Nach dem letzten Besuch waren wir nicht mehr da, Pächtwechsel. Es war vorher sooo lecker, selbst ganz einfaches Essen... Kööööstlich Gestern waren wie wieder und die neue Pächterin begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und ebenfalls der Koch. Es hat im Vergleich zum "zwischenpächter" 1000% leckerer Gemeckt Aber für ne Kleingartenanlage und die Portion zu teuer! N 1/3 mehr Schnitzel darf bitte sein für 19euro

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich, allerdings gab es (zumindest meines Wissens nach) keine so große Essensauswahl bei den Hauptspeisen...

Die Gastronomie ist idyllisch in einer Schrebergartenanlage gelegen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und man wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen war top, die Burger mega lecker. Sofern wir wieder mal nach München kommen, kehren wir sehr gerne wieder dort ein. Es wäre sinnvoll vorab telefonisch zu reservieren.

Von Außen erinnert die Location eher an einen Schrebergarten, aber das Essen war wirklich spitze. Ich hatte Käsespätzle - sehr lecker, meine Kollegin Cevapcici (ebenfalls top). Service war schnell und sehr aufmerksam - das bekommt man heute nur noch selten. Und dann auch noch zu absolut fairen Preisen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I was at the rock evening on October 18, 2025, at the small Villa Flora. I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back if I had the chance. The staff and owners are super friendly and accommodating. This was one of many visits, and I was always 100% satisfied and had one of the best evenings in a long time. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Yesterday's 80s rock night was truly a success! We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, the current tenant is doing really badly. Unfriendly and repeatedly attempting to cheat on the bill! Unfortunately, this is no longer a good address. We won't be back until the next tenant changes. It probably won't be long...

Unfortunately, I have to edit my positive review. Under the current owner, the food is only (below) average. The service leaves a lot to be desired, and friendliness is no longer present here. You also have to be careful about what's on the bill. Several attempts have been made to "snare" us with something we didn't consume. During the discussion about it, personal hostility was below the belt. Conclusion: Wait for the next change of owner (probably won't be long) and only then will you come back here! Great beer garden in an allotment garden. Good food, friendly service!

One of the worst things I've "had to experience" in a long time. The waiter came to take our drinks order after about 25 minutes and then graciously refused to take our food order. Another 25 minutes passed before we were "allowed" to order food. Friendliness also seems to be a foreign concept in service; skillful ignoring is highly valued. I ordered a roast beef with onions and cheese spaetzle, but they ended up with spaetzle without cheese, and the meat was so dead you could have killed someone with it. The dirty plate was the icing on the cake. The beer was flat and "well-tempered," probably coming from the soup kettle. I'm curious to see when the next change of tenant will be after May 1st of this year. I won't give this tenant six months unless something fundamental changes...

The Kleine Villa Flora is a really sweet location and a great place. The food was mixed. While I enjoyed my schnitzel, my colleague's onion roast was overcooked, and the spaetzle were unfortunately also not good enough. A shame for the money. The sausage salad came with rather stale bread. The non-alcoholic beer, with three people at the table, tasted really sour and a bit stale. The shandy was mixed with a very strong lemonade and didn't taste good either. Unfortunately, the service was also a disappointment. One person can't even begin to handle that at peak times. And when they then take smoke breaks, it doesn't make the service any better. What remains is a long wait for something you can order. The wrong dish was brought out, and they tried to blame the guest, which was odd, since my colleague would never order what she supposedly ordered. The fact that we then had to wait for the cutlery until the food was lukewarm was unfortunately only too consistent with what we'd experienced so far. Reordering drinks also took forever, as did the opportunity to pay. Overall, it's a shame. A great, cute "garden restaurant" with a lot of potential, but the service and, in some cases, the food ruined it all. There were seven of us, and everyone was dissatisfied. A shame.

Unfortunately, the service was a disaster: Even making a reservation was difficult, and then we managed to do it via text message, but it didn't really register. Unfortunately, the impression continued – the wait was completely overwhelmed on a Tuesday evening, even though the restaurant was only 70% full. Even if they were short on staff, they could preface it with a friendly apology that it would take a while, and everyone would understand. Instead, our question about whether we could order food with our drinks (after we'd had enough time to study the menus) was met with a harsh "No." The food arrived about an hour and a half after we arrived, and the salad we ordered from the daily special was a different one. We skipped the second round of drinks and, in some cases, went home still hungry. The food itself was very tasty, and the prices were really good. However, we probably won't be coming back due to the wait and lack of friendliness, even though the location and ambiance are lovely. It wouldn't take much more to make this a great getaway in the countryside... What a shame.

New owners since 2025. Experience from both visits: Only suitable for lunch if you have plenty of time. They take tips on their own.

Such a hidden gem! We are so grateful for the staff who accommodated us (include 2 small children). We went for drinks one night after a walk round the area near our hotel, then came back the next for dinner. Food was amazing!! The steak was so tender and full of flavour and the burger was ‘probably the best I’ve ever had’. Such a beautiful restaurant hidden in the allotment gardens. Highly recommend.

Nice little restaurant in an allotment area. The food is okay, but also quite expensive. Unfortunately, the service was rather unmotivated.

Went here again after work. The schnitzel and burger were delicious. Afterwards, we had "hot love," which was also very tasty. The ambiance, right under a large walnut tree in the allotment garden, is rare and truly uniquely beautiful. Today was a summer festival. There was live music too. Really nice. The burgers and cevapcici were also excellent. We always love coming back.

Really nice location and pleasant atmosphere. However, I can't recommend the food. The schnitzel was barely seasoned, undercooked, and extremely greasy. The potato salad was a mess, and there were no side dishes or ketchup/mayo, even when asked.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The food was excellent – five stars aren't really enough! I'd especially like to highlight the warm welcome and attentive service. A big compliment to the owner – you can feel the love and passion that goes into his work. I'd love to come back!

Simply a dream. The new owner is incredibly dedicated; you can immediately see his culinary experience. The menu is varied and clear, a sign that the ingredients are fresh and good, which you can taste. Too much choice makes me skeptical. Particularly beautiful is the fantastic new mural by Munich native Susanne Urban, which elevates the beer garden's ambiance to another level! Truly fantastic!

We celebrated my birthday yesterday with 20 people at the Kleine Villa Flora. We had the entire room to ourselves and were able to enjoy the appetizers, grilled platters, cake, and drinks!

2025: Unfortunately, the first impression isn't quite as convincing. A somewhat bland sausage salad without bread for just under €10 leaves a rather bland aftertaste. Steff had presented the dishes a bit more attractively. Oh well, it could still be better. Good service, good location, good food. Augustiner Edelstoff is also good.

We used to go here all the time with the previous owners. Since it’s been taken over by new owners, it’s really gone downhill. We were going to eat but the portions looked very small, the menu was not comprehensive and the service was very slow so we had one drink and left. We walked around the corner and found a better place with much better service and larger portions.

Delicious dinner on a Thursday evening at the end of August. Small restaurant with friendly, amicable service in a quiet and green area, a 5-minute walk from the Heimeranplatz S-bahn stop. Fair prices, we would love to come back!

I recently visited Little Villa Flora and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is exactly what you would hope for in a traditional beer garden: cozy seating under old chestnut trees, rustic wooden tables and benches, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The beer selection is excellent - from classic Bavarian beers to local specialties, there is something for every taste. The food was equally great: hearty, fresh and typically Bavarian. The schnitzel and the pretzels are particularly recommended! Service was quick and friendly, despite the busy garden. The prices are reasonable and fair, especially considering the high quality of the food and drinks. Overall, a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon or evening. I'll definitely be back! A gem in the middle west of Munich. A cozy beer garden in the center of an allotment garden. Here you will be served nicely, regardless of whether you want to refresh yourself with cold drinks or fortify yourself with home-cooked food. All of this with a very good price/performance ratio. The lumberjack steak and the stockfish (daily dish) are particularly recommended.

A homey little gem of a Biergarten hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Definitely coming back here again!

Small but super nice. In the middle of the allotment garden. The innkeepers are very friendly. I have the lumberjack steak eaten with fried potatoes for €13.90. And it was worth every penny. Finally an economy that can do fried potatoes! Praise to the chef. Yes, there is a real chef and hosts here who focus on quality. This is no longer a given in Munich. And of course you can just drink a beer. I rarely give full marks and rarely write applications, but here it is a personal concern for me. Performance should be rewarded. It's great that something like this still exists in Munich. Keep going…

WOW! Simply a great place. Super idyllic, you can enjoy your measure in peace. The prices are just insane. 7.90 for one measure? Just great. But the food was not only delicious but also plentiful and inexpensive. With the Viennese style schnitzel you got 2 giant schnitzels with an incredible amount of fries. I have gone there again and again and will continue to go again.

Fantastic food at fair prices. Visited 3 times in 5 days on a school trip because we were so excited. Atmosphere was also great. We are already looking forward to our next visit on our next Munich vacation.

Hidden gem! Cheap drinks and delicious food. Kid friendly, it has a small playground, grass lawn where the kids can play, one baby chair and the kids menu with three options.

Der perfekte Ort für eine kleine Flucht ins Grüne: Keine 500 Meter von der grauen Asphaltwüste des Heimeranplatzes entfernt sitzt man hier in einer grünen Oase unter großen Bäumen mitten zwischen den Kleingärten und den Kleingärtnern. Die Atmosphäre ist urig-entspannt, die Qualität der Speisen ist - gemessen an den günstigen Preisen - sensationell. Und den Service habe ich immer als herzlich und aufmerksam erlebt. Bitte genau so weitermachen - ich komme dann sehr gern immer wieder.

Gemütliches Ambiente und leckeres Essen mit Salaten, Schnitzel, Currywurst mit Pommes, Käsespätzle oder Kaiserschmarrn, um nur einiges zu nennen. This is a hidden little gem in the gardens of Munich. We learned that many Germans rent garden plots inside / outside the city where they often have little cottages and in this one was a delightful beirgarten. We enjoyed some big beers, sausages and sauerkraut but the highlight may have been the cold cucumber and mint soup.
