My wife and I were looking forward to an evening of Italian delicacies. According to reviews, super good food. But what did we have to find out? At the entrance there is a chain and closed. It was Saturday 6 p.m., not a day off. It's sad when, in the age of the Internet, an innkeeper is unable to communicate whether he is on vacation or whether the restaurant no longer exists, but continues to maintain the usual opening hours. There are “guest-innkeepers” and “innkeepers”.

Osteria la Vigna presents itself as a cozy Italian restaurant with a focus on traditional cuisine. However, our visit left a mixed impression. We ordered, among other dishes, a pinsa and burrata with tomatoes. The pinsa was unfortunately disappointing: the excessive amount of cheese left the base soggy, which greatly diminished the texture and enjoyment. A more balanced distribution of ingredients could have improved the dish. The burrata was flavorful, but the accompanying tomatoes lacked a certain refinement. A brief sauté of the tomatoes would have given the dish more depth and character. On a positive note, the portions were generous, and we left the restaurant feeling full. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. Overall, the osteria has potential, but it needs to refine the preparation of some dishes to fully meet the expectations of authentic Italian cuisine. With minor adjustments, the visit could be a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We ordered here through a large delivery service. The food was delivered quickly and was delicious. We would have preferred slightly larger portions, but we would still order from here again.
