The Williamsburger in Wilhelsburg on Veringstrasse, almost at the intersection, joins a series of small, colorful restaurants that don't seem to fit directly into one category. Veringstrasse seems a bit like the little sister of the shoulder blade in the Schanzenvirtel. In addition to burgers, Williamsburger also has a whole host of other dishes on the menu. But we decided on the burgers. Dike green and Heuckenlock. Both burgers were solidly crafted, with room for improvement. Sauces and fries good. Particularly worth mentioning is that the goat cheese roll at the Heuckenlock was also grilled and a ripe avocado and a delicious tarragon sauce were used on the dyke green, which gave both burgers a special taste. The beef patty was very firm and unfortunately only lukewarm for both burgers. Either they were already grilled or they came straight from the frozen food store. My tip: “Always grill the patty just in time for each order”. We'll come back and see if our tip has been implemented.

It was tasty. Very good meat and fantastic truffle mayonnaise. Good cheese in a burger. For me the roll was too sweet. Yes, it's ok. It's worth tasting.

Very inviting atmosphere and very good food, the chef can do a lot. Unfortunately we are not from here. I can only recommend it.👍

Firstly the restaurant-owner was very nice and kind person very hospitable. Secondly comes food I tried Cheesy Cheese burger it was outstanding and mind-blowing highly recommended and other Hot spicy chick burger it was also good i am beef lover so chicken lover can try and evaluate better. Burgers come with fries and they were also very good. Presentation of food was also outstanding. At the end I ate their unique and special dessert they named it Lemongrass Coconut Milk Panna Cotta. I never heard about it before in any restaurant but it was also super super good. All the food is halal. Firstly, the restaurant owner was very nice and friendly, very hospitable. Second comes food, I tried Cheesy Cheese Burger, it was outstanding and mind blowing, highly recommended and other Hot Spicy Chick Burger, it was also good, I am beef lover so chicken lovers can try to rate better. Burgers come with fries and they were very good too. The presentation of food was also excellent. Had the Chilli Cheese Chicken Burger here which was an 11/10. Really extremely good. The fries, on the other hand, weren't quite as crispy as I like but still tasty. However, my friend's burger wasn't quite as good and the patty was quite dry and unseasoned. The prices are absolutely fair.

I was very satisfied the times I was there. However, I notice that you only respond to the good reviews. I find that weak! I would like to read something seriously from you ESPECIALLY about the bad ones!

Such a garbage shop. Their fried noodles are like rubber Sauce is simply slapped on sushi without asking. Really sad so much for the topic of customer is king… not to be taken seriously!

Blinded by the rating, disappointed by the performance. Based on the excellent reviews, we drove to this store with confidence. We sat down at the table, positively surprised by the restaurant's layout. Then the positive qualities of the store stopped. On the negative side: We ordered a dish as a starter. Guess what came last? Exactly, despite mentioning the starter three times. It also tasted absolutely disgusting. (Bacon Cheese Fries) The supposed cheese had something muddy and sandy about it. And at €9 it's simply overpriced. Absolutely not recommended!! About the core product: The burgers consisted of 80% bread and tomatoes. The meat was hidden between the tips of the forks. With disappointed greetings. We're not coming anymore.

The atmosphere is colorful, funny and really beautifully done, as you can find little declarations of love for Hamburg, its sights and districts everywhere. The furniture is comfortable and consideration has clearly been given to the fact that there are people of different heights and widths. The chairs and benches are not too high nor too low in relation to the table and despite the lack of armrests, you sit very comfortably on the chairs. Big plus for this, I love this! There were three of us here and we all agreed on what we wanted to order. We ordered the King Georg, which came with normal fries and olive mayo. Everything was delicious and filled me up well. The staff was friendly, accommodating and looked after us very well. We'll definitely come back here. Thank you for the lovely evening!

The burger was OK. However, the fries were totally soft and not at all as crispy as they looked. I have no idea what went wrong for you.

Our burgers (WTB, Bunthaus and König Georg) were incredibly tasty. The sweet potato fries were also delicious. Highly recommended.

Spectacular restaurant! The selection of burgers is great, there are many different and unusual options. There is also a large selection of sushi. We had burgers and both were awesome. Best burgers we have ever eaten in Germany. The fries are also very tasty and the selection of mayo, all homemade, is worth highlighting. The quality here is also great. In general, the quality of food and drinks is very high. In addition to the food, the service is also worth emphasizing. Very attentive and friendly staff. Wishes are fulfilled immediately. The atmosphere is great, very nice, inviting and modern restaurant. Subtle music in the background. Children's chair available. There are parking spaces in the settlement, no parking space at the restaurant. There are steps at the entrance, which could be difficult with a wheelchair. Public transport is available. Card payment is not possible, but you can pay with PayPal.

Ordered a falafel burger and fries for delivery. PayPal and card payment options were not available on the site. PayPal was then only possible at the door. The fries were limp, as if they had been pan-fried rather than deep-fried. The falafel patty still contained whole chickpeas and was spoiled by BBQ sauce. Where this restaurant got all the good reviews is a mystery to me. I won't order this again.

War mal der beste Burger in der Gegend. Mittlerweile sind alle anderen in der Nähe um längen besser. Burger und Pommes sind matschig, lätschig und schmecken alle irgendwie gleich, schade.Für Williamsburger spricht allerdingsder Preis, der ist fair. PS: Ihr hattet vorher meine 5 Sterne

Super kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren mit mehreren Personen an einem Samstag da und unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Auch ein Kinderstuhl war vorhanden! Wir hatten Sushi und Bürger, beides lecker 🤤

Wer Wilhelmsburg kennt, erwartet in der Gegend kein schickes Lokal - dagegen sieht es bei Williamsburger echt schick aus. Ein wenig stört mich der große Spiegel an der wand sowie die etwas grellen Deckenlampen, wenn man ungünstig direkt darunter sitzt. Ich kann bisher nur die Burger bewerten. Diese sind wirklich lecker und auch die Pommes waren ungewöhnlich gut. Man kann bei Pommes nicht so viel verkehrt machen, denke ich mir so oft, aber diese hier haben mir wirklich gut gefallen. Auch die Dips, die man dazu bestellen kann, sowie die hausgemachte Limo, waren sehr gut. Das Personal war etwas langsam mit dem Aufnehmen der Bestellung und leider fehlte auch etwas, worauf ich dann gesondert hinweisen musste. Dass noch asiatische Küche angeboten wird, finde ich ungewöhnlich, aber auch irgendwie cool - denn so ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei und wem nicht unbedingt nach Burgern ist, findet hier eine geeignete Alternative. Preislich auch voll in Ordnung und auf jeden Fall günstiger als bspw Peter Pane. Kartenzahlung ist leider nicht möglich, dafür aber Paypal. Hier würde ich mir noch mehr Zahlungsmittel wünschen (EC / Visa).

Vier gute Freunde aus München waren am Mittwochabend in Hamburg hier zum Essen. Ein super zuvorkommender freundlicher Chef der seinen Job mit Leidenschaft & Spaß erledigt. Das Essen war super Klasse, sowie meine Kokossuppe & die Shrimps, als auch die Burger. Hatten einen tollen Abend hier verbracht. Gerne wieder 👍🏻😀 Liebe Grüße Sabine + Freunde

Leckere Buger und verdammt gute Pommes. Auch mit großen Hunger wird man hier gut satt.

Tolles Lokal mit leckeren Burgern, guter Auswahl und schickem Interieur. Viele ausgefallene Saucen auf der Karte. Preislich adäquat bis günstig. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal :) Die Burger mit Bio-Pommes kann man nur empfehlen und das Highlight: Brioche-Brötchen statt "Standard-Brötchen"! Die fingerdicken Pommes mit Schale sowie das Brioche-Brötchen geben dem Patty den perfekten Geschmack . Einfach nur gut - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wirklich sehr, sehr leckere Burger. Die Mitarbeiter könnten etwas motivierter und aufmerksamer sein und bei leeren Gläsern auf dem Tisch gern einmal fragen ob noch ein Getränkewunsch besteht. Ich denke das wäre auch im Interesse des/der Inhaber. Wir kommen trotzdem gern zum Essen wieder.

Der Standort ist nicht optimal, und Service ist auch nur durchschnittlich und nichts herausragendes. Jedoch der burger ist einer der leckersten den ich je gegessen habe. Nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir waren gestern dort essen. Es war war wirklich richtig gut ich habe lange keinen so guten Burger (vegetarisch) gegessen. Sehr Aufmerksamer Service. Sehr schick eingerichtet. Wir waren vor dem Musical Besuch dort (10 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zum Stage Theater an der Elbe)

Leider sehr teuer geworden und in der Qualität nachgelassen. Normale Mayo gibt es gar nicht mehr, der inklusive Ketchup ist Mini und lässt sich nicht austauschen. Das Servieren auf den Schieferplatten ist zwar hübsch, die Pommes sind dadurch aber innerhalb von 2 min kalt. Was wirklich top ist, ist das Personal- sehr freundlich.

Mit Abstand der beste Burgerladen!!! Auch sehr leckere Saucen und Beilagen! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Leckere Burger! Leckere Drinks! Nette Bedienung. Leider etwas "dreckig" - Tische waren klebrig und viele Kaugummis unter Tischen. Hatte etwas Schulcharakter.

DIE Adresse, wenn man genug hat von den grossen Burgerketten. Bei Williamsburger gibt es kreative Burgerkreationen in gemütlichem Ambiente zu fairen Preisen. Die Küche teilt sich der Laden mit Suchi - ein asiatisches Restaurant, das ebenfalls vorzügliche Gerichte serviert. Man kann aus beiden Speisekarten bunt heraus bestellen.

Ich hatte den Kamp Burger mit Süßkartoffel-Petersilien-Patty (vegetarisch). Der Burger wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht gewesen, doch leider war das Patty auf einer Seite völlig verbrant und auch das Abschneiden der schwarzen Stellen, hat den verbranten Geschmack nicht verhindert. Ich hatte dies natürlich dem Personal mitgeteilt, doch bis auf ein "ich werde das an die Küche weiterleiten" habe ich nichts mehr gehört. Daher leider für den Holzkohle-Burger keine Punkte für Geschmack und Service.

Man sitzt dort sehr entspannt! Die Burger (vor allem der Habibi Burger) waren super! Auch die Beilagen samt Dips haben gut geschmeckt! Man kann auch einzelne Zutaten dazu- oder abbestellen. Bedienung war nett und die Preise sind okay.
