Very, very tasty! It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious pizza - just wow! Finally someone who can do it properly again. Very happy again! When it comes to food, 5/5, but unfortunately only cash payment is possible - unfortunately that's no longer appropriate these days. The price is a little higher, so you can't buy that often, but well deserved for the taste.

I don't usually write reviews – but in this case, it's a real concern. I've eaten at Pizza500togo in Waldshut several times, or ordered takeout pizza, and I can say with conviction: It's the best pizza (and the best desserts) I've had in a long time. The shop itself seems rather unassuming at first glance – not a large pizzeria with lots of seating, not an elaborately staged restaurant. But that's precisely where a certain charm lies. Because what matters here is what ends up on the plate: honest, authentic, fresh, and simply outstanding in taste. The quality of the ingredients and the love for the craft are evident in every bite. The pizzas are perfectly balanced, the dough has just the right consistency – crispy on the outside, moist on the inside – and the toppings not only taste high-quality but also truly fresh. The work here is clearly done with care and passion. What I personally like most – even though it has been mentioned critically in some other reviews – is the relaxed and casual atmosphere. The team that runs the shop is young, friendly, and helpful. There's a very pleasant, human atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. You can speak to each other in a relaxed yet respectful manner, and individual requests are always dealt with in a friendly manner. Even if you have to go to the bank after ordering, it's handled very quickly and understandingly. I'm happy to wait an extra ten minutes for that. Pizza500togo is my go-to pizzeria in Waldshut, even though there are competitors nearby. It's not a large restaurant, but a place where you can tell the heart and soul of the work is done – and you can taste it. I wish the team a long and successful future and hope that this small but fine shop gets the attention it deserves. Thank you very much, and please keep it up!

I don't normally do recessions. However, they definitely deserve it - very friendly and a clean concept, as you would imagine. The kitchen knows its craft perfectly and conjures up a culinary delight with high-quality and coordinated ingredients. You can not only taste the attention to detail but you can also see it in the exterior and interior design. I really appreciate and celebrate preserving originality. I came from Switzerland for a weekend retreat and made a huge mistake choosing this place for dinner! Absolutely disgusting. First of all, you have to wait for around 40 mins for the food to arrive, and they only inform you of this after you’ve already waited 20 minutes, not when you place your order. When we complained about the delay, they literally threw us out (along with our backpacks and luggage) even though we hadn’t finished our food. Then they told us, to our faces, that it’s their place and they can throw us out anytime. (Why open a restaurant and accept dine-in orders if that’s how you treat customers?). I am a woman I think no man can touch my stuff and when I said I call the police they said it's our home in Germany you can do whatever you want in your home (they were 2 man and 1 woman). Once we were thrown out, they asked why we didn’t show them respect. (Do you even deserve any respect? I paid for the food; just do your job!) It’s shameful to see such an attitude (God knows where it comes from). Of course, I’ll never visit again! By the way, the pizza was way too salty. I wouldn’t recommend Pizza Napoli to anyone.

Also, touching my paid food and belongings without permission is not within your rights; please check the CCTV footage of your shop to confirm this. You can try to delete your CCTV footage now, this will just confirm that you are hiding the truth. I kindly ask you to remove all fake 5-star reviews posted immediately after my 1-star review, particularly praising Pizza Napoli; it can't be a coincidence. In any case, you are welcome to contact your lawyer; all evidence will go against you, I promise you :) You gave us our order very late without letting us know when we were placing our order, and I wrote precisely this in my review. Did the lady at the cashier inform us of this? No! I was informed only when, after 25 minutes, I had to ask for the food. If you had informed us of this in the beginning, we would have gone to another restaurant so that we didn't miss the return train/bus. It is important to know that we came from very far away. Therefore, 40-45 minutes delay makes a difference as we had to travel back; we are not locals, and we missed the shortest connecting return train/bus. About the drinks, if you had let us know in the beginning, we would have kept them in our bags. However, racist comments about going to an "Indian Restaurant" and touching our backpacks and our food without our consent are not within your rights. Therefore, the reviews posted are completely accurate and can't be removed. Everything was truly exquisite. I come here every Saturday and I always find new and increasingly good things, from pasta to fresh pizza slices in the window. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Everything here makes you feel like you are in your native land. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Your palate will feel satisfied.

The ambience was actually the best thing about the restaurant. I ordered a picante pizza to take away and it took almost half an hour. There was a lot of talking in the kitchen and only one pizza seemed to be cooking in the oven at a time. The pizza itself wasn't bad, but the taste was closer to cardboard than to a savory pizza. Very disappointing and quite expensive at €12.50. I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

Tutto molto buono......bravi!!!

Hatte für einen Kindergeburtstag mit Erwachsene zusammen 4 großes Pizzas (40x60) bestellt und 15 Arancini. Der Chef persönlich hat alles vorbereitet und gleich passend zugeschnitten, so dass ich nur noch alles servieren konnte. Alle Pizzas und die Arancinis waren innert 45 min komplett weggegessen (13 Erwachsene & 8 Kinder) !!!! Hatte schon viel Pizza al taglio gegessen…..aber so was feines noch nie !!!! Great pizza and pasta. The pizza is a bit thin for my liking, but that's my own personal preference. The flavors were fantastic and I haven't seen a pizzeria offer Italian sausage as a topping in years...so, so good. I regret not getting a cannolo for dessert, they also looked absolutely delicious.

Ich bin dort zum ersten mal gewesen. Das Restaurant macht einen angenehmen Eindruck von aussen. Es ist sehr sauber gewesen. Die bestellte Pizzen waren mehr als Top. Heiss bis zum Schluss. Das einzige Manko ist es hat kein WC. Das geht nicht!! Sonst gerne einmal wieder.

Wir haben Pizzen abgeholt und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Kinder durften sogar zuschauen, wie die Pizza gemacht wird und der Teig durch die Luft fliegt, was grosse Begeisterung auslöste 😊. Die Pizzen waren geschmacklich super und die Zutaten alle frisch und von guter Qualität. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke.

Das ist die beste Pizza in Waldshut. Feiner Teig mit guter Teigführung, aus dem Holzofen, qualitativ hochwertiger Belag. Die Lieferzeit ist der Nachfrage gegenüber super. Bisher waren die Pizzen immer heiß. Wer selbst Pizza bäckt, kann hier getrost mal die Arbeit sparen. ;)

Ich habe die Tortellini mit Sahne-Schinken-Pilz-Soße gehabt und die Soße war leider ziemlich salzig. Finde ich etwas bedenklich, weil es in der Aluminium-Schale geliefert wurde (was einem gesunden Menschen allerdings nicht wirklich was macht) aber ich kann darüber hinwegsehen, weil das mal passiert, das das Essen versalzen ist. Der Rest stimmt sonst! Leckere Zutaten, keine quietschigen Pilze sondern frische Champignons und ansonsten eine super Qualität! Gerne beim nächsten Mal mit dem Salz sparen und ich geb nochmal 5 Sterne! Die Pizza ist sonst auch immer Top und wir bekommen unser Essen immer super schnell :)

Hochwertiger Belag auf Pizza (Salami und Oliven schmecken klasse und nicht 0815) Keine Toilette/WC wegen spezieller Genehmigung.

Die beste Pizza, die ich seit Jahren gegessen habe. Knusprig und leicht. Sehr frische Zutaten. Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit immer präsent.
