The restaurant is rustically furnished. I'm conservative, I liked it. But I can imagine that some people might not be so enthusiastic. The food is rich and very tasty, the salad is very attractively prepared. The service is friendly, attentive and accommodating.

Metzgergasse 3We were a group of 10 and we all got the food at the same time. 8 of this group were at Aiple for the first time and said they definitely wanted to come back. The landlady spoke English to us as some of them didn't speak German. No matter what questions there were, including about allergies, she was able to answer them. We are always happy to recommend the Aiple and would love to come back ourselves!
