Great place - you should reserve a table.

The food at Wilma Wunder is incredibly delicious and tasty. We dined there two nights in a row! The service is also top-notch – fast and attentive! Lina, in particular, was extremely friendly, very funny, and very on the ball!

We had a fantastic evening. Lina was a fantastic host and incredibly accommodating. Thanks so much.

We were greeted very warmly at the door. The waitresses always had a smile on their faces. The food was delicious. The homemade eggnog is especially recommended.

We were there last Saturday and really enjoyed it. A great location, very friendly staff, and really good food. If you're in Dresden, you should definitely stop by.

This isn’t German cuisine. It’s a girly place with avocado and sweet (too sweet) cookies. Too expensive for such quality

In the evening, we settled into a restaurant in a charming square. The service was friendly, spoke English, and the decor is very atmospheric. The food was well-prepared, and the dessert was incredibly delicious! If you're in Dresden, this is the place to be!

A busy restaurant. Despite the fall market and without a reservation, we were allowed to stay and enjoy dinner. Great location, fantastic venue, great food, delicious cocktails, and friendly and responsive service (Lina: a great name, a great girl, quick and always nice and friendly). Highly recommended. The restaurant is beautifully designed, and our table was cozy in a corner. The food was of decent quality, but the hot chocolate we ordered wasn't good. There was hot milk and cocoa nibs for mixing yourself, but they didn't dissolve properly. For dinner, we ordered the "Berry Dream" pancakes and the "Breakthrough" breakfast. The Berry Dream consisted of a scattering of frozen berries and three apple slices and was cold. The portions of the "Breakthrough" were also very small. The menu stated that the muesli should have apple and blueberry. There was a small apple slice and a single blueberry. The egg couldn't be replaced either. The replacement would have required an extra charge. We won't be coming back.

Everything was truly perfect. The apple pie was delicious, the cappuccino was good, the location was beautiful, and the service was courteous and friendly.

We visited you today for brunch with our Chemnitz team from DVAG and were extremely satisfied. Beautifully decorated, delicious food at fair prices, and extremely competent staff. We barely had to wait. The Chemnitz team will be happy to come back!

The pizzas are bad, compared to others

We had our summer party here. It was superbly organized and incredibly delicious. We were asked repeatedly if we had any requests and if we were satisfied. Everyone was happy and satisfied. The portions are more filling than they look. Thank you so much for this wonderful breakfast. Unforgettable, simply fantastic.

The service and the ambiance were really good. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as delicious as the reviews said. The breading on the veal schnitzel was very greasy and dense, as if the fat hadn't been hot enough during frying. The dumplings in the Sauerbraten were also very dense and dry. The meat, on the other hand, was very tender. Unfortunately, for the hefty prices, it was only OK.

Six of us got a great table at the Altmarkt. The service was very friendly and cheerful. The breakfast was truly delicious and plentiful. The portion of the Strammer Wilma could have been larger compared to the other portions. But it tasted absolutely delicious.

Great atmosphere, excellent selection of food and drinks, very good and friendly service, child-friendly with a small grab-and-go bag to pass the time and special kids' meals. Portions could be a bit larger, depending on how hungry you are.

We were there for breakfast today for my husband's 60th birthday. It was lovely; the service was excellent, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Everything was top-notch; we'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

We were truly disappointed. We had to wait about an hour for our food. The matcha pistachio drink was a ready-made powder that had been poured over it and tasted very artificial. Then came the eggs Benedict. €15 for small, burnt slices of bread, carelessly prepared, no dressing on the mushy salad, and a cheap, ready-made hollandaise that any chef should be able to make on their own... altogether, totally unloving.

A place on the map of Dresden worthy of attention and recommendation. The excellent location, the restaurant offers ample seating inside, which is beautifully decorated, as well as tables and benches outside. The extensive but not overly extensive menu makes it the perfect place for a drink, a beer, but also lunch, dinner, even a romantic one, or coffee with dessert. Prices are moderate, and the atmosphere is very, very pleasant. A special thank you to the waitress 🧡Lina🧡 for her fantastic service.

Favorite restaurant in Dresden.

My friend and I had dinner at Wilma Wunder around 7 p.m. We sat outside on the curb (not under the umbrellas). We both ordered the Wiener Schnitzel with fries (he with truffle fries) and a 0.4l Pepsi. The Wiener Schnitzel with fries (see picture) was €18.50, which is a great price. It was really tasty, but a few more of those delicious fries would have been great. The portion was great for a moderate appetite, but a bit small for a really hungry person. The Coke cost €4.50, but it was filled to the brim—so it's perfectly fine! The truffle fries have to be paid for separately at €4, which I find a bit pricey, as they're just regular fries with a truffle mayo dip. So you pay the €4 for a different dip. The atmosphere was cozy at the side, but the tables are a bit too small. The service was very friendly, and the food was delivered to the table within 10 minutes. All in all, 4/5 stars. It was very tasty and reasonably priced, but the portions could be a bit larger.

The two of us went out to eat, both of us ordered the beef roulade with a separate request, and the food was wonderful and spot on. We had a great experience (Lina). She was friendly, attentive, and the service was quick, always with a smile. Excellent, and thank you so much.

Wilma Wunder in Dresden is an absolute find! The atmosphere is simply gorgeous – stylish, cozy, yet totally relaxed. You immediately feel at home, whether you stop by for brunch, lunch, or a leisurely coffee. The service is excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive. You feel well looked after all around. ​Whether for a relaxed meeting with friends – Wilma Wunder is the perfect choice.

A place to linger, drink tea or cocktails, and enjoy a delicious breakfast. I was a bit disappointed that I could only reserve a high-top table, while other tables were available during our visit. We'd love to come back here.

The restaurant is very stylishly decorated. The food and drinks were very tasty, but the price/performance ratio wasn't quite right. The portion of the "Avocado Nest with Salmon" for €18 wasn't really large. During our visit, birds flew into the restaurant through the open windows, which the staff said happens quite often. It was quite unpleasant and unhygienic.

We were really looking forward to our stay, the pictures of the food appealed to us, but I have to say that the price-performance ratio isn't right at all. €14 for the Avocado Nest, and then the ranft from three slices of bread on the plate. €2 extra for the bacon, and then there were a few strands of bacon that you had to search for in the food. The Knolle Bowl was also a joke, consisting of 80% salad, and you had to hunt for the sweet potato. Unfortunately, everything was just trimmed for chic Instagram pictures, but the prices are a real joke. Sorry. The waitress and service were top-notch, though, thanks to the team 🙏

Located right on the Old Market Square, it has a very pleasant atmosphere. For the high price, there's very little on the plate. Furthermore, the price of a latte at €5.00 is unreasonable. The food was very tasty.

It looks great here, no question. But we waited 45 minutes for three small breakfast offerings and had to sit uncomfortably in a seat with high chairs. Comfortable seats opened up frequently, and we asked several times if we could move. The staff was unwilling to accommodate our request and seemed very stressed. Service and customer-oriented work look different. We won't be back.

We went to Wilma Wunder for breakfast at 9 a.m. on Sunday – without a reservation. Unfortunately, everything inside was reserved, so we sat on the terrace. The view of the Old Market Square was really beautiful, just a bit chilly that morning. The ambiance inside, however, is fantastic! The service was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh and delicious – although my eggs Benedict with avocado and salmon was a bit small for the price. It's a bit of a shame: During our time there (9:00–9:40 a.m.), many of the reserved seats inside remained empty. I would have liked a bit more flexibility here, so that guests could be seated inside at short notice.

We were with you on July 25th and we absolutely loved it. Your offerings are surprising and unique. The drinks and food were beautifully and extravagantly presented. But the most memorable impression was made by the extremely friendly staff. There are many pleasant restaurants, but we've probably never been served as well as you (extremely friendly, but not overly pretentious; appropriately reserved (not asking questions every five minutes) but still present and attentive at all times. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely love the menu but depending on the time of day and who is on staff, I’ve had to walk out before being seated due to certain staff members. I just know to eat somewhere else if I walk by and see certain people working. It’s also weird that I can’t seat myself when I am only ordering a drink. They don’t let me and my friend sit in the comfy chairs in the corner when it’s too loud to hear and all we want are drinks. Sad but still a great location.
