Wer griechische Küche ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Essen ist hervorragend und die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich. Mein Tipp: Unbedingt die Lamm-Gerichte probieren – absolute Weltklasse! Authentisch, gastfreundlich und einfach gut.

Wir haben ein hervorragendes, aber üppiges Essen im Garten sehr genossen. Die Qualität war erstklassig, aber Marias Portionen sind wirklich sehr groß. Auch der griechische Wein (sowohl rot als auch weiß) war köstlich, und der Service war hervorragend. Wir gehen heute Abend gleich wieder hin. Für uns das beste griechische Restaurant in Deutschland.

Mittags gegessen, zum Preis der kostengünstigeren Mittagskarte. Essen ok, aber nicht hervorragend. Der Außenbereich unter Bäumen schön, aber Fliegen ohne Ende. Service etwas mürrig. Nicht zu viel erwarten.

Sehr leckeres Essen und eine freundliche, aufmerksame und schnelle Bedienung. Leckeres Lindenbräu vom Fass. Ambiente im Biergarten ist auch top. Essen war so reichlich, dass wir es nicht geschafft hatten und uns einen Teil davon einpacken ließen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Es ist manchmal etwas klein für die vielen Gäste, aber das Essen ist sehr gut, die Portionen sind groß und der Service ist freundlich – authentisch griechische Küche und Menschen. Ich empfehle, vorher zu reservieren oder anzurufen.

Ambiente hat 80er Charm. Finde das positiv, weil sehr zweckmäßig und bequem (Sitze mit Polster 😁). Bedienung sehr nett und Essen lecker griechisch deftig. Dazu gab es vor (!) und nach dem Essen einen Ouzo. Preis/Leistung m.E. super, deshalb klare Empfehlung von mir!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lammkoteletts sind der Hammer.

Wir waren heute wieder einmal in der Stadtgrenze(das letzte Mal waren wir 2009) und ihr seit in der Nürnberger Südstadt immer noch eine der besten Griechen. Das Essen war geschmacklich ein Genuss, nur beim Reis hat mir persönlich der gewisse bums gefehlt, da geht geschmacklich wesentlich mehr. Die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend, der Gyros ist saftig und trotzdem hat er biss und ausreichend den crunch vom Grill. Das souvlaki war gut gegrillt und saftig, lediglich das Schweinesteak war etwas trocken. Alles im allem haben wir großartig zu Mittag gegessen und können euch nach all den Jahren mit unserem guten Namen weiterempfehlen.

Ich war angenehm überrascht. Ich habe zwei Menüs zum Mitnehmen bestellt, Gyros und Souvlaki auf dem Teller. Sobald ich angekommen bin, um das Essen abzuholen, wurde ich herzlich empfangen und vom Haus auf ein Getränk eingeladen, das ich jedoch abgelehnt habe (es war Alkohol und ich musste noch fahren). Die Zubereitungszeit war deutlich kürzer als ursprünglich angegeben, was das Ganze zu einer sehr angenehmen Erfahrung gemacht hat. Zusätzlich habe ich danach auch noch einen Rabattgutschein direkt vom Inhaber erhalten. Ganz zu schweigen vom Essen: Es war nicht nur hervorragend, obwohl es fast zur Schließzeit serviert wurde – ein Zeitpunkt, zu dem man normalerweise nur noch Reste bekommt oder die Qualität nicht mehr ganz auf dem höchsten Niveau ist – sondern die Portionen sind riesig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist perfekt! Super!!!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren im Restaurant Stadtgrenze in Nürnberg und sind wirklich begeistert. Schon beim Reinkommen fühlt man sich willkommen – super freundlicher Service, aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen war hervorragend: frisch, geschmacklich top abgestimmt und schön angerichtet. Man merkt, dass hier mit Qualität und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm – gemütlich, sauber und perfekt für einen entspannten Abend. Preis-Leistung stimmt ebenfalls absolut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Stadtgrenze nur weiterempfehlen!

Rund um runde Nummer, Essen sehr lecker und Portionen reichlich. Service sehr gut. Ambiente hat Charme. Das Bier bringt alles zusammen, ouzo ist das Sahnehäubchen (mit Kirsche). Es besteht Wiederholungsbedarf.

Gutes griechisches Restaurant. Interieur etwas alt, aber ich mag das. Parkplätze muss man in den umliegenden Straßen suchen. Kann schwierig werden.

This is an excellent place to enjoy Greek cuisine. The portions are very large and delicious. The staff is very friendly, kind, helpful, and attentive. The tram stops almost right outside. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We're from Greece and now live in Germany – and this restaurant truly reminded us of home! Maria and Kostas are super friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic – the chicken fillet, the fries, the Greek salad, and the galaktoboureko with ice cream were simply divine! Everything was fresh, delicious, and cooked with genuine Greek love. Good food with great service. Would go back anytime. For my taste, the suvlaki could have been seasoned better. The meat was super tender. Also great were the baked zucchini and eggplant appetizers. The owner is very friendly, and they serve the obligatory ouzo upon arrival and departure. Great 😊

The food was incredibly delicious. We had a lovely outdoor seating area in the beer garden. And the ouzo on the house was the perfect way to finish. We were a large group, and everyone ordered from the menu, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

It was our first time there. We arrived without a reservation, but the owner welcomed us warmly. The food was excellent, and the draft beer was excellent. A glass of ouza is offered as a welcome. The portions are large enough to fill you up. The value for money is very good. We sat in the garden in the shade of a chestnut tree, and the sparrows kept us company. Only the numerous green flies spoiled the impression a little. But we'll definitely be back.

Our favorite Greek restaurant in Nuremberg. We've tried many, and so far, this one has made it to the top. The food is generally very good, there's still room for improvement, but overall, it's really very good. The beer garden is truly a dream under a chestnut tree. The only thing that's a bit disappointing is that you have to pay in cash.

Were visiting Nuremberg and had an appetite for Greek food. Through Google we came across this small but fine restaurant with Greek specialties and we were not disappointed. The starters were already delicious, so we couldn't finish the main courses, which were also very tasty and a lot. But we'll be happy to take them home with us ;-). I just bought a case of Lindenbräu. Then I was absolutely hungry to drink it from the tap again. No sooner said than done, we have just reserved a table for this evening. The meals are plentiful and very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They cater to every wish. Everything on the menu can also be taken with you. You should always reserve a table. There is also a nice beer garden. Unfortunately you always have to look for a parking space.

The Greek restaurant “Zur Stadtlohn” is our favorite Greek restaurant here in Nuremberg. 🙂 The staff is always very nice. The food is very tasty. Overall a rustic Greek and that's exactly what we love. Honest, simple but good quality and authentic. 😃 The highlight is the extremely tasty Lindenbräu beer, which goes perfectly with the meat-based dishes. Keep it up. 👍

To be honest, it's difficult for me to evaluate. The staff was super nice, friendly and honest. The portions, whether starter or main course, were unfortunately far too large. If we had eaten the starter trio (for one person) with just two of us, we would have been full. The main courses were also dauntingly huge. We were able to eat maybe half. Unfortunately, that is also the main problem with this restaurant. The portion size is really daunting. Yes, it's well-intentioned and clear, everything will be more expensive. I can only strongly advise making the portions smaller, then you might also sell appetizers or desserts. The atmosphere doesn't really suit a restaurant. We would still like to come back.

First I would like to say that we felt very comfortable. We didn't have that much time - so our drinks and food, including starters, were served quickly upon request, thank you for that. The portions are large and the prices are completely reasonable. The rice and vegetables were a bit lacking in seasoning, so we deducted a star. The staff was super friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Were there for lunch. Prices are higher than stated online. Normal portion and delicious salad. Food not particularly seasoned. The garden has a nice atmosphere, but inside there is more charm from years gone by. Nice service.

We came here for my birthday, and I left this place happily in the end! We sat on the terrace, and it was lovely. The food was delicious, and my personal favorite was the lamb leg with eggplants! As always, the food was delicious, but unfortunately there is a slight deduction in the B grade because there is almost never any parking and the prices are quite high. On average you pay around €22 for a main course and a drink With fish, starter and/or dessert you would then pay around €30-35 and that is clearly too expensive given the atmosphere!

I always enjoy being there. Good food in large portions that is served quickly. The staff and of course Kosta are always motivated and courteous. The beer garden is unbeatable anyway. Always worth a visit.

Nice service, we got the order very quickly, very good food and really large portions. I ordered a baked gyros in Metaxa with cheese, and I also got fries, bread and lettuce. The only drawbacks to my order were the bread could have been browned and the gyros in the sauce was sprinkled with grated cheese instead of a slice of cheese, it had no effect on the taste, just a visual issue. I recommend it 100%
