I recommend all Italians who spend a few days in Munich to come here. Out of the way but typical place, with excellent cuisine and exceptional service. It's a little out of the way but you can get there by subway. Thanks for the welcome, we will definitely be back

The Bavarian restaurant left an excellent impression! Pleasant atmosphere, cozy interior and real Bavarian flair. The dishes are delicious, I particularly liked the schnitzel with mushroom sauce, the juicy steak with potatoes and the fluffy Kaiserschmarrn. The portions are generous and the staff is friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

We wanted to go to Maxhof to get some schnitzel. Once we arrived we were greeted warmly. They really take the time to make sure that everything is fine and that you are happy. So the service was more then good. The food itself was also great. It was fresh and the side dishes where good as well. We would definitely come back another time! Thanks guys Ps: they even wrapped our food which we couldn’t finish in a nice form. That’s what I mean with great service and keeping guests happy!! ;)

The best Schnitzel! We stop everytime we are in München. Everything we've tried on the menu has been great and we have always had great service. The outdoor seating is wonderful in the warmer months, but the indoor seating is also very nice. Defintely give it a try!

I have the gift of always going to the insider restaurants in Munich. I just wanted dinner and there was live music today. Very inviting from the outside, but inside it was of the same standard. I ordered the beef soup with noodles. It was an honest marrow bone soup with meat. As the main course I chose the pork crust roast with dumplings and red cabbage. The dish was also crumbly and tasted great. I still have to get used to the size of the beer. A large beer is a measure in Bavaria. For dessert I ordered the nougatino, an ice cream dessert that rounded off the evening. Service really Bavarian friendly. The price was a little higher but it was worth every euro. Conclusion: It was worth the visit.

Very unfriendly waiter, food too expensive because I didn't arrive until around 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 6th. Because I was sitting outside and wanted to get an ashtray, I was immediately shouted at. I wanted a salad and told the cellar that we don't have green salad without it. I think the guest is king, I'll never have to have something like that again.

We are coming for the first time, as far as the food and services are concerned, everything is at the level of 5, what else can I say for the family, it is also great, visit and see for yourself.

Were there in the Biegarten on Friday. Food, staff and cleanliness were great. It's very comfortable to sit in and it's surprisingly quiet. We were absolutely satisfied and would love to come back.

I love Gasthaus Maxhof! Although their schnitzels are absolutely amazing, they also have so many other delicious dishes on offer. Here are some of my favorites: Homemade Cheeseburger: This burger is made from a mix of beef and veal and comes with crispy fries. It simply tastes great! Cevapcici: Their homemade cevapcici are fantastic. You can enjoy them in two ways: Cevapcici with Flatbread: Perfectly seasoned and served with warm flatbread. Cevapcici with French fries: Hearty and combined with golden French fries. Really tasty! Roast Pork Crust: This roast pork with dumplings and red cabbage is available from Friday to Sunday, and it's definitely worth the wait. Simply delicious! Grill plate Maxhof: A mixed grill plate with different types of meat, with Djuvec rice, French fries and onions. A dream for every meat lover. I highly recommend exploring the entire menu. No matter whether you like schnitzel or are in the mood for cevapcici, there is something for everyone at Gasthaus Maxhof. Enjoy it!

Unfortunately very rude service. When I asked a little, I was advised: “I should please read the card more carefully”. Unfortunately, something like that has no place in the catering industry, especially after you first had to alert the staff to your presence. The food is delicious and very filling.

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Gasthaus Maxhof in Munich and the Cevapcici was truly exceptional. This traditional Balkan dish was perfectly prepared and offered a taste sensation in every juicy bite. The spices were perfectly balanced and perfectly underlined the hearty, spicy aroma of the meat. Accompanied by a fresh, crisp salad and warm, fluffy bread, the cevapcici was a delicious and satisfying meal. The restaurant's cozy, rustic atmosphere, combined with friendly and attentive service, made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. If you are in Munich, you should definitely try the Cevapcici at Gasthaus Maxhof. It's a menu highlight that's sure to impress!

The schnitzels here are really very good and recommended. But cevapcici or grilled plates are also delicious.
