The food is wonderful, really delicious 😋 the restaurant is an original Black Forest restaurant, it feels like nothing has changed in 100 years 😁 but what matters is the owner who gives his all, is very friendly and what comes out of the kitchen is really good 👍🏻
A very nice summer pub. Open only four weekends in July. Quaint, cozy, and a great look. The live music was fantastic; the accordion player even walked through the pub and even sat down at the tables, singing and playing along with the guests. Great. Parking is limited along the street, so if you arrive by bus or bike, please read the sign when using the restroom, or you'll be in for a surprise.
A charming little "restaurant"
serving fantastic home-style cooking, right in the middle of a horse farm.
A lovely, well-coordinated team.
From cordon bleu to... well, you get everything from A to Z...
A return visit is guaranteed.
5 stars... and they're genuine!
A cool village pub with good, and above all, appropriate schnitzel cuisine...the ambiance is nicely old-school, as befits such a place...the menu is well-rounded...of course, it also includes the obligatory currywurst and delicious fries...all the dishes are tasty, the portions are ample, and the prices are reasonable...the atmosphere is good, like a pub...and thankfully, there's also a bowling alley...the beer selection includes Bitburger Pils and Gaffel Kölsch fresh from the tap...the landlord is in good spirits, friendly, and handled a small faux pas (slightly burnt onions and bacon...tip: use larger bacon cubes...they're much easier to fry) very professionally, ensuring a satisfied customer...Hats off to him, and keep it up...that's why it gets full marks, and because it's so important for a small town to still have such a culinary meeting place.
Super friendly staff who are fun to chat with. The food is also delicious and fairly priced, considering you can enjoy something warm there 24/7. Simply fantastic!
The restrooms are also very clean.
Always worth a visit!
