Auswahl ist groß und lecker. Leider etwas laut durch die menge der Gäste. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Essen war super lecker und kam überraschend schnell, obwohl das Restaurant voll war. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam – nichts Besonderes, aber angenehm. Gutes Angebot für Vegetarier und Veganer - Besonders empfehlen können wir das Tammy Friends Sushi und die Udon Nudeln mit Tofu und Seitan. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Erlebnis, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und das Restaurant weiterempfehlen!

Das Sushi ist sehr klein geworden. Für den Preis darf man wohl aber auch nicht mehr erwarten. Bedingung ist nett und das Essen schnell da. Also alles in einem Okay.

Sushi Lo ist absolut empfehlenswert – das Sushi ist sehr lecker und es gibt eine große Auswahl. Besonders die Mocktails sind richtig gut und runden das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Auch der Service ist top, insgesamt einfach alles super!

Fleisch von pho Suppe hat schlecht geschmeckt wo ich es angesprochen habe hieß es bei uns schmeckt das so….

Wir haben einen Tisch um 18:25 reserviert, bin darein gekommen und uns wurde gesagt, dass unsere Reservierung um 18:00 war und die schon storniert wurde. Mitarbeiter haben keine Lösung angeboten und war überhaupt nicht in der Laune eine suchen. Service 0/10!!!!!!!!

Günstig, aber der Service ist nicht so gut.

Ich gebe ungern eine 3* Bewertung und möchte vorab betonen, dass das Sushi grandios war. Insbesondere das Nigiri mit Jacobsmuschel und Trüffel hab ich extrem gefeiert. Allerdings war das Drumherum nicht so überzeugend. Ich geb ebenso ungern 2* für den Service, und es ist jetzt auch nicht so, dass die Leute unfreundlich waren, allerdings waren sie mit unserer – vorab angekündigten – größeren Gruppe total überfordert, so dass am Ende nicht ausreichend Plätze da waren und ein Teil der Gruppe wieder gegangen ist. Insgesamt ist die Raumsituation hier sehr eng, gerade beim Sushi mit Beilagen hab ich gern etwas Platz auf dem Tisch. Die Einrichtung wirkt insgesamt auch nicht besonders liebevoll und die Sauberkeit auf dem WC ließ an dem Abend zu wünschen übrig. Das Essen hat mich dennoch überzeugt, wie gesagt das beste Sushi, das ich seit langem hatte, auch die übrigen Gerichte der meiner Tischnachbarn waren größtenteils gut. Ich habe die anderen Filialen besser in Erinnerung, die in Eppendorf gibt es nicht mehr, aber das nächste Mal werde ich gerne nochmal am Schulterblatt einkehren

Kimchi schmeckt nicht mehr wie früher !!! Ich habe es 3x jetzt bestellt weil ich dachte das es auch ma daneben gehen kann beim zubereiten. Aber Pfui! Es ist nicht mehr genießbar ! Und ganz komisch: wer zum mitnehmen bestellt muss mir Bargeld zahlen! Die nehmen keine Kartenzahlung für außer Haus. GANZ KOMISCH!

Ich war richtig oft bei Sushi lo essen. Man kann immer bar oder Karte bezahlen aber wenn man Essen zum mitnehmen bestellen, muss man nur bar bezahlen das verstehe ich nicht. Und wenn, fragt man, die erzählen unsere Kasse System ist so. Ich hab zehn Jahre lang in Gastronomie gearbeitet man, muss nicht Lüge Das weiß jede, warum wollen die Bargeld haben nie wieder

Tolles Essen, nette Bedienung, schneller Service. Leider sehr kleiner Laden, Tische und Stühle viel zu eng zusammen geschoben.

Zum Mittagessen ging es heute hierher. Nette freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr leckeres Essen auf der Mittagskarte. Hier würde ich auf alle Fälle wieder mal vorbeischauen, wenn ich in Hamburg bin. Restaurant war gut besucht, vor allem bei Sonnenschein draußen auf der Terrasse.

Ein Besuch lohnt sich nicht: billiger Laden, unfreundliches Personal und das Sushi wir einfach mal grob mit Mayo übergossen, ekelhaft! Ingwer wirkte gar nicht frisch.

Öffnungszeiten nicht verlässlich. Sind dort extra 2 Stunden hingefahren, überall stand geöffnet doch es war zu und niergendwo war ein Hinweis darauf.

Essen ist wirklich toll aber wenn man erst 30 min nach reservierten Zeit an seinen Tische kommt ohne jegliche Kompensation kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen wenn guter Service einem wichtig ist. Dazu kam noch Unaufmerksamkeit während des Essens und eine Person bekam ihr Essen erst 15 Minuten nach allen anderen.

Hatten reserviert und direkt einen Tisch bekommen 👍 Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und der Service ging schnell. Sushi war top, vor allem die überbackene Chicken Roll – sooo gut 🤍🔥 Getränke auch lecker, auch wenn die Limette etwas dominiert hat. Preise im Vergleich zu anderen echt fair, hab selbst nur ca. 15 € gezahlt. Kartenzahlung erst ab 20 €, aber bei dem schnellen Service voll okay. Gerne wieder 🫶

Was habt ihr mit eurem kimchi gemacht ??? 3x gekauft und 3. mal in Müll!!! Ekelhaft! Das schmeckt so ungenießbar !!!!

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Auch ohne Reservierung haben wir noch eine Tisch bekommen, obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war. Das Essen war für den Preis sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Die Cruncy Sushi Rolls waren ein wenig klein, aber geschmacklich überzeugend. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass erst ab 20€ Kartenzahlung möglich ist, ansonsten ein schöner Abend :)

Ich habe dort Sushi gegessen, absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir sind Stammgäste in diesem Lokal, insbesondere in dieser Filiale. Am 16. kamen meine Freundin und ich zum Essen. Im Restaurant waren viele Tische frei: etwa 14 Tische standen leer, und nur ungefähr 5–6 waren besetzt. Man setzte uns an einen Tisch sehr nah bei einer Gruppe von Männern, praktisch nur einen halben Meter entfernt. Wir fühlten uns dabei unwohl, da wir ihre Gespräche ungewollt mithören mussten. Deshalb baten wir höflich darum, uns an einen anderen, weiter entfernten Tisch umzusetzen, da genügend freie Plätze vorhanden waren. Unsere Bitte wurde jedoch in ziemlich unfreundlichem Ton ohne weitere Begründung abgelehnt. Dieses Verhalten hat uns sehr überrascht und enttäuscht. So etwas hätten wir von einem Lokal, das wir regelmäßig besuchen, nicht erwartet. Wäre unser Essen noch nicht serviert worden, wären wir gegangen. Da die Speisen jedoch bereits gebracht wurden, haben wir gegessen und das Restaurant kurz darauf verlassen. Leider hat dieser Vorfall unseren Eindruck vom Service deutlich verschlechtert.

Für den Preis echt gut. Die Portion ist zwar klein, aber trotzdem lecker!

Unfassbar leckeres und preiswertes Sushi!!!!!!! Ich liebe es

Wir waren heute zu dritt hier essen – ein Kollege, eine Freundin von ihm und ich. Das Ambiente ist wirklich stark: modern, angenehm, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Preise sind absolut fair. Der Service war freundlich, daran liegt es nicht. Aber: Freundlichkeit allein reicht eben nicht, wenn die Abläufe und das Essen schwächeln. Und damit komme ich zu einem Punkt, der mich wirklich genervt hat: Unsere Gerichte kamen nicht gleichzeitig. Zwei Essen wurden serviert, das dritte kam erst zwei bis drei Minuten später. Das ist kein Detail, das ist schlicht schlechter Service. In einem Restaurant erwarte ich, dass alle am Tisch gemeinsam essen können – und nicht, dass zwei Leute schon loslegen, während die dritte Person daneben sitzt und wartet. Das wirkt unkoordiniert, lieblos und einfach schal. So etwas sollte wirklich nicht passieren. Nun zum Essen. Ich hatte die frittierte Ente mit Erdnusssauce und Reis. Die Ente selbst war okay, knusprig, solide. Der Reis… na ja, Reis halt. Standard, nichts Besonderes. Die Erdnusssauce war allerdings eine massive Enttäuschung. Und das sage ich ganz bewusst so deutlich. Diese Sauce war geschmacklich einfach schlecht. Schwer, fettig, unausgewogen und erinnerte eher an warme, dicke Erdnussbutter als an eine vernünftige Sauce. Keine Raffinesse, keine Tiefe, keine Würze. Genau das Element, das das Gericht tragen sollte, hat es komplett ruiniert. Für mich war das Gericht dadurch insgesamt kein Genuss. Was das Ganze besonders frustrierend macht: Das Umfeld stimmt. Schönes Ambiente, faire Preise, freundlicher Service – und dann scheitert es an solchen Basics. Das ist verschenktes Potenzial. Jetzt der Kontrast: Ich habe vom Curry mit Ente und Reis meines Kollegen probiert – und das war richtig stark. Intensiv, kräftig gewürzt, ausgewogen, einfach richtig gut. Das Curry spielt geschmacklich in einer völlig anderen Liga als meine Erdnusssauce. Und genau deshalb frage ich mich, wie solche Unterschiede überhaupt zustande kommen können. Fazit: Ein Restaurant mit klar erkennbarem Potenzial, das sich aber durch schwache Abläufe und ein misslungenes Gericht selbst im Weg steht. Die Erdnusssauce braucht dringend eine komplette Überarbeitung, und das Timing beim Servieren muss besser werden. So bleibt am Ende ein gemischter Eindruck. Für das Curry würde ich tatsächlich wiederkommen. Für die Ente mit Erdnusssauce – in dieser Form – definitiv nicht. Schade, denn hier wäre deutlich mehr drin.

wir waren gestern Abend sehr zufrieden! Das Essen ist sehr gut! Der Service…einmal essen falsch gebracht und einmal das 2 Getränk 🤨 ( es waren mit uns „ nur" 5 Tische besetzt) das Herren WC sind sehr ”Asiatisch“ 😕

Ich mag Sushi nicht. ABER: wenn ihr kein Sushi mögt und eure Freunde aus Kulanz begleiten wollt, bleibt lieber zuhause. Ich hab mir ein Crème brûlée bestellt. Das war Pudding. Garnicht cremig oder überhaupt nicht mal lecker. Unnötig 7 Euro verschwendet. Die Cola kam im Glas, war auch nicht sprudelig. Wahrscheinlich wurde das aus einer großen Flasche gekippt um Geld zu sparen. Dafür 3,50€ Das Sushi kann ich nicht bewerten aber nevvverrrr geh ich da nochmal hin. Die athmosphörw fand ich auch nicht so angenehm.

Food delicious, sushi good, pho better, very good option if you have small children as they can play freely, lots of children, good atmosphere for families.

Disgraceful. Beware. The food was really bad during my visit, but the toilet, where I then spent half an hour, was quite alright. Not recommended.

I discovered this lovely little restaurant in Rotherbaum a few weeks ago. The food (sushi) is excellent, and the prices are great. I recently went back, and I found the Thai curry with duck very tasty. I won't have to wait long for my next visit.

Incredibly delicious sushi; I've rarely eaten such good and, above all, varied food. It only took 15 minutes from ordering to delivery – surprisingly fast. Everything was freshly prepared, and the tempura rolls were even still hot. You could really taste the high quality of the fish. Soy sauce wasn't even necessary, as the rolls and the sauces on them harmonized so perfectly. The €110 for the platter for four people was completely justified and well worth the price. We will definitely be back in the future.

We ate at Sushi Lo. We used to go there quite often, and the food was always very good, but unfortunately, our last visit was a huge disappointment. We ordered a pho soup, which was completely tasteless and just tasted like water. We also ordered a dish with rice and vegetables (vegetarian), which was equally bland – no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. We complained to the waiter immediately. The soup was taken back and credited, but we were still charged in full for the rice dish, even though we hadn't eaten any of it. Sushi Lo used to be highly recommended, but this time it was disastrous – both the food and the service. It would have been nice if they had been a little more accommodating. It's a real shame; we probably won't be coming back.

Sushi Lo used to be my favorite place. The last few times I've been there, the kimchi didn't taste good anymore and was completely different. Much oilier, less red seasoning, and just not good at all. The kimchi used to be really, really delicious. Unfortunately, it hasn't been for months. The sushi also doesn't seem as fresh anymore and the portions are really small. I'm afraid I won't be coming back for the time being. And something really strange: they rarely accept debit card payments! If you order by phone, they say cash only. When I ask, they say card payments are accepted for orders over €20. Then, if you order over €20, they say no, and pickup orders are cash only. So, sorry, but it's obvious what's going on here. I can't believe nobody's noticed.

Great restaurant with excellent food. I'm not usually a sushi fan, but even I found some rolls to my liking among the selection. If you're not in the mood for sushi, there's a wide variety of other dishes. It definitely won't be our last visit. I recommend making a reservation, as it can fill up very quickly.

The best sushi you can find in Hamburg! 🍣 I'm from Estonia and I love sushi, but unfortunately, it's hard to find really good sushi in Hamburg. But I discovered you – and you're simply fantastic! I've been to your place three times already and I'll definitely be back. It's a bit of a drive from where I live, but that's just another reason to take a nice trip and visit you again! 💕

I've been a customer for years and I like to get my sushi there. The other dishes taste good too.

Sushi Lo impresses with its large and balanced selection of delicious dishes. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We've only tried the lunch menu so far, but I'm sure everything else will be just as good. I particularly note that everything is served very fresh and hot.

Good restaurant with good food. My group was there in the evening and found the atmosphere outside strange. Young people were staring at us and smoking next to us. I assume this is an isolated incident.

I definitely recommend it! Cozy place, very fast service, and incredible value for money. The menu is extensive: a variety of sushi, poke bowls, ramen, and other hot dishes. Two large sushi sets arrived less than 10 minutes after ordering. The sushi was delicious and very affordable. Everything was very fresh and carefully prepared. The homemade lemonades are also delicious. 10/10 😍

Unfortunately, 75% of takeaway orders are incorrectly packaged and generally no longer warm. They say it'll be 30 minutes, and after 10 minutes, it's just sitting there, getting cold. It's annoying when you're looking forward to something and then something else is in the bag—and it's not even warm anymore. For us, this is now over—after 8 incorrect and cold orders. There's still work to be done here.

I went to Sushi Lo with my daughter and granddaughter, my second attempt at getting acquainted with sushi. It was a complete success: the food was very good and tasty, the service excellent, and the staff friendly and attentive, which is essential when dealing with small children. My visit to Sushi Lo shattered my initial skepticism about sushi and also motivated me to learn how to eat with chopsticks. In short: a worthwhile visit.

As a regular customer, I really enjoy coming here. The food is always fresh and delicious. Wait times are very short. The staff is very attentive. Prices are reasonable. I love the sushi there 🍱🍣. There's also a nice outdoor seating area.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the food that much, and the hot dishes were cold and poorly presented. The servers always seemed tired and disinterested. The bartender, in particular, was irritated and dismissive, despite my polite request for a little more ginger for my sushi. I could certainly understand this behavior if the place were busy, but at this point, it wasn't really that busy, and she was even playing a video game on her phone. She simply responded with "Wait a minute." Such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior toward customers is unacceptable. We won't be back!

The tables were dirty, and there were empty plastic bottles on the floor. We also sat outside. The sushi was okay, and the prices were reasonable. Service, however, was not good at all. The waitress placed the drinks on the other side of the table. (We were sitting at a table of four, and there were only two of us.) Napkins and cutlery were also thrown down. We didn't like that.

The food was delicious. There was just one problem with the order. I asked very politely if I could order Bento 14 with just meat because I don't eat fish, and the waiter didn't understand and cheekily said it wasn't possible. However, I'd already eaten at the Schanze, and the swapping worked out very well. In my opinion, it wouldn't have been a big deal...

I go there regularly and have never been disappointed. For me, the value for money is absolutely spot on. Apart from that, it's one of the best restaurants in Hamburg in terms of taste.

Sushi Lô is a small, unassuming shop, but that's exactly what makes it so appealing. The decor is simple, but clean, and cozy. The focus here is on the food, and you notice it right away. The sushi was surprisingly good. Freshly prepared, a nice selection, and the flavors were truly impressive. The classic maki and salmon nigiri were particularly well-executed. No over-the-top rolls, just honest, good sushi at fair prices. The service was friendly and down-to-earth. No show, but attentive and warm. You can tell that the people working here love their jobs and value quality. Ideal for a relaxed, no-nonsense dinner. If you're looking for good sushi without any fuss, this is the place for you. I certainly won't be the last time I visit.

I go to Sushi Lô regularly and am impressed every time. The food is consistently perfect - fresh, flavorful sushi, warm dishes with depth and a delicious wine selection that goes wonderfully with it. Particularly noteworthy is the unbeatable price-performance ratio, especially in this top location on Rothenbaumchaussee. The atmosphere inside is modern and cozy, you immediately feel at home. Outside, you could do some improvements with a few small touches - a little more care of the terrace and regular wiping of the tables (especially because of the leaves from the trees) would round off the overall impression. The staff is friendly, sometimes a bit slow, but always trying hard - and to be honest: you can easily forgive that given the good atmosphere. All in all, a real favorite restaurant that I can only recommend to everyone!

I think the price-performance ratio is great! Sushi is also very tasty! But the male employee there… just kidding! He seems like he has zero interest in serving customers. When you work in catering you have to be friendly, otherwise you're in the wrong department! I once asked him if he could wipe the table outside for a moment, he stared at me for a minute and then at the table and gave strange looks. Unpleasant guy!

Rip off! Rothenbaumchaussee: no card payment when taking away if I eat on site but yes. Sternschanze: no card payments from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Please pay your taxes like we all do :)

I went to Sushi Lo with my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. It was very crowded, but the sushi was excellent and the portion was good too. I can only recommend it.

Dear! I think the sushi variations are really great. But what you should keep in mind if you are happy about the low prices: they are only half portions. Normally a roll is 8 pieces, here only half a sheet of nori is used and the pieces are then divided into 5. Think about whether the prices are still “so cheap” if you multiply them regularly :) Nevertheless, as I said, I think the sushi is really great and I was satisfied every time

If you like mayonnaise on your sushi, this is a good place. The sushi seemed fresh and the portions were large. Personally, there are far too many sauces on top for me. Seems to be a meeting place for students at lunchtime.
