The beer garden bowl for €12 is an absolute disgrace. We ordered three pieces and everyone was shocked at what was served to us. Bland taste, tiny portion and the whole thing didn't really taste that fresh. The salad, which was also ordered, was also an absolute laughing stock. Dishes like these in the catering industry are now so hard on me. I feel like I'm just being taken for a ride when I go out to eat. I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

A very nice and modern beer garden. You could buy more beer mugs so that you don't have to stand in long lines so often on hot and busy days when you're thirsty. But the beer and the Berliner Weisse are excellent.

Very nice beer garden right on the water with a good walking route. Been going here since it opened. Unfortunately, the food and service are getting worse and worse. Portions are small, expensive and, if you're unlucky, cold. If you say something, it will simply be accepted. Best to just go for a drink and eat somewhere else. Then you save yourself the long wait in line.

For me, a beer garden close to home...that's great, but I don't get any points for that😉 Great beer garden on the Spree. The quality of the food is great and far more than what is perhaps usual in the beer garden. I mapped my way through the menu... no matter whether it was currywurst, Königsberger Klopse, bratwurst, ravioli, spaetzle or fried fish... everything was delicious and at a reasonable price. I always end up with the currywurst: delicious curry sauce and good fries. I'm always happy that, in addition to the Berliner Bürgerbräu, there is also Tegernseeer Hell on tap. The queue at the counter is long during peak times - it's a good way to slow down while waiting😂. The crew from the glass and plate clearing warehouse does a great job! And so I'm looking forward to many more relaxing afternoons and evenings in beautiful Zenner!

Very nice beer garden right on the Spree. Everything is self-service and sometimes you have to wait in line for a long time. Prices are ok and there are vegetarian and vegan options when it comes to food!

Unfortunately, the food was all pretty cold and that was loveless! Drinks were cool but could have been colder! Otherwise one of the most beautiful beer gardens in Berlin! Great because right on the Spree It would be even cooler with service

The food is very tasty and it comes very quickly. The selection is also great. The self-service concept also works very well. When we wanted to get up to take our dishes away, an employee came straight away and took them away. However, the food portions could be a little larger. The location with the view is of course great!

I am extremely positively surprised by the kindness and patience of the staff. The tables are clean. The food comes quickly.

Since we only drank something and didn't eat anything, I can't comment on the food. The atmosphere is nice and invites you to sit together for a few hours and chat. Drinks were ok in terms of price.

Unfortunately we ordered a dish specifically asking that there was no onion, and after the cashier's reassurance that there wasn't, once we got to the table we realized that there was (in the pulled pork); went to change the plate describing the problem and the mistake on their part, we were given another plate with the onion still inside! It's a shame because the location is very good.

A beautiful and quiet beer garden with self-service food and drinks. The restaurant gets busy on weekends, but you can always find a seat.

Visited this beer garden by the river—really nice spot, clean, with a beautiful view. Ordered a milkshake, which is right next to the self-service. Felt slightly awkward when I asked for tap water, as they giggled a bit. Might have just been a weird moment, but overall, a lovely place with a great atmosphere.

A place in the countryside the Love Island, also with music and dance floor. I like going here.

The food Is very good in a beautiful venue. Unfortunately that day they had not two courses written in the menu. The service Is quite fast, we didn't like the kids'seats, they were very dirty.

Actually a nice location. Food is expensive and average. Prices are rather high. Everything is quite clean, some of the service doesn't speak German and the waiting time when queuing is also borderline. We will still give us the location this year.

Ambiance and drinks great. Unfortunately the food is rather so-so. For example, the “Berliner” currywurst unfortunately has nothing to do with a Berlin currywurst. Is 1:1 what you get in the pot as currywurst. Bratwurst with curry ketchup and no own sausage. The dishes are nicely prepared, but unfortunately not of the quality that the very high price suggests. You can do it. But only if you want to get close to so and so there.

One of the most beautiful places in Berlin to relax, have a drink and eat some fine food. Top stopping point for a walk through the large park.

The place as such is super nice. But the staff isn't friendly at all, the food rather expensive and the chilli cheese sauce tastes like vomit actually.

Never have I imagined that in such a restaurant they won't have normal still ambient temperature water....

A beautifully located location on the water in the style of the former Loretta and Co: beer tables under parasols and you can order drinks and simple food right at the entrance. Pick-up is done via a buzzer, which is convenient even at peak times - then you don't have to wait in a crowd with many others for your food. There are deductions for the drinks menu, which only includes these small, overpriced Fritz sodas, especially for non-alcoholic drinks, and no decent large cola or cask soda from the tap. Only beer has the privilege. You shouldn't expect much when it comes to food either: I tried the Käsespätzle, but here too you get a rather carelessly mixed dish and anyone hoping to taste real Appenzeller or Gruyère given the price here will be disappointed. This seems to be some kind of ready-made sauce from the wholesaler. Fries looked good. Conclusion: View and organization are great, food and drinks are a bit of a flop. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the beer, maybe that's good too.

It's a normal beer garden with two bars and a view of the Spree, you can do that or you can buy a six-pack of beer and relax on the lawn in the park, same view, cheaper

The self-service is unusual and the service is a bit intimidating at first, but the boys and girls know what they are doing and are very quick. Drinks and food were super tasty, but also in the right price range for the quality and area. We all paid around €20 each. For me it's another journey through Berlin, but I'll show up here again with my husband and kids when I get the chance. Great concept in a perfect location!

Large beer garden, barrier-free!

It's nice because it's on the water. That is also the only plus point. Seems a bit uncomfortable... There is not enough parking space in front of the door... Waited forever until I got to order. Had cheese spaetzle...... It has nothing to do with the original.... Well, it's okay to sit by the water for a bit and drink a cold beer.

Food selection is average, but quality is okay. It's great for ice cream lovers! But the view over the water is most beautiful in summer. Self-service, a bit complicated with the deposit return.

Quality of the food has declined. Despite there being very little crowd at the counter, the service was in a bad mood and rude in tone. They also wanted a tip when paying by card. It's not worth the money anymore!

Over the last few decades we have been to and from the Zenner from time to time and especially to the outdoor area, the Zenner beer garden. A lot has happened here in the last few years, especially in the last two to three years from 2020. There is a really cozy beer garden atmosphere with a great mixed crowd, a wide range of offerings at fair prices and really nice staff. There is a lot of strong and hearty food here to go with beer, but also fries and sausage, as well as Königsberger meatballs, coffee, cake and ice cream. Cashless payment was possible during our visits. We always found something with our visitors and were able to try various delicacies, everything was delicious. A slightly smaller vineyard area in the outdoor area is also very successful; there are some good wines here at fair prices, with a small cold or warm menu if necessary. We were also given the opportunity to try two wines before we decided on an order. Thank you very much. Tolerantly, you can also get good coffee, beer, Aperol, water, etc. in the vineyard... (It's best to check the menu for this.) Today on May 7th, 2023 and July 25th, 2024 we were able to spend a relaxing time here again. Thank you very much, we wish the Zenner team all the best!

Long lines for each order and then they close 2 out of 3 lines, and then they're out of everything. Some of the staff members are really nice, some are incredibly rude. Would not go a second time. The biergarten bowl is horrible.

The Zenner is a beautiful beer garden on the water. We come regularly. The range of food on offer is diverse, but the quality suffers somewhat as a result. Maybe you should concentrate on 2-3 classics and perfect them.

I wanted to post that 😜 small like an espresso but expensive like a large coffee ☕.2.90€ If you stand in front of the Zenner on the left side you get the little coffee...I won't do it again

The food was really very good! Although there was a lot going on because of the good weather, it went quite quickly (beer garden). The location is great, on the Spree.

The beer garden is located so that you still have a view of the Spree, which I think is nice. Otherwise it is a typical self-service beer garden.

Always nice here, even when it's full. Despite the long queues at the distribution points, the boys and girls there never lose their motivation and good mood and it still happens relatively quickly. The food is consistently of good quality at an acceptable price.

It's not easy for anyone who suffers from intolerance or allergies. The sales staff is friendly and helpful, but clueless, the "book" in which the allergenic ingredients are listed cannot be found, and the kitchen cannot provide any information as to whether leaving out the sauce solves the problem, so they have no idea about their ingredients either . With a menu that never changes, a pretty poor showing and a real disappointment after queuing for 30 minutes.

Cozy beer garden with lots of space and a great view of the Spree. There is very tasty food typical of beer gardens at high prices. The beer garden is particularly suitable for families with small children, as there is a varied children's playground about 200 meters away.

Please do not visit!!! Berlin offers many other and more beautiful beer gardens! The kitchen is closed from 7 p.m. and there were only 12 dishes to choose from! But please take your own food with you or order it via Lifersndo and co!!!

Really great spot for a beer alongside the Spree in a great spot in the park

Nice location. Unfortunately 30-60 minutes waiting time for each order. Eating takes even longer and the waiting beepers don't work. Food is cold when you get it.

Relaxed beer garden, love coming here

I've enjoyed going here so far, but this visit was very disappointing. We were there at 1 p.m. on a Sunday and 3 dishes (including pizza) were no longer available to order/in stock. In the photo you can see the bowl on offer for 13.90 euros, which consisted only of glass noodles and contained a strange combination of foods. None of us could eat them. The service in the separate vineyard seemed a bit arrogant, annoyed and listless (from the presumably bar manager).

Nice bar by the river, to hangout, to have some drinks and food or to just watch people doing activities (cycling, paddling, etc).

A beautifully located beer garden/event venue by the water. The “Island of Youth” with boat rentals is just a few minutes away. Kitchen is so-so, it's enough for a beer craving. If there are too many guests present, the waiting times at the stands (self-service) become too long.

Family-friendliness is very important here. There really is something for everyone. The location on the Spree is a dream. When the weather is right, everything is right here.

Great beer garden with a view of the Spree, you can spend a few hours there.

There were long waiting lines and when it was finally my turn, the dish I wanted was out of stock. They recommended me the Biergarten Bowl instead, which was disappointing. The other dishes were incredibly small in size. The spätzle my friend was eating, was at most 3 tablespoons. Later I went to the drinks-only bar. There was no one there except me, yet I waited for 5 minutes while a guy was loading drinks into the fridge right in front of me. Then finally a lady came and I asked for a lemonade. The lady immediately snapped at me that she didn't have this kind. I carefully lifted a bottle from the crate the guy was unloading to show her that she in fact did. Before I could blink she forcefully grabbed the bottle from my hand and this time she started shouting at me. This drink was only sold at the other bar. By now they closed 2 out of 3 lines so I stood in line for another 15 minutes. Location is nice but the service ruined it for me completely. Recommend this place to someone you don't like ;)

Scenic beer garden with a wide variety of tasty food options. My favorite beer garden in Berlin.

The service is just awful and slow. I have never experienced anything like it. It makes you despair to watch the young people at the stations doing everything in slow motion without any enthusiasm. Most of the time there are 4 people just standing around at the bar and one is working. With such masses of people, I have to be better prepared and work faster - why isn't beer pre-tapped here, like in any other normal beer garden? The tapper waits calmly and twiddles his thumbs until the next order comes. So the snakes hardly move. That's really disconcerting. In the heat of a football game, the beer has to run and be tapped non-stop. In addition, the small stations are completely poorly signposted. No menu cards, no insight into what's on offer in line. This means that people first think about what they want at the counter because there is only a small menu there. So you lose time again. It can't be that each walk takes at least 30 minutes, with so many stations. Please get better here! But everyone was friendly.
