I visited this restaurant, and the food—especially the shawarma—was truly delicious. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite meet my expectations. The staff wasn't as attentive and friendly as they should be in a good restaurant. It's a shame, because the food itself was excellent.

The sandwich had a lot of chicken, garlic, and potatoes, and they thought they were going to put pickles in it, but I swear there wasn't even a single pickle, just garlic, potatoes, and very dry chicken. It was disgusting the first time and the last time. It's not worth the 7€, and I had to wait half an hour for the sandwich.

Rice costs extra for fried chicken, even though they don't include fries. The rice is completely tasteless, and the chicken is far too greasy. Not recommended!

I had a very bad experience with the cashier at this restaurant. I ordered D38, but they mistakenly gave me D33. When I told them it was not what I ordered, the cashier responded to me very rudely. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

The worst shawarma i've ever tried! Meat (both beef and chicken) doesn't taste good at all and all dried out. Same as those vegetable cuts they served. They are not fresh and long been standing in the open as they were dry already. The guy at the counter needs some lessons with customer service. Was a little rude. Never gonna return. Just aweful overall.

Actually I just wanted a meat shawarma which isn't available in this branch. With the warm welcome and the offer of a falafel, I was convinced that today there was no meat but a mixed plate of dishes with crispy, falafel, chicken and riffle potatoes, hummos and yogurt dip and various salads. We came in and said salam alleikum twice. We didn't get an answer but were just stared at even though there were 6 people behind the counter and had to wait 5 minutes before someone took our order. We sat down and although everyone had their food, we had to wait half an hour for our food and 5 others who came after us had already gotten their food, which was strange when we asked where our food was and it was only then that we noticed that we had been forgotten plus our food didn't come complete. The food wasn't particularly special either, so for us the first and last time we were there the only nice person was the one who was cleaning. We came at night very hungry. Since there were only two other guests in the snack bar, we got our food very quickly. At first we liked the low prices (€4 each for falafel and haloumi sandwiches). Unfortunately, they were the thinnest wraps we've ever received. The taste is rather on the lower side compared to other snack bars in Berlin. It is better not to expect a variety of ingredients. Apart from my girlfriend's slight stomach upset, there's nothing really to complain about. We noticed the lack of cleanliness and worrying large black spots over the cooking area. Hopefully it's just deposits from the extractor hood and not the severe black mold that it looks like. The door handle, which was 'repaired' with packing tape, is artistically valuable, although it remains questionable whether it is a decorative project or a repair job. There are plenty of such visual delicacies, which certainly guarantees sufficient entertainment value for your stay here.

The lamb and beef Shawarma is truly amazing. The shawarma wrap comes beautifully toasted in tallow and the quality of the meat is top notch. I had to stop my self from eating 2 more.

This restaurant was awful. We asked for 2 Shawrma plates and 1 grilled chicken. The Shawrma was not tasty at all compared to other restaurants in the same area, like Al-Dimashqi. It was also expensive. They gave us an old grilled chicken from a day before, and they warm it in the microwave. The chicken was very cold from inside, and when I complained about it, the Shawrma guy shouted on me to shut up in a very rude way without any apology for his cheating in food. He didn't want other customers to notice that he cheated and served me an old food instead of fresh ones. He threw the old chicken in the garbage and gave me a new one because he knew that it was an old one from the fridge and was shouting instead of apologizing, very bad service. The new grilled chicken was not tasty too, and it looked to me like it was hanged on the roller from the day before, but this one was warm because it was in the grill cabinet. I don't recommend this restaurant at all and it is a loss of your money. The toilet was dirty and there were no toilet papers and the tables were dirty, everything was dirty and food was not fresh. I will report this restaurant to the health ministry in Germany because he is violating health and hygiene standards. If there is a zero on Google I would give a zero rating instead of 1.
