Great service. We always enjoy eating here. There is always something on the menu for us. This time it was half a grilled knuckle of pork, which was nice and crispy. The sauerkraut that came with it was super tasty and not too sour.

Great! An exceptional restaurant these days... Everything works here... Extremely friendly reception, service is top notch, food very tasteful, prices completely okay. For me, the evening there was perfect and I would love to come back! Many thanks to the whole team at Brauhsus!

Went to the brewery again yesterday and reserved the mayor's room. The staff is super nice and attentive. Someone always came by and asked if we had any further wishes. This is rare in the industry these days. As always, the food was great. For us the best pub in Pirna.

Everything turned out perfectly. Our reservation was confirmed and we received a very friendly welcome and were given our desired seats. We were very pleased with the friendly service and the good atmosphere. The quality of the food and drinks was good as always in our beloved brewery “Zum Gießer”. Thank you very much and keep it up!

We have been enjoying going to Gießer for decades! Good, hearty food with changing seasonal offers. Service always friendly and accommodating. Very child-friendly and the right space for every occasion and everyone will find what they are looking for!

We got a table without a reservation (2 people, 8 p.m.), great service and the food was great. Trainees (2nd year of training) very friendly and not intrusive. Everything was great, we would love to come back 👌👍

Great atmosphere, nice staff. The food tastes really good. Salt and pepper at the table would be another idea so that you can add more seasoning if necessary. Although this is of course possible upon request. One of the best restaurants in Pirna, with super delicious beer, which is also home-brewed👍 Due to the size, you have to expect a slightly higher volume, but that's the case in a larger inn.

Great restaurant but unfortunately it feels like it is in an industrial area and a 45 minute walk from the city center. Public transport only runs every hour at most... Still recommended!

Was in the brewery again and not without reason! Fast & very friendly staff, good food and always worth a visit! A reservation in advance is almost mandatory.

A very suitable location after a trip to the Bastei. The restaurant is on the 1st floor (there is an elevator), with a rustic-chic atmosphere and everything is flooded with light - the copper kettles and pipes are immediately noticeable. You are seated, the service is quick, friendly and courteous. We had, among other things, grilled knuckle, delicious and crispy (!), pasta with chicken plus tomato mozzarella... and of course some fresh beers from the brewery - it's best to try it out here. If you don't have to drive, you can also take a look at the products from the Pirna distillery. In addition, there is a factory sale near the parking lot including an eloquent salesperson who knows his bottles very well ;-) By the way, there are enough parking spaces, including for caravans and buses, and there is a heated, covered outdoor annex for smokers... Tip: remember the action days We'll be back 👍

A very nice celebration I celebrated my “round birthday” on January 25th, 2025 at the “Zum Giesser” brewery. I was happy to receive a small gift from the house. 20 guests came to the celebration. The table was set in an L-shape and everyone found a comfortable place. I was very satisfied with the service. Various types of sparkling wine were offered to welcome the guests. You could also choose between a normal and a small portion of the food. All in all it was a very nice celebration.

Been back to the brewery for a long time and wasn't disappointed. Fast and very attentive and friendly service. Plus delicious food. What more could you want? Thank you and see you next time.

Very friendly, well-rehearsed and attentive service team, exceptional for us. The food was very good, there was something for every taste and beautifully prepared. All in all, a well-rounded experience and highly recommended.

The quality of the food is top, the price has not increased compared to last year. The portions are sometimes quite large, so you should be hungry. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the volume in the large dining room.

A brewery that you enjoy being in, the food is always great, a very good selection of different beers and almost always friendly service. In addition, the offer days are highly recommended, we like being here.

The food there is really good, but the staff was quite overwhelmed. We rented the mayor's room for a lot of money for an 80th birthday. Unfortunately, beer was no longer served after 9:30 p.m. and we were told to leave at 9:50 p.m. because the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Really a shame for such a great location.

After today's visit to your restaurant we can give it 5 stars. Our waitress Jonas was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. The house was very full but we didn't have to wait long. Keep it up!!! We always enjoy coming to them.

It's just delicious every time! I order the spinach dumplings followed by crème brûlée every time I visit and am never disappointed with the taste. The service is also absolutely courteous and friendly, I only have to deduct a star for the ambience because it is very loud upstairs in the hall, but you can get involved in this taste experience.

The food was again very tasty and very plentiful. The waitress was very friendly. Unfortunately it is a bit loud because of the large size.

The brewery tour was top. Unfortunately, the service this time wasn't as good as usual. We wanted to finish our tasting in peace and then order food. Unfortunately, we kept getting pushed to order... the dish with the kale was very little, so for €18.90 1 sausage, 1 mini slice of smoked cheese, 3 potato halves and a bit of kale, really very little. Unfortunately we didn't get enough of it...

The brewery is quite large, but I would still recommend reserving seats because word gets around about quality and as a result it is well attended here. And rightly so, because everything was right: nice and competent service, delicious (and very plentiful) food and of course there was delicious beer 🍺 A great plus point for us is of course the possibility of spending the night in the motorhome...Thank you for that

The food was very tasty and in appropriate portions. The staff very attentive and friendly. A large restaurant with smaller adjoining rooms, including a children's playroom, everything was very clean and well-kept. Made a good impression all around. Table reservation online with very quick confirmation, sufficient parking spaces directly at the building.

We took part in the Christmas buffet here. There was a rich selection of salads and side dishes, hearty meat dishes, but also vegetarian dishes that simply made you happy. The dessert buffet left nothing to be desired (ice cream, cake, cream puffs...) and as an absolute cheese fan, I found the selection of cheese simply fantastic. It's definitely not the last time I've eaten here!

I had reserved 10 seats and we were even allowed to sit in the mayor's room. This meant we were very undisturbed in our group because the “hut” was full. From the food to the service to the ambience, everything was perfect 👍. Thank you for the very successful culinary Christmas hours, with extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating staff (all special requests were fulfilled). We will 100% come back!

It could be reserved for 7 people at very short notice. A big plus point for that. The dishes were consistently very delicious. The selection of drinks was also highly recommended. The waitress provided very good service despite the high volume of visitors.

The Brauhaus Pirna is always a good address when it comes to delicious food and drink. We can really recommend it and visit several times a year. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of free parking directly in front of the brewery.

We had on December 23rd. reserved for 35 people. Everything went excellently: from the reservation to the fine-tuning over the phone the day before to the meal. Someone constantly came to ask if everything was okay or if anyone else had a request. The drinks didn't take long to arrive and it took less than an hour from the time the food was ordered to arrive. The starter and the main course came almost at the same time, despite the large number of people. Many thanks to the Brauhaus team for allowing us to spend a wonderful evening like every year! We'll definitely see each other again on December 23rd, 2025 ;)

The best restaurant in a long time. We often visit restaurants and I would venture to say that I am a good cook and can judge the quality of the food well. It was fantastic. Excellent. We had 7 different meals and without exception they were all very, very good. Even an effort was made with the pasta with tomato sauce for the kids. There is a children's menu. Best home cooking at a high level. The service was also very good. Price performance ratio couldn't be better. Many many thanks

It was a wonderful evening for our somewhat larger group of 14 people. We were served very well, the service was quick, courteous, friendly and consistent. The food was delicious. We were also regularly well looked after at the bowling alley afterwards, even though it was a little away from the central focus of the restaurant. Thank you very much for a wonderful atmosphere at our Christmas party.

Dinner with family and friends in the mayor's room. Despite the restaurant being quite full, there was attentive, friendly and prompt service in the typical brewery atmosphere. Our food all came together on the table and was of very good quality. The brewery's own beer in several varieties is very tasty. Drinks and food feel like they're priced in the upper midrange, but they're definitely worth it.
