Nice, friendly and fast service. I really enjoyed the food. Large selection. Also vegetarian. View of the old stream. Restaurant on the 1st floor. Accessible via stairs, escalator or elevator at the back of the building. The only negative point for me: There are only unhygienic air hand dryers in the toilet.

After we were brought to the table by an employee, it took a good 30 minutes before we could place the order... and a good 30 minutes before the food came... the food itself was super... Nice atmosphere...all in all, we'll be happy to come back at the next opportunity

This is Super Standard Super because you can rely on the quality. So great 1 floor with a view inside or on the terrace. There is an escalator up! Nice service and we had the beer goulash very tasty as usual. And as always, good beer selection, thank you. Price was still ok. It used to be part of the dish. You now have to order it separately. Update beef goulash and roulade, highly recommended. Unfortunately, the prices have continued to rise and unfortunately the service doesn't always keep up. We visited the restaurant for lunch. The selection is good. The goulash was good. We had a very friendly and courteous waitress and so overall the stay was nice. My companions also loved the food.

Even without a reservation, you can always get a table here because the restaurant is very spacious. And in summer there are plenty of additional seats on the large terrace with a view of the river. The food is hearty, the Czech beer and the Becherovka for digestion always taste good after a day at the sea!

Unfortunately we didn't get anything to eat and the waiter was annoyed from the first moment we picked up the drink. Now he has to know what to eat too. I then said I would know when the beer was delivered because I was still reading the menu. Beer was delivered and immediately taken away again when I asked the waiter there was no response. After about 15 minutes the 0.5L glass was empty. I then went to the counter to pay and was again rudely asked by the waiter why that was. Then paid and waited another 5 minutes until there was a receipt. Unfortunately, it's a shame, but customer orientation is somehow different. Food could not be rated: ambience like a train station hall

The food at Wenzels is always without complaint. What I like are the little things with beer, I always find something to munch on. And if you like garlic you will also get your money's worth here. Gladly again and again! 👍🏼

A very busy restaurant with special beer specialties. The food, especially the solyanka, which is rarely found on menus, was excellent. It was also great that the different beers were available to try in 0.1l. First choice again on my next visit to Warnemünde.

Unfortunately, one star is still too many. We entered the restaurant and without saying hello we were asked if we had a reservation. We didn't have one, but we were still allowed to look for a place. A waiter came after a short time and we ordered drinks. These arrived relatively quickly and that was it. Waiters deliver and we were ignored. I would like to say that the store was maybe 30% full. After about 40 minutes we had really had enough. I wanted to pay at the counter and then had to wait for the waiter in charge. This was told to me rather bluntly by another waiter. When I replied, "I haven't seen it in ages and I'll pay immediately or leave," I was told very unkindly that the sound makes the music. This is once again an absolute example of how things shouldn't work and from now on this chain won't get a cent from me

We were greeted by the best waiter we have ever had. Very nice and humorous. The food was very tasty! Only the vegetable balls on the children's menu weren't so well received! The dessert was to die for! We would love to come back!

Everything was good. The food was delicious and more than enough to fill you up. There is also a good selection of vegetarian dishes. There is a wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. The service was relaxed and friendly. The toilets are clean. The restaurant has barrier-free access and also a barrier-free toilet. I couldn't see how well equipped this was.

The food tastes excellent. The service is quick and friendly. We weren't disappointed. The map offers a lot of choices. The view of the promenade is great. I'm not posting any pictures here, I've already done that at Wenzel in Halle.

Great location, beautifully located on the water (Alten Strom) in Warnemünde and friendly staff. However, my solyanka and the roast beef were only moderately tempered and in terms of taste they could only be placed in the canteen area, even though the price level was different. Lots of tables and quick serving suggest prepared food that lacks freshness and character. I know Prague cuisine differently. Too bad!

Just a typical brewery atmosphere. Lots of tables in a big room. In order to get a place at the festival you have to reserve in advance. Food was good BUT waiting 45 minutes for your food is not an option. There were very few waiters, but they were still polite and friendly.

When we came it was very crowded. We were advised that the meal might take a while, which we had no problem with. I found it very friendly and proactive that we were informed that there would be a longer waiting time. The service was sooooooo friendly. We felt very comfortable. Yes, we waited about 45 minutes from ordering to eating, but we knew that beforehand. Nevertheless, they politely apologized to us for the long waiting time and in the end acted in a very customer-oriented manner. We haven't been treated so politely and friendly in a restaurant for a long time. Thank you very much for that. We will definitely come back and recommend you to others. A Bohemian inn with very tasty food, especially the beer is very, very good 👍 👍 , I was here for the first time and would like to come back. We were there at lunchtime, it was very full and luckily we managed to get a seat. The service was great and the food was very plentiful. I would recommend the inn!

At the entrance there was a sign saying "they are being placed". None of the waiters who leisurely passed us felt able to offer us a seat or speak to us. After a long wait we were finally noticed by one of the cellars and we were able to find a place ourselves. Great service

Yesterday the three of us wanted to go out to eat with our little daughter around 4 p.m. We were turned away when the restaurant wasn't quite half full. The reason given at the entrance was that there weren't enough staff and the tables still had to be cleared away... Where have we gone?

A dining restaurant that seems very focused on fast throughput. But it also offers space for a larger society.

Unfortunately, an absolute disappointment compared to the other restaurants... The reception was annoyed and bitchy. Our request for a table was immediately dismissed with rolling eyes and an aggressive tone. Alternative why... A bit arrogant and snooty... When asked to get separate tables (7 people), another employee took over and made confusing statements. Unfortunately we were annoyed and left... One restaurant further on we were happy to have more guests... Very unfortunate.

The restaurant was a third full in the evening because there was probably a lack of staff. The service was quick and friendly. The food...well. The goulash was clear... I wouldn't have been full. The knuckle was a little crispy, unfortunately most of it was rubbery. The same dumplings everywhere don't mean that anyone is thinking about what's on offer. The small knuckle is probably a so-called mini knuckle and at 20 euros is outside the acceptable range.

Every year we drink a well-kept Bohemian beer here right in the heart of Warnemünde. A cheers to the nice staff despite the massive workload, always wonderful. 👍🤠

We were at Wenzel in Boltenhagen last year, you can't compare it with Warnemünde, the food was great again, but unfortunately the side dishes with the meal weren't available....... No dips like in Boltenhagen for the fries... none Idea why. The service was short and nice. In short, eat deliciously. But things were better in Boltenhagen.

We had reservations for 10 people. Service was good, food was delicious, everything went well. We'd love to come back.

If you like drinking beer, you should definitely include this restaurant on your Warnemünde tour. I can't say anything about the food, but it sounds very bohemian and hearty. Not a fish restaurant - you honestly wouldn't expect it.

The Wenzel is a nice cozy restaurant. The employees are friendly, attentive and quick. We felt comfortable. We didn't have a main course for dinner but what we did have was very tasty. We had the Knofibrot with cheese and the dumpling fries. The Knofibrot was so delicious that we ordered it a total of 3 times. With a few drinks included. It was a lovely afternoon with you, thank you.

If you are looking for a great restaurant in Warnemünde, you should definitely visit the Wenzel Restaurant! I was there recently and can only report positive things. The waiters were super nice and quick - you immediately felt welcome. The food came quickly and was really plentiful. I had the feeling that quality and satisfaction were valued here. The prices are absolutely fine for what is offered. It's really nice when you get something for your money that not only looks delicious but tastes good too. A real highlight for anyone who appreciates good food and friendly service! 🌟

We visited this restaurant for dinner on August 27th, 2024. Several tables were not cleaned or the previous dishes were still on the table. Our order was placed after more than 10 minutes and the request to wipe the table was completely ignored, so we were forced to pay for the drinks at the counter, pointing out the defects

We almost wanted to leave on Sunday because the entrance area with its large staircase and escalator didn't seem particularly inviting. In addition, the very large guest room on the upper floor was almost deserted. The very friendly welcome from a service staff allowed us to stop there. Luckily 🙂 The food was very tasty. We had the cream roast beef, the pork knuckle and a pancake. If you like hearty Bohemian food, this is definitely the right place for you. The house lemonade also tasted very good. The service was very friendly, nice, quick and professional. As the meal progressed, the dining room filled up, making it more comfortable. The bill was perfectly fine for the quality of the food. We were more than full 🙂 We had a great time and will eat there again next time we are back in Warnemünde…. or we will visit Warnemünde to eat there 😃

Unfortunately the service was bad... longer waiting times for the waiters even though the restaurant was empty... everyone was pretty unsympathetic and unfriendly... if you don't feel like working there, leave it alone xD Ambience quite good.. Unfortunately mass processing. Dishes lukewarm, mini knuckle unfortunately still tough and didn't come off the bone, side salad was forgotten and an unfriendly (shaved hair) receptionist... It's a shame... loading would definitely have potential., ... here unfortunately only mass and NO class.

Today we visited Wenzels in Warnemünde and were particularly disappointed with the treatment. I asked for the gluten-free menu for myself and then ordered 2 dishes, my husband ordered from the normal menu. So far everything is good. When the food came, I noticed that the dishes weren't gluten-free and unfortunately had to complain. My husband was already finished eating when my food arrived, which was a shame but not the end of the world. But when he politely asked how this mistake could have happened, because I had specifically requested and ordered the allergy card and pointed out how dangerous and problematic such mix-ups can be, we got involved in an unpleasant discussion. Even if I order from the gluten-free menu and point to the menu and the dishes in front of her and have already told her that I need something gluten-free, I have to say again for every dish that it has to be gluten-free. Mistakes happen. They shouldn't when it comes to something so important, but the sad thing is the complete lack of insight, 0 regrets, no excuses and still discussing. Unfortunately, the gluten-free food was neither well prepared nor seasoned. I'm easy to make happy, but today I wasn't. In the end the full price was collected. Unfortunately, so many service staff are not aware of how you feel when you go out to eat as an allergy sufferer. You have to be happy if you don't have any problems afterwards, you rarely have a great experience. I recommend training the staff on what consequences a lax approach to allergies can have and how to deal with complaints if you want the guest to still leave satisfied. We won't be coming back.

Visiting Wenzel's is now a thing of the past. There was fried chicken from the “summer menu”? The chicken was still almost raw under the breading. After I complained about it, I eventually got a new portion... when the others had finished eating. And really exorbitant prices.
