The only beer garden I know where it is recommended to reserve. But it's worth it, always nice staff, a relaxed atmosphere and very good food that comes fresh to the table without having to wait long. We really enjoy being there.

Everything was right! The beer garden is very large, but it's not a problem if all the tables are occupied. The trees and the subtle lighting make it very cozy and invite you to linger. The food came very quickly and tasted very good. The cocktails were also very well mixed and delicious.

The “Franzz” is a Bavarian restaurant where you can eat well. The staff is friendly and you can have a good chat. Parking is a bit difficult...but if necessary you may be able to park your car opposite the cemetery. In any case, I can only recommend Wirtshaus Franzz.

Classic inn with a very nice winter garden and a large outdoor area. The food is great as is the service and the ambience. You can tell that the landlord puts a lot of energy into this. Keep it up! 👍🏻

We were able to reserve a table for 8 people the evening before without any problems. The atmosphere in the beer garden was great, there was a small playground for the children so the adults could chat in peace. We ordered 7 different dishes and they were all very good. The service was very nice and attentive. We would definitely recommend the restaurant!

My daughter just ate tiramisu, she feels sick and has diarrhea; It was often the case that the service was unfriendly. The store isn't what it used to be. I tried some of the potato salad, it also tastes terrible and it makes me sick too.

We were here as a stopover at a bachelorette party on a Friday evening. Unfortunately not in the beer garden due to the weather. The food was delicious, the service was very quick and everything was perfect. We imagined the atmosphere inside to be a little better based on the pictures. It was very loud and a little uncomfortable as the neighboring table was less than 50cm from our stand.

Been here a few times, there is down-to-earth cuisine at fair prices. The beer is also good, I sometimes drink "dark". The small beer garden also fits. Had crusts - roast pork, unfortunately the crust and the nice creamy sauce were a bit too salty, but still my recommendation. The service was quick and friendly, we got a place for 2 people without a reservation 👍

Our first visit inside, so far we only knew Franzz briefly from its beer garden days (with a playground). Right from the start there was a bowl of water for our four-legged friend in the bright winter garden. The menu is varied, schnitzel day on Sunday, and a mixture of home-style and a few exotic dishes. We chose a variety of options and everything was very tasty, from ChilliConCarne to hamburgers to Munich schnitzel. The portions are plentiful and the price is more than fair considering the quality. The service and the boss were always approachable, quick and friendly. Maybe the rather chaotic look from the outside will deceive some people, but the Franzz is a clear recommendation!

I especially like the beer garden (guest garden). You sit nice and cool in the shade of the trees. There is (among other things) Alpine cuisine to eat, which is very tasty. Also recommended with children and dogs!

Inconspicuous from the outside and not easy to find without a navigation system. There is a beer garden which is certainly nice in summer. The restaurant is cozy inside, with a winter garden.

Abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte und ein gut eingespieltes Serviceteam. Trotz gut besuchtem Garten haben wir ohne Wartezeit sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Das Preisniveau ist für die gebotene Leistung als eher moderat zu bezeichnen. Ein wunderschöner Platz - wir kommen gerne wieder !

We can recommend the Gasthaus Franzz. It is pleasant to sit outside and enjoy delicious food. The ravioli filled with goat cheese and a poppy seed sauce are delicious. Next time I would order a small side salad with it, but that was somehow missing. All other dishes, including the Pasinger-style schnitzel and the dumplings in a mushroom ragout, are also recommended. The non-alcoholic spritzers are great, there is a good selection. The cellar beer was perfect. We will order desserts again, the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was great, the Kaiserschmarrn too (there was so much that we were allowed to take half of it with us), and we would have liked a few more of the apple cakes! All in all, a big thank you to all the employees at Franzz - you are a great team. We look forward to another visit to Franzz.

Large, welcoming and pedestrian friendly place. There is also an outdoor garden used in the bubble stations for receptions or parties. the traditional Bavarian dishes, made from high quality raw materials and mostly produced by local companies. The beers are also excellent

We were very disappointed this time at Franzz. The burger patties + burger buns were completely dry, as was the meat from the Schwabenpfanderl, the fries were nothing because they were in the deep fryer for too long. Last but not least, the math wasn't right either. That wasn't a nice birthday meal :-(

We were at Franzz for the first time today and I can say right away that it wasn't the last time. We were really very satisfied. We had reserved and got a table in the winter garden. You can sit comfortably here. The waiters here are really on their toes and our food came very quickly 👍. We had the pancake soup, the baked potato, the cheese spaetzle and the Swabian pan. The crowning finale was the lukewarm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. From the starter to the dessert, everything was perfect and tasted very good 👌. We received great and friendly service, which rounded the whole thing off 😊. What I also have to mention positively are the prices. Value for money is great. All in all, we went home full and satisfied and would love to come back. Thank you very much 😊

Really tasty food, one of the best Kaiserschmarrn I've eaten, and a nice (but loud, as expected) atmosphere. Service was very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. If you want to have some typical food, in a less touristic area, I recommend this place. Bavarian service at its best.

I wouldn't come back until the free season, I find the acoustics inside very tiring, as background noises and conversations are heard very loudly due to the sound reflections from the walls. In the long run this is rather annoying.

The winter garden, in which we sat as a group of 30 people, has unpleasant acoustics. It gets very loud so that you can hardly understand the person you're talking to.

Sind vor kurzem nach Pasing um die Ecke gezogen und haben es gestern auf Empfehlung ausprobiert. Die Pfannkuchensuppe geschmacklich super, genauso wie die Käsespätzle. Der Salat schön knackig mit leckerem Dressing. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gut drauf. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! 👍

Sehr leckeres Essen zu noch fairen Preisen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und man bekommt immer einen Platz. Besonders die Spezialitäten aus Schwäbisch-Hällischen schmecken uns am besten. Schön ist es in der Sommerzeit im Biergarten. Drinnen ist das Ambiente auch ok, leider etwas laut.

Ins Franzz komme ich seit Jahren immer wieder gerne. Sehr „moderne“ bayerische Küche die Wert auf Qualität und Vielfalt auch abseits von Fleisch/Knödel/Sahne-Einerlei legt; auch gute vegetarische Auswahl. Besonders schön ist der große Aussenbereich. Service immer top und sehr freundlich. Abends unbedingt reservieren!

This is a great local restaurant with a small beer garden. Quiet and comfortable. I have been here often in all seasons. My favorite dishes are grilled duck and the Schwabenpfandl. The desserts are also very good.

Nachtessen im Franzz, ein Erlebnis! Da geht die Post ab.. Da wird viel gelacht, getrunken und riesige Portionen verschlungen. Total sympathische urchige Bayer Beiz. Übersichtliche Speisekarte mit unglaublichen und feinen Leckereien. Wir haben echt gut gegessen und genossen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, preislich mehr als fair. Unbedingt reservieren, es lohnt sich.

I high recommended ! We didn’t have reservation Friday evening but they found for us free table (restaurant was full). Service is excellent guy explain everything in english (menu in german). Delicious food! If we will in Munich again we totally come back!

Siamo capitati quasi per caso in questo ristorante poco fuori Monaco e devo dire che è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Personale super cordiale e gentile . Location molto carina e tradizionale. Per quanto riguarda il cibo piatti tipici molto buoni e abbondanti. Consigliato vivamente.

Restaurant mit Biergarten. Schwerpunkt Fleischgerichte und Gerichte mit alpenländischem Touch. Gerichte unkapriziös und eher einfach, jedoch schmackhaft. Speisekarte überschaubar, jedoch wechselnde Specials. Anständige Weine. Preise noch akzeptabel angehoben wegen aktueller Lage. Ingesamt immer noch recht gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Innen nett, könnte jedoch noch ein Quentchen mehr Gemütlichkeit vertragen. Biergarten ohne Fehl und Tadel. Spielbereich für Kinder. Gutes, konsequentes Einlasskonzept. Personal zählt zum freundlichsten und kundenorientiertesten (Kulanz) im Umkreis. Jeder Besuch bleibt allein deswegen in sehr positiver Erinnerung. Alles in allem erreicht der Franzz die 5 Sterne knapp, aber letztlich eindeutig. Vor ihm liegt, wenn man mal die Küche und Ausrichtung als einendes Glied sieht, nur der Wilde Hirsch in Gräfelfing. Hoffentlich bleibt uns der Franzz noch lang erhalten.

Etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum im Süden von Pasing findet man das Wirtshaus samt angeschlossenem Biergarten. Sehr gutes Essen und Spaten Bier. An heissen Tage sehr angenehm im Schatten der Bäume. freundliches Personal. Einen Besuch Wert 🍺.

This is by far my most favorite Restaurant in all places I have been (Including outside of Germany) since many years. The food is excellent even if you don't want a "Schnitzel", Everything is fresh and very fair prices. The Biergarten is pretty and on a sunny day, an amazing location. Inside is cozy, roomy and if you are planning an event, you can have a secluded area that is bright all day long. I have been here many times and will be going here again and again. The staff and owners are super nice and helpful. Highly recommended - and besides everything, easy to get to. A bus station is nearby and if you want to walk its 10-15 minutes from Pasing-Bahnhof.

Herzlicher und zuvorkommender Service, man fühlt sich wohl in dem gemütlichen Restaurant mit guter Küche. Schöne Plätze im Wintergarten, im Sommer ist es sicher sehr schön im Biergarten.
