Waldwirtschaft Bienenheim in München

Wir sind eine Stunde mit dem Rad zum Bienenheim gefahren, waren um 18:30 dort. Der Biergarten war mäßig besetzt. Leider waren wir nicht willkommen, es sei kein Platz mehr verfügbar und man schaffe es auch in der Küche nicht mehr. Schade.

Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts besonderes, da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Der Service war gut. Der Biergarten sieht etwas ungepflegt aus, innen ist das Restaurant sehr ansprechend.

Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Das Essen ist wirklich auf höchstem Niveau.

Was für ein Schweinsbraten! So muss es sein, genügend große Scheiben, Rösche Kruste, Krautsalat, zwei Kartoffelknödel. Eine Sauce, die nicht convenience war. Gerne wieder und das möglichst bald.

Tja, das war ein Satz mit X. Wir wurden ebenso höflich wie nachdrücklich gebeten wieder zu gehen, nachdem wir uns zu Zweit an einen freien Tisch im halbleeren Biergarten gesetzt hatten. Man sei überlastet, hieß es. Den Versuch starten wir kein zweites Mal. Dann eben einen Döner beim netten Türken. Fastfood statt Slowfood... schmeckt auch, ohne dass man sich ärgern muss. Beweisfotos ohne Essen gibt es auch. Wir waren wirklich da.

Super netter Service. Wir hatten Flanksteak und Böfflamott was beides wirklich phantastisch war. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen, man sollte aber - entsprechend des Konzeptes Slow-Food - genügend Zeit mitbringen.

Der ganze Biergarten ist leer, leider mussten wir an den ungemütlichen Holztischen im Außenbereich sitzen. Die Getränke mussten wir uns selber holen an der Bar. Wir durften uns nicht an die reservierten Tische setzen, obwohl das Lokal nur zu 5 % besetzt ist. Das ist wirklich das Letzte . Wir fühlen uns nicht willkommen. Das letzte Mal waren wir vor fünf Jahren hier und sind nicht bedient worden. Ich glaube ich komme nie wieder. Ich weiß ich komme nie wieder.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Restaurant an dem sich nichts fehlt: gigantisches Essen, sehr aufmerksamer Service und das Ambiente ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen ☺️

Schöner schattiger Garten. Wir hatten Schweinebraten, Wiener Schnitzel und Käsenudeln - alles sehr lecker gemacht. Sehr freundlicher Service.

Das Essen war hervorragend – geschmacklich etwas ganz Besonderes und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Service: Das Team war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit auf Zack, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Wer einmal ein besonderes Geschmackserlebnis genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Dazu kommt der wunderschöne Biergarten mit seiner ruhigen und entspannten Atmosphäre, der den Besuch perfekt abrundet. Für uns eine absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Seit Jahren ein Stammlokal unserer Familie. Hier ist alles von Grund auf hausgemacht und das schmeckt man auch. Die Qualität der Speisen ist zuverlässig und konstant sehr hoch. Besonders gerne sitzen wir im Sommer im Biergarten. Absolute top Location in München!

Ein gemütlicher Spaziergang durch den schönen Aubinger Wald lädt dazu ein im Bienenheim einzukehren und sich bei einem kalten Tegernseer von Fass oder köstlichen hausgemachten Limonaden zu erfrischen. Die freundliche Bewirtung macht den Besuch nochmal zusätzlich angenehm.

Wunderbare Umgebung mit dem schönen Aubinger Wald und freundliche Bewirtung mit z.B. köstlichen hausgemachten Limonaden. Ich fand die Brombeerlimonade wirklich lecker, erfrischend und schön hergerichtet.

Kleinere Gaststätte mit großem Biergarten. Essen sehr lecker, Bedienung nett und zügig. Bei voller Gaststätte sehr laut. Wenig Gerichte, dafür sau guad.

Das Essen ist köstlich und qualitativ hochwertig! Das Ambiente hat wirklich rustikalen Charm. Die Location ist im Wald und von Natur umgeben. Ein Spaziergang bietet sich an.

Ein rundum stimmiges Restauranterlebnis. Hier werden kreativ komponierte, hochwertig zubereitete und optisch ansprechende Gerichte in einem sehr schönen Ambiente serviert. Jeder Bissen zeigt die Liebe zum Detail und die Verwendung frischer, erstklassiger Zutaten. Insgesamt ein Ort, an dem Genuss, Qualität und Atmosphäre perfekt miteinander verschmelzen. Ein Besuch ist nicht nur empfehlenswert, sondern ein echtes Highlight – seit Jahren eines unserer absoluten Lieblingsrestaurants!

Wir waren als Gruppe (11) mit Reservierung am Sonntag zum Mittagessen. Der Empfang war freundlich, die Gaststube gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Der Service war aufmerksam, hat Aperitif, Dessert und Digestive bzw Kaffee abgefragt. Man sollte etwas Zeit einplanen, Slow Food eben. Dafür war es wirklich sehr lecker, selbstgemacht und großzügige Portionen.

Wir mögen das Lokal schon seit Jahren. Dieses Mal war es so schrecklich, dass wir es wohl von der Liste streichen. Der reserviere Platz eine Herausforderung. Die ebenfalls im kleinen Raum stattfindende Feier extrem laut. Die Bitte den Raum zu wechseln wurde von der Chefin abgelehnt, da (19:10) er für den Morgen ab 21:00 eingedeckt werden müsste. Platz war vorhanden. Das war's dann - unmöglich!

Wir haben letztes Jahr im Mai die Kommunion unserer Tochter dort gefeiert. 9 Erw./ 2 Kinder. ( Ich hatte bis jetzt einfach noch nicht die Muse hier zu Bewerten) Das möchte ich hiermit nachholen. Schon damals gab es einige schlechtere Rezensionen hier zu lesen. Die Website machte einen guten Eindruck, ein Vorgespräch im Restaurant war auch angenehm. Also haben wir uns für dieses Restaurant entschieden. Kurzum: Als wir kamen, wurde uns sofort ein Tisch zugewiesen, bzw. konnten wir sogar entscheiden drinnen oder draußen. Ursprünglich war draußen geplant, aber es war doch bissel kühl. Die Getränke wurden schnell geliefert, die Vorspeisen auch. Das Essen dauerte etwas, ich würde sagen tatsächlich normale Wartezeit. Durch die Vorspeisen und durch Gespräche miteinander (unter den Gästen), war alles zeitlich völlig ok. Das Essen war TOP!!! Die Gäste reden heute noch positiv über das extrem leckere Essen!!! Der Koch hat uns mit seinem Essen begeistert. Während unseres Besuches füllte sich das Lokal zunehmend. Also man fühlte sich richtig wohl. Zumindest mögen wir es, wenn ein Restaurant gut besucht ist, denn dann weiß man, es ist gut. Vor Ort habe ich die Bedienung angesprochen (beim gehen), dass ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen kann. Insbesondere was die Wartezeiten für das Essen anbelangt. Sehr nette Bedienung, hervorragende Essen, schneller Service! Klare Empfehlung!!!

The concept is about having time, or rather, taking time. Time for cooking, for eating, and for relaxing. Only high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and a cozy atmosphere make me want to go there again and again.

Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't make a very appetizing impression. A black tablecloth with stains was completely unacceptable. Payment by credit card or regular UniCredit card wasn't possible. Thankfully, I had cash with me.

We finally returned to the Waldwirtschaft Bienenheim restaurant to celebrate our son's birthday. It was another wonderful experience. Top-notch service, first-class food, and attentive, friendly staff. We'll be back soon!

If there were Michelin stars for emotional distress, this restaurant would have all three. What happened to me here wasn't just bad service—it was a culinary trauma, a low point in human hospitality, a gastronomic nightmare. A simple request to change a side dish due to an intolerance apparently hit the chef's ego so hard that he and his staff loudly insulted me in the dining room in front of all the other guests present. With such a lack of social skills, I recommend a workplace with no customer contact, perhaps in the basement of a hospital kitchen. There, they'll probably be happy to explain the difference between allergies, intolerances, and eating disorders—knowledge I expect from a chef. Oh, and now I'll quickly buy a few more positive reviews… Not that this disrespectful behavior will actually keep customers away…

The food is cooked with love! The Waldwirtschaft Bienenheim is a truly lovely restaurant with a lovely little beer garden and excellent cuisine. The food was exceptionally good and delicious. Our service was also very friendly, attentive, and courteous. Make sure you make a reservation and allow yourself some time – slow food is the name of the game. We highly recommend this restaurant and would love to return! Update - one year later: everything is still top-notch!

Mixed impressions. The ambiance is okay, the service was very nice. However, the food took almost an hour to arrive. More vegetarian dishes (on the lunch menu) would be nice. The approach is there, but the Parmesan would have to be omitted almost everywhere. Update after comment: Vegetarian/vegan may be of secondary importance to you, but not to me.

Anyone who values fresh, chef-friendly food can't go past Bienenheim. My personal favorite is the Böfflamotte (a kind of beef stew) in a delicious dark red wine sauce with dumplings and root vegetables. Served with a Kellerbier (cellar beer) in a stein – fantastic. And don't complain about the prices – quality meat costs money, even at the butcher. Dear Bienenheim team, keep up the good work. Everything is top-notch! ❤️

We've eaten at the "Bienenheim" several times; the food was always very good, and for "slow food," the wait time was reasonable. Today, we stopped in spontaneously after a walk and waited forever. After a group that arrived 20 minutes after us was served, we told the server that we'd arrived long before and wanted to be served. The young lady then said that if we didn't have a reservation, everything would be full anyway (there were no reservation signs, and about 20% of the seats were empty). It's a shame; they obviously don't feel the need to be customer-friendly, so we left.

I've had nothing but very good experiences with the Waldwirtschaft Bienenheim restaurant so far. The food has always been exceptionally delicious, the ingredients seem fresh and high-quality, and the service is always friendly and attentive. Even small special requests were happily accommodated – a real plus! We made reservations by phone before each visit – even at short notice – and it always worked smoothly. A look at the negative reviews is naturally thought-provoking, as I can't personally confirm these impressions. It's a shame for those who were unlucky – but perhaps the key lies in the concept: There's only one chef in the kitchen. This creates a very personal touch, but naturally also brings with it limitations. If you know this and make a reservation in good time, you'll get consistently convincing food in a relaxed atmosphere. For me, the Bienenheim remains a real insider tip – run with passion and highly recommended for its culinary excellence.

I remember the beekeeping facility from my childhood. A few weeks ago, I was here again, and yesterday again for dinner. Whether for lunch or dinner: Both the reservation by phone and email, as well as the reception and service throughout the evening, were exemplary, very friendly, and of a pleasant standard. Attentive and courteous. I found the atmosphere in the restaurant very pleasant. There was quiet music playing in the background at lunch, and no music at dinner. Both were very pleasant for conversations at a normal volume, especially if you want to have a longer chat. The decor is modern, simple, and stylistically pleasing, in my opinion. The lighting is dim and harmonious. Both the starter (salad with goat cheese) and the main courses were plentiful and very tasty. A quarter of the wine could easily be divided between two glasses. Since I normally react with great thirst to industrially processed foods, I can say with a high degree of certainty that the food offered here is fresh and homemade. Overall, I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by the value for money. I highly recommend it.

The food was very tasty, but we waited over an hour for it. And the food only gets three stars from me because it is overpriced. There are hardly any lunches for less than 20 euros, many cost almost 30. I was specifically asked whether I wanted the salad before or with the meal. Then he finally came after an hour and I still waited another 10 minutes for the food. The black table runners are reminiscent of the decorations at a funeral. I probably won't come back again, it's a shame. A little cheaper and a little faster and the store would boom.

The Bienenheim is located directly on the Aubinger Lohe river and, in the summer, features a small, leafy beer garden. In the winter, you can enjoy delicious food in the cozy restaurant parlor. An absolute must for a cozy, good meal!

The roast pork is incredibly good, and the origin of the meat from species-appropriate husbandry is stated on the memory card. There is also a good selection of vegetarian dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and the wonderful location on the edge of the forest is great anyway!

Here you can enjoy a drink during or after a football match. Cycling through the Aubinger Lohe valley, stopping here is no problem.

We happened to pass this restaurant as part of a longer hike. We liked the external impression and so we tried our luck. Unfortunately it was only 11:40 a.m. and they don't open until 12:00 p.m. Nevertheless, we met a waitress in the beer garden who pointed out to us that we wouldn't have a chance without a reservation because the beer garden would be packed from 12:00 p.m. After a bit of back and forth we were finally offered a table. I'm anticipating it. We left after about 90 minutes, around 1:30 p.m. and the beer garden was max. 2/3 full, rather less. We ordered an ox goulash and herb cheese spaetzle with a small salad (I think wild herb salad). Unfortunately neither my wife nor I were really happy with the food. The goulash sauce was okay, but unfortunately the meat was mostly flaxy. It wasn't fun to eat or chew the meat, so half of it remained in the plate. The cheese spaetzle tasted okay too, but was super dry. We were glad we ordered the small salad with it, otherwise it would have been difficult to swallow. By the way, the salad was on the menu at 6 euros, but it was billed at 7 euros. I can't say whether the other prices were correct because I just happened to remember the price of the salad on the menu. The waitress thanked me for the tip, but made no move to refund me the euro. I then said on my own that it would be fine. Conclusion: We would come back for a drink in the beer garden, which is really nice, but not for food.

The slogan slow food is absolutely true. We ordered from the menu what was supposed to be ready the fastest. Unfortunately, the ordered "express cars" did not arrive even in 45 minutes. The cook then very aggressively instructed us to go to McDonalds next time if we wanted to get our food faster. That's why I pass on this wisdom, if you want to eat before an hour after ordering, you go somewhere else. Otherwise the service was nice.

We ate an exceptionally tasty chicken and a delicious 1/4 duck! Everything was just right. The chef cooks with love and no 0/8/15 dishes! The map is manageable; Therefore you can really assume that all dishes are freshly prepared! In addition: We were served very attentively and friendly! Be sure to reserve in advance! In summer you sit there in a beautiful beer garden - right on the Aubinger Lohe! Well worth a visit in any case!

An sich ein ganz netter Laden allerdings ist der Wirt sehr unflexibel und unfreundlich und geht keinerlei auf die Wünsche von Gesten ein. Wir hatten jemanden in der Gruppe der aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht alles essen kann. Auf die Nachfrage ob wir eine auf der Karte stehende Speise nur geringfügig endern wollten(anstatt der Bratkartoffeln als beilage eine Normalgroße Portion) wurde uns mitgeteilt das der Koch dazu keine lust hätte und man das anmelden müßte. Darauf hin haben wir das Restaurant verlassen müssen weil die Person sonst nichts essen hätte können. Daher können wir das Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Wir können das Restaurant nur bedingt empfehlen. Gestern hatten wir einen Tisch für 6 Personen reserviert und haben entsprechend der Anweisungen auf der WebSeite darauf geachtet, dass wir nicht zu früh und nicht zu spät, sondern Punkt 18:30 Uhr da waren. Das an sich, hätte uns zu denken geben sollen! Nun, wegen einer Stoffwechselstörung einer unserer Gäste, haben wir für ihn nach einem Teller Bratkartoffeln anstelle der Gerichte von der Karte gefragt. Dabei sei gesagt, dass es Bratkartoffeln als Beilage zu dem ein oder anderen Gericht gibt. Die Antwort lautete: „Das macht er nicht!“. Nun, wenn ich die ein oder andere Kritik im Netz lese und mir die Antworten dazu anschaue, wird für mich klar, dass man wahrscheinlich als Gast im Bienenheim gut aufgehoben ist, wenn die Erwartungen zu 100% mit den Überzeugungen des Kochs übereinstimmen. Den hier ist nicht der Kunde König sondern du musst den Überzeugungen des Königs folgen oder gehen. Wir sind gegangen!

Keine Möglichkeit um 13:30 auf ein Getränk einzukehren obwohl noch Tische frei waren, das war für uns schon die zweite Abfuhr, das letzte Mal um 11:45, nein es gibt erst um 12 Uhr etwas zu trinken im Biergarten, ich weiß nicht ob wir es noch auf einen dritten Versuch ankommen lassen
