Fatoush in Berlin

Delicious food and a beautiful oriental ambiance.

We went to Fatoush on a recommendation and everyone was pleasantly surprised. We were a group of six and got a table without a reservation. Everyone ordered different dishes and everyone loved their meal. The service was fantastic too! Highly recommended!!

The food was mediocre and too small for the price. I had the green chicken wrap and could have easily had another one if I'd enjoyed it. The service was very unfriendly, and the women behind the counter didn't expect me to understand Arabic and realize they were talking badly about me several times. Waitresses don't do that sort of thing, and if they do, they should do it discreetly. If the owner reads this, let me tell you: with more courteous staff, the place would be much better. I really liked the atmosphere, if only the waitresses hadn't ruined it.

I tried Syrian food for the first time and was thrilled. The dishes were very fresh and expertly prepared. The homemade lemonade was also fantastic.

Unfortunately, it's too expensive for what's offered. A 7-euro soda is quite a statement, but the food, in particular, isn't worth the price. While the individual ingredients are fresh, neither the sauce nor the individual ingredients themselves taste particularly good. The bowl consists of three ingredients and, unfortunately, tastes simply bland. The service isn't particularly welcoming. There are better places in the area.

My friend and I had brunch here and my days was it good. The seating area is quite packed, but that honestly depends on you, we didn’t mind it.

Food fresh 5* Service 3* The price/performance ratio is completely unacceptable for the food and drinks 1* €60 for two dishes plus drinks for a meal that contains more salad than anything else. As I said, you should think long-term, not just the moment. That's why I'll never go back 👎🏻

The salad and hummus are good and highly recommended. The location is in the heart of the F-hain and therefore very easy to reach. The price is really good for the portion. The service is always friendly and prompt. I highly recommend it.

I recently visited Fatoush for lunch with a couple of friends. It was my first time visiting this place, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, but I was ready to give it a shot. I went for the rucola chicken haloumi wrap. The chicken was well-cooked, and the haloumi was a nice touch—everything was pretty balanced in terms of flavors. However, the mint-yogurt sauce, which was supposed to add a bit of freshness to the wrap, was barely noticeable. A little more of that would’ve made a difference. Overall, it was a positive experience. If you’re in the mood for something casual and filling, I’d definitely consider going back.

The food is really bad. Really really bad. Awful.

The food was very good and the service was wonderful, but also not logical. Seven falafel, a small plate of hummus on two spoons, five French fries, and so on. The bill for the table was 60, which is very expensive. That means one person would have breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 30. The staff is very good at service, but it is very expensive.

Few, good ingredients – a sign of high-quality food. And some of the dishes truly taste 100% like they would in an original restaurant in Sham :)

Definitely a clear recommendation. Everything is fresh, everything is delicious, generous portions, and the service is very friendly. Some of the food is new, while others are familiar from other countries. The cheese roll for dessert is not to be missed.

Mega bad! Ordered, first phone call, two numbers, no one wanted to be responsible, and I've been waiting for over an hour! I was called a completely "disrespectful person." Why? Because I asked where my order was, and a lot of people also said "chill out"... aha. Then they said it was Lieferando's fault, it had been out for 30 minutes... but the system still said "in process." After the third call, they said it had just been out, which was weird. Then suddenly it was delivered, and then it arrived two minutes later, but Fatoush canceled it! Who's being disrespectful and lying here? Just be honest, instead of demanding respect where it was due, on my side. Not on your side, though. It's okay, you'll probably keep getting bad reviews, totally disrespectful 🤣

Solid lunch spot, good food at a good price. Plus, they give quite big portions. Service is always fast. They have a lot of outdoor seating.

Wrap was a little dry, portion was small, taste could have been more seasoned. Waitress didn't even say hello when she came to our table and was a bit slow in general.

The restaurant is very nice and the staff is very kind, the food is plentiful and tasty. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try a particular ethnic cuisine.

Food and location were great. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable without back support, but totally worth it.

We had a mix of dips (hummus (chickpeas), babaganoush (chickpeas + aubergines) and muhammara (peppers + walnuts) with falafel and sambusa, which were very good and fairly priced. We usually get the tabouleh which is a complete dish and fairly priced. The waiters are very friendly and helpful.

We've been here over 7 times and we've always enjoyed the food BUT we were there on Tuesday and I had severe stomach problems afterwards (but didn't know it was from the food). Then we ate there again on Thursday and my partner ate what I ate on Tuesday (chicken) and now he has food poisoning. It's a shame because the food is very tasty but the hygiene doesn't seem to be at its best.
