A very friendly shop and delicious food

Very tasty, but had a strange incident...I was in Schortens on Friday evening and ordered a kebab plate with delivery, super tasty, I think I paid 12 euros. I was at home in Cleverns on Saturday and really wanted a kebab plate so I called and they said delivery was only available for orders over 20 euros. I then agreed over the phone that she would just make a large plate of kebab and a cola or drink for 20 euros. Food arrives, the same portion as at the lecture and then it costs 23 euros because of the cola, so a kebab plate for 20 euros... I find it really disgraceful that you don't stick to what was agreed upon and don't make a larger portion but do the same as the day before and still get 20 euros and another 3 euros for the drink Unfortunately it's really stupid and I'm really disappointed

Were there for the first time today, the food wasn't good at all, the portions were way too small, the fries were hard, there wasn't much zaziki, there was more salad, more onions than salad, never again. No one even came to tell me what we wanted to eat or whether we wanted something to drink

Basically, we have always been happy to order or come to get something, but recently price and performance no longer match. Ordered a pure meat bowl otherwise 7€ plus “salad dressing” and now we are already ordering 10€ bowls and they are only moderately filled. Then we were suddenly supposed to pay 30€ for 2 bowls plus 2 dressings - when we asked in astonishment, the only thing the staff exchanged glances about was that the colleague who was collecting the money was new (although he had been with the company for over 4 years) and the price was reduced to 27€. It's a shame, you lose the trust of your customers when you make fun of them.

Food is very good but waiting times are very long. It's best to call ahead. Also not that aesthetic

We have never been so disappointed! We ordered yesterday. Doner arrived cold to us. The kebabs are only half as big as they were at the beginning and not tasty, the bread was soggy and the filling was ridiculous. And in contrast, what happened to prices??? For 3 kebabs, 1 lamacun, 1 nuggets without fries and 1x pizza roll we had to pay €39 (!)! It's a shame, disappointed and shocked, we won't be eating here again.

Preise sind einfach nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. 6€ für einen Döner, der mit jeder Bestellung immer kleiner wird. Dazu ständig verbranntes Brot.. nie wieder.

It used to be the best kebab and the best pizza in the area. Unfortunately it has fallen off in terms of taste, portion size and prices. Still good service and flawless delivery!

It used to be better. I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I have a duty here: the food has become more and more expensive and at the same time there is less and less on the plate. A kebab consists mostly of bread and some salad. There is only a little kebab meat on it. The waiting times are longer than the competition. It's actually a shame, but the food doesn't taste so good that you'd still be forced to go here. The alternatives in the area are better.

I like to order here and it always tastes really good, but it's been an hour and a half since my order and nothing has arrived yet. I was told on the phone it would take an hour. Got the collar

Freundlicher schneller Service, sauberer Laden, Qualität und Zubereitung der Speisen war sehr enttäuschend. Werden nicht wieder kommen!

Das Schnellrestaurant ist wirklich schnell . Wenn ich öfters in Schortens zu tun habe , hole ich mir erwas zum Essen . Nicht unweit bei Lidl gibt es genügend Parkplätze .

Wir haben schon häufiger gehört, dass Ya Hala einen Besuch wert ist. Da wir zufällig an diesem Abend in der Ecke waren und noch nichts gegessen haben, haben wir die Gelegenheit genutzt, dem Ya Hala einen Besuch abzustatten. Und um es kurz zu machen, das kleine lokal lohnt sich tatsächlich. Der Service ist nett und freundlich, die Preise fair und das Essen lecker. Einzig die Inneneinrichtung ist nicht so dolle, aber es ist eben ein Imbiss und kein Sterne Restaurant. Unterm Strich passt also alles.

Leckeres Essen, sehr nettes Personal (egal, wer gerade bedient). Wir haben noch nie liefern lassen, sondern im Laden gegessen oder abgeholt. Immer top!

Wir hatten Pizza bestellt und Nudeln 🍜 ,wir waren sehr überrascht wie Lecker es war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Der Laden ist sauber, hell und freundlich. Der Service ist nett und aufmerksam. Die Pizza für meinen Sohn wurde schon fertig geschnitten serviert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen Flyer aus dem Laden geholt und anschließend von zu Hause aus zum liefern für 23€ bestellt. Bei der Lieferung wollte man dann 29 € kassieren, da sich die Preise geändert hätten. Angeblich wäre auch ein Hinweis an der Kasse im Restaurant gewesen. Am Telefon hatte man uns nicht auf geänderte Preise hingewiesen. Einen Beleg konnte der Fahrer uns leider auch nicht geben, da er nach eigenen Angaben niemals einen Beleg bei den Lieferungen mitbekommen würde. 🤔 Die Pizza war okay, der Salat geschmacksarm und im Brokkoli-Auflauf waren sehr viele Zwiebeln, aber nur sehr wenig Brokkoli vorhanden.

Das Essen schmeckt hier immer ausgezeichnet.

Das Essen ist super! Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Negativ: keine Musik, verdorrte Pflanzen auf dem Tisch, das Licht wurde vergessen anzumachen, könnte alles gepflegter sein. Mit dem Essen hättet ihr auf jeden Fall Chance, erfolgreicher zu sein. Jedoch fehlt noch einiges, um ein angenehmes Restaurant zu sein.

Ich war heute das erste mal da und was soll ich sagen? Der mit Abstand beste Döner weit und breit. Evtl sogar bis Oldenburg!? Eine tolle Pizza. Man kommt rein, wunderbarer und sauberer Duft, man wird angelächelt und fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Ich war wie gesagt das erste mal da heute, aber ihr habt einen neuen Stammkunden. Preise mehr als fair, selbst wenn es noch n Euro teurer wäre, die Arbeit, die da geleistet wird, die Qualität, da zahlt man gerne! Top. Abi weiter so! Einfach richtig gutes und ehrliches Essen!

Super nette Bedienung und leckeres Essen

Das Essen ist ok, leider haben wir schon zwei Mal beobachtet, wie ein Mitarbeiter mit Latexhandschuhen zum Rauchen vor die Tür geht und danach weiter Speisen zubereitet ohne die Handschuhe zu wechseln oder zu desinfizieren. Darum waren wir ein letztes Mal bei YA HALA.
