I ordered a hunting schnitzel with mushroom sauce, which was a real disappointment. Too dry and too salty. The waiter seemed to be trying his best, but seemed very stressed. The atmosphere was pleasant, though.

Very friendly service, the tapas platter was fantastic, the meat and salmon were delicious. Unfortunately, the side dishes weren't so good. The spinach and the fried potatoes were only lukewarm, and the fried potatoes weren't crispy. What was also strange was that the side dishes had to be paid for separately; there was nothing included with the main course.

Very friendly and quiet. The tapas platter was very good, the steak juicy and tender. The only unusual thing was that you have to order all the side dishes separately. Would gladly come again.

It was a lovely evening with colleagues. We were here again this year. The food was delicious! Despite our large group (10 people), everyone was served at the same time. We'll definitely see you again next year.

We went there on November 14th, 2025, using a Groupon voucher. The tapas we ate were nothing special, rather bad, and not worth the money. We were the only guests in the restaurant, and that was on a Friday. We were pressured to buy more drinks to increase sales. We left, and instead of saying goodbye, we were met with a "goodbye" and a "sweetheart" instead.

Excellent value for money. The food was delicious and plentiful. Great service. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

We ate here on Monday evening. Absolutely nothing going on, unfortunately. The paella was very good, as were the appetizer and dessert. Unfortunately, the restaurant is located in a very busy, somewhat unnerving area, but we were neither bothered nor really pressured. We highly recommend the restaurant and would go again. I hope it stays open because of its location and that the owners build a good reputation. Keep it up!

Located directly on Hansaplatz. Seating is available both outside and inside. There were always tables available when we were there, so a reservation wasn't necessary. The restaurant is well-maintained, although the interior is a bit dark. The service was very friendly! The menu is extensive, with a wide selection – including vegetarian options. Cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), sodas, and other hot and cold drinks are available. The food arrived promptly and was still hot. The portion size was a good size. We enjoyed both dishes. The price-performance ratio was quite reasonable. Cashless payment with all major credit cards is accepted. Please note: Hansaplatz is a known social hotspot. However, the strong police presence makes us feel safe, and we were always left in peace.

The food was very tasty and good. What bothered me a bit was the relatively loud music (which, in my opinion, didn't fit the ambiance). The surroundings aren't the most pleasant either. The service was very attentive and friendly.

Good food. Got the Tapas plate for $22 euros. All tasted fresh & very good. Tapas with a slight Indian influence. Full of flavor, texture & color. Service was fine, kind of aloof, but what do I know? I am a visitor here. It's in an interesting part of town. Lots of curious activities in the square it surrounds.

An all-around perfect evening! The appetizer platter of squid rings, prawns, and tapas was a highlight in itself – everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The paella as the main course was perfectly cooked, aromatic, and truly authentic. The desserts were also spot on. The service was attentive, friendly, and quick, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. You can tell the love and care goes into the cooking here. Absolutely recommended – we'll definitely be back!

I've been there several times for dinner and drinks in the evenings. You don't have to wait very long, even for a seat, whether inside or outside. The staff are friendly and the service is very fast. Of course, the prices vary depending on what you order, but they're all very reasonable.

We came here by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Good value for money. Very courteous staff.

Überteuert und unfreundlich der Service war unprofessionell und wir waren als Groupon-Kunde Kunde letzter Klasse! Wir reservierten mit Groupon-Angabe und zeigten diesen bei Ankunft in der App vor. Sofort nahm der Kellner das Handy an sich und ging damit ins Lokal. Ich protestierte ohne Erfolg. Der im Gutschein enthaltene Aperitif wurde nicht serviert und konnte in der Rechnung nicht in Abzug gebracht werden. In der Vorspeisenplatte wurden an Stelle der angekündigten Gambas in Knoblauchöl nur die deutlich kleineren und billigeren Tiefseeshrimps serviert. Bei der Bestellaufgabe wurde der Garpunkt für das Filetsteak nicht erfragt und aufgenommen. Das Filetsteak war im Geschmack gut, hätte wärmer sein können und lag gänzlich undekoriert und ohne Beilagen auf dem Teller. Zu guter Letzt wurde ich in Reaktion auf meine Beanstandung übelst beschimpft und erhielt (völlig unnötig) Lokalverbot ausgesprochen. Die erbetene Rechnung erhielt ich nicht. Fazit: Wir werden das Restaurant nicht noch einmal aufsuchen und können es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

TOURIST TRAP!!!!!!!!!!! To be avoided Good food but the restaurant charges too much for what they bring, be sure to check the bill before paying. Payment can only be made in cash and no invoice will be issued upon payment. For me there was a difference of 12€40 out of a total of 72€60 to pay. A place to avoid : TOURIST TRAP!!!

You can do it... We had a Groupon voucher. However, we had to pay for the side dishes separately for the main course. This has never happened to us with Groupon... We ate there a while ago with a Groupon voucher. Back then we had tapas and we were completely satisfied. This time some tapas were only lukewarm... We've also never experienced blueberries and strawberries as fruit in a jug of sangria... The fish and steak tasted very good. The best thing was the view of Hansaplatz. We basically had file number XY live in front of the window...

The service was very nice. Our drinks were good, and most of the tapas too. The potatoes were liquid inside and not edible (the olives were very bitter), but a * deduction. The dates were a real treat for the palate.

The food was a spectacle of the worst kind and quality—schnitzel from the freezer, cooked in a deep fryer. The hunter's sauce had a watery consistency—the house recommendation looks different. But—all in all, an exciting spot in Hamburg with plenty of criminal "entertainment."

Any Spaniard would be ashamed of eating that!!!!!!!!! Paella doesn't live up to its name. Tastes more like an Indian curry than paella. We waited 30 minutes for drinks even though only 2 tables were occupied. Waiter didn't feel like working, he preferred to watch football. Also dirty glasses. Ambience, well. Won't be eating here anymore

Some dishes on the menu were not available. Cheese totally dry and everything wasn't really hot.

Unfortunately, a few points were deducted because you had to pay extra for side dishes. We had a voucher through Groupon that explicitly said "a dish of your choice" and apparently it didn't include any side dishes. Seriously, firstly, they should have pointed this out when ordering and secondly, for me it means a dish including side dishes. In which restaurant does a dish mean only meat??? So it's very misleading and therefore money-making and very unpleasant. It's just not right!

The food was very good. I can only recommend it. Which was an advantage for me since I have one If I have a stomach reduction, the tapas are an ideal portion size. I thought it tasted very good. The service was very friendly

Really very friendly and courteous service. We were served very well from start to finish. The food came for 3 people after just 20 minutes of waiting. All the dishes were really very tasty. The people are really very generous for the price and stocked me with high quality ingredients. The visit was really successful. Can highly recommend the restaurant.

Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut Tapas gegessen. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, man merkt das der Chef und seine Frau sich um alles kümmern. Preis Leistung stimmt auch. Wir kommen gern wieder.

They are treated poorly towards customers

In theory, a good restaurant with delicious food and fair prices. In practice, however, the staff is a disaster. Today I pre-ordered a meal on site at a fixed time and paid directly. When I came back as discussed, no one seemed to know at first and the food I ordered was served to me 30 minutes late, lukewarm and without apology. Since exactly this has happened twice in the past (same dish, same agreement), I will avoid this restaurant in the future and advise against visiting.

I had a very nice meal here, close to the train station, and sat very well. Of course you have to know that this is a place with social challenges, but that didn't really bother us. So we spent a lovely evening at Guben Essen with a good price-performance ratio. The employees were very friendly and courteous. Thank you very much for that

I really enjoyed my dinner at the restaurant. As a vegetarian I did not struggle to find some nice options. I really liked the vegetarian Paella and chocolate lava cake. The ambience is nice and the staff seems quite friendly as well.

Very nice location. There were ten of us there. Had 3 different paella and 5x the tapas XXL. Everything was very good. The waiters were very attentive. We would love to come back again and again. The only point of criticism is the toilets, which could use a renovation.

Food was okay, place is nice we could watch the football game, It wasn’t very good. Bartender was smoking and drinking while serving.

Ordered a beer. Came in a dirty glass both inside and out. Sent it back. Questioned it. Took it away. Returned the same beer in the same glass (it was dirty the same places). Pointed it out this was the same glass. Staff shouted at me. I left. Beyond that the service seemed chaotic and disorganised. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Food was great, and service too. In the middle of the afternoon, I was able to enjoy a warm meal. I can fully recommend it.

Service is nice and friendly I think the food was delicious and Ptei's performance was justified in my opinion. We were on holiday in HH and went there regularly in the evenings for the finals. Staff takes care of the "candy" junkies and other "sick" people. Were somewhere else in the direction of the train station. They don't know the "sick people" and they don't show any consideration. They harass you there. Would recommend the restaurant 👍🤘💪😎

The area around Hansaplatz really isn't the best, but the food really makes up for it. We had super delicious tapas, great fresh bread and the aioli is amazing. Very attentive service. Can really recommend.

Wir gehen gerne spanisch Essen. Leider gibt es dazu bei uns auf dem Land wenig Gelegenheit. Heute war das Ergebnis gemischt. Vielleicht hätten wir besser Tapas essen sollen. Haben wir aber nicht weil ich kaum eine Möglichkeit auslasse ein Steak zu essen, wenn es das gibt. Vorweg Brot mit Alioli war sehr gut und die Alioli sicher selbst gemacht. Das schmeckt man. Meine Frau hatte Salat mit Garnelen und war sehr angetan. Ich hatte Rumpsteak mit Pfeffersauce. Als Beilage zum teilen hatten wir uns kanarische Kartoffeln mit Mojo bestellt. Die Kartoffeln waren auch top und die Mojo sicher selbst gemacht. Mein Steak war leider untere Mittelklasse. Kaum Kruste sondern eher gegart. Am Fettrand dann komplett roh. 1/3 war nicht zu essen. Beim Abräumen wurde mir ein neues angeboten. Sowas mache ich aber nicht. Das ist Abzocke. Warum habe ich mich nicht gleich beschwert? Ich weiß nicht woher das Fleisch die leichten Garstreifen hatte. Aber es war zu wenig Dampf auf dem Kessel für ein Steak. Das nächste hätte wieder genauso ausgesehen. Der Service war sehr gut, freundlich und aufmerksam. Es gab auch noch einen Likör wegen meiner Anmerkung (ich hätte ja sogar noch ein Steak haben können). Was dem ganzen jetzt leider noch einen negativen Ausschlag gibt sind die Toiletten. Die sind mal ganz übel. Da bleibst du mit den Schuhen kleben und auch sonst....übel. Da wird man heute immer empfindlicher. Von daher mag ich kein Fazit ziehen. Soll das jeder für ich selbst entscheiden.

Was here today as part of a district tour of St.Georg. Restaurant is comfortably furnished. Staff is friendly and patient. Bacon-wrapped dates and latte macchiato were both very good.

I celebrated my son's 48th birthday, it was very tasty and we were impressed by the service. We will definitely come here again.

Heh that's not a cozy Spanish cuisine unfortunately :( the smell in the toilet is terrible. Paella is simply boiled rice with Indian spices. One type of fish in the paella was not fresh and had a bad smell. I definitely can't recommend this place

Super lecker und freundlich, draußen sitzt man sehr schön. Eine ruhige Oase mitten in einem eher ungemütlichen Stadtteil. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Ziegenkäse in Feigenkonfitüre 💖

Das Restaurant hat eine umfangreiche Speisekarte mit verschiedenen Taps angeboten. Es gibt aber auch ganze Gerichte wie zb. Paella oder Steaks. Das Essen war super lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet.

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Dort gibt es eine umfangreiche Speisekarte mit Tapas über Paella und Steaks bis zu Hamburg. Vor dem Hauptgang wurde uns Brot mit einem selbstgemachter Knoblauchcreme angeboten und gereicht. Die Bedienungen verwies am Anfang auf ein drei Gänge Menü hin als Spezialität des Tages. Die Bedienungen war sehr freundlich und nett. Mein Steak und die Pommes waren sehr gut.

Alles war gut! Das Essen war tick salzig

Leider zu viele Junkies im näherem Bereich der Lokalität. Fühlten uns unwohl.

Zunächst einmal: niemand dort hat spanische Wurzeln oder ähnliches. Dementsprechend hat auch das Essen dort nichts mit den richtigen spanischen Gerichten zu tun. Ich hatte: ungewürzte Tortilla, rohe Pimientos, zähe Sardinen, Kartoffelecken wie vom Discounter und eine Crema catalán, die nicht mehr war als ein Orangenpudding. Dazu auch noch ziemlich teuer im Vergleich dazu, wie viel die einzelnen Tapas in Spanien so kosten. Der Kellner war zwar sehr bemüht, aber schlechtes Essen macht das auch nicht wieder gut.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Man sollte allerdings etwas Zeit mitbringen. Die Paellas dauern ca. 30 Minuten. Um Zeit zu sparen hatten wir uns für ein Wiener Schnitzel entschieden, doch das benötigte ebenfalls 25 Minuten. Geschmacklich und optisch war das Essen top. Wer aber in der Mittagspause nicht viel Zeit hat, sollte lieber woanders hingehen.

Lustiges lokal für mit Freunde was su essen und trinken

Für den Preis kann man nicht meckern. Friteusenschnitzel, kleine Portionen, aber soweit in Ordnung. Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam 👍🏻

Sehr tolles Lokal, sehr nette Bedienung. Der Sangria war perfekt und die Paella auch. Wenn ich wiedermal in Hamburg bin, werde ich hier definitiv wiederkehren.

Bis auf die Örtlichkeit des Hansaplatzes ist das Essen und der Service empfehlenswert . Diese multi- kulti Örtlichkeit hat uns persönlich gefallen , was aber sicher nicht bei allen so ist .

Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Preise waren in Ordnung.Nur das Umfeld ist nicht schön. Auf der Ecke ein Bordell un dann ganz viele Afrikaner. Im Dunkeln nicht zu empfehlen, schade für das Restaurant.

El lugar es agradable el servicio es ok pero solo recomiendo bebidas la comida no cumple expectativas y no soy muy exigente! ALGO DE Muy mal gusto que no te digan al llegar que solo puedes pagar en efectivo y que tengas que caminar 5 min a un cajero!
