The shop recently opened and is by far my favorite. The steak option is incredibly delicious, and so is the homemade bread. I highly recommend it.

I was just there with 2 colleagues and without much talking, the best kebab in Lübeck. The service is top! We got 3 tetraparks on the house, and in the end we were €1 short and still got it. Conclusion: go there.

The new number one for us, just like it used to be. A real doner kebab. Homemade bread, onions, tomatoes, parsley, hot sauce, and garlic sauce = perfect. PS: The fries are also thick and stay crispy longer.🍟

Wonderful experience! The döner meat and the bread were very fresh. The bread is baked on the spot and the döner was light and tasty. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The place is very clean. Tea is served free of charge. Highly recommended!

I have to say a kebab shop in a class of its own. The taste is truly a dream with wonderful home-made bread. Three different skewers offering a choice, veal, chicken and steak. What I also think is brilliant are variants like chilli cheese kebab. Today, for example, I got lime juice in my kebab for the first time. That was really a great taste. I would love to come back here because the service was also extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you for this wonderful service.

There's a new kebab in town that needs to be tested. Here the gentlemen on the spit have pride in their products, and it shows. There is homemade bread, and more importantly, a homemade skewer without mince. I was able to try a few strips of it yesterday, it was great. I was even shown a video of the manufacturing process. I went there again today and had to eat a kebab with this skewer. Leave out the sauces, use the herb mixture with parsley, tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon (tip from the gentleman behind the counter yesterday). Absolutely fantastic product. Has the potential to be the best quality kebab in Lübeck. A stunner in terms of taste. And the price is comparable to the competition. You even pay more for yaprak a street away. Finally, the little negative. Visually, the store isn't flashy and doesn't reflect the quality you get inside. It seems a bit clinical. Clean and effective, but more uncomfortable than possible. You definitely have a new regular customer. Gladly again.

A great kebab shop that I can only recommend! The homemade meat is incredibly juicy and full of flavor, accompanied by fresh, crunchy vegetables and a perfect, homemade sauce. I was particularly impressed by the bread, which is also baked here - crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside. The employees are super friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere. You can tell that emphasis is placed on quality and craftsmanship here. The portions are generous and the prices are absolutely fair. If you are looking for a really special kebab, you should definitely stop by here!

Tastiest kebab meat I've ever had. Soft and for kebab a pure 9.5/10 just slightly less salted than perfect. There is also Yaprak kebab in Lübeck but I think this is much more tender in comparison and tastes a little better but unfortunately more expensive and not really filled with meat. The bread is homemade, soft, not very big but tasty. When you take it home it becomes a little matchy and can't compete with flatbread triangle thing in terms of robustness. The Dürüm is better but for €9.50 it's €2.5 more than some others. Suggestion: Doner kebab 7.5€ Dürüm 8.50€ and only offer steak skewers/chicken then it's simpler and you stand for quality and customers will queue up.

Really good kebab. They even have a special steak option. It tastes very good. The kebab man explained everything and then added extra herbs and lemon juice. It was very tasty, salad fresh and incredibly crispy. The bread was also baked right in front of me. This is how I want a kebab

We ate there, the kebab meat is very fatty, the zasiki tasted a lot like mayonnaise, the pizza was so-so, everything was just too greasy. The staff was rather unfriendly. Ambience was ok. We cannot give a recommendation.

I'm from Hamburg and will definitely visit this kebab shop every time I'm in Lübeck. I haven't eaten such a delicious kebab in bread for a long time, as well as very reasonably priced drinks, even up to a liter. Highly recommended! (Review from 2020) Update 2024: I have been living in Lübeck since the end of 2022 and have been a regular at Golden Döner since then, on average 1-2 times a week here. Still the best kebab I've ever eaten!

Ein solider Standarddöner, nicht falsch verstehen, wirklich lecker, aber Standard. Die Einrichtung und die Bedienung sind dabei beides ausbaufähig, wenn auch ausreichend.
