restaurant with a great atmosphere! The food was really tasty – the Maultaschen and the Schänke-Pfännle were particularly a highlight. The service was friendly and attentive. You simply feel comfortable here. We'll definitely be back!

Family atmosphere, top value for money

On our trip through Europe, we stopped in the ‘Oberried’ area. The food and beer at Dorfschänke was great. Very German! Our waiter put the effort in to speak very good English, to excuse my poor/broken German. Very tasty and good value for money. Only a few minutes walk from the ‘Kirnermarteshof’ campsite. Would recommend.

The food tastes really good, the portions are so big that you will definitely be full (if you are very hungry)! The service and the boss are extremely friendly and warm and ensure a really pleasant, authentic and relaxed atmosphere! Clear recommendation! :)

The Dorfschänke Oberried is a real insider tip! From the moment you enter you feel warmly welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, perfect for a relaxed evening. The food is simply excellent - traditional dishes that are prepared with a lot of love and only fresh, regional ingredients. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive service that leaves nothing to be desired. You can also just stop by for a drink and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. A visit here is a pleasure for all the senses. I can highly recommend the Dorfschänke Oberried to everyone and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Bikers very welcome, extremely friendly staff, landlady very welcoming, would have liked to have stayed longer... Food was tasty and plenty, price-performance ratio was reasonable. Terrace beautifully done. We will be back.

Hello...we've been on vacation here in Oberried for a week now...Today we were in the Dorfschänke Oberried for the second time...Actually, I don't need to say much...Everything just fits there...The service and the boss are very, very nice...the service Many restaurants can learn a lesson...I had half a chicken (rooster in the basket) with fries and salad...My husband had the venison sausages with fried potatoes and salad..Both tasted just great...So if you want to eat really well, at A great price-performance ratio, which is spot on here in the Dorfschänke Oberried…

Schöne Gaststätte mit Biergarten.Kleine Speisekarte. Super leckeres Essen. Aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Fühlten uns sehr wohl. Preis Leistung passt.

Wir waren hier auf dem Heimweg von einem naheliegenden Park und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Speisekarte ist recht kompakt, das sollte man bei dem Wort "Schänke" im Namen aber schon erwarten. Unsere Gerichte waren alle super lecker und gerade die Salatteller fanden wir wirklich spitze. Das Dressing war sehr fein und der Salat ziemlich üppig!

Nettes Lokal und Biergarten. Hier werden Gerichte zu vernünftigen Preisen angeboten. Auch die Bedienung war nett und freundlich.

Liebe Hannelore Pohl... Wir kommen aus dem Saarland und kehren hier jedesmal immer wieder gerne ein. Ich verstehe nicht was man hieraus noch mehr machen kann... Eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, man kann sehr schön im Außenbereich sowie im Innenbereich sitzen. Was soll man hier noch mehr draus machen können??? Essen Bedienung und Service perfekt. Gut bürgerliche Gerichte zu sehr guten Preisen. Sowas bekommt man in hochwertigeren Speiselokalen in der Umgebung nicht.

Ja das war ja eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung nach der anstrengenden Wanderung am Abend des Ostermontag : Der Salatteller bestand aus vielen einzeln zubereiten frischen Salaten, die jeder für sich köstlich schmeckte!! Da beherrscht eine ihr Handwerk und wir dürfen uns zu angenehmen Preisen verwöhnen lassen! Danke, da will ich wieder hin🥰.

Sehr toller Besuch in der Dorfschänke. Etwas moderner als man es erwartet, Essen sehr gut, kleine Karte aber für jeden was dabei. Service hervorragend, wir haben UBS von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!

„Hahn im Korb“ klang verlockend, entpuppte sich allerdings als ein halbes Hähnchen aus der Fritteuse - das war gar nicht mal so lecker. Pommes als Beilage so lala. Bedienung sehr freundlich, Location passt auch für einen flotteren Imbiss. Das frisch gezapfte Pils wusste auch zu überzeugen.

Sehr schöne heimische Gastromie. Super Location. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Wohne leider zu weit weg.Sonst würde ich öfters kommen

Ich war mit Freunden, während eines Wochenendaufenthalts in Oberried, in der Schänke eingekehrt. Das Lokal ist gemütlich, der Service top und die Speisen waren durch die Bank weg toll. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Ich empfehle dieses Lokal auf jeden Fall weiter.

Im Kurzurlaub wieder spontan in der Dorfschänke eingekehrt. Essen und Service waren top, wir waren total begeistert und hatten richtig Spaß.

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches kleines Restaurant! Es gibt eine kleine übersichtliche Karte mit wunderbaren Gutbürgerlichen Speisen. Die Bedienungen sind super freundlich!! Preis/Leistung sind spitze! Alles so wie es sein soll :) Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen!

Durch Zufall hier eingekehrt. Trotz Personalmangel (war nur die Köchin und eine Bedienung da), sehr guten Service! Kurze Wartezeiten und sehr leckeres Essen(Flammkuchen, Burger und Spätzle). Ein Kindersitz wurde schnell ans Tisch gebracht und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Sehr gute Preise.

Wie immer sehr gut, hatten den Schänkeburger, Hahn im Korb, Elsässer Wurstsalat und Schnitzel mit Pommes. Super gut ist auch der gemischte Beilagensalat!

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Wirtin - erst wollten wir nur etwas trinken, haben uns aber dann doch zum Essen entschieden. Sehr lecker!

War schon wieder lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Auf dem Rückweg vom Tagesausflug haben wir hier noch einen Tisch bekommen. Wie sich herausstellte war das knapp. Die freundliche Bedienung hat uns zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Masken hat jeder ordentlich getragen. Das Essen hat jedem sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich hatte Kässpatzen, die fantastisch mit etwas Wein abgeschmeckt wurden. Meine Frau hatte einen Flammkuchen der allen am Tisch sehr gut geschmeckt hatte. Mein Sohn hatte Pommes, die offenbar auch recht ordentlich waren. Die Bedienung war durchweg sehr freundlich. Der Service hatte aufgrund der Menge an Besuchern minimal länger gedauert, war aber absolut in Ordnung. Die Preise waren absolut gut. Ganz normale Preise für ein normales ländliches Gasthaus. Das ist hier in der Gegend nicht unbedingt normal und deshalb eigentlich einen extra Stern wert. Die Karte habe ich als Bild angehängt. Es gibt keine fünf Seiten Speissen, dafür jede hier aufgeführte mit Liebe gemacht.

Preis Leistung hat voll gepasst das Essen war Super Lecker das Personal wahnsinnig nett und Kinderfreundlich unserer Tochter hat sofort was zum Spielen und malen bekommen. Hier passt alles wunderbar wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren hier spontan nach einem Besuch im Steinwasenpark. Ein absoluter Geheimtip!!! Wir hatten leckere Kässpätzle mit einem toll angemachten Salat, Spaghetti Bolognese, einen klassischen Flammkuchen sowie einen vegetarischen mit Gemüse. Alles war absolut lecker, die Wirtsleute sehr sympathisch und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden, wären wir hier zuhause, sicherlich häufig wiederkommen. Das einzig „negative“ war, dass die Flammkuchen nacheinander kamen, was für uns egal war. Wir haben sowieso geteilt. Für getrennte Parteien vielleicht ungünstig. Und man kann nicht mit Karte bezahlen, allerdings befindet sich ein Geldautomat wenige hundert Meter weiter. Unser begrenztes Bargeld zu Coronazeiten hat aber sogar noch für zwei Cappuccino und zwei Eis gereicht. Die Wirtin wollte uns so zufrieden sehen, dass sie sogar auf das Trinkgeld verzichtet hätte.
