Gut gemacht! (Ehrlich gesagt, das Brathähnchen ist besser als alles, was man in Syrien bekommt.)

Ekelhaft dreckig. Die Tische kleben. Die Toiletten sind schmutzig. Ich bekam etwas anderes zu essen als das, was ich bestellt (und bezahlt) hatte, mit der Begründung, sie hätten das Gewünschte nicht.

Ich bestellte ein Shawarma-Sandwich, aber es war sehr fettig, das Brot war altbacken und die Knoblauchsauce schmeckte scheußlich. Dreiviertel des Sandwiches bestanden nur aus Brot und Knoblauch mit ein paar Shawarma-Stückchen.

Ich bestellte Shawarma mit Salat, serviert bekam ich einen Salat mit Shawarma (und zu wenig Hähnchenfleisch).

Ich war vorhin dort. Es war sauber, die Bedienung respektvoll und das Essen köstlich, wie immer. Danke. 😥 Natürlich lasse ich meinen ersten Kommentar stehen, denn es ist mein Lieblingsrestaurant, und auch das meiner Familie. Ich werde ihn aber bearbeiten, da der Besitzer ein sehr respektabler Mann und gleichzeitig mein Nachbar ist. Heute habe ich meinen Sohn losgeschickt, um mir drei Shawarmas zu holen, und Gott weiß, es hat über eine halbe Stunde gedauert, bis ich dort war. Es gab keinen Parkplatz. Ich bin so lange herumgefahren, bis mein Sohn mit den Sandwiches zurückkam. 😡 Ich habe mitten auf der Straße geparkt und bin zu ihm gegangen, um zu fragen, warum die Sandwiches so klein waren. Er gab mir das Gefühl, ich hätte etwas falsch gemacht, und sagte, ich solle das nicht sagen. Er meinte, wenn ich wollte, würde er mir sechs Sandwiches umsonst geben. Ich fühlte mich wie ein Bettler, der nicht genug Geld für Essen hat und nur so ein Theater veranstaltet, um etwas umsonst zu bekommen. Es war ein komisches Gefühl. Grüße an dich, Nachbar. Du kennst mich, ich heiße Jar.

Mein zweiter Besuch in diesem Restaurant war in jeder Hinsicht eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Tisch war total verdreckt und man musste ihn selbst abwischen. Das Essen war ungenießbar; das Hähnchen war ranzig und das Shawarma schmeckte überhaupt nicht nach Shawarma. Wir haben es gar nicht erst gegessen, sondern mit nach Hause genommen und weggeworfen. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung in der Hoffnung, dass der Besitzer sie liest und zur Kenntnis nimmt, denn die erste Filiale im Souq Al Arab war sehr gut, aber diese hier ist ein totaler Reinfall und verdient nicht mehr als einen Stern.

Sehr guter Service, leckeres Essen 🥘

Das Essen in dem Restaurant ist schlecht und das Lokal ist auch sehr schlecht. Ich habe verdorbenes Brathähnchen, gegrilltes Hähnchen und Schawarma bestellt. Möge Gott ihnen nicht vergeben.

Ich war schon ein paar Mal hier, seit ich in der Gegend wohne. Es war nie etwas Besonderes, aber für einen schnellen Imbiss war es meistens okay. Leider war mein heutiger Besuch wirklich enttäuschend. Ich hatte den Falafelteller bestellt, und er war ehrlich gesagt ziemlich schlecht – extrem fettig, das Gemüse war verbrannt, und der insgesamt unangenehme Geschmack blieb noch lange nach dem Essen im Mund. Ich ging unzufrieden und hatte das Gefühl, dass es das Geld nicht wert war. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen und werde nicht wiederkommen. Es gibt so viele gute Restaurants in Berlin, dieses gehört definitiv nicht dazu.

Ehrlich gesagt, es war einfach fantastisch! Ich habe noch nie so lecker gegessen. Ich hatte arabischen Joghurt und Ayran bestellt, und es war so gut, dass ich gleich noch eine Portion bestellt habe. Es war wirklich unglaublich!

Viele Sitzplätze, freundliches Personal und faire Preise, aber geschmacklich nur durchschnittlich.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend: Die Portionen sind großzügig und der Preis fair. Das Essen war schmackhaft und gut zubereitet. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, was den Besuch noch angenehmer machte.

Extrem teuer für so wenig Essen. Ich habe mir einen Makali-Teller zum Mitnehmen für 8 € geholt und war zu Hause überrascht, wie wenig Essen drin war: nur ein paar gegrillte Gemüse und ein einzelnes Stück Brot. Hier in der Gegend gibt es viel bessere und günstigere Alternativen.

Nie wieder! Absolute Katastrophe Yasmine Alsham ist ein syrisch-arabisches Restaurant in Neukölln auf der Karl-Marx-Straße. Von außen sieht der Laden echt gut aus, innen eigentlich auch auf den ersten Blick. Aber der Schein trügt gewaltig. Ich war dort essen und mitten beim Essen passiert das Unfassbare: Plötzlich kommt ein Käfer von unter dem Tisch hoch, läuft auf den Tisch und dann DIREKT in meinen Teller. Ich habe das nur gesehen, weil ich gerade gesprochen habe und nach unten geschaut habe. Mir ist fast schlecht geworden – extrem eklig. Als wäre das nicht genug, fand ich danach auch noch ein Haar in meinem Hähnchen. Sorry, aber das geht absolut gar nicht. Hygiene ist hier eine komplette Katastrophe. Die Toiletten sind dreckig, nichts ist sauber, überall fühlt man sich unwohl. Mir war danach so schlecht, dass ich rausgegangen bin und mich fast übergeben musste. Wirklich widerlich. Ich habe selten so etwas Ekliges erlebt. Keine Empfehlung, niemals wieder.

Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass das syrische Shawarma weltweit das beste ist. Das Restaurant Yasmine Al-Sham leistet hervorragende Arbeit bei der Zubereitung. Der Geschmack ist absolut authentisch, das Fleisch ist perfekt gewürzt und die Qualität ist jedes Mal konstant hoch. Wer das echte syrische Streetfood-Erlebnis in erstklassiger Qualität sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein großes Lob an das Team für den tollen Service!

Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung und der Service sehr freundlich. Leider war das Hähnchen an dem Tag unseres Besuchs etwas zu trocken.

Ich habe knuspriges Hähnchen, Shawarma und Kibbeh Saj bestellt. Das knusprige Hähnchen war köstlich, aber das Kibbeh Saj war schlecht und verdorben, und ich werde es nicht wieder kaufen.

Leider war es eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Das Personal war respektlos; manche waren höflich, andere unhöflich, als ob man betteln müsste. Der Restaurantbesitzer ist respektvoll und würde solches Verhalten nicht dulden. Die Geschäftsleitung wird gebeten, die Aufnahmen der Überwachungskamera am Donnerstag, den 11. Dezember, gegen 22:00 Uhr zu überprüfen. Vielen Dank.

Das war sehr lecker, Preise akzeptabel, ruhige Atmosphäre. Man muss die Speisen am Tresen bestellen und bekommt ein Signal wenn sie abholbereit sind. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Mega lecker, 2x Schawarma Teller mit Hähnchen und mit Rind bestellt. Ging flott. Und hat für 2 Eltern und 2 Kids gut gepasst. Großer Thule Kinderwagen hat reingepasst, für Familien gut, gerade im Winter. Toiletten leider nicht der Hit in Sachen Sauberkeit. Da geht mehr. Abgesehen davon zu empfehlen.

Food is good, but very dirty table everything sticky, it needs cleaning

Irresponsible. I ordered chicken to take away and asked the seller not to rub the chicken with paprika marinade because I'm not allowed to eat paprika (I'm allergic). I waited for my order and saw them rub my chicken with paprika. I was called. My order was ready. Then I told the seller that I had seen his colleague rub my food with paprika and pointed out that I was allergic. Then I had to wait until he prepared my meal without paprika. I waited another 20 minutes and read the newspaper. Finally, my food was ready. When I went to eat it at home, to my surprise, everything was smeared with paprika. Everything was thrown away. It's a shame they don't understand trust.

Delicious shawarma, fast service, worth a visit

The food is very bad. I ordered a kilo of grilled meat. It's a real problem. I can't find more than one skewer. The meat pieces are not very good. They are not small. Bad food. Bad treatment.

I had a very bad experience with the cashier at this restaurant. I ordered D38, but they mistakenly gave me D33. When I told them it was not what I ordered, the cashier responded to me very rudely. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

The worst shawarma i've ever tried! Meat (both beef and chicken) doesn't taste good at all and all dried out. Same as those vegetable cuts they served. They are not fresh and long been standing in the open as they were dry already. The guy at the counter needs some lessons with customer service. Was a little rude. Never gonna return. Just aweful overall.

I didn't ate something more greasy. Shawarma was swimming in oil.

I would not recommend anyone to have breakfast at this place. Everything was stale, and the beans did not taste good, as if they had been cooked for a long time and had a musty taste. A very bad experience and I will not repeat it.

Actually I just wanted a meat shawarma which isn't available in this branch. With the warm welcome and the offer of a falafel, I was convinced that today there was no meat but a mixed plate of dishes with crispy, falafel, chicken and riffle potatoes, hummos and yogurt dip and various salads. We came in and said salam alleikum twice. We didn't get an answer but were just stared at even though there were 6 people behind the counter and had to wait 5 minutes before someone took our order. We sat down and although everyone had their food, we had to wait half an hour for our food and 5 others who came after us had already gotten their food, which was strange when we asked where our food was and it was only then that we noticed that we had been forgotten plus our food didn't come complete. The food wasn't particularly special either, so for us the first and last time we were there the only nice person was the one who was cleaning. We came at night very hungry. Since there were only two other guests in the snack bar, we got our food very quickly. At first we liked the low prices (€4 each for falafel and haloumi sandwiches). Unfortunately, they were the thinnest wraps we've ever received. The taste is rather on the lower side compared to other snack bars in Berlin. It is better not to expect a variety of ingredients. Apart from my girlfriend's slight stomach upset, there's nothing really to complain about. We noticed the lack of cleanliness and worrying large black spots over the cooking area. Hopefully it's just deposits from the extractor hood and not the severe black mold that it looks like. The door handle, which was 'repaired' with packing tape, is artistically valuable, although it remains questionable whether it is a decorative project or a repair job. There are plenty of such visual delicacies, which certainly guarantees sufficient entertainment value for your stay here.
