Der schlechteste Laden im Umgang mit Kunden in Passau sagte mir tagsüber, dass er aus Gründen des Umsatzes mehr Geld von den Kunden bekommen sollte, da er wusste, dass ich jeden Tag mit meinen Freunden komme und wir zwei Getränke trinken Monatelang gaben wir ungefähr 8000 Trinkgeld und die Angestellten wussten das. Dann sagte mir die Person namens Kalo mit aller Respektlosigkeit und Unhöflichkeit, dass wir umgerechnet 150 Euro verlangen würden Müssen Sie die Gehälter Ihrer Arbeiter bezahlen, oder was? Die alten Arbeiter waren überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Schlechtes Management und schlechter Service. Er redet noch nie mit mir Ich habe eine solche Situation in meinem Leben gesehen. Schade um den Restaurantbesitzer und die Geschäftsleitung, die sich dieses Verhaltens nicht bewusst ist. Wenn Sie nicht möchten, dass Araber in Ihr Restaurant kommen, schreiben Sie das draußen und sprechen Sie nicht auf diese respektlose Weise mit uns. Bewertung von null und weniger für Ihr Restaurant

We had breakfast there and it was a dream (see photo)... beautiful, delicious bread (instead of some stupid cardboard rolls) - all high quality ingredients such as real Italian salami and even the salad that was under the egg was dressed with a vinegarette and great taste... So we can only recommend...

Nice terrace in the city. Traditional dishes. I didn't really understand what I could eat. Spatzle not my bread. But I tried. Everything was neat and well cared for and very friendly, helpful service.

On July 21st, 2024 we were at the starting point in Passau on our Danube cycling trip. The atmosphere was quite inviting... We sat down at a shady table in the middle of the terrace... We were skillfully ignored by three different service employees who took orders or brought them to the tables. Other guests who came after us were greeted and their orders were taken... After 13 minutes of waiting, we went to an ice cream parlor not far away... WILMA WUNDER Passau will remain in my memory as a sad example of poor (grade 6!) service!

We made reservations in advance for 7:30 p.m. for 3 people. No reservation would have been necessary at this time but would have been required for a later date. The service was always attentive and always friendly, even though this employee felt like she had to do almost everything herself. The food, especially the three different spreads as starters, were great and recommended. 👍Price/performance is a bit too expensive but still within reasonable limits due to the quality.

Unfortunately the cafe is not good. A pity

Our waitress Peter was really friendly and tried very hard. The drinks came immediately and the food was also very good and served quickly. Always my pleasure!

I was previously insulted because of my disability. Meon rollator is in the Wrg. If I'm the first guest, I don't take up anyone's space. My friends and I move in too and don't want to be treated like that. Apart from that, lettuce should be cleaned properly. All the best for your future future. MONIKA LIEPOLD

Decent coffee, but an incredibly long time before the waiter notices you. The business was half empty, the staff was enough, but still we waited a very long time for ordering, coffee and payment.

The restaurant is centrally located in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Service was very friendly and quick. I was there for breakfast. This was very tasty and completely sufficient. You can easily order the cappuccino with oat or almond milk at no extra charge. If you're looking for a good breakfast spot before your shopping trip, you've come to the right place!

Just had a meal at Wilma Wunder. The food is amazing and the portions are absolutely reasonable. The staff is more than attentive. Thanks to you Peter and greetings from our kids. Children under 4 even get a generous portion of cheese spaetzle for free. The atmosphere is very modern and inviting. If we stayed in Passau any longer, we would be here again tomorrow. Absolute recommendation. Really worth it.

Iced coffee super delicious. Ice cream sundae with yogurt and apple compote is also really tasty. Beautifully prepared and I really like the ambience.

Excellent flamkuchen couldn't have done better ourselves. Followed Schwedisher becher (ice-cream with chocolate sauce) which was delicious. Nothing wrong with the wine and beer either.

The food and drink was top, as was the atmosphere. You can't complain about the service, especially the waiter named Peter did a top job and asked about your well-being and was also super quick and thorough in the service. I have nothing to complain about and would love to come back here👍🏼

Nice central location, nice atmosphere. But even after 20 minutes no service came to our table. We then had to go to a neighboring restaurant to be served.

Unfortunately, the WW in Passau is not at all comparable to WW at other locations. I've always enjoyed visiting the restaurant in general, but the service in Passau just seems overwhelmed at all times. You wait forever for everything, and you always have to ask in the kitchen (we've been there four times so far) how long it will take. Drink reorders etc. take forever. Food complaints are dealt with professionally, but are not implemented professionally by the kitchen. The food itself (apart from one complaint) is good. The cleanliness in the washrooms leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice, large, modern restaurant in the city center. The service was friendly. With patience everything was great (many tables for few service staff). The food was a bit disappointing; I had imagined more wild garlic under spaetzle with wild garlic pesto. Unfortunately it was quite oily and didn't taste well developed.

We visited the restaurant last night because the atmosphere really invited us. A look at the menu that the restaurant advertised, such as sustainability, regional, mindfulness, vegan vegetarian, convinced us even more to stay and have a little something to eat. After we sat for a good 20 minutes, I had to get a waiter in the restaurant and politely ask if he would like to serve us, we sat outside. It has to be said that there were enough staff available. At least there was a lot of staff standing relaxed at the counter and chatting well. Well...after the request, we ordered vegan konjac noodles (see picture on the plate on the right) and vegetarian konjac noodles with goat cheese (picture on the left). For someone who only eats out every now and then and pays attention to their diet and is happy to spend a little more money for it. The whole thing was more than disappointing. Pasta in a watery sauce, a touch of vegetable chips from the chip bag and vegan ready-made meat from the ready-made package. The goat cheese was torn and thrown onto the plate. Honestly people...does it have to be that way? Why don't you at least add some vegetables, fresh herbs, spices etc... Where's the passion in that? Where is the concept of sustainability and mindfulness? We paid 15 euros for the plate!!! That's not in any way proportionate! It's really great that you're looking at Vegan. But I don't think it's fair to simply bet on the vegan horse in order to collect more. We're way off topic! Unfortunately, I couldn't complain about the food I didn't eat. Firstly because the waiter only came back after I was looking for him in the restaurant and asked him to come and collect and secondly because he wasn't interested! No questions, no regrets, nothing. A pity…..

There were 6 of us there for breakfast. First of all, the food was delicious. Everything was recorded and then the first momentum came. The "main breakfast" came for all but one. The last one came when we were already finished. My little son just wanted a loaf of bread and Nutella. This was forgotten even though it was typed. It was only ordered again upon request. Some of the extras that were ordered were also forgotten. The kitchen was also a mess even though it was empty inside. Don't go there anymore...

I've been there three times now and unfortunately I've been disappointed every time. If you want to eat or drink here you have to take a lot of time. The food and service definitely leave something to be desired.

Really delicious food. There is a lot of vegan options and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The price is a bit more expensive, but it's worth it!

My ham spaetzle wasn't really edible. The taste was boring, the ham was tasteless, and the eggs were barely noticeable. I don't want to write about the spaetzle anymore. Far from reinventing. Better take a cooking class. Price excessive. I like to cook myself and so I know that it can be done much better.

Everything is good, except for one employee who is a young, slightly brown person with black hair. He went back and forth 4 to 5 times (not in a hurry) and didn't greet us at all, and I waited with my friend for about 10 minutes until he came to us to take the order. Certainly not nice by asking; -Here you go, what do you want? The words fit but the voice was stinking mad, I wasn't mad because I waited and wasn't greeted. Were no problem 10 minutes wait if he didn't greet us and could carry on, it really wouldn't be a problem. Just because of an employee I say we'll go somewhere else because the waiter doesn't want any customers here!!! The other employees are really nice and the food is great. Please tell me who else knows how cheeky the boy is.

Two coffees two glasses of water 10 Euros. Not even in Monte Carlo........Not to mention the coffee was disgusting.

Ambiance and service are top. It's often busy and very popular. Music could often be really quieter because you can't understand the person you're talking to.

Stopped in for a second breakfast, definitely recommended. The waitresses are a bit reserved, a smile more wouldn't hurt. Food, had a pancake, really great. Elderberry spritzer ok too. I think you can come here more often.

I was there on June 2nd. There for breakfast and ordered an oat cappucchino and the plant gourmet breakfast, which was declared vegan. It was only after a few bites that I noticed that one of the two spreads with the bread looked and tasted very different than I expected based on the description. I asked the waitress what kind of spread it was, she couldn't tell me and took my plate to ask in the kitchen. After waiting for a while she came back and explained to me that the spread in question was the avocado cream cheese. When I asked why I had cream cheese on my vegan breakfast, she replied unmoved that she would just bring the plate and it wasn't her job to check what was on it. Following a bad premonition, I asked if the “butter” flowers on the bread were margarine, she told me it was butter because there was no margarine in the house. When I asked again why this was included in the breakfast that was declared vegan, she replied that she always brought the breakfast like that and that no one had ever complained. I pointed out to her how dangerous animal products can be for people with lactose allergies and that if I had been less suspicious it could have ended really badly, but she just shrugged. I asked for the bill without eating any more. When she put the bill for the full amount on the table and I commented that I didn't think it was appropriate to pay the full price for this doubly wrong breakfast, she told me that unfortunately she couldn't decide for herself, and a shift manager did Unfortunately, the powers for this are not yet in the house. Finally I asked her what her name was, but she replied that she was under no obligation to tell me. All in all, the wrong breakfast, no apology and no discount and rude and unfriendly service.

The place was very nicely decorated, but then we had to wait for over 10 minutes, the meaning that was relevant to us was not tangible, then we left the place again.

Four of us were in town on Saturday and wanted to take a break, so the free tables at Wilma Wunder came in handy. Not so busy, you should get something quickly. I told my companions to order me a drink and I'll go relieve myself in the meantime. In the interior on the way to the quiet place I saw 4 waitresses who were obviously bored. Then I thought, they have nothing to do...it will probably happen quickly. As I made my way back to our seat, I saw the waitresses standing there again...still visibly bored. Arrived outside......the order has not yet been taken. We waited 10 - 15 minutes until a waitress came out and took 2 drinks from the next table (she obviously wasn't happy about it) and then disappeared again.......After another 5 minutes we left. I know that it's currently difficult to find experienced people in the catering industry and people tend to turn a blind eye, but this is ridiculous.

Not recommended… I've been here several times and each time it got worse. I always drank iced peach tea, which tasted different every time. Yesterday it was so disgusting that I couldn't even drink it. I also had schnitzel (pork), but it didn't taste OK anymore. When I had finished eating, we just wanted to go further, but the waitress didn't show up just 25 minutes after we had finished eating. We constantly tried to make eye contact with someone, but it didn't work. We even saw a young couple from outside having to come in to pay because no one was paying attention to them either. The service was nice, but the order in the store was catastrophic. VG

The food and ambience leave little to be desired. The willingness of the service has to be criticized: if the four ladies talk private things to each other at the bar with their backs to the dining room and are then visibly annoyed when you want to place an order or pay, then unfortunately my tip stays in my wallet. Very unfortunate.

A really nice and quite large restaurant. The furnishings are a mix of modern and rustic and cozy. The waitresses are all very friendly and nice. You can always find free seats, at least in summer when there are seats in the outdoor area. In terms of price, the local restaurant is absolutely within the range and average. The orders come quickly. Access to the restaurant and the toilets is at ground level and is suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. The entrance is a little narrower than normal, but in my opinion it is sufficient for wider wheelchairs. If necessary, access is also possible from the side, as the window front can be opened almost completely. Parking is of course not possible in the pedestrian zone, but there are several parking garages and a large square under the Schanzel Bridge (at Schanzel). All for a fee. Walk from there, about 5 minutes.

Very friendly service and nice atmosphere. You wouldn't expect this in Passau's pedestrian zone, Ludwigstrasse. The food is good and the price-performance ratio is right.

Great food and great ambience. We had dinner here with friends two days ago and special requests (vegan) and intolerance (histamine intolerance) were taken into account first-class and alternatives were coordinated with the kitchen. The service was really nice and made you feel like you were very welcome despite your special requests. 😊

Breakfast is rather average. Little classic selection. Unfortunately the fried egg was cold and very small. This was then warmed up again, but the bacon was also cold. Service is ok but also not very friendly and not very trying. The ambience, on the other hand, is very nice but unfortunately that doesn't outweigh the rest.

A visit is recommended whatever the weather. The interior offers an attractive ambience and is very comfortable. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle in the pedestrian zone! Great and friendly service!

We had sat down and had already waited 10 minutes to place the order. I had already waved to a waitress and she didn't respond. She went through the guests and took orders, but she ignored us. At some point I waved again and she said she was sending a colleague out. At some point a waitress came and circled around us to all the tables and took orders or something similar. We weren't served. Then she stood around idly for some time and played with her cell phone. In the meantime, my husband waved to her, whereupon she went to the next table and took another order there (all the other guests already had drinks and/or food on the table). My husband, frustrated, said that she would like to finally take our order. We received the snippy answer: “Yes, I'll do the rounds here and then I'll come to you.” We then left. These two employees have obviously not heard of the principle of the paying guest.

Unfortunately, we waited 20 minutes for service and were fobbed off with the message “I’m still doing my rounds”.

It's very nice to sit there. Coffee and Aperol tasted very good.

We drank coffee outside in the afternoon and went out for dinner in the evening. The ambience, the service and the food were really great. There was nothing to complain about. We will definitely stop there again the next time we visit Passau.

That was the worst meal I've ever had on my plate! Imagine being served food in such a nice restaurant made from potato salad bought from Lidl! which we know as people who buy from Lidl, or meatballs bought from Reve that have only been warmed up in the microwave. The food was so bad we just left but they still wanted us to pay. People! and stop giving more stars, we know very well that it comes from the staff of this restaurant! and if not, if it's from people who ate there and were satisfied, then you should think about yourself! & I want to get my money back! that I paid you. Everything in the menu is written so professionally that you think it's really good food and then there's such a surprise on your plate! This is the most disgust I have ever experienced in restaurants!

Delicious food, menu looks a lot like “convenience food”, but the food was delicious. A little more love in the menu and everything is fine.

Since it looked inviting, we took a seat. The menu was appealing. Unfortunately we weren't served. The staff walked past us several times. There was little activity. After about 20 minutes (!) we left. Nobody cared about that either.

We thought the alternative menu was great, lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The children were treated very nicely and were given a coloring book. The tarte flambée was great, the Caesar salad unfortunately not so good. It only consisted of green lettuce leaves and parmesan. Otherwise a great restaurant

The staff was very friendly. The miracle thing didn't quite work out. The size of the apple strudel was very manageable.

Was there early evening on Sunday. Service team super friendly, quick and very attentive. Food was very tasty - price performance was absolutely ok. Be sure to come back next time you visit Passau!
