A lot of unfriendly men. No smiles, no pleasant atmosphere. I asked three times if the doner box included vegetables – the answer was always yes. In the end, there were no vegetables. The doner meat and salad were average, nothing special. For the price – a disaster. A shame.

Wo bekommt man in unseren Breitengraden schon gegrillten Fisch? … Der Ozean Grill hat hier eine absolute Alleinstellung. Seine Lage im Grünen ist ruhig und gemütlich aber auch unscheinbar und ohne großes Schischi. Der gegrillte Fisch als auch die Vorspeise haben großartig geschmeckt und uns absolut überzeugt! Der freundliche Service rundet den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Ich kann nur sagen, immer wieder gerne! Timo

Highly recommended, with a very large selection of dishes at affordable prices. The service was good; of course, there are restaurants where the staff is even more attentive, but nothing to complain about. Since we sat outside in beautiful weather, I can't comment on the atmosphere. Only the rather small notice (which we overlooked) that only cash payments were accepted briefly dampened the mood shortly before the end. A verbal notice upon entry might have been appropriate.

We arrived in Göppingen late from Italy due to heavy traffic and we didn't hope to find a place with the kitchen still open considering that in these parts the kitchens close around 9:00 pm. With great surprise and luck, we came across this welcoming place, run by an exquisite, friendly and very helpful owner. We ate really well: dishes prepared with care and attention, tasty hamburgers, with excellent quality beef accompanied by delicious French fries The owner suggested that we sit outside on the terrace rather than at the tables available inside the place, even though everything was already clean and the lights were off, he opened the outside area just for us! Fantastic!!! A gesture that we really appreciated The only small note for which I don't give the fifth star: no beer. There are no alcoholic beverages on the menu. In Germany, the land of beer par excellence, a good hamburger or hot dog without an ice-cold lager leaves a bitter taste... in the mouth. Full menu with a wide selection and fair prices. Quick service We will be back!

Tasty and, as far as I can tell, authentic galette in many kinds and variations. Might be a bit stupid to say, but having French waiter adds to the authentic feeling. Lovely choice of French drinks as well.

Risotto with fresh porcini mushrooms was exactly what you'd expect from seasonal cuisine. The mushrooms were perfectly roasted, fragrant and full of flavor, not at all mushy. You can taste that they are fresh and treated with respect. The risotto was creamy, cooked to perfection, and beautifully balanced. For me, one of the best dishes of this fall. If you love porcini mushrooms, you shouldn't miss this.

Unfortunately, the Thai curry and the fried noodles with chicken aren't recommended. Both dishes taste bland. You could do better at a takeaway. Charging €11 each for these is pretty expensive in my opinion. ☹️ The lady at the cash register, however, is extremely friendly.
