Interesting location, occasionally unclear opening time, beer of course only Radeberger from the copper tanks, nice rustic location, super central location

I was the only customer that day, but I still had to wait several times for my beer... Otherwise, everything was great...good food, delicious beer, great atmosphere, and a fantastic view of the Elbe River.

Kitchen closes at 20:00 apparently! Seems crazy for a restaurant but there you go.

A very interesting restaurant, right on Brühl's Terrace. Accessible from the roof terrace, each floor offers a completely different restaurant. A rustic tavern on the ground floor, an English club with lots of leather and mahogany on the first floor, and a terrace overlooking the Elbe Fleet docks. We only had coffee and drinks, so I can't comment on the food. But the staff is very friendly and attentive, even for small orders.

We had a very good meal here in a rustic, cozy atmosphere and with a great view from the window directly onto the Elbe.

We stopped by Radeberger for a beer on the recommendation of our friends. Otherwise, we probably wouldn’t have realized that there’s such a nice beer bar tucked down beside the Brühlsche Terrasse. The restaurant does have a nice rooftop terrace to which there are stairs straight from the Brühlsche Terrasse but it was a rainy day and that section was closed. We enjoyed excellent local beer in a nicely decorated and atmospheric bar. The restaurant also served food, but this time we settled for just the beer. The location is right in the heart of Dresden, almost on the banks of the Elbe. We definitely recommend taking a short break and enjoying a beer here!

We went there two days over the weekend at 9 p.m. for a quick beer – both days we were told it was already closed. A poor reflection for a restaurant in Dresden's Old Town. Less than 100 meters away, the bars are packed. Obviously, it's not good for tourists from further afield who want a Radeberger on tap. Opening hours could be adjusted here, too!

If you manage to get one of the highly sought-after seats on the terrace, it is an experience to watch the hustle and bustle on and around the Elbe.

We visited Radeberger in Dresden and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. A highlight for me was a special drink—the appearance and presentation speak volumes, and the color and serving vessel convey the vibe without needing a word. You can tell from the picture that it’s something special. Overall, a standout experience worth repeating if you’re in Dresden.

We had a good potato soup and the Radeberger beer was delicious. The view of the Elbe was priceless.

In good weather, you can sit on the terrace if you're lucky enough to get a spot. The service was fast. Since we only had drinks, I can't comment on the food.

Experienced racism here. 7:20pm. Full restaurant, everyone eating. But no people of color. Walked in with my biracial family and was suddenly told the kitchen is closed. Avoid this place. Unbelievable.

A quick drink on the terrace at 5:45 p.m. is no longer possible. You have to eat something. Cake isn't enough. THANK YOU

The place has potential, mainly thanks to the beautiful view of the river, which is definitely its greatest asset. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired – the waiters offer no assistance in finding a seat and seem rather unfriendly. The dishes served are typical of tourist establishments. The pork knuckle was tough, and the chicken fillet with potatoes for the kids was quite dry. The beer was average, with a distinct bitterness that may not appeal to everyone. While dining on the terrace, we were bothered by wasps and flies – unfortunately, we didn't notice any measures to reduce the insects. This was bothersome and affected the comfort of our visit. The enclosed area, where the insect problem could have been avoided, was blocked by chairs and marked "Reserved." However, no one took advantage of this reservation during our entire visit (approximately 1.5 hours). In summary, I rate the food a 2.5-3, but the overall impression is unfortunately much less impressive. Perhaps once the service quality was improved and the insect problem was resolved, the place would have much better reviews.

This is a great place to enjoy a beer and a meal on the terrace. The view of the Elbe River and the Augustus Bridge is perfect for a beer. They have two types of beer, and I personally prefer the Zwickelbier!! 🍻 The chuck steak🥩 and schnitzel were both delicious, and the salad that came with them was also delicious!!😊

Reasonable restaurant with classic German and regional dishes.

Eight of us dined at Radeberger Spezialschausschank, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic – right on the Elbe, with a beautiful view and a relaxed atmosphere. A really nice place to sit, especially on a sunny day. The seating is comfortable, with luxurious beer benches with backrests, which is much more comfortable than in many other beer gardens. The service was friendly and prompt, and we received excellent service. The food was generally very tasty. A few dishes could have had a bit more flavor – they were a bit bland – but otherwise, we all had a good meal and enjoyed the evening. A cozy spot with a beautiful view, good service, and excellent food. Definitely recommended for groups or if you just want to relax by the water.

Beer flows, food is just a small menu, the focus is more on beer, but there is still significantly less selection compared to the Astrabar in Hamburg.

Super friendly staff. Had a schnitzel special, tenderly pounded meat, and a potato salad to die for 😋 The price was perfectly reasonable. Decorated with historical pictures. Simply very inviting.

Everyone who comes to Dresden should visit the Radeberger Keller at least once. Its historical value is enormous, and you can learn a lot about the building and its history. You can even marvel at the beer, which is delivered several times a week by tanker truck, in the enormous vats. Weather permitting, you can also sit on the roof terrace. From here, you have a beautiful view of the Elbe and can enjoy the sunshine.

We came, we saw, we conquered! But they didn't conquer at all, since they took forever to deliver the Currywurst and pasta. Good points - people watching

We were there for lunch. The view from the terrace is simply amazing. The food was delicious and incredibly plentiful (you could almost say too much for one woman). We had the knuckle of pork and the sauerbraten, both of which were super tender. We'll definitely be back.

Cabbage rolls, pilsner, and unfiltered (zwickel) each. Radeburger, Germany's first pilsner. Pilsner has a nutty, moderately bitter taste. It's clean. Unfiltered is ambiguous. Pilsner tastes better. The cabbage meat rolls are light and not too salty and are delicious to eat. There is no tipping required and the server is friendly.

Great terrace on the banks of the Elbe, quite rustic inside. There is still room for improvement when it comes to eating.

I visited this place because I wanted to try local food while stopping by Dresden. I ordered Saxon saurbraten and radeberger and I was very satisfied with both. I only ate sausages in Germany, but if you want to try other German food, I highly recommend saurbraten! It suits Korean tastes well👍 In particular, I know that Radeberger is a local beer from Dresden, but it is not common in Korea, so be sure to try it!! The total price was about 28 euros (excluding tip). - I visited alone around 12:30 on Monday, and there was no one else except me and one other table. There is a window seat with a view of the Elbe River, so it would be nice to see it together.

We went here for dinner because of the festive atmosphere on the Brühl Terraces and the magnificent view of the Elbe. Food and drinks are local and delicious.

Monday evening April 1st, 2025 8 p.m We were looking forward to a delicious beer and dinner! When we arrived we were told that the restaurant was already closed. Several people were also standing in front of it Local and were also very surprised at the reasoning. Bad weather today, staff already gone home. Should come back the next day We were speechless and moved on disappointed! Well, thank God that doesn't happen very often But there is a bad one for this service Evaluation.

This was the second visit. We were very excited. The food and drinks were absolutely top. Everything was fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The portion size was also very good. Although it was busy and we had to wait a little longer, it was definitely worth the wait. We were particularly impressed by the service. Without us saying anything, we were offered dessert for free as a small compensation for the wait. A really nice gesture! Overall a great experience with great atmosphere, great food and first class service. We'd love to come back! 😊

A nice restaurant on the edge of Dresden's Old Town. Unfortunately, the food left a mixed impression. One dish was of very good quality, the other was average at best. It's definitely a recommendation for fans of Radeberger beer. The only other time you'll get it this fresh is on a brewery tour.

I've already called several times. Unfortunately only an older woman answers the phone. She always says that I'm not at Restaurant Radeberger. The other day she hung up and told me never to call again. Bad service. Booking a table is impossible. 1 star

We were served nicely and politely. We enjoyed the food very much. The ambience is simply fantastic. We ordered there over the Christmas holidays. Will do it again this year.

The potato soup I ordered was lukewarm and completely unseasoned. The few slices of sausage that were in there, well you could have left it alone. The ambience was pleasant. Once never again

Really good spot that is affiliated with Radeberger Brewery. The pork knuckle, the dumplings, the pretzel and the Zwickelbier (unfiltered beer) were all amazing. For being a touristy place, the food was excellent, the beer was great and the staff was actually really nice and quick. Remember to make a reservation. I also loved the view on the Elbe River. Look forward to returning!

We just went in for a beer to try it out. Taste like taste, the advantage is that we got service from Poland, so they served us nicely.

A very nice pub with a great location in Dresden. The food is great. Best staff, very nice and committed. The waiters are super open-minded and enjoy their job and providing information about the history of the house. The most personable waiter is Max, getting to know him is essential when visiting. Radeberger Spezialausschank is always a pleasure even as a Uri lover. It's worth it.

The Radeberger Spezialausschank is a small restaurant directly on the Elbe. The lower floor functions as a drinking hall. The upper floor is used as a restaurant. The decor is rustic, cozy. The Radeberger Pils is a must here. We had the schnitzel special with Zwickelbier breading and a sauerbraten. The sauerbraten could have used a little more time, but was otherwise good. The schnitzel tasted good, but the meat wasn't of the best quality, a bit tough. The service was good and quick.

Very good, crisp pork knuckle, as it should be with beer sauce and dumpling. More sauce and a side dish can easily be exchanged, plus tasty Zwickl beer. Excellent!

The food wasn't really warm, you couldn't order coffee after 7 p.m. because the machine was already switched off, the last drinks were available at 8 p.m. and then the payment was made very quickly and we were shown the door. Given the prices, it's probably enough if you're only open for 3 hours. It was my last visit

This restaurant is located right by the river and I love the dining experience here. The food is amazing and the service is great! The place is a little cramped but I love it as it feels cozy and nice. They brew their own beer and we ordered a lot even though it's only midday.

Vi besøgte stedet for at få et glas vin. Vi var heldige at få en plads på deres udendørs terrasse (der var meget varmt). Fra terrassen var der en god udsigt mod floden og de imponerende bygninger. Betjeningen var ikke af de hurtigste - men vi havde heldigvis ikke travlt. Toilettet var nogle etager nede og på vej derned fik vi et godt indtryk af den indendørs del af restauranten.

Decent portions, it tasted good too. The selection of food is not too much, but sufficient. The location is great and the prices are reasonable too!

German eatery where they brew beer on the premises right next to the river Elbe on the south bank. When we visited the river was high but restaurant was open and they were preparing for any potential flooding. There are two levels. Due to the rain, we opted to go downstairs in the small but cosy eating area. The menu is interesting but quite limited. Service was pretty quick. Beer choice was good. We had a good time.
