I love being there, the food is really great and everyone is very friendly. Jürgen the innkeeper knows his job very well and makes everyone feel welcome.

Super nice gastro team, very friendly even in the most stressful times. The food was really delicious and the price was more than moderate 👍 Unfortunately the beer garden was packed 😔 and we quickly took our food with us and enjoyed it in our garden at home, so we still had a delicious meal 😋 We would definitely like to do it again 😊

The range of food on offer is more than good. The quality of the food was very good. Price/performance ratio more than acceptable. Unfortunately the service was a bit behind. Nevertheless, I'd be happy to come back at any time.

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. From the moment I entered the store I was treated with rudeness and disinterest. My questions were answered briefly and succinctly, without any attempt to help me or to take my concerns seriously. The employees seemed annoyed and not very motivated. Service and customer friendliness should always be a top priority, but here I felt like I wasn't welcome. It's a shame, because it significantly affects the overall impression of the store. I certainly won't come here again and unfortunately I can't recommend it

Were there on the way through, contrary to the usual "sports home" - charm, a really nice beer garden, decent furniture, beautiful trees with shade, very tasty cuisine and, especially with Mia, a totally charming service. Despite being absent due to illness, the team performed extremely well and easily made up for the short waiting times with joy and fun at work. Keep it up and THANK YOU!!!

I often went to eat there, maybe I was always unlucky. The beer in the beer garden was warm, so I had to argue with the waitress. But what is also clear is restricted from bottles and always taken from the front, should come from a cold storage room. A cold room is never converted to summer holidays. Then another time I had a piece of meat that got something from being left in the pan for too long. It was really bad, everyone can imagine what it was like. Then I was there alone and wanted a place. There were three tables of the same size available and wanted to look at one. Then the waitress said it was their largest table. I'm supposed to sit at the back, it's actually someone that no one wants. Then I left and something was called after me. Throughout the entire inn, something like that doesn't work.

Huge catering complex in Bavarian style, nice guests, friendly staff

It's always nice to come back here. Went there spontaneously for the first time this year today. Can only be recommended. It's best to come by bike. Parking spaces are few and far between and you still have to keep your driver's license.

Super delicious food, the onion roast with the cheese spaetzle was awesome, you had to add a little more seasoning but it was better as if it were oversalted. And the service was always very friendly, in a great mood and very accommodating. Happy to come back 👍

We bowl here, the service is super friendly and even if the restaurant is full to watch football, we always find a way to find a place and/or get food at the desired time.

We wanted to end the beautiful day with food and a wine, unfortunately the waitresses didn't even look at us here, even though they walked past us several times. For the few who still want to afford a visit to the restaurant or beer garden, you should pay more attention give, what a shame.

We were there today with 26 people. A family celebration. It was a great experience for all of us, from big to small. The food was great, well seasoned, appetizingly prepared. It also came quickly. Thanks to the great space in the basement, we had everything to ourselves. We also booked the bowling alley, which was really cool. The service staff were very friendly and on point. The arrangements with Mr. Bouska in advance were also great. Thanks!

Ehemaliger Pächter 1*: Essen ist überhaupt nicht gut.. kurz nach dem esssen klagten mehrere von uns über Magenschmerzen und das schon öfter als ein mal.. meide dieses Restaurant seit dem letzten mal... Update 2024 5*: Seit paar Jahren nun richtig lecker mit großen Portionen und super Service zum fairen Preis.

Die Bedienung sind sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein Schnitzel paniert, mit Pommes. Die Pommes waren gut, das Schnitzel hatte stellenweise harte Sehnen.

Sehr gute bürgerliche Küche. Preise sind erschwinglich und das Personal sehr nett. Das Wirtshaus hat einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Biergarten mit großen Kastanienbäumen. Tipp: Besser ist es zu reservieren!

Kann man sehr empfehlen und die Preise sind normal auch für Familien.

Habe Samstag Freunde aus dem bayerischen Wald zum Essen eingeladen rehbraten und schnitzel vorzüglich gekocht, alle waren zufrieden. Man kann es weiterempfehlen.

Essen ( Zwiebelrostbraten 16€, Wiener Schnitzel 12€ ) waren sehr lecker, der Service schnell und freundlich und der Biergarten gemütlich und mit viel natürlichen Schatten. Alles Top.

Wir waren an einem Mittwoch zum Mittagessen im sehr schönen und schattigen Biergarten und waren sowohl mit dem Essen, mit dem Service und mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden. So macht Essen gehen noch Spaß. Zwiebelrostbraten Medium ( auf den Punkt gebraten ) mit Butterspätzle 16€, Wiener Schnitzel mit Pommes 12 €, Radler und Saftschorle knapp unter 4€. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Biergarten

Waren das erstmal da, nach eine Radtour. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten bekamen wir sofort einen Tisch. Der Service war echt gut und schnell. Das Essen super lecker, habe lange nicht mehr eine so gute Currywurst gegessen. Auch das Cordonblue war traumhaft. Große Portion zu echt günstigen Preisen Wir kommen wieder.

Super Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung

Bedienung war freundlich und fix, die Musik - Duo Grenzenlos - war spitze 👍 Waren sehr zufrieden.

Ich war jetzt hier schon mehrfach essen, von Wiener art Schnitzel, Cordon Bleu Kaiserschmarn, Zwiebelrostbraten oder vielen anderen dingen wie zum Beispiel dem Bacon Burger (gibt es nicht immer). Er hat eine Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken die man hier verzehren kann. Solange man freundlich fragt kann man auch manche Sachen variieren wie Cordon Bleu mit Käsespätzle. Ich wurde kein einziges mal entäuscht der Service ist super freundlich und kommt immer wieder mal um zu fragen ob alles passt. Einmal von 100 besuchen war mein Fleisch nicht ganz durch als ich nachfragte wurde es direkt mitgenommen und korrigiert. (Das Fleisch war sehr dick und darum nicht in der Mitte ganz durch). Wenn man als Gruppe bestellt kommt das Essen auch bei allen Gleichzeitig an, vlt ein paar minuten später da Currywurst nicht solange dauert wie ein Zwiebelrostbraten. Ich war auch schon bei vielen anderen Gaststätten essen aber hier gibt es wirklich den besten Kaiserschmarrn eine sehr große Portion. Die wirklich besser schmeckt als bei manch anderen Gaststätten in Gersthofen und Umgebung. Der Wirt des Hauses ist sehr engagiert und bemüht sich wirklich um seine Gäste. Zum Feiern eines Geburtstags oder einer Hochzeit oder anderer Events kann man sich ohne Probleme den Nebenraum zu nutzen machen. Unten hat es noch eine Bowlingbahn falls wer möchte ;-). Im Großen und Ganzen ist es hier wirklich super. Preis Leistung passt zusammen. Parkplätze gibt es fast überall ist nur manchmal schwer einen zu finden wenn dann mal wirklich viel los ist. Für Rollstuhlfahrer gibt es direkt am Eingang eine richtig gute Rampe aus Stein und nicht aus Metall. Essen zum Mitnehmen kann man auch per Telefon bestellen und ohne Probleme mitnehmen. Ich würde sagen einmal hier zu Essen schadet nicht ;-)

5 🌟 weil es einfach und sehr gut ist. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, der Biergarten ist groß und sehr angenehm. Bedingungen und Chef einfach TOP, weiter so.
