Cozy inn with fine cuisine and very attentive staff Service exemplary and not intrusive! Very good bread and the small Obazda and lard spread was also very tasty. We were invited to a really successful lunch, but it certainly won't be my last visit So thank you very much and see you soon

We were well received. The service is friendly and efficient. I ordered a South African specialty.... original and delicious. I choose the wine but it's my colleague - who doesn't know much about it - who is asked to taste.... clumsy!

The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful dining room. The food is excellent, especially the chicken fricassee and tartare were excellent. The service was perfect and very accommodating, there was already a bowl of water at the table for our dog!

Really not crazy... full regrets for going to this restaurant.. 123€ with 10% in tips.. Slow service, food not very tasty, in Munich there are a lot better. Thanks anyway.

Incredible meal and experience. Like going to your mom’s for all the great comfort foods but elevated with the best ingredients and presentation. Drinks were fabulous and wine list was phenomenal.

The food is great, especially the sauces. However, it is a classic and rather heavy cuisine, at least that's what we felt afterwards. The ambience offers an interesting mix of Bavarian rustic furniture and fine dining elements such as flower bouquets and wine bottles on display. The service was not always attentive, but professional.

Vom Platzieren bis zum Gehen einfach nett freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Niemals aufdringlich. Wiener Schnitzel, das beste das ich je gegessen habe. Kaiserschmarren richtig gut. Mann merkt genau hier, dass eine kleine Karte an Speisen mehr Qualität bringt. Macht weiter so, wir kommen wieder.

Let’s start with the ambiance. The vaulted ceilings, the wood furniture and paneling, the low light brass chandeliers bearing the royal crown and crest, and the wall paintings make you feel like you’re dining in a medieval tavern. The food is excellent. Traditional ingredients with a modern twist. The starter was veal with a poached egg and candied. Hazelnuts. It was a lovely combination with each element working harmoniously together. I like liver so I opted for a main course of a calf liver “Berlin Style” with apple and mashed potatoes. A rich and flavorful wine sauce tied it all together. The chunks of liver were juicy with added layer of deep flavor from the sauce; and the dish had a very modern presentation. The dessert was a cheese curd mouse with plums, currants and raspberries. With a nice level of tartness, it was light and felt like a great transitional dessert between summer and fall. Great place! Staff was knowledgeable and very attentive.

Were there yesterday and had a very good meal. The tartare and the chicken fricassee are great. The employees were extremely friendly to us, but without it seeming artificial. Can fully recommend a visit!

So good we ate here twice in our 5 days in Munich. The lettuce salad dressing was just amazing and the chicken fricasse a massive highlight. Best meals of our trip eaten here with very pleasant professional service. Wine choice also great and very good value for money in general. Thanks also to the manager Frank who recommended us another place to eat which was also terrific. We will certainly return next time in Munich.

Very nice restaurant that we ended up at because it was right near the hotel - how lucky for us! The service was very good, the food was excellent and the wines were excellently matched to the dishes we chose. Today's starter veal tartar was very tasty and the recommended Silvaner was perfect! The veal schnitzel was very large and delightfully crispy throughout. Today's dessert with cream cheese dumplings and pickled apricots was absolutely superb! I really recommend Weinhaus Neuner and would love to come back!

During the meal our table was marked as reserved without a word. We should have changed before dessert. Was pretty rude. They could have told us before ordering. Didn't order anything else and left. But the sweet wine spritzer was sensational.

We made a reservation for 8:30 p.m. via Opentable, but we were there from Düsseldorf at 7:30 p.m. and got a wonderful seat on the terrace. The service was super attentive and accommodating. The choice of food was absolute madness. We decided on a Wienerschnitzel - best decision 👌🏻Everything was wonderful. Definitely coming back 🫶🏻

Stumbled into this place by mistake and it was a very pleasant surprise! We ordered the beef tartare as a starter and it was delicious. We shared the schnitzel as the main dish and it was the right choice as the portion was enormous. The food came quickly and it was all very well seasoned.

The food was sensationally good. We opted for a 4-course menu with wine accompaniment and were so thrilled.

The food was great, I can really recommend the schnitzel. At the beginning there was a greeting from the kitchen. First of all, we had the salmon tartare and shared the head of lettuce. The salad especially was great! The service was a 10/10. We had attentive and very friendly service. The location is upscale but still cozy.

Wunderschön gelegenes Wirtshaus nach der haupteinkaufsmeile in der Innenstadt, absolut empfehlenswert. Feines sauerteigbrot zum Start mit Kopfsalat sowie Rinder Kraftbrühe mit Grießnockerl. Als Hauptgericht ochsenbackerl (leider etwas fest, nicht ganz frisch?) und seeteufelfilets an Fenchelrisotto, wunderbar zart und auf den Punkt gekocht. Als Dessert feinster Kaiserschmarren; absolut empfehlenswert!

Great atmosphere, amazing beef tartar, great herring, good host at the front (he seems to be the manager), but for the level of restaurant an absolutely disastrous rude and ignoring male blond server. If not for the service - this would be a great experience, but he seems to be very much out of place in a restaurant of this level. I visited on July 9 at 14:00 for the manager to figure out who the server is.

Nice restaurant with a pleasant outdoor area. The wine selection is decent and appropriate for a wine house. The food is delicately seasoned and presented, optimally prepared and very tasty. Portion size and quality match the price. We found only €9 for a water bottle with sparkling water and €3 per place setting unreasonable. The service was attentive, friendly and professional. We got a place without a reservation, but if you can plan it, you should make a reservation just to be on the safe side. Would love to come back.

An elegant gem of a restaurant with beautiful historic interior and updated classic food to match. They have many by-the-glass pairings on hand, and our waiter's recommendations were all on-point. The truffle tartare and liver Berlin-style were particularly outstanding.

A great dining experience and a nice change of pace for dinner in Munich. The service is what we wanted, always present, but never interfering with an intimate dinner. The large wine list is reasonable in price. My wife and I prefer dry whites, and there were lots of Trocken. The food was outstanding. There was an a la carte menu and a three course option. We opted for the latter and exchanged tastes of each course. All were excellent, but the veal ravioli with a delicate broth and topped with a foam was a standout. Other have pointed to the value, and it is accurate. It is expensive, but dinner for two with a bottle of wine was around $200, which is underpriced given the total package.

Excellent choice. I loved having lunch here. At first we were the only people in the restaurant, which made me uneasy. But it soon filled completely and all with local German speakers, which I took as a good sign. It is asparagus season, so asparagus salads are everywhere in munich and they are Excellent. We had what seemed to be a chicken pot pie as a main. Excellent. Service was very efficient and quite friendly bt German standards. I would certainly return .

Welcoming and friendly staff. Very efficient and polite. Menu on offer had a good range to choose from. It was an excellent meal with well matched German wines as suggested by our waiter. Restaurant decor is classic and provides comfortable space and surroundings. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

I’m Italian (but I’ve lived in Germany for an year), so first of all I did a mistake ordering two tagliatella dishes but unfortunately, there was no children menu so I did’t have any alternative. We asked to change a bit the sauce because having sherry in it, was not indicated for children. At the end we had tagliatelle with chanterelles and apart, some fresh tomato. The quality of the pasta was really poor (I personally would like to invite the chef by me to teach him how to cook pasta), but the price was even more surprising me: 24€ each: unbelievable. The rest of the food was ok but again, I remained astonished by the price of a filet with asparagus: 53€. Now I perfectly understand why when Germans are on vacation, they love to come to Italy!

Great food and wine list but they segregate foreigners (second hall) from locals (nice hall) to the point where it’s blatantly obvious and if you ask to change table location they say the other hall is booked (even though the guests didn’t specify hall in the booking and have not yet arrived).

Weinhaus Neuner was kindly recommended to me spontaneously by another wine shop. After I asked on site whether I could have a glass of wine there, I was rather rudely offered a place in a lounge. For me, a vinotheque or a wine house also requires a certain amount of advice. My question as to whether a wine could be recommended to me was rudely interrupted with “open wines tend to be bad”, which made no sense to me and seemed very unfriendly and hostile. Only after I pointed out that there were already some open wines on the wine list was I told anything about wines. It definitely wasn't as good a recommendation as I generally find in vinotheques and wine cellars. I briefly thought about whether I should eat something there because I was very hungry, but the whole atmosphere discouraged me from doing so. The interaction with regular guests / selected guests (?) was very friendly and very warm. In any case, it is not a recommendation from me for anyone who is not (yet) one of them. I would never go there again to eat or drink wine. I would prefer a simple shop with friendly people a thousand times over.

the place is nice, cosy, but I would strongly advise against it because of the taste of the food, it serves fixed soups, with questionable flavours, the main course is surrounded by a sauce that fills the dish with water. a German place but frequented mostly by italian schoolchildren. the staff is friendly

We celebrated our civil wedding here with around 20 people and would come back at any time for celebrations or simply for dinner. Communication before and after went smoothly. The service was unbeatable, very attentive, warm and just perfect all around. At the beginning I passed on the information about the intolerances of the respective guests and didn't have to do anything about it afterwards. The children received their food in advance and were even allowed into the kitchen to choose dessert. The food was very tasty and the price was also reasonable.
