WSA Kantine Cuxhaven in Cuxhaven

I ordered a doner kebab and it was delivered. In the future, there's no point in ordering a bread roll with four pieces of meat in it – the portion is ridiculous for the price.

We received a warm welcome. The food was delicious, but we felt the plates lacked a bit of color, perhaps in the form of a salad garnish. We'll be back next year.

Culinary really great. I had the vegan mushroom pan and it really impressed me. The ambience is really outdated, but it's definitely nice to sit outside in the summer.

I'm absolutely thrilled. We were there for the lunch buffet on October 3rd, but since it was a holiday, they only offered the large buffet. But it was absolutely fantastic. The food is truly amazing, with a fantastic selection. Steak, scallops, shrimp in various forms. There's a wide selection of desserts. Ice cream in several flavors, and the highlight was the soft-serve ice cream machine. I definitely give it the highest number of stars, and we will definitely be back.

The ambiance is quite appealing, beautifully situated in the castle cellar. The food was okay at best. What's completely unacceptable, however, is the pricing policy. First of all, we paid €355 for six adults and two small children. But that's not the problem. The fact that it's a bit more expensive is just the way it is. But when we unknowingly order a little bread in advance (12 slices), and each person present is ultimately charged a flat rate of €7.50, meaning we paid a total of €60 for bread and creamed potatoes, that's simply outrageous. Do they need something like that there?
