I ordered a beef kebab, and got a smashed burger inside of an uncooked bread. Completely disappointment and disaster, taking into consideration the rating of this place what made me think I was making a good dinner choice. The bread was not grilled, there was almost no meet inside, only salad and no sauce at all. Very dry kebab sandwich and disappointment experience.

It is not fair if you say the card machine is not working, taking my cash. Then the next customer pays with card… Very rude staff..

Best vegan mixed plate - the first thing to do when visiting Berlin (over 13 years now) is getting a mixed vegan plate from Yarok. I love about the place that this is a real place to go for getting served good food to grab and not touristy at all. While waiting for food you'll see all kind of Berlin inhabitants, mixed with tourists and time to time a Berlin celebrity in line.

It's a very nice restaurant, which I found accidentally while on a walk with friends. It was a very nice surprise. Cozy ambiance with soft music in the background, very fair prices for the main courses, perfect for students for example. There's something for everyone, including real veggie options, and good portions. No problem to speak of with the staff, they were cheerful and helpful. I heartily recommend it.

Eenvoudige zaak maar eten moet je proeven. Heerlijk met aardige gastheren. Hebben menu besteld waar alles van de kaart werd geserveerd, alles lekker kruidig met heerlijke sauzen.

Una amiga que ya ha venido un par de veces nos llevó a este restaurante, y la experiencia fue increíble. Pedimos el plato para compartir de carne y estaba buenísimo, con muchísima variedad y todo súper fresco. Nunca había probado la comida siria, y sin duda repetiría mil veces. Si estáis en Berlín, tenéis que pasaros por aquí.

Buzzing! Lively place, great service and not hugely long wait for food even when they are busy. Food is great quality and taste and the price is very reasonable indeed. We had a great meal and a beer here, sitting outdoors. Highly recommended. The place was busy and Lively and had a great vibe to it. Definitely worth visiting, you'll not be disappointed!

Absolute favorite for this Syrian restaurant. The dishes are delicious, inexpensive and the portions are super generous. Lots of vegetarian dishes (I recommend the absolutely delicious vegetarian plate!) and the atmosphere is super nice in summer. The homemade lemonade was also excellent.

I have tried various places with falafel in Berlin. This seemed the best to me. Self-service style, but very convenient. You go to the cash register, order and pay. Then the waiters bring the food. I got a mixed vegetarian platter for two. Top!

Absolute favourite in the neighbourhood. It is miles ahead in terms of freshness and deliciousness. The owner and team are extremely friendly. I am a huge fan of the vegetarian plate, but each time I ordered something else I was blown away!

One of the best Syrian restaurants in Berlin. The “mix with meat” dish is so good, delicate and fresh. Really recommended. My partner is vegetarian and found a wide choice of dishes. The desserts are also excellent.

Small but fine restaurant. The ambience is average, but the food is really very tasty. In addition, the prices are very reasonable and anything but excessive. I was traveling alone and sat down at a communal table with a few other people. During the conversation it turned out that they were locals who confirmed to me that the food here was always very good. Clear recommendation, gladly again at any time.

CAUTION FOOD POISONING! After eating it on July 8, 2024, I, my husband and my 9-year-old son had severe food poisoning! The emergency medical service even had to be called in the evening. We ordered a chicken dish and a vegetarian platter. Damn it people, pay attention to hygiene in your store in these temperatures!!! It's a real shame because it wasn't our first time eating there! Well, now it was definitely the LAST time 🤬🤮

I've devoured their N°30 mix meat platter more times than I care to admit, and it never fails to make me a happy boy. It's a flavor explosion that leaves you satisfied, not broke, and surrounded by a nice staff. It's nutricious and filling too! It's honestly a win-win-win. I mean I'm no expert on Syrian cuisine, but if this is what it tastes like, sign me up. They recently renovated the space, and let's just say... well, maybe they should stick to cooking. Interior design clearly isn't their forte, but I appreciate the effort, I guess. After all I come here to eat, not for wall textures or inoffensive colours. In the end, Yarok has become my go-to spot for a reliably delicious meal. I'll keep coming back, not because I'm running out of options, but because sometimes you just want a sure thing. Bisous!

not impressed at all with the food. our pitas themselves were really thin and stuffing was falling out. and wasn't enough sause. I had way better pitas in Berlin.

Middle Eastern restaurant where you eat really well! The dishes were very good, tasty and above all abundant. The halloomi and falalfel are delicious!! The hummus is special! The place is clean and the guys who run it are friendly. The prices are fair in proportion to what you eat. Truly recommended if you are in the area!

It was my first time trying Syrian food, and I was excited to try new dishes! We ordered one plate Nr. 30, one plate Nr. 8, traditional Syrian mate tea, and Syrian coffee with cardamom. The dishes were delicious—not too salty—and the salad added freshness and balanced the whole dish. I loved all the food we ordered. Syrian mate tea is not my type of drink, but I enjoyed the experience of drinking from the traditional glass and metal straw. Syrian coffee was too strong and small, but it was served in a unique glass. Overall, I loved the food and the experience here.

Restaurant is in a good location but the food itself wasn't great. Shawerma is fake. Regular fried chicken. Other menu is normal. Small portion... not particularly. Still the people are very friendly and service is good.

When they first opened, it was really an insider tip. Then success came and prices went up. Nowadays you aren't even greeted any more and if you leave after 10 minutes, no one notices. Shame on you
