A renovated inn in the style of the 1960s, original furniture, clean, loving! Friendly staff, excellent Swabian cuisine, we liked the ambience. We ate Maultaschen with potato salad, used sausages with cabbage, smoked pork on cabbage. Everything was very tasty and inexpensive. You inevitably think of "The little pub on our street, where life is still worth living"
As befits a sports restaurant: hearty and very tasty food, also a good selection of drinks and innkeepers and staff who serve their guests in a friendly and quick manner.
And: everything at reasonable prices.
We really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant at the Hotel Arador. The reception and service was nice. The Christmas menu tasted great throughout. We can therefore recommend our visit overall.
The food came 20 minutes earlier than stated, but side dishes such as rice and drinks are not available. It would be great if this was noted on the website or on Menu24. The delivery person, who was really very nice, was given a wallet without change.
Conclusion, good food, nice staff, bad management!!
Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed with our visit to Soul Ceno.
Unfortunately, the pinsa was a bit very dry and not like what I'm used to from other places.
When it came to drinks, the first drink (which was on the menu, mind you) was no longer available. The second cocktail could not be made as there were only two cups of cream and they were said to have expired.
It's better to keep your drinks menu small and always have everything there.
But the restaurant itself is beautifully done.
Matchball is a little hidden near the Ewald colliery. This is the clubhouse of the local tennis club. The match ball is not only open to club members but to all guests. Moderate drink prices and draft beer await you. The menu is small and fine, the burger menu in particular is highly recommended. Attached is the “Roger Federer Burger”
I love all you can eat and also hotel buffets. When we arrived at the hotel everything looked really classy and we were sent to the second floor. We were welcomed very, very nicely and we immediately felt at home. It was a comfortably furnished room with comfortable chairs and a circular buffet. There was a lot to choose from on everything. Different rolls in different sizes, different spreads, fruit, muesli, yoghurt, many types of jam and definitely 4 different types of salami. Since the scrambled eggs weren't firm enough for me, I simply took a small omelette and there were also various juices so nothing was left to be desired. If you put a juice carafe back, it was immediately refilled electrically. There was also sparkling wine and a machine with coffee specialties. The pastries were disappointing. The cake looked store-bought and the homemade cookies were so hard that I was worried about my teeth. It really wasn't edible. Unfortunately, I didn't really read the fine print on Groupon because we only got there at 10 a.m. and it was over at 12 p.m. So I wouldn't have paid the normal price of 46 euros for it, but the 30 euros from Groupon were okay, just for all the drinks.
