We were also here for the first and last time. The food was OK. Only the service was a disaster. Even when making the reservation over the phone, the employee was very rude. We went there anyway. The order was very impersonal and the whole service was slow. We were not asked whether we liked it or whether we were satisfied. The bill was placed on the table without comment. Quickly paid €50.00 for 2 people and was dumped without a thank you. We, two people in our 50s, go out to eat every Saturday evening and appreciate good service. Unfortunately we didn't get it in this restaurant. Too bad :-(

Pizzeria was highly recommended to us by friends. We were passing through on Saturday and took a detour via the restaurant. The most beautiful and interesting thing was the great view of the airfield. Unfortunately, we and a few other guests had to realize that the restaurant was closed. There was no notice at the restaurant and no one answered the phone. The opening times probably don't match. When a service employee came after 2 p.m., we were more or less ignored. It's a shame that we as a family with two children had to go through this experience.

Nice restaurant and delicious food

First of all, we had a young and very nice waitress who deserves 5 stars. The wine glasses were still dirty, the red wine was undrinkable and the portions had almost halved, but the prices had risen significantly. And the waiting time of an hour for pizza and pasta is incomprehensible, the shop was half full

The toilets are not automatically lit. When I went to my seat there wasn't one served, then he picked one up from the floor and slapped it on the table, but then he saw another one and picked it up again and then it already had marks on it and it didn't bother him . The drinks came very quickly as that was very nice. The pizza was very tasty but a bit too salty.

We were here for the first and last time. We had Vitello Tonnato as a starter, which was very tasty, salad was okay, pasta was very good, the pizza still has a lot of room for improvement, could be a lot better, dough not crispy, would have needed a little longer in the oven, but Oh well. What is absolutely not possible is the service, something like unfriendly. The food is just slammed on the table, no bon appetit, no please, no thank you, no good luck, you don't deal with paying customers like that. No attention either, my wife wanted another wine, but no one came. The service should be improved here, otherwise the place should close and no one should come anymore. I wonder why the beer garden was so busy anyway, do people really let things like that happen to them? Not for us anymore, I carry my money to restaurants with friendly people

We picked up our food! Unfortunately I have to say the bruschetta wasn't great...a cheap toast from the supermarket with no taste, not even a baguette...tomatoes were fresh but without any taste or spices worth mentioning... Salmon with grilled vegetables, well... salmon had died twice... grilled dead... vegetables were briefly placed on the grill, then 1/2 liter of oil was poured over it... no taste... pasta was beyond "al dente"... spices were also saved here ! Pizzas were OK...but only had daisies and salami. Conclusion...I'm happy to pay €74 for good food...but unfortunately for me, in my opinion, it was all very mediocre, I'm not talking about the quality of the products at all...the price is definitely not justified! But tastes are different...that's my subjective opinion!

€5.20 for a coffee is very exaggerated. The service was friendly, but mathematically poor. So he kept €7 instead of €6 when making change. This is the most expensive coffee I have drunk while riding my motorcycle. My companion had a tiramisu which looked fantastic and he liked it too. I didn't eat anything, so I can't give any information about it.

Food is top. There's nothing to complain about there. Service was OK. We would forget and wait in vain for food for 50 minutes, but then it would be sorted out. Why 4 stars. The operators smoke continuously on the veranda where guests dine. None of us were smokers and neither were the other tables. This is even more disturbing. I'm allergic to dogs. Even if the owner's dog is very nice, I think it has no place in the dining area. The dog was sweet and never disturbed, but he was there and running around. Otherwise, I can say that I can still recommend it and will go there again when the opportunity arises. They're just small things and more like complaints at a high level. Thanks to the team for the evening.

A nice little pizzeria right at the small airport with a view of the runway. Don't worry, there is no noise pollution, it is just a mini airfield with very little activity for glider pilots and small sports aircraft. The pizzeria is more important here: Everything is fine there, very good pizzas and everything else you would expect. If you are operating indoors, you should definitely make a reservation. There is a manageable beer garden outside where I also like to sit. All in All: Highly recommended, I'll definitely come back.

The food is really good. One of the best italian restaurants I've been. I can recommend the Bruschetta and spaghetti alla cozze.

This was our second time at Volare. We are happy every time we return to the hotel. The food is very tasty, whether pizza, pasta or in our case the pulpo. The staff and especially the landlord are very friendly and you feel like you are in “bella Italia”. Thank you again for a lovely evening and see you next time.

What can I say...the best seafood salad I've ever eaten. Rich and very, very tasty. Pizza is good, pasta is good, the boss is cool and small planes are constantly taking off right next to you. Almost an experience meal. But it's like with doctors, everyone has their own experiences. My true ones are very positive. Greetings, Andy

Die Pizza war sehr lecker, dünner Teig, knusprig und lecker belegt. Die Bedingung war aufmerksam und hat gefragt , ob wir das übrige mitnehmen wollen. Komme gerne noch mal wieder. Man hat einen super tollen Ausblick in die Umgebung und auf den kleinen Flugplatz.

Mir hat es hier gut geschmeckt. Nettes Personal und eine tolle Terrasse.

sensationell guter italiener 🇮🇹 der besitzer hatte früher das restaurant am hafen und ist vor einiger zeit raus an den flugplatz gezogen. er war am hafen schon gut, hat sich aber nochmal gesteigert 👍 wir holen sehr häufig hier pizza für zuhause, allerdings schmeckt es vor ort noch eine schippe besser. unsere kinder sind genauso begeistert wie wir! kinder sind hier sehr willkommen und werden vom sowie so schon freundlichen personal zuvorkommend behandelt. der absolute wahnsinn ist aber das hausgemachte tiramisu ❤️

Echt tolle Pizza bekommen, obwohl der Rand mächtig dick war, war er sehr locker und lecker. Doch das Beste war die tiefe rauchige Stimme vom Chef. Echt italienisch.

Rosszat nem lehet mondani a helyről. Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes, a pizzák finomak, a személyzet gyors és kedves, mellette nagyon jó áron dolgoznak. Aki szeretne enni egy laza pizzát, nyugodt környezetben, annak csak ajánlani tudom✌️

Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Beilngries, italienisches Ambiente und eon ausgezeichnetes Essen. Beste Pizza ever, klasse Teig und sehr schmackhaft belegt. Da geht man gerne hin.

Das Essen war einwandfrei. Die Spaghetti und Lasagne waren frisch gemacht. Wenn der Chef noch etwas netter gewesen wäre, so in der Art wie sein Kollege, dann wäre es perfekt.

Tolles Essen und sehr netter Service! Immer ein Besuch werd ob mit dem Flugzeug, Auto oder dem Rad.

Ein Tipp von unseren Wirtsleuten am Arzberghof war "der Italiener am Flugplatz". Nach der Rückkehr einer unserer "MTB-Offroadtouren" wollten wir einfach nur schnell was Essen und uns nicht in Dreck und Speck unter die Leute setzen. Wir steuerten also das Volare an und fragten den Chef, ob wir auch was mitnehmen könnten. Das war selbstverständlich möglich und wir erhielten schnell unsere Pizzen und Salate, obwohl die Terrasse fast voll besetzt war. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen unkomplizierten und freundlichen Service. Das Essen war übrigens sehr, sehr lecker.

Preis- Leistung sehr gut! Die Pizza ist sehr lecker und das selbstgemachte Tiramisu rundet alles ab! Kann ich empfehlen!

Mega leckere Pizza Meeresfrüchte. Wir probieren gerade sämtliche Pizzerien in der Gegend durch und diese ist bisher geschmacklich mein Favorit 😍 gerne wieder

Great place to sit and watch the planes. The food is decent as well. Parking is a bit limited (not sure if there are better places to park than Infront of the restaurant but I couldn't see any).

Kommen immer wieder gerne. Speisen sehr gut. Gute Location.

Schnelle und nette Bedienung. Frisch gebackenes Brot und richtig gutes Olivenöl und Balsamico gab es separat zum Essen dazu. Wir kommen bei der nächsten Radtour auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei.

Wir haben das Restaurant nur zufällig beim Biken entdeckt. Haben uns kurzfristig zur Einkehr entschieden, für einen kleinen Snack. Bedienung hat uns sofort registriert und freundlich begrüßt, der Chef war auch sehr nett. Getränke kamen sofort, das Essen kam auch mega schnell. Dazu gab es leckeres frisch gebackenes Brot. Olivenöl und Balsamico originale d’Italia 😍 Richtig lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Pizzabrot sehr lecker. Nudeln lecker aber etwas fettig und kleine Portionen. Salat mäßig und kaum Dressing. Leider Preis Leistung nicht sehr überzeugend.

Pizza war sehr lecker, Service und Chef/Mitarbeiter lassen zu wünschen übrig! Wurden 1/2Std ignoriert :( wir kommen nicht mehr!

Heute war der Kellner sehr gestresst und alleine. Er war überfordert. Zu uns absolut sehr freundlich und höflich. Top. Essen war auch in Ordnung. Bei einem Essen haben die Kirschtomaten gefehlt. naja passiert.
