The restaurant is rustically furnished. I'm conservative, I liked it. But I can imagine that some people might not be so enthusiastic. The food is rich and very tasty, the salad is very attractively prepared. The service is friendly, attentive and accommodating.

Very good excursion restaurant in which we have been very satisfied guests many times. Before I wrote this review, I looked at all the other reviews: I could understand very few of the negative ones. The Waldsee restaurant is one of the best restaurants around Haslach.

Having your fingers and mouth looked at all the time while eating makes you lose your appetite. Food was put on the table cold. Lamb was rather an old, tough sheep and the small piece could have been saved entirely. When you have a plate with lamb on it, you always look forward to the best piece of meat. I've never eaten such a bad piece of meat in my life. Unfortunately, I have to say, let it go.

We were here recently. We really enjoyed the salad. We'll definitely come back.

I can't say anything about the food, but the service is awful... Called 15 times and wasn't answered once even though it was open! Rarely experienced something like this 👏 And then state “pre-order” as well as if the store is too good to go... 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Purchased take-away food: farmer's salad, yufka, ham pizza with sauce and kebab box; It really depends on who prepares the food so that the quality is right. Large staff turnover. The meat is usually cold by the time we get home. 😏The local atmosphere does not invite you to eat in the restaurant. Prices have risen - as everywhere else - and quality has declined. There is still room for improvement here.

Very nice food in a great restaurant. Friendly staff who spoke English and even provided English menus. I agree with some of the other reviews that the gnocchi was too salty.
