We have always enjoyed eating there, but unfortunately the service and the landlord have suddenly become very unfriendly. We just wanted to have a drink in the beer garden but were very rudely asked to leave after the second order. So nothing like this has ever happened to us anywhere. If the guests are always treated like this, there will probably soon be no more guests. We're not coming anymore.

There were two of us here and we would like to leave 5 stars here. The staff is really extremely friendly (rarely experienced in Germany), the atmosphere is quiet and we both enjoyed the food. We both had schnitzel - with special requests that were easily accommodated. Thank you!

We often eat there. Very friendly, fast service that is on point. The food is consistently very good and in relation to inflation, Munich and other beer gardens/restaurants. Very good value for money and there is also a playground for children. The only drawback: relatively small inside and out. Everything has advantages and disadvantages. Parking is suitable and quick access to the motorway. Small but nice and definitely recommended.

Unfriendly host who intervenes in the conversation and, in a peasant manner, asks people to leave across the table for no reason. It seems to have been the case here several times. Haughtiness comes before the event. Keep it up and good luck@

In the liver spaetzle soup you can count the spaetzle on two hands, the waiters are rude and snippy and the landlord's mood is subterranean, which the guests can hear loudly! Once and never again!

This little beer garden along Westendstraße is a nice find. The menu offers a good selection of dishes, including fish and vegetarian options. All dishes we tried were tasty and was served promptly. Even the side salad was fresh and came with a delicious dressing. The dessert portions were generous, with the chocolate cake being a standout - served warm and rich with a deep chocolate flavor. However, the vanilla ice cream was a bit icy. The Bavarian cream was airy and delicate, pairing perfectly with the tangy raspberry coulis. Prices are decent for Munich, and while the service was efficient and fast, it wasn't particularly friendly. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

I am delighted. The service is nice and friendly, very attentive. The food is incredible and the prices are reasonable, which is rare these days. I was especially pleased that there was more than one type of non-alcoholic beer on the menu. The service takes a lot of getting used to; guests are perceived as a nuisance after 8 p.m. The annoying guest is no longer allowed to order espresso or coffee after 9 p.m. The food is Croatian. Is that how gastronomy works? 1 year later: I've since heard that the tenants have changed. I live in Passau now, so I can't test this. But it would be exciting.

The Winklstüberl with the new tenant is now a great place where you can now eat delicious Bavarian food. The staff is very nice and quick in carrying out the order. The grilled pork fillet with pepper sauce and potato rosti was very fresh and tasty. (Posted July 23) After 7 months I can only say that the innkeeper still offers top quality in terms of food, service and ambience. Regarding the incident on February 27, 2024, all I can say is that as a host you shouldn't put up with everything and, above all, you shouldn't allow yourself to be insulted. The Winklstüberl is still highly recommended!!

Was at the musicians' regulars' table in the Winklstüberl yesterday on February 27th, 2024. Was nice as always. Only yesterday the landlord suddenly kicked out the musicians in a shameless way. Guests can also be included. That's not possible as a host. With screaming words from the landlord, we all left the restaurant. No recommendation. The guest is the king. You probably haven't heard of The Host yet. Shameless host!

The restaurant is very cozy and rustic, the food is good, only the landlord misbehaved yesterday. He insulted the regular musicians' table who brought him a full drink and was expelled from the restaurant. If a host is so against his guests, he should consider whether this job is even suitable for him. It's a shame, it was always a nice time with the musicians.

We were at Winklstüberl on Sunday and I have to say the cake was fantastic. I've never seen such large pieces anywhere. I would happily give the cake more than 5 stars. Which I didn't like. I bought cookies as a souvenir for friends and family. For a lot of money. What do I have to say, you are so hard and old. Unfortunately I couldn't return it because the route from Berlin is too far. Cake yes, cookies NO

Sehr ruhiges, kleines und uriges Wirtshaus. Nette Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Man fühlt sich wie auf einer Hütte in den Bergen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Klein und fein. Humane Preise. Hat zwar keine große Auswahl in der Karte, aber das was es gibt ist geschmacklich super. Eben Hausmannskost. Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich und geht auf Wünsche ein. Ist heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Kann das Stüberl wirklich empfehlen.

Gute Balkangerichte. Vor allem, wenn man Hunger auf Fleisch hat, sehr empfehlenswert. Auch der Service ist freundlich. Solide 4 Sterne.

War heute 17.09.23 nach Jahren wieder im Winklstüberl. Essen war sehr lecker, Service etwas gestresst, aber sehr freundlich und schnell. Kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Lokal etwas versteckt, aber wenn man es weiß wie man hin kommt, gut.

Der neue Pächter (gesamte Familie) macht einen tollen Job! Endlich kann man dort wieder sein Essen genießen. Egal was von der Karte: Alles schmeckt richtig gut! Mein persönlicher Favorit: Puten-Cordonbleu mit reschen Bratkartoffeln und Salat 👍 Zu empfehlen auch: Surf & Turf!!! Und auch Espresso und Cappuccino sind klasse! Weiter so!

Gemütlicher Biergarten, der nach einem Wirtswechsel leider nichts mehr außer der Örtlichkeit mit davor zu tun hat. Statt sehr guter kultiger Balkan-Küche wenige 0815 Gerichte auch nicht optimal zu einem Biergarten passen. Service wurde klar schlechter, ein Radler 0,5 nach 2. Bestellung einer Radlermaß. Essen dauert, aber wenigstens eine Warnung.

Seit Juli 2023 neuer Inhaber !!!! Habe gestern Käsespätzle und Schweinebraten probiert. Bin positiv überrascht. Nach langer Zeit mal wieder ein richtig gutes und frisch zubereitetes Essen. Preise wie zu DM Zeiten. Der Wirt eine herzliche Person, der Wert auf seine Gäste legt. Definitiv besuchen!

Unter neuer Führung hat sich das Lokal mit den Speisen sehr gesteigert. Die Qualität und der Geschmack sind von hervorragender Leistung. Wer Qualität einkauft, bringt auch Qualität auf das Teller. Das Personal ist Flink und freundlich. Beim Bezahlen nimmt sie die Bedienung Zeit, es wird einem die Rechnung vorgelegt und nochmals abgeglichen. Respekt. Besten Dank und macht weiter so.

Neueröffnung seit Mitte Juli 23! Bayrisches Lokal mit Tageskarte. Freu mich schon auf kleine Gerichte im gemütlichen Biergarten. Waren lecker essen in dem gemütlichen Gasthaus mit neuen Wirten. Der Biergarten wieder ein Ort im heißen Sommer, gemütlich mit Bäumen und Spielplatzbereich weg von der Straße. Sehr gastfreundlich, schnelle Bedienung. Ein Famlienbetrieb! Frisch und lecker. Das Brot könnte beim Salat dabei sein. Wünschen euch einen guten Start.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Bestellungen waren sehr schnell am Tisch. Das Essen hat allen ausgezeichnet geschmeckt und die Preise sind fair. Hier bekommt man noch echte bayrische Speisen serviert. Der Biergarten ist super. Absolut Empfehlenswert!!

Sehr gemütlicher kleiner Biergarten mit gutem Restaurant. Die Balkan-Einflüsse ergeben zwar zum großen Teil viele Fleischgerichte, aber auch die Vegetarier in unserer Gruppe waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl und der Qualität der Speisen. Es gibt auch ein Angebot an Speisen die einer Vorbestellung bedürfen, diese lohnen sich aber durchaus (1-2 Tage Vorlauf genügen). Sehr schöner Außenbereich im Sommer bzw. auch in der Übergangszeit da teilweise überdacht bzw. mit flexiblem Windfang. Herzliches und freundliches Personal. Leckeres Essen wird also mit gutem Service abgerundet. Bier gibt es im übrigen auch.

Gemütliches Restaurant/Kneipe. Top-Niveau in der Balkan-Küche.

Ich bin seit meiner Kindheit regelmäßig im Cafe Winkel stüberl. Meine Schwiegereltern lebten in Fischbachau . Das Essen vor 3 Wochen war hervorragend und die Torte danach das highlight wie immer. Der Kellner fröhlich flink und sehr lustig mir bayrischen Dialekt. Er dutzde ganz ulkig jedermann sogar meinen 90 jährigen Papa, aber das war einfach so nett und gut anzunehmen 😂.

Eine ansprechende, kleine Wirtschaft mit teilweise überdachtem Garten zum Verweilen. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und hat einen balkanesischen Schwerpunkt. Bei einzelnen Speisen kann man durchaus die Motive der Kalkulation hinterfragen. Der Bierpreis bewegt ich noch im üblichen Münchener Rahmen, es ist gut eingeschenkt. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die überwiegend sauberen Toiletten außer halb der Gasträume ist. Sonst durchaus eine empfehlende Wirtschaft, sofern man keine überzogenen Ansprüche hat.
