In addition to pizza, there is also pasta and salads and these are also really good. In addition, Germano, the owner, is a great and likeable character and rounds off this harmonious overall package with his manner and his hospitality, you feel warmly welcome at all times. It is also possible to get the pizzas as take-away after ordering in advance or to pick them up as a tray measuring approx. 60x40 cm so that you can bake them at home. So far, all friends and acquaintances to whom we have recommended Fermenti have been more than enthusiastic. Our favorite when it comes to pizza in Lübeck and there will certainly be many more visits to come.

Best pizzeria in Lübeck. Thanks to the traditional sourdough and the spelled flour used in all pizza variations, every possible selection tastes good. The restaurant is small and nice - take away a pizza and sit across from it with water is just as good an idea. Fast and friendly service with excellent quality.

It was such a coincidence that we found this beautiful, lovingly decorated restaurant. And I'm really lucky to have gotten a place. It's so wonderfully small and cozy. People literally lined up and were happy to come back later. The pizzas were really really uniquely delicious and were also a feast for the eyes. We were served in a very friendly and helpful manner. There was a small celebration at the neighboring table and we learned that everything here tasted very, very good. 100% recommended.

Questa pizzeria potrebbe stare nel centro di Milano. Mi sono fermato una sera ed ho mangiato una ottima pizza. Giusto per chiarezza non si tratta di pizza “Napoletana”; è una pizza al trancio un po’ Pugliese un po’ Romana ed è buonissima. La cucinano in 2 formati diversi (sottile ed alta). Le cameriere sono state gentilissime. Il locale è piccolo e quindi ci sono pochi tavoli ma se avete occasione di passare da Lubecca e volete mangiare una pizza ve lo consiglio caldamente

The Fermenti is a very small but fine Italian restaurant that is designed with attention to detail. The food was incredibly tasty, a good portion for the price. The service was also very attentive and took our every wish into account.

Fermenti in Lübeck is a real insider tip. Although the restaurant is small, it impresses with fresh and delicious food that makes every meal a pleasure. Due to limited seating, it is recommended to reserve in advance to ensure you get a table. Definitely worth a visit!

Delicious pizza, but I liked the fermenti version much better. In the others, the dough is too much for my taste, which is why the ratio of dough to topping is not right. But now that I know that, next time I'll go for the thin version. Service and ambience great.

We discovered this little place by chance, walking through the streets of Lübeck in the evening. We were welcomed by the Italian owners with great kindness and we ate a delicious pizza, which is very reminiscent of the pizzas by the slice from takeaways in Southern Italy. Really good. The Italian artisan cola is also a real treat. When we return to Lübeck we will definitely stop by Fermenti again!

Very nice little restaurant with great pizza. The dough is really good and the choice of toppings is great. The tiramisu is one of the best we've ever had. We found Frederico, who provided service on both of our visits, particularly nice.

This is a cute little pizza bistro with very friendly service and an exciting food selection. You should try the spelled sourdough pizza. We found it very tasty, especially with a pinch of more salt (that's already on the table). Whether you prefer this or classic pizza is really a matter of taste. Pizza (we had the Fermenti variety) was very tasty. The dough was great. We like that it is made with sourdough. Even afterwards, we really enjoyed the pizza. So for starters we had focaccia with pesto and garlic oil. Also super tasty. It was pretty low in salt, but there is pepper and salt on every table. The service was extremely friendly and nice. Very attentive. Excellent ! There's just one thing about the ambience: the ceiling lighting is very bright in the evenings...small lights on the table would be much more comfortable. And making a reservation in the evening is a good idea, as there are only a few tables and it was busy on our evening.

We came without a reservation. After a quick check, we were assigned a table - limited to 1.5 hours. That was completely okay for us. The pizza and foccacia were very tasty. The Italian Cola an interesting experience. Unfortunately, a larger social group contributed to very high noise levels. Nevertheless - highly recommended.

Also von mir leider nur 4 Sterne WEIL ich seit ca 3 Jahren immer nur das gleiche Gericht bestelle, nämlich die Parmesan Trüffel Pasta. Und seit der Pandemie bzw Preiserhöhungen fing sie an weniger nach Trüffel zu schmecken:( Aktuell schmeckt sie kaum noch nach Trüffel. Der Originalgeschmack ist einfach nicht mehr da, sodass ich nun seltener zum Essen komme und mir dann eher die Mühe mache das Gericht selber zu kochen. Und die Portionen werden kleiner... Ich würde mich freuen, wenn die Parmesan Trüffel Pasta wieder nach Trüffel schmeckt:) Ansonsten ist alled top! Service ist top! Und jeder der Gäste liebt die Gerichte die sie servieren. Definitiv ein und mehrere Besuche wert!

Sehr zu empfehlen Der Pizzateig wird mit Dinkelmehl zubereitet. Die Zutaten sind frisch und alles was die Küche verließ (während meines Aufenthalt) sah sehr appetitlich aus. Der Gastraum ist klein und bietet Platz für max. 30 Gäste Es wäre sicher gut zu reservieren. Buon appetito

Wirklich ein grandioser Geheimtipp und nicht mit anderen Pizzen zu vergleichen. Das beste Vitello Tonnato,was wir bisher gegessen haben . Das einzige was so gar ins Ambiente und zum exklusiven Angebot passt ,ist die höchst renovierungsbedürftige Toilette.

Sehr empfehlenswerte traditionell hergestellte Pizza

Kleiner aber feiner Pizza Laden. Die Pizza ist echt top und nicht wie die übliche Pizza von neben an. Der Teig wird mit viel Liebe gemacht und das schmeckt man auch. Die Atomosphere ist auch sehr gemütlich und man kann dort schön Pizza essen und den Abend entspannt ausklingen lassen. Preise sind auch super fair.

Ich habe im Rahmen eines Yogaretreats ein Abendessen im Fermenti bestellt. Die Onlinebestellung war super unkompliziert, die Lieferung pünktlich und der Mitarbeiter mega freundlich. Von den Antipasti bis hin zum Tiramisu war alles mehr als köstlich. Die Dinkelpizza gab es sogar in einer veganen Variante und war sehr sehr gut und als Goody gab es zusätzlich eine Flasche Weißwein. Ich kann das Fermenti von herzen weiter empfeheln.

Wenig Plätze vor Ort, also besser reservieren. Die Pizzen sind fantastisch, auch zum abholen. Die Vorspeisenplatte und das Tiramisu sind auch eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder!

Dinkelteig-Pizza der besonderen Art. Verschiedene Pizzaböden aber alle reichlich und gut belegt, nicht so trocken wie manch andere Pizza, saftig mit Knoblauchöl und man ist richtig satt hinterher. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Gästeraum mit vielleicht 26 Sitzplätzen, reservieren sollte man oder man hat einfach Glück da der Laden sehr beliebt ist. Wir waren begeistert vom Essen und können es absolut empfehlen 👍🏻

Ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen was in anderen Lokalen nicht möglich war und hier ist nicht viel Platz, danke dafür. Sehr lecker gegessen, Getränke könnten für meinen Geschmack vielfältiger sein, eine „normale“ Cola hätte ich schöner gefunden aber soll halt authentisch sein. Die Bedienung durchweg sehr freundlich und offenherzig. Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen, uns umschwirrten zahlreiche fruchtfliegen was nicht sooo lecker ist, da sollte man sich vielleicht mal was einfallen lassen, in der eigenen Wohnung klappt das ja auch. Ansonsten wirklich zu empfehlen.

Ein super schönes kleines Italienisches Lokal. Mega charmante Bedienung, klassisch italienische Getränke und mega leckeres Essen. Man sollte vorher reservieren da es nicht so viele Plätze gibt aber ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Qualitativ die beste Pizza die ich in Deutschland gegessen habe. Lang fermentierter Dinkelsauerteig hochwertig belegt, sowas gibt es auch nur ganz selten in Italien. Der Pizzaiolo versteht sein Handwerk. Auch der offene Wein hat eine gehobene Qualität. Die Bedienung war klasse und vermittelte ein Willkommen sein. Für das, was man geboten bekommt, preislich völlig akzeptabel.

Small restaurant with only four tables for 4-6 persons. Lovely service from the owner. The pizza dough is amazing, prepared for hours/days and since 2010 (I hope I remember right) used. You need to look for this cute restaurant AND to be fast to get a place.

the best Italian Soul-food you can get. a small, hidden place, family owned with stunning Italian pasta, pizza and antipasti in a lovely atmosphere.

The restaurant is small and easiliy overlooked. We found it on a town map, on which it had a small ad, while we were looking for a place that was open on Monday evening. The check on Tripadvisor yielded the extraordinary result of eigth out of eight with a final judgment of "excellent". The restauant offers pizzas and one or two pasta dishes. However, the pizzas here are not based on the usual circular flat piece of dough. Yeast has obviously been allowed to do its beneficial work on the dough for a considerable time. Hence probably the restaurant's name. Our pizza (named Martha) was served in four square parts, which had a nice lush bottom. They were delicious. The list of pizzas in the menu contains no more than about ten items, which is inevitable for a small place if one wishes to emphasize on fresh ingredients. The restaurant has a limited choice of wines, which go by the glass and by the bottle. Ours was very nice. The choice of desserts is very limited. However, we had a refined combination of strawberry, pistache and cream. Service is accurate and informal in a pleasant way. Prices are quite reasonable. All in all: great value

Little and cozy place where to eat an innovative pizza in shape and toppings. Delicious focaccia rise for 72 hours as the pizza. Beautiful presentation of the dishes made with care by the pizza Baker, you can definitely eat his passion on his dishes. The Baladin drinks are very good. Deliciou the red cola without preservatives and colorants. The owners, young couple, is friendly and they really take care of their customers The window shop catchs immediately your attention walking on the Beckergrube street and the music which comes with your meal is pleasant. Went there with a bunch of friends and immediately fell in love with the place. Small and cosy, serving special kinds of pizza, desserts and drinks. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, they definitely know how to recreate the italian atmosphere! We loved it and will return to enjoy dinner there soon!
