I just bought a case of Lindenbräu. Then I was absolutely hungry to drink it from the tap again. No sooner said than done, we have just reserved a table for this evening. We are very happy that the food is always really good and the service is also excellent. Simply to feel good, especially in the small garden outside in summer. Addendum, although it's actually not necessary: ​​the food was excellent again, new pictures have been uploaded. Service is simply perfect and very warm, but please don't tell anyone else, otherwise you won't get a seat at all, so reservations are advisable. 😎 And the Lindenbräu 😋😋😋

The meals are plentiful and very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They cater to every wish. Everything on the menu can also be taken with you. You should always reserve a table. There is also a nice beer garden. Unfortunately you always have to look for a parking space.

The Greek restaurant “Zur Stadtlohn” is our favorite Greek restaurant here in Nuremberg. 🙂 The staff is always very nice. The food is very tasty. Overall a rustic Greek and that's exactly what we love. Honest, simple but good quality and authentic. 😃 The highlight is the extremely tasty Lindenbräu beer, which goes perfectly with the meat-based dishes. Keep it up. 👍

To be honest, it's difficult for me to evaluate. The staff was super nice, friendly and honest. The portions, whether starter or main course, were unfortunately far too large. If we had eaten the starter trio (for one person) with just two of us, we would have been full. The main courses were also dauntingly huge. We were able to eat maybe half. Unfortunately, that is also the main problem with this restaurant. The portion size is really daunting. Yes, it's well-intentioned and clear, everything will be more expensive. I can only strongly advise making the portions smaller, then you might also sell appetizers or desserts. The atmosphere doesn't really suit a restaurant. We would still like to come back.

First I would like to say that we felt very comfortable. We didn't have that much time - so our drinks and food, including starters, were served quickly upon request, thank you for that. The portions are large and the prices are completely reasonable. The rice and vegetables were a bit lacking in seasoning, so we deducted a star. The staff was super friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Were there for lunch. Prices are higher than stated online. Normal portion and delicious salad. Food not particularly seasoned. The garden has a nice atmosphere, but inside there is more charm from years gone by. Nice service.

We came here for my birthday, and I left this place happily in the end! We sat on the terrace, and it was lovely. The food was delicious, and my personal favorite was the lamb leg with eggplants! (on the right on the picture) Highly recommended! The service was excellent, I will definitely come back again. Unfortunately, only cash payments are possible.

Portions are definitely big enough to fill you up. Service super accommodating. Unfortunately, the gyros there are always a bit too salty for me. But the atmosphere is definitely cozy.

As always, the food was delicious, but unfortunately there is a slight deduction in the B grade because there is almost never any parking and the prices are quite high. On average you pay around €22 for a main course and a drink With fish, starter and/or dessert you would then pay around €30-35 and that is clearly too expensive given the atmosphere!

I always enjoy being there. Good food in large portions that is served quickly. The staff and of course Kosta are always motivated and courteous. The beer garden is unbeatable anyway. Always worth a visit.

Nice service, we got the order very quickly, very good food and really large portions. I ordered a baked gyros in Metaxa with cheese, and I also got fries, bread and lettuce. The only drawbacks to my order were the bread could have been browned and the gyros in the sauce was sprinkled with grated cheese instead of a slice of cheese, it had no effect on the taste, just a visual issue. I recommend it 100%

Das Essen war hervorragend und die Portionen waren groß. So das meine Frau und ich, diese nicht geschafft haben. Der Service ist zuvorkommend und sehr schnell. Da das Restaurant nicht sehr groß ist, ist die Lautstärke nicht so hoch. Man kann sich normal Unterhalten ohne zu schreien. Die Speisekarte beinhaltet eine große Auswahl. So bald es wärmer wird, lädt ein Biergarten ein.

Best Greek in Nuremberg. Our absolute favorite pub for years. A pearl in the southern part of the city, especially in summer with the beer garden.

Wir waren an meinem Geburtstag dort und eine etwas größere Gruppe mit Kinder. Ich hatte telefonisch reserviert und am Telefon waren sie schon sehr nett. Als wir ankamen standen auch direkt die Kinderstühle bereit. Die Kinder haben Kinder-Ouzo (Apfelschorle) bekommen und auch sonst waren alle sehr, sehr lieb zu den Kindern, obwohl sie ab und an im Weg standen :) Der Service war sehr nett und es ging alles schnell. Die Portionen waren groooooooß :) das nächste Mal muss ich weniger bestellen! Aber es hat allen geschmeckt. Danke für den schönen Abend!

The food is ok but way too expensive for this ambience. From the inside, the restaurant doesn't look like a Greek restaurant but rather like a drinking hall from the 70s. But the host is super friendly.

One of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Nuremberg so far. Food is ok and tastes good, comparable to other Greeks. However, the hospitality, speed and feel-good factor are hard to beat!

I was here for lunch with colleagues as part of a training event. The portions are OK and appropriate for the price. There is a lunch menu with cheaper prices. The service is quick and attentive. I can only make one recommendation.

The first impression was, oh, I'm in a restaurant in my village around 1980. But the ambience has charm again. The innkeeper was so friendly. And the food was also very good. Price performance friendliness cannot be beat. If you don't like frills, this is the place for you! And when we are in Nuremberg we will definitely come back.

A true Greek experience in a small part of Neurnberg. Please be polite and reserve your spot ahead of time. Get the platter for two or more with fries and be prepared for "Oujo?" Not sure about the spelling. It is a common alcoholic drink before you eat Greek food.

Επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα βάση των καλών κριτικών που είχε και επειδή ήταν ελληνικό. Για αρχή να ενημερώσω ότι θα πρέπει να υπάρχει κράτηση ειδικά Σάββατο. Κατά δεύτερον δυστυχώς δεν ενημερωθηκαμε ότι θα έπρεπε να διαθέτουμε μετρητά και όχι κάρτα μια που το κατάστημα δεν διαθέτει pos. Το φαγητό αρκετά βαρύ για τα δεδομένα μου. Επισης όλα τα ποτά σερβίρονται σε ποτήρι.

Sehr leckeres Essen und große Portionen trotz Mittagskarte. Auch der Service war freundlich, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Allerdings kann man nur bar bezahlen, das ist einfach nicht zeitgemäß.

Köstliches griechisches Essen mit leckerem kostenlosen Ouzo. Ein sehr gut besuchtes familien Restaurant, eine telefonische Reservierung wird empfohlen und Barzahlung. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität und wird von sehr freundlichen Personal serviert. Ich komme seit über 25 Jahren hierher und wurde noch nie vom Essen oder der Atmosphäre enttäuscht, die immer gemütlich und gut ist.

Preis Leistung sehr angemessen. Das war war lecker und der Service freundlich und schnell.

Ein toller Grieche seit über 25 Jahren ist es beim Kosta immer am schönsten. Die Portionen sind mehr als genug. Im Sommer gibt es einen sehr gepflegten und gemütlichen Biergarten. Das Personal aufmerksam freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn man ohne Reservierung ein Platz braucht.

I wouldn't say the experience with this particular restaurant was the best.. We found it via Google and chose it because it's a Greek restaurant, we didn't know it wanted a reservation, the person in charge at first seemed resentful of it though and when he saw that we were Greeks he pushed us to a table. Our orders came relatively quickly, the portions were large, but nothing special, average I would say.. In the end we asked to pay by card and they told us that it is not possible because they did not have a POS. I personally find it unacceptable that a restaurant does not have a POS in the year 2023. They told me that they had it written at the entrance but only in German, and unfortunately I don't know German. So I had to go to an unrelated ATM from my own bank to withdraw cash to pay. Every shop I visited in Nuremberg all had POS. On their part, the excuses were unacceptable because they did not have a POS. I do not recommend this particular restaurant if you want to eat well.

Das Essen ist erstklassig - genau das was man erwartet beim Griechen. Die Leute sind super nett und die Portionen sehr groß. Der Biergarten ist super klasse und dasLokal innen alt. Aber das macht den Charme aus. Ich brauche keinen Schiki Miki Griechen. Ich will essen und mich wohl fühlen.

Fin wienerschnitzel. Dog af svinekød og ikke pandestegt. Rigtig god betjening. Der var travlt på en torsdag, men vi ventede ikke længe. Alt var fint. Menukort byder også på lam, kyllingespyd og noget med skaldyr. Vil gerne besøge stedet igen og prøve en anden ret.

Ehrliche griechische Hausmannskost, für die Damen des Hauses etwas zu grobschlächtig, in meinen Augen total stimmig: sehr große, sehr fleischige Portionen, Metaxa-Sauce schmeckt schön intensiv, Gastleute freundlich und Ouzo gibt’s auch. In Zeiten wie diesen unbedingt unterstützenswert, auf die günstigen (Abhol-)Mittagspreise gibt’s ab 20 Euro Bestellwert on top noch einen Corona-Rabatt. Gasthaus betagt, aber charmant, im Sommer besuchen wir gerne den Biergarten.

Hier sind die Portionen wohl sehr groß - die Quailität lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Im Biergarten kann man schön sitzen. Innen ist das Lokal jedoch schon sehr abgenutzt - und auch ein bisschen "schmuddelig".

Der kleine Garten ist echt nett und alten schattenspendenden Bäumen. Und damit sollte man eigentlich auch nur bei warmen Wetter kommen, denn wie andere hier schon schrieben: der Innenbereich ist wirklich nicht mehr schön (alt, angestaubt, abgewetzt). Die Familie - es scheint sie gehören alle zu einer - ist nett, das Essen ist solide griechische Hausmannskost: große Portionen, viel Fleisch, etwas schwer, aber schmecken tut es schon gut. Für mich einer der besseren Nachbarschafts-Griechen in der Gegend, wegen dem freundlichen Service und dem Garten.

Ein eher einfach ausgestattetes Lokal mit guter Küche. Durchaus empfehlenswert. Die Preise sind moderat.

Früher war das mal unser Lieblingsrestaurant. Und abholen und mitnehmen ging auch. Denn die Inneneinrichtung erinnert eher an eine Bahnhofsgaststätte, ohne Charme und Atmosphäre. Dafür war das Essen immer günstig und sehr lecker. Ich habe öfter mal welches geholt zum Zuhause essen. Und wenn das Wetter schön war, waren meine Frau und ich, manchmal auch mit Freunden, immer gerne im kleinen, aber schönen Biergarten. Leider hat sich das geändert. Irgendwann gab's kein Essen mehr zum Abholen mehr, die Getränkepreise wurden erhöht und inzwischen gibt es auch keine Mittagskarte mehr und das Essen ist nicht mehr preiswerter als woanders. Klar, der Wirt muss auch verdienen und in einem gewissen Rahmen hätte ich auch Verständnis gehabt. Das Essen schmeckt zwar immer noch. Aber für die uralte Möblierung und einen so lieblos gestalteten Raum (zudem ungünstig geschnitten wie ein langer schmaler Schlauch, ähnlich Eckkneipe) sind solche Preise einfach nicht mehr angemessen. Ich kann die Stadtgrenze höchstens noch empfehlen, wenn man in der Nähe wohnt und schnell mal kurzfristig was braucht, oder wenn man den Garten mag oder vielleicht nur was trinken will. Ansonsten ist man woanders besser aufgehoben.

Wenn man zum Feierabend bei schönem Wetter eine Runde Biergarten, Essen und kühles Bierchen geniessen möchte ist man hier genau an der richtigen Stelle. Wir gönnen uns das öfter.

Nettes griechisches Restaurant mit schönem kleinen Biergarten. Essen sehr gut, die Mittagskarte gilt auch am Wochenende. Dann ist auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

Das Essen war furchtbar. Das Essen würde einfach auf einen viel zu kleinen Teller im Verhältnis zur Portion geklatscht. Die Weinblätter waren total verkocht. Das Fleisch, sowie die Beilagen unappetitlich. Und dann auch noch unfassbar teuer. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir eine wie in der Karte angebotene Vorspeisenplatte für zwei Personen, auch für eine Person haben könnten. Wurde dies verneint. Der Innenbereich des Restaurant ist schmuddelig. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder.

An einem sonnigen Tag spendet der Kastanienbaum gut Schatten im Biergarten des Restaurants. Wir aßen nur eine Kleinigkeit. Gefüllte Weinblätter dazu gab es Dunkles Bier. Die Qualität des Essens war gut.

Griechisches Restaurant mit Gaststätten-Character. Gutes griechisches Essen. Gute Portionen, freundliche zuvorkommende griechische Gastfreundlichkeit. Im Sommer im schattigen baumbewachsenen Garten. Schmeckt und macht Spaß!😋

Gemütlicher kleiner Biergarten mit geschmacklich gutem griechischem Essen. Für die Portionen sind die gestellten Teller viel zu klein. Man muß sich von oben nach unten durchessen und kann nicht immer alles einzeln probieren. Protionsgröße für den Preis ist noch aktzeptabel, wobei der Tzaziki immer sehr spärlich vorhanden ist. Service ist meist sehr gut, solange es mehrere Gäste im Garten gibt. Ist der Garten sehr leer, muß man den Kellner oft im Inneren selbst suchen. Ansonsten wird die Bestellungen schnell ausgeführt. Extrawünsche wie nicht nur Pommes sondern gemischt mit Reis wird ungern gesehen, so hatten wir zumindest öfters das Gefühl, auch wenn es möglich gemacht wird. Im Ganzen sind wir zufrieden, wobei die Stadtgrenze bei uns schon mal höher angesehen war. Haben leider etwas nachgelassen. Im Sommer ist es ein gutes Plätzchen, da genügend Sonneschirme und Schatten geboten wird.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal mit Freunden hier Essen. Man bekommt reichliche Portionen für einen günstigen Preis. Der Biergarten ist wie eine Oase und das Personal sehr freundlich .Wir kommen jetzt mehrmals hier Essen. Einfach erste Klasse.

Essen: Wie schon im Titel erwähnt: griechische Küche, deftig und reichlich. Aber zu empfehlen, gute Qualität. Besondere Wünsche werden gern...
