We arrived shortly before 8:00 p.m. The outdoor seating was full, but there were only a few people inside. Our order was taken at 8:16 p.m., and the table was wiped down. The appetizer arrived at 8:46 p.m., and the main course at 9:15 p.m. That was really unpleasantly slow. We had to pay right away because we were limited on time. We had actually gone to an Italian restaurant because it's usually quick, so we had actually gone for a quick meal. The appetizer was really delicious. Fresh bread, seasoned butter, and various treats. Great. The pasta and pizza tasted okay. The pizza base, in particular, had a somewhat sweet taste and wasn't crispy at all. I assume that was intentional. We had noticed that with the pizza bread before. It was fluffy and tasty, but unusual in taste and consistency. The pizza was also really small. The pasta with oil and garlic was very tasty, but borderline spicy. The restaurant's plates are beautiful, but incredibly slippery. It's almost impossible to cut a pizza because it keeps slipping. I've never experienced anything like it. It wasn't a problem with the pasta, of course. It's supposed to make cleaning easier, but it was more than annoying when eating. The prices are thankfully low. While many restaurants are increasingly enriching themselves unjustifiably and then complaining about a lack of customers, the price ratio here is very good. Pizzas up to €12 are fine – at least if not every pizza has been shrunk a bit. The other dishes are in a similarly adequate range. We really liked the ambiance. The service was very friendly and genuinely attentive, but on this evening, they just couldn't keep up. At one point, there were four people working outside. That could and should have worked better. We couldn't figure out what was wrong. Often, there was just suddenly no one to be seen. We can recommend the restaurant overall and would happily go again. If it takes that long again, I might reconsider.

Full of anticipation, we reserved a table for 7 p.m. Unfortunately, there wasn't a spot available for us. Once we got a table, we ordered right away, only to be told it would take about 40 minutes. After 1.5 hours, we still hadn't received our starter. The other guests had also been waiting for their food for at least 2 hours. After a quick inquiry, we were assured that our starter and main course would arrive in 7 minutes. Another 20 minutes later, after asking, we were informed that our pizza wasn't in the oven yet. We left after 2 hours without any food. What a shame!
