Sehr aufmerksamer und netter Service! Essen (Salat mit Avocado und Ziegenkäse, als Dessert Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesauce) und Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Zwei persönliche Empfehlungen für Liebhaber fruchtiger und süßer Cocktails: „Bramble“ sowie „Birnen Mojito“!

We recently went to Wilma Wunder and had a drink there. It's a very nice restaurant and our service person was really friendly. There is a small deduction because the space in the corner by the window/door was quite drafty.

Nice place to have breakfast not so early in the morning. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The food was good!

Just terrible. We ate veal schnitzel, which was inedible and tasted like it had been fried in old oil. The napkin dumplings were cold and totally oversalted and the sauce was an indefinable cream mush. The prices are absolutely overpriced, especially for what was offered. Two of our group struggled with nausea and stomach pain. It's a shame because the location itself is very nice. But eat there: Never Ever!

Unfortunately, the menu is a bit too expensive for the dishes on offer. Although we personally reserved a spot for the evening in the afternoon, suddenly there were no tables left. We were then told to sit at the bar with the 6-year-old, even though tables became available shortly. The somewhat incompetent waiter could only be motivated with good persuasion. Service and food did not meet the required price level. Too bad. Ambiance was appealing.

I'm always happy to be there when I'm out with friends. Nice service and a feel-good atmosphere.

Nice restaurant, but understaffed or overwhelmed. Visit on December 23rd. The place was lively but not overcrowded, around 50-60% of the tables were occupied. However, we were warned straight away that eating would take 45 minutes. We ordered soup of the day 3 times. 50 minutes after ordering we were informed that the dish we ordered was no longer available. Another soup was offered, which was then served after another 15 minutes. Nicely prepared but bland.

The food (holiday menu with duck) was cold; Unfortunately, there was also a side dish of meat from the salad. The service seemed overloaded and uninformed. A vegan salad had leftover non-vegan cheese (!!), which was only partially removed after a complaint. (!) Never again.

We were very disappointed by the spirits offer. Four clear schnapps and a vodka and a homemade eggnog. Not enough for me!!!!!

We were indoors with our two dogs and received a warm welcome. Cappuccino was excellent and we enjoyed breakfast very much. We will be happy to come back.

Six months later, I'm still disappointed with the Passau branch of "Wilma Wunder" - in the meantime I was back at "Wilma" Hannover, where ONE waitress cleaned up the huge location including the outdoor seating area in a reasonable amount of time. In Passau, on the other hand: three waitresses who didn't have much to do and still ignored me and my neighboring tables very professionally. I ACTUALLY wanted to eat there because the cuisine, at least in Hanover, is brilliant - but it ended up being just a hot drink. I don't know yet whether I'll give the local "Wilma Wunder" another chance on my next assignment in Passau. As a former catering worker (waiter, cook, counter man) and trainer for HoGa staff, I may be too demanding and maybe I just had a bad moment... but what was organized there is not possible at all.

What else can you say about 5 stars in all categories. It was and is always beautiful there

Very tasty food, tarte flambée was highly recommended, salmon tarte flambée and the classic tarte flambée, as well as the fries with truffle mayonaise😊😋😋😋

Last week we had breakfast there - I think Euro 15.90.-. The salmon breakfast. A total of 2 slices of smoked salmon were served with 4 slices of bread. The freshly grated horseradish was 100% from the jar and the jar had been open for a long time. Horseradish largely without taste and completely without heat. Then try the salad with goat cheese. It was once served with 2 slices of goat cheese. Now only one, but much thinner. Am I unlucky or has this really become the norm here?

Incredibly stylish furnishings. From British subway tiles to old building floor tiles, very impressive. One of the few restaurants where you can still find warm food in the old town after 9 p.m. Large portions, great taste. Super friendly waiters! Gladly again!

I visited Wilma Wunder for lunch while on shore in Passau during my Viking River Cruise on the Danube. I had never eaten blaukraut before; it was served as a side dish with the schnitzel I ordered. OMG! What a treat! I was amazed at the flavors presented in Wilma Wunder's version of this iconic German dish! I tasted cloves and delicate vinegar flavors that made this version unique! I proceeded to order blaukraut several times during the remainder of my visit to Germany, but none of them were as good as Wilma's version. You absolutely have to try it!

I ordered schnitzel Viennese style and specifically mentioned “pork” I then received an inedible veal schnitzel. I didn't touch most of the plate. I didn't get the difference of €10 back even though the waitress admitted the mistake and there was no compensation or apology for the bad meat either!! An impudence. Incredible atmosphere, beautifully decorated. You can immediately tell that there is a well thought-out concept behind it, as can the great food and drink menu. Vegan and vegetarian offerings. Great feel-good atmosphere! Great service, good food. Good prices. We'd love to come back!

Lunch was just mediocre. The lunch meal offered was already gone at 12:00 p.m. The drinking glass was not clean.

I find the location really cozy and beautiful. However, it depends on which operators are currently on duty. Sometimes you sit for up to half an hour until you are seen or get your order. I think it's a real shame, it performed much better right after the opening

Great location in the middle of Passau's pedestrian zone. Good food, great atmosphere inside and out. Sometimes very stressed staff, even if it is manageable. Prices are still in the green. But the food and cocktails make up for it. Good regional food just costs money.

We were here before in August 2024. We really enjoyed the tarte flambée. The service was very nice and quick. During our visit on Tue September 15th, 2024 we were disappointed 😞 Thanks to the chaos at the DB, we had a 12-hour journey from Hanover. We were very tired and hungry and would have been happy with a delicious tarte flambée. We arrived shortly before 9:30 p.m., the waitress appeared at our table at 9:40 p.m. and explained that the kitchen is only open until 9:30 p.m. When we asked in the kitchen and we explained the situation, the cellar recommended cake. He didn't even ask. When we asked if he could give us some advice on where we could eat something else. We got the answer, probably not in Passau. Really sad 😢 We understand that at some point it will be the end of the working day and times must be adhered to. But we wished he had been at least a little friendlier

Leuk behoorlijk groot restaurant in het centrum van Passau. Prima klassieke gerechten zoals Tafelspitz en Kaiserschnarren. Daarnaast ook goede cocktals en zeer vriendelijke en vlotte bediening.

Unfortunately, the food consisted of nothing but convenience products that were mixed together or warmed up. The cheese sauce in the casserole with Schupfnudeln tasted extremely artificial, like soup powder. Clearly too expensive for €15.90. The food was generally at canteen level. It's a shame, because the service staff was fine. I wouldn't eat here again. What I also want to mention is that after paying you are “encouraged” to give a “positive review” in exchange for a free liqueur. Is that where the many positive reviews come from?

We went to Wilma Wunder in Passau for coffee and cake on a Saturday. The restaurant was very busy, which is why we had to wait quite a long time. Despite the crowds, the service was friendly and attentive. The pancake with berry dream was okay, but nothing special. Overall, a pleasant stay if you have some time.

A novelty in the city, a large and nice place, but ultimately impersonal like all the places replicated in photocopies in different cities. Good cocktail list, but to have an appetizer to accompany it must be ordered separately. In the average price of 9 euros a couple of peanuts and 2 chips could also fit.... I returned this evening, this time for dinner. The impression on the restaurant remains the same, original and tidy, presence of tables even on the pedestrian street. Complete disappointment with the food, it looks like pre-cooked, frozen or canned food! Cold and undercooked Fleischpflanzer, Wiener Schnitzel fried with old oil and burnt, nightmare Kaiserschmarrn: but can you present a dish in a hot pan and the food just hot on the outside and semi-frozen on the inside? Raspberry sauce at various temperatures, practically a supermarket product. I give an extra star for the service because, at least, the waitress didn't make us pay for the dessert. Too bad, a great space lost in the city.

The food and the ambience were very good. The service was good. Wilmaa meatballs and the ham spaetzle tasted very good. You can come back to this place.

Beef roulades at 24,- and then comes a small roulade (which tastes like frozen food). When I asked for a second one they charged 10 euros

Everything just fits there. Very friendly and familiar. Bikers are welcome. In addition to the very good food, vegetarians are also pampered and a rich breakfast buffet also ensures their well-being. Der schlechteste Laden im Umgang mit Kunden in Passau sagte mir tagsüber, dass er aus Gründen des Umsatzes mehr Geld von den Kunden bekommen sollte, da er wusste, dass ich jeden Tag mit meinen Freunden komme und wir zwei Getränke trinken Monatelang gaben wir ungefähr 8000 Trinkgeld und die Angestellten wussten das. Dann sagte mir die Person namens Kalo mit aller Respektlosigkeit und Unhöflichkeit, dass wir umgerechnet 150 Euro verlangen würden Müssen Sie die Gehälter Ihrer Arbeiter bezahlen, oder was? Die alten Arbeiter waren überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Schlechtes Management und schlechter Service. Er redet noch nie mit mir Ich habe eine solche Situation in meinem Leben gesehen. Schade um den Restaurantbesitzer und die Geschäftsleitung, die sich dieses Verhaltens nicht bewusst ist. Wenn Sie nicht möchten, dass Araber in Ihr Restaurant kommen, schreiben Sie das draußen und sprechen Sie nicht auf diese respektlose Weise mit uns. Bewertung von null und weniger für Ihr Restaurant

The server probably didn't have her best day... The toilets are an absolute highlight and make up for everything else.

We had breakfast there and it was a dream (see photo)... beautiful, delicious bread (instead of some stupid cardboard rolls) - all high quality ingredients such as real Italian salami and even the salad that was under the egg was dressed with a vinegarette and great taste... So we can only recommend...

Nice terrace in the city. Traditional dishes. I didn't really understand what I could eat. Spatzle not my bread. But I tried. Everything was neat and well cared for and very friendly, helpful service.

On July 21st, 2024 we were at the starting point in Passau on our Danube cycling trip. The atmosphere was quite inviting... We sat down at a shady table in the middle of the terrace... We were skillfully ignored by three different service employees who took orders or brought them to the tables. Other guests who came after us were greeted and their orders were taken... After 13 minutes of waiting, we went to an ice cream parlor not far away... WILMA WUNDER Passau will remain in my memory as a sad example of poor (grade 6!) service!

We made reservations in advance for 7:30 p.m. for 3 people. No reservation would have been necessary at this time but would have been required for a later date. The service was always attentive and always friendly, even though this employee felt like she had to do almost everything herself. The food, especially the three different spreads as starters, were great and recommended. 👍Price/performance is a bit too expensive but still within reasonable limits due to the quality.

Our waitress Peter was really friendly and tried very hard. The drinks came immediately and the food was also very good and served quickly. Always my pleasure!

I was previously insulted because of my disability. Meon rollator is in the Wrg. If I'm the first guest, I don't take up anyone's space. Decent coffee, but an incredibly long time before the waiter notices you. The business was half empty, the staff was enough, but still we waited a very long time for ordering, coffee and payment.

The restaurant is centrally located in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Service was very friendly and quick. I was there for breakfast. This was very tasty and completely sufficient. You can easily order the cappuccino with oat or almond milk at no extra charge. If you're looking for a good breakfast spot before your shopping trip, you've come to the right place!

Just had a meal at Wilma Wunder. The food is amazing and the portions are absolutely reasonable. The staff is more than attentive. Thanks to you Peter and greetings from our kids. Children under 4 even get a generous portion of cheese spaetzle for free. The atmosphere is very modern and inviting. If we stayed in Passau any longer, we would be here again tomorrow. Absolute recommendation. Really worth it.

Iced coffee super delicious. Ice cream sundae with yogurt and apple compote is also really tasty. Beautifully prepared and I really like the ambience.
