Weinhaus Neuner is a great spot for a Bavarian and Austrian meal, open from midday to midnight—perfect for any time of day! We went for a late lunch and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the schnitzel and their special chicken soup, both were flavorful and comforting. A solid choice for traditional dishes in a cozy setting! 🍽️🇩🇪✨

Das Gewölbe rechterhand ist äußerst rustikal angenehm eingerichtet, auf der anderen Seite ist ein ähnlich schöner Raum moderner gestaltet. Der Kocktail zum Apero traf dank seiner bitteren Note meinen Geschmack genauso wie der ausgewählte Barolo. Die Hirschterrine mit getoastetem Briochebrot eine wahre Delikatesse. Warum allerdings großzügig absolut geschmacksneutraler Wintertrüffel auf das Frikassee gehobelt wird erschließt sich mir nicht. Auch eine Scheibe von der Blätterteigrolle auf die Löwenterrine gekleistert hat mit Tradition nichts zu tun. Bei diesem Preis müssten es schon 2 Pasteten aus feinem Butterblätterteig vom ausgesuchten Bäcker sein. Trotz dieser Enttäuschung gibt es 5 grüne Punkte von mir, auch dank des sehr freundlichen und professionellen Service "meines" Kellners.

A restaurant with rarity value in Munich. There are a lot of pubs in the city. But very few with really good food. The Weinhaus Neuner is one of them. Great food and, above all, great service. We always enjoy coming back.

Place is good, food too. Service could be slower; looksike they are in a hurry. The waiter took my drink without asking me if I was done, just because my main course was served. What if I prefer to have my drink after, with the desert?

Visitamos aquí 2 x durante nuestra estancia. Vaya, qué gran experiencia. Julian, nuestro servidor, iniciado es correctamente siempre. La carta de vinos es muy buena, y genial si sabes qué buscar, específicamente Peter Lauer. El menú es pequeño, pero cada plato es increíble y muy estacional. Una alta recomendación para visitar este lugar no le hace justicia. Es un lugar que no te pierdas.

We ordered the beef tartare, viennese schnitzel and chickens truffle fricassee, all dishes were amazing. Well prepared, well presented, and absolutely delicious. The side potatoes were also great. We were glad to have our first meal in Munich in this place!

During our visit to Munich am Stachus we got to know the Neuner restaurant and were immediately impressed. The ambience is excellent and invites you to linger. Particularly noteworthy is the first-class service, which impressed us with its friendliness and professionalism. The food was simply great - in a way that we have never experienced at any other restaurant. Every dish was lovingly prepared and tasted excellent. We were completely satisfied and can recommend the Restaurant Neuner without reservation. We will definitely reserve a table again on our next visit to Munich. Just great!

The wine house has a pleasant ambience, noticeably friendly service and, in addition to a good selection of wines, down-to-earth fish and meat dishes. The food is a little adapted to the season but also with classics. Eel as a starter is rarely found on a menu but is highly recommended. Come again. Prices a little more expensive but commensurate with the quality.

As a starter we had the lettuce for 2. The salad actually comes in a hollowed out lettuce and that is not only creative but also very tasty. The main course was a wonderfully souffléed Wienerschnitzel with fried potatoes with plenty of onions. The service was very courteous, attentive and entertaining. Overall, a decent price level for which the performance matches.

Ich war zum Mittagsmenü im Weinhaus Neuner, und das war sehr überzeugend. Die Speisen allesamt von toller Qualität und der Service äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente mit den historischen Holzvertäfelungen ist natürlich auch etwas Besonderes!

Lovely atmosphere and good service. For the price, I felt the quality of the food and portion sizes fell short. The char fillet was very small. The prince regent cake is too dry (but it comes with ice cream and jam which help) and the run and raisin ice cream served alongside didn't taste of rum at all. My friend had the chicken pot pie which was good though - the soup is clear and was a nice contrast to the buttery pastry.

Ich mag das Weinhaus Neuner. Man bekommt dort in einem bayerisch-urigen Ambiente bekannte Küche mit einem Touch Exklusivität. Wenn man das mit einem guten Wein begleiten will, wird einem dort immer ein passender Wein empfohlen. Oder man bleibt beim Bier, was auch niemandem stört. Bei einem Besuch zu zweit wird man inkl. Getränken und Trinkgeld ca. 150-200 EUR ausgeben, was es auf alle Fälle wert sein kann.

Jedes Gericht ein Traum für sich, perfekte Beratung beim Wein. Herzlichkeit und Gastlichkeit. Vielen Dank!

The place and the food were very good, but at the time we went they were overloaded and it took them a long time to bring us the dishes.

We were well received. The service is friendly and efficient. I ordered a South African specialty.... original and delicious. I choose the wine but it's my colleague - who doesn't know much about it - who is asked to taste.... clumsy!

The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful dining room. The food is excellent, especially the chicken fricassee and tartare were excellent. The service was perfect and very accommodating, there was already a bowl of water at the table for our dog!

Wir haben uns für ein 5-Gänge-Menü entschieden. Wir waren uns einig, die Gänge bewusst nicht vorab anzusehen, um ein ‘Blind Tasting’-Erlebnis zu haben. Von den fünf Gängen haben uns vier richtig gut gefallen, da vorwiegend Gerichte oder Kombinationen dabei waren, die ich in dieser Form noch nicht kannte. Das einzige Gericht, das mir persönlich nicht zugesagt hat, waren die Ziegenkäse-Spätzle. Ansonsten war die Bedienung freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn man sie brauchte. Das 5-Gänge-Menü hat zwar einen stolzen Preis, aber dafür, dass man etwas Ausgefallenes und Hochqualitatives probieren darf, finde ich den Preis gerechtfertigt.

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung, das Essen 1A, einfach perfekt und auch der Wein hat sehr gemundet. Wir kommen wieder!

Incredible meal and experience. Like going to your mom’s for all the great comfort foods but elevated with the best ingredients and presentation. Drinks were fabulous and wine list was phenomenal.

The food is great, especially the sauces. However, it is a classic and rather heavy cuisine, at least that's what we felt afterwards. The ambience offers an interesting mix of Bavarian rustic furniture and fine dining elements such as flower bouquets and wine bottles on display. The service was not always attentive, but professional.

Vom Platzieren bis zum Gehen einfach nett freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Niemals aufdringlich. Wiener Schnitzel, das beste das ich je gegessen habe. Kaiserschmarren richtig gut. Mann merkt genau hier, dass eine kleine Karte an Speisen mehr Qualität bringt. Macht weiter so, wir kommen wieder.

Let’s start with the ambiance. The vaulted ceilings, the wood furniture and paneling, the low light brass chandeliers bearing the royal crown and crest, and the wall paintings make you feel like you’re dining in a medieval tavern. The food is excellent. Traditional ingredients with a modern twist. The starter was veal with a poached egg and candied. Hazelnuts. It was a lovely combination with each element working harmoniously together. I like liver so I opted for a main course of a calf liver “Berlin Style” with apple and mashed potatoes. A rich and flavorful wine sauce tied it all together. The chunks of liver were juicy with added layer of deep flavor from the sauce; and the dish had a very modern presentation. The dessert was a cheese curd mouse with plums, currants and raspberries. With a nice level of tartness, it was light and felt like a great transitional dessert between summer and fall. Great place! Staff was knowledgeable and very attentive.

So good we ate here twice in our 5 days in Munich. The lettuce salad dressing was just amazing and the chicken fricasse a massive highlight. Best meals of our trip eaten here with very pleasant professional service. Wine choice also great and very good value for money in general. Thanks also to the manager Frank who recommended us another place to eat which was also terrific. We will certainly return next time in Munich.

Very nice restaurant that we ended up at because it was right near the hotel - how lucky for us! The service was very good, the food was excellent and the wines were excellently matched to the dishes we chose. Today's starter veal tartar was very tasty and the recommended Silvaner was perfect! The veal schnitzel was very large and delightfully crispy throughout. Today's dessert with cream cheese dumplings and pickled apricots was absolutely superb! I really recommend Weinhaus Neuner and would love to come back!

During the meal our table was marked as reserved without a word. We should have changed before dessert. Was pretty rude. They could have told us before ordering. Didn't order anything else and left. But the sweet wine spritzer was sensational.

We made a reservation for 8:30 p.m. via Opentable, but we were there from Düsseldorf at 7:30 p.m. and got a wonderful seat on the terrace. The service was super attentive and accommodating. The choice of food was absolute madness. We decided on a Wienerschnitzel - best decision 👌🏻Everything was wonderful. Definitely coming back 🫶🏻

Stumbled into this place by mistake and it was a very pleasant surprise! We ordered the beef tartare as a starter and it was delicious. We shared the schnitzel as the main dish and it was the right choice as the portion was enormous. The food came quickly and it was all very well seasoned.

The food was sensationally good. We opted for a 4-course menu with wine accompaniment and were so thrilled.

The food was great, I can really recommend the schnitzel. At the beginning there was a greeting from the kitchen. First of all, we had the salmon tartare and shared the head of lettuce. The salad especially was great! The service was a 10/10. We had attentive and very friendly service. The location is upscale but still cozy.

Wunderschön gelegenes Wirtshaus nach der haupteinkaufsmeile in der Innenstadt, absolut empfehlenswert. Feines sauerteigbrot zum Start mit Kopfsalat sowie Rinder Kraftbrühe mit Grießnockerl. Als Hauptgericht ochsenbackerl (leider etwas fest, nicht ganz frisch?) und seeteufelfilets an Fenchelrisotto, wunderbar zart und auf den Punkt gekocht. Als Dessert feinster Kaiserschmarren; absolut empfehlenswert!
