Schlimmster Abend überhaupt !! Das Essen schmeckt okay, aber nicht den Preis wert. Sowohl Service als auch die Menschen dort sind unterste Schublade. Die Servicekraft versteht kaum deutsch, alle sind russischsprachig und können nicht antworten, nur nicken, das war’s aber auch. Aufeinmal gab es eine riesen Schlägerei mit großem Polizeieinsatz weil das Personal nichtmal seine Gäste händeln kann!! Wenn man jeden Hans und Franz in sein Lokal lässt, kann man damit rechnen langsam den schlechtesten Ruf in Hannover zu haben. Wer nur okay essen möchte mit einer gratis Schlägerei Show ist hier genau richtig, ansonsten tut euch einen Gefallen und geht überall hin, außer ins Voi!!!!

Erste uns letzte Mal. Ich war zum ersten Mal mit meinen Freundinnen im voi, wir haben einige Getränke und Essen bestellt. Aus dem nichts, gab es eine Schlägerei. Die Herren, sind auf unseren Tisch geflogen, haben unsere Getränke durch die Gegend geschleudert und haben sich geprügelt. Leider wurde die Rechnung kurz vor der Schlägerei beglichen. Unsere kompletten Getränke, haben wir kaum angerührt und wurden durch die Schlägerei auf dem Boden geschmissen. Die Getränke und die Glasschärben sind auf uns drauf geflogen. Meine Freundinnen wurden dadurch leicht an den Beinen verletzt. Hier sollten Sie vernünftige Security beauftragen. Wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Andere Gäste haben das Geschehniss per Video aufgenommen. Solche Vorfälle dürfen in einen lokal nicht passieren.

Wir haben unseren JGA im Voi Hannover gefeiert und hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Abend. Für mich war es das erste Mal dort und ich war total begeistert. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen machen definitiv satt. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir einen eigenen Raum nur für uns hatten und diesen sogar für den JGA dekorieren durften. Dadurch war die Atmosphäre noch persönlicher und gemütlicher. Ein großes Lob geht auch an unsere Kellnerin Zeynep. Sie war unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und hat uns direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Wir hatten mit den Mädels richtig viel Spaß. Zeynep, du bist wirklich eine Süße – bleib genauso wie du bist! 💕

Wir waren heute im VOI essen und hatten insgesamt einen schönen Abend mit viel Spaß und wirklich sehr gutem Essen. Besonders empfehlen kann ich das Lammrisotto sowie das Mignon Filet – beides war geschmacklich wirklich hervorragend. 🍽️✨ Der Service war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war allerdings, dass unser Platz anfangs etwas schmutzig war. Die Bedienung hat sich zwar direkt darum gekümmert, dennoch sollte das bei einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse eigentlich nicht passieren. Außerdem gab es leichte Verständigungsprobleme, da die Bedienung nur eingeschränkt Deutsch gesprochen hat und unsere Bestellung deshalb nicht ganz optimal aufgenommen wurde. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Abend und das Essen war definitiv ein Highlight. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim Service wäre für uns auch eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung möglich gewesen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir wollten den Laden aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen mal selbst ausprobieren: - Einrichtung und Ambiente sind zwar Geschmackssache aber auf jeden Fall hat man sich hier große Mühe gegeben. - Präsentation in der Speicherkarte auch sehr hochwertig (wenn auch manchmal schwierig zu erkennen, da schwarze Seiten in recht dunkler Beleuchtung) und die Abbildungen der Gerichte sehen sehr lecker aus! - bestellte Getränke (Saftschorle + Cola) kamen alle lauwarm und ohne Eis - Vorspeise kam erfreulich schnell - nach der Vorspeise haben wir eine Stunde auf den Hauptgang gewartet und das auch erst auf Nachfrage - Essen kam zwar schön präsentiert an, war geschmacklich aber nicht dem Preis entsprechend (Fleisch war zäh und Pesto sehr "mild") Generell schien alles etwas chaotisch, da außerdem zb auch die Gerichte ohne Besteck serviert wurden und wir erst nachfragen mussten und am Ende 15min gewartet haben um zahlen zu können (nachdem wir einem Kellner Bescheid gesagt haben und dieser seinen Kollegen holen musste) Insgesamt also eine durchwachsene Erfahrung, was aber dem Erfolg des Ladens nicht zu schaden scheint - es war nämlich ziemlich voll. Das freut mich zwar für die Besitzer, finde es aber schade, dass hier offenbar viele Bewertungen (51-100 Bewertungen gelöscht bei 770 Bewertungen) gelöscht werden.

Wir waren am Freitag abend für einige Drinks da. Das Ambiente ist cool und der DJ hat abgeliefert, das hat Spaß gemacht! Auch die Drinks haben letztlich alle gut geschmeckt, auch wenn die selben Getränke immer mal wieder ziemlich unterschiedlich geschmeckt haben.. Leider war der Service unterirdisch! Bei den Preisen und dem Ambiente habe ich etwas anderes erwartet. Von 5 Bestellungen hat bei 4 etwas gefehlt oder wurde vergessen einzubuchen. Dem ersten Mitarbeiter musste ich in der Karte genau zeigen was ich trinken möchte, damit er es abschreiben konnte. Empfehlungen oder Fragen zu den Getränken waren leider unmöglich. Wir mussten die Mitarbeiter immer aktiv ansprechen, niemand hat uns von sich aus gefragt ob wir noch was trinken möchten. Der DJ war tatsächlich aufmerksamer als der Service und hat die Kollegen mehrmals darauf hingewiesen dass wir etwas bestellen möchte.. Da passte an unserem Abend leider vieles nicht zusammen, ich werde nicht wieder kommen und kann die sehr guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen..

Abgesehen vom Ambiente ist dieses Restaurant nichts Besonderes. Ich war nur einmal dort und kann die hohe Bewertung daher nicht nachvollziehen. Die Gerichte entsprachen überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf der Speisekarte. Schauen Sie sich die beigefügten Bilder zum Vergleich an. Der Salat war mit Dressing überladen und trank regelrecht. Der Fisch war nichts Besonderes. Die Haut war verbrannt, der Geschmack fad, der Brokkoli ebenfalls verbrannt und die Zucchini und Auberginen halbgar und geschmacklos. Ich war sehr enttäuscht und bat darum, das Dessert zu stornieren. Da die Bedienung kein Englisch sprach, wurde mir das Tiramisu gebracht. Im Nachhinein betrachtet war es aber tatsächlich gut. Abgesehen vom Dessert war der Rest des Restaurants wirklich enttäuschend, insbesondere nach der 4,8-Sterne-Bewertung und den tollen Bildern und Beschreibungen auf der Speisekarte. Ich hoffe, sie können sich verbessern, denn das Restaurant hat Potenzial.

Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant und Service Zhenya und Kristina Besonders mochte ich es und hinterließ positive Erwartungen. Der Kellner, Zhenya, bediente. Es ist ein nettes, freundliches Lokal, in dem viel Russisch gesprochen wird, am Wochenende legt ein DJ auf und es herrscht eine lebhafte Atmosphäre. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Heute besuchte ich das Restaurant Voy in Hannover und war sehr beeindruckt. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich entspannend: Das gemütliche Interieur, das harmonische Ambiente und das insgesamt behagliche Gefühl machen das Restaurant zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl für ein entspanntes Abendessen oder ein Treffen mit Freunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Service. Der Kellner Zhenya war mir in Erinnerung geblieben – aufmerksam, höflich und aufrichtig freundlich. Er sorgte dafür, dass wir uns sehr willkommen fühlten und machte unseren Besuch noch angenehmer. Insgesamt hat das Restaurant einen äußerst positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle es jedem, der Wert auf ein gutes Ambiente und erstklassigen Service legt.

A fast-food chain in a fancier guise. The quality of the ingredients is on par with a discount supermarket. The fish and meat are okay, but the cocktails are completely bland. For the price, there are much better options in Hanover.

Früher war es besser. Wir haben mit einem Freund einen Geburtstag gefeiert. Das Sushi war furchtbar, es ist total zerfallen und man konnte es nicht mit Stäbchen essen. Der Wein war gut. Der DJ und die Musik ließen auch sehr zu wünschen übrig ... kein einziger anständiger Song den ganzen Abend. Man kann dort ja einfach nur abhängen, aber nicht, um einen Geburtstag zu feiern! Das würde einem nur die Stimmung verderben. Das Personal ist super, die Kellner sind spitze!

Das VOI galt einst als mein liebstes Restaurant. Mein Eindruck ist leider, dass der Service seit zwei Jahren ziemlich nachgelassen hat; teilweise wird man gar nicht bedient oder nach Getränken gefragt, ohne überhaupt eine Karte bekommen zu haben. Schade, denn vor allem das Interieur des Restaurants schürt andere Erwartungen.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a single vegetarian or vegan dish available, apart from the side dishes and a few sushi options. A restaurant like this should offer significantly more. The service was also mediocre. We were 10 minutes late and our table wasn't ready. The server made no effort to offer me a vegetarian dish, simply stating that they only served what was on the menu. Unfortunately, the bill included a bottle of wine that was €20 more expensive than the standard fare. Of the five red wines on offer, our order wasn't available, and then they tried to sell us a €50 more expensive bottle as an alternative. We opted for a cheaper option, but it was still charged at the higher price. After the meal, everyone had diarrhea. We absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. The three of us paid over €200, which was definitely not worth it. A real shame.

I came for dinner, but there wasn't even any music playing in the restaurant – all you could hear was the noise of the extractor fans and refrigerators. At the bar, they simply mixed water with lemon and sold it as "lemonade." When we, as guests, ordered a sweet lemonade with mint, not sour lemon water, our request was simply ignored. The waiters took an extremely long time to even come to us. Service and attention were practically nonexistent. There wasn't even a bartender. Our order wasn't taken until much later, and the dishes were also brought out with a considerable delay – even though there were only three tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Terrible!!!!! The staff is a DISASTER!!!!!!

This was our second time here. The food was excellent again, and some of it was a pleasant surprise. We'd love to come back.

The food arrived after an hour of waiting, which was already disappointing. The champagne was served very warm. They added parmesan to a dish and claimed it was vegan, which is especially concerning, as someone with an allergy or intolerance could have had a serious reaction. We also ordered steak, and it was tough and rubbery. We came here to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately the poor service and low food quality completely ruined the mood and the overall experience.

This place used to be much better; you could tell the owner was listening to his guests. Unfortunately, today the impression was completely ruined. The bar misrepresented the drink quantities – they advertised 40g of whiskey, but in reality, the glass contained no more than 20g. When we asked the waiter if it really contained 40g, they said "yes," even though the difference was obvious. We didn't argue and paid, but it left a bad taste in our mouths. The service was also disappointing – it took about 20 minutes for coffee and whiskey with Coke to arrive, and they completely forgot about the Coke, even though we ordered it. Instead of an Americano, they brought espresso. Now I understand why the place is so sparsely populated. It's a shame the service has dropped so much. That's why I'm giving it such a low rating.

My visit to VOI Bar e Cuisine was simply fantastic! From the moment you step inside, you feel the stylish yet inviting atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a relaxed meal with friends. The menu offers a wonderful mix of Mediterranean and international dishes, from freshly prepared dumplings and salmon to delicious pasta dishes and creative main courses. Every dish impresses with its flavor, freshness, and tasteful presentation. I was particularly impressed by the warm and welcoming service: the staff is attentive, professional, and ensures you feel completely at ease. The restaurant's cozy and inviting ambiance encourages you to linger and makes every visit a special experience. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and the stylish setting. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy good food and a great evening in Hanover.

Excellent service and a really good atmosphere

A very nice restaurant. The service was very poor. There were six of us eating. Three of the meals were good. The pasta was cooked without salt, etc. We won't be going back. The area in front of the restaurant is terrible. There's no ashtray and it's never swept.

Very nice atmosphere, tasty food, but the service was abysmal: waiters chatted amongst themselves without paying attention to the few guests, cleared tables before everyone had finished eating, cutlery only appeared after being asked, the wine was initially too warm, and reordering was only possible after about 10 minutes of vigorous waving. The service needs serious improvement. I'm curious to see what happens next time. There were tons of cigarette butts on the ground in front of the entrance. No ashtrays were provided.

A television program piqued my companion's interest in this restaurant and Azerbaijani cuisine. I liked the location, although I see room for improvement, at least with the tables for two by the window: - The chairs took up so much space that I felt cramped. - The potted plant and table lamp took up additional space on a relatively small table. If it's already too crowded with dishes, glasses, and cutlery, then these items should be omitted, in my opinion. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, and it also made me curious about other Azerbaijani dishes. The value for money was excellent. I gave it five stars, but only one star for the organization (see below). - Extremely long waiting times: Within the first hour, we only received our drinks and one (!) of two appetizers, with the second appetizer taking a very long time to arrive. We inquired about the food several times: A waitress and later a waiter claimed they would check with the kitchen for us and then never informed us again. The staff attributed the long wait times to the large number of reservations. In my opinion, this might be an explanation, but not the cause. As I understand it, the cause lies in the planning: If I know I have capacity for X tables, then I accept X reservations and no more. - The dishes and glasses were either cleared away too late or not at all. - The cleanliness in the women's restroom left much to be desired. - Of the four women's restrooms, one was out of order, and of the two "faucets" (which have an unusual shape), one was out of order. I would visit the restaurant again in the hope that the organization has improved. Should my negative experience be repeated, this restaurant will never see me again... UPDATE: In April 2024 and February 2026, the company attempted to have my review deleted. Thanks to my evidence, my review was reinstated. I leave it to the readers of this review to judge whether these attempts to delete it represent a constructive engagement with my review or not. I am changing my rating from three stars to one star.

We spontaneously went to VOI; the menu looked appealing and we were very hungry. Extensive menu with burgers, BBQ, and vegetarian options. Delicious food and generous portions. Excellent wines. We'd definitely go back anytime we're in Hanover again...

I ate at Voi in Hanover. For a starter, I had sushi, which unfortunately was only average and didn't particularly impress me with its flavor. The pasta, on the other hand, was excellent – ​​perfectly cooked, very well seasoned, and definitely the highlight of the evening. The service was adequate, friendly, but nothing special. The atmosphere is nice and stylish, however, it was quite chilly, which makes the experience somewhat uncomfortable, especially in winter. What disappointed me most was the lack of bread beforehand and no complimentary appetizer, which one would expect at this price point. Overall, this meant that the value for money was unfortunately not right for me.

The quality of the food, the service, and the location were all perfectly fine. But it wasn't quite enough for five stars. We were quite surprised that we received absolutely nothing from the kitchen beforehand. I haven't experienced that anywhere in years. The location loses a point because it was rather cold. The service was friendly, and the food quality was okay, but not outstanding. In some cases, the price-performance ratio wasn't right. What we can definitely recommend are the pasta dishes. They were really delicious and cooked to perfection.

A superb restaurant, excellent food at a good price.

There were seven of us eating out. The food tasted good, but the service was very slow – we waited about an hour for our food. My friend's appetizer arrived at the same time as our main courses, and his main course was served about 20 minutes later, after we had already finished eating. For the price, we expected a bit more overall. The food was good, but the service and the value for money could have been better.

There's a large selection of sushi, but it's all very overpriced. The food itself was okay—not outstanding, but not bad either. The spritz drinks, unfortunately, are very watery. The decor is nice. The staff is friendly, but ordering more drinks requires a lot of time and patience. Although the staff were really friendly when we first ordered, service was practically nonexistent afterward, and we had to be very patient. To avoid going thirsty any longer, we ended up going somewhere else. Furthermore, it was almost impossible to have a conversation late in the evening because the music became extremely loud.

Very nice place from the outside (interior), but, unfortunately, that's all... firstly, we waited a long time for the order (although there were practically no people around) and they prepared the wrong roll... we waited for a new one (but it turned out not to be very good, the roll was falling apart), the pasta was overcooked. At home, I saw in the check that they had counted incorrectly, they charged 3 euros more for the roll...

Unfortunately, this was a complete disappointment. The food didn't look anything like the pictures, the taste was terrible, and the service left much to be desired. You really get the impression that they're trying to be fancy, when in reality it's a pretty cheap experience and the owners clearly don't know much about the restaurant business. To top it off, my wife was sick the next morning, presumably because the salmon wasn't fresh. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend it.

We went to Voi in Hanover on New Year's Eve. We got our table at 7:30 p.m. exactly as booked. Unfortunately, things got very slow after that. We didn't receive the menus until shortly after 8:00 p.m., and it wasn't until around 8:40 p.m. that we were asked what we wanted to eat. In total, we had to wait over an hour before our order was even taken – absolutely disappointing on New Year's Eve. In addition, one of the side dishes for the steak wasn't served at all, without any explanation or apology. The quality of the food was also disappointing: the pasta was very oily, and my steak, which I ordered medium-rare, arrived completely raw. Overall, the service seemed poorly organized, and the food was unfortunately also underwhelming. A huge disappointment for a special evening like New Year's Eve.

We waited a very long time for our food. We felt like we were being ripped off when they told us we had to pay at least 75 euros, even though we just wanted a drink at your "bar." It was the worst New Year's Eve of our lives. I still regret it.

We had reserved a table for December 31, 2025, at relatively short notice and were surprised beforehand to find many seats still available online. However, once outside, it was clear that getting a table was impossible. We stood for quite some time in front of the entrance, surrounded by bouncers and ushers who seemed overwhelmed and confused. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we were finally shown to a table, unfortunately by far the worst in the entire restaurant. The table was extremely poorly positioned; everything was so cramped that it was almost impossible to sit down properly without bumping into other guests. The table itself was very wobbly, and the table lamp even fell off when we tried to lean on it. Two employees tried several times to stabilize the table, but without success. Only when we wanted to order were we informed that there was a minimum spend of €75 per person. This isn't a problem for us in principle, but I expect such a thing to be clearly communicated when making the reservation, not only at the table. It was rather unprofessional. The table was extremely wobbly, and the table lamp even fell off when we tried to lean on it. While they were still busy at my table, I called the sushi restaurant next door and actually managed to get a table there at short notice. In hindsight, that was probably the best decision of the evening. The pleasant ambiance and the generally interesting menu were positive aspects. Unfortunately, the overall impression that evening was significantly marred by the fact that the clientele consisted mainly of people showing off; there were cell phone flashes, videos, and photos everywhere between our tables, almost like a film set. This seems to be the restaurant's target audience, but it's not to our taste. It's a shame, because the potential is definitely there.

After our overwhelmingly positive experience on December 31, 2024, we decided to visit VOI again with friends on December 31, 2025. Well in advance, we reserved a table for 10 people to celebrate the end of the year with friends. Right at the entrance, we were informed of a minimum order value of €75! This could certainly have been communicated beforehand when we made the reservation. Okay, we thought, we should be able to manage that easily with our experience from the last visit. Great food, good quality dishes. So, doable. But then we were asked how long we planned to stay, since there was a party going on! That was the first faux pas. The assigned table was definitely not reserved for us and hadn't been properly arranged, so another table had to be found. Which was done quickly. All orders were taken promptly, and we felt well taken care of. After all orders (drinks, appetizers, and all main courses) were taken, the long wait began. Sixty minutes after we ordered, the appetizers arrived. Unfortunately, not everyone received their ordered appetizer. So, more waiting. The large Coke we ordered tasted like a syrupy drink, definitely not like Coke! Meanwhile, a supplemental appetizer order was completely forgotten, and one dish was only served after we asked twice. Eventually, the main courses arrived. By the time (almost) everyone had enjoyed their main courses, some of our guests had been waiting for over two hours. We thought, "That can happen," but 140 minutes after we placed our orders is simply unacceptable. Only after repeated inquiries did the waitstaff, who were conspicuously absent throughout the evening, manage to serve the anticipated main courses. Three dishes were served with a considerable delay, but the quality was truly questionable. A real shame. ``` The staff seemed completely disoriented and overwhelmed. Some of our orders weren't processed at all or were executed incorrectly. There was no real apology, no understanding. Even the used dishes sat at our tables for ages, despite waitstaff being nearby. There was no coordination in the service. After enduring this disaster for three hours, we ended the evening with a discussion about a fair compensation from the restaurant. Even though we received a small discount, we were disappointed several times that evening. At this price point, you simply expect a good overall experience, which was not delivered! Price/performance ratio = adequate. Conclusion of last night: We do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

The location is really lovely. It's a shame the service and food don't live up to it. Drinks and food took forever, the champagne arrived warm and served uncleanly, without a cloth. The fish tasted cheap and smelled unpleasant. For the prices, I expect much more. I'll probably only come back for a drink; it's not worth it for the food.

Something was off from the start. They couldn't find our reservation and quickly found a table for two. The service wasn't very fast. After a short while, I wondered what it was like when the place was full. One of the servers was more interested in her phone than helping out. The order came quickly, but that was about it. Drinks and food took a while to arrive, and some of it was already cold by the time it did. After eating, we skipped dessert and left. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant.

What a mess! The shop looks great if you don't look too closely. An unlocked storage room opposite the dry-aging cabinet is really unnecessary. Some of the staff tried, but their apathy was overwhelming. A shame!

The venue itself is really good, however the DJ detracts from the overall impression. He unfortunately doesn't seem to have a feel for the atmosphere, and the music often doesn't match the mood. This noticeably diminishes the ambiance. With a different DJ, it would be fantastic.

The ambiance is lovely. The food was delicious. We called at 9:40 PM to ask when food would be served. We were told 10:00 PM. Upon arrival at 9:50 PM, a somewhat overweight waitress informed us that there was no more food available. After a brief discussion, we were able to order some food after all. Without this incident, I would have given 5 stars. I recommend that the owner replace this waitress.

VOI impresses with its tranquil, elegant ambiance, excellent cuisine, and exceptionally high-quality service. Special praise goes to Ali, who was attentive, confident, and possessed a genuine sense of hospitality. This is precisely the kind of service that a restaurant of this caliber deserves. The culinary highlights of the evening were the lamb rack risotto and the tiramisu. The lamb was exceptionally tender, perfectly cooked, and outstanding in flavor. Without exaggeration, it was the best lamb I have ever eaten. The tiramisu was also on a level rarely experienced: fresh, balanced, and expertly crafted. It was also the best I have ever had. A huge compliment to the kitchen and the chef. Quality and high standards are clearly evident here. Priced on the higher end, but absolutely justified. We will gladly return.

Very trendy, great atmosphere with live music (at least when we were there). I had pasta with shrimp, which were probably roasted in the oven again. Because of this, the pasta was a little dry, but the sauce made up for it. Very friendly service. Superb tiramisu for dessert. Very stylish restrooms.

We were there with a group of 15 people. The ambiance is really great, and 2-3 people in our group were satisfied with their food – hence the 2 stars. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing overall: • Drinks only arrived after 20-30 minutes and only after asking several times, and even then, they were always served individually instead of together. • Old glasses were only cleared away upon request. The food was similarly bad: • Of the 5 steaks we ordered, only 2 were cooked as requested; the rest had to be sent back. • After complaining, the steaks weren't recooked but simply reheated and returned (absolutely unacceptable). • In addition, plates were mixed up, so pieces of meat belonging to other guests ended up on other people's plates. Conclusion: Nice ambiance, but the service and quality were so disappointing that we left early.

I held my birthday party here and was so satisfied. Reservation was quick and easy, and we got the best table. The staff even allowed my friends to decorate it for a birthday surprise. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and still affordable in my opinion. The menu is also very varied—ranging from sushi to pasta. The place itself is wonderfully designed—fancy, aesthetic, and artistic. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Ambiance and interior 10/10 🤗 The food looks exactly like the pictures, but it's tasteless, completely unseasoned, and boring. The salmon was overcooked. We were there on Saturday at lunchtime, there were only three occupied tables, and the server was more interested in her phone than in serving customers 🤷🏼‍♀️. Maybe we just happened to catch it at a bad time, but my conclusion is that it's all show and no substance.

This was my second visit to VOI Bar e Cuisine. The ambiance is truly beautiful and modern; there's nothing to criticize there. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing once again: We were noticed several times over a period of 30 minutes, but for whatever reason, we were neither spoken to nor served. In the end, we left without ordering. Afterwards, we went to another restaurant where we received very friendly and attentive service immediately. VOI could definitely learn from that, because a beautiful ambiance alone isn't enough.

Unfortunately, our reservation was not honored as agreed. Despite a 25-minute delay, our group was given a table that was not suitable for the number of people we had reserved. In addition, another table was brought in, but it was significantly lower than the original table and therefore not comfortable. Both tables were also visibly dirty when we arrived. After we were seated, we were ignored for another 10 minutes before we received the menus. There was no apology whatsoever for these inconveniences. On a positive note, the waiter who subsequently served us was very friendly.

Very cool location, highly recommended menu. However, waiting two hours for the food and receiving the first drink after one hour is simply unacceptable. Perhaps it was just a temporary situation – because the place is really cool and the staff are friendly – ​​but the current wait time is unacceptable.

It's a very nice restaurant that impresses with its first-class service, a huge thank you to our employee Ali, a fantastic atmosphere, and delicious food. Friendliness, attentiveness, and customer satisfaction are their top priorities. It was a truly wonderful afternoon. We can wholeheartedly recommend Voi without hesitation :-) It's a bit pricey, but since the food is exquisite and of first-class quality, it's worth spending a few extra euros.

Unfortunately, a disappointment. It started with the fact that the restaurant has no cloakroom (very inconvenient in winter and rain). We ordered drinks, appetizers, and main courses. Instead of the eggplant appetizer, we were served the eggplant side dish. After we complained, it naturally took a while for the correct appetizer to arrive. The appetizer plates weren't cleared until the main courses had already piled up on the table. When our water ran out, the bottle was simply removed without asking if we wanted another. After a few minutes, we asked for another bottle, which never arrived. For our main courses, we ordered two medium-well rump steaks. The meat arrived bloody. We complained about this as well, and they said they would cook it again. When it came back to the table, it was just as bloody as before, and the meat was also cold, leading us to suspect it hadn't been cooked again. All in all, we didn't eat the meal because we had lost our appetite. A restaurant with these prices should pay more attention to service and food quality. I cannot recommend it and would not come back.

Our visit to "Voi" was involuntary – and unfortunately, it turned into a considerable disappointment. We were referred here by their supposed partner restaurant, "05Elf," because they couldn't honor our confirmed reservation for 10 people due to a private event. They hadn't informed us beforehand that the reservation wouldn't be honored. Upon arriving at "Voi," we discovered that, contrary to what 05Elf had told us, our reservation hadn't been forwarded to them. Since we couldn't find an alternative for such a large group on such short notice on a Saturday evening, we had no choice but to stay. In our opinion, the manager was unable to organize a suitable solution in a timely manner. After about 20 minutes, we were finally given a makeshift table made of a mix of indoor and outdoor furniture, placed in the far corner of the restaurant. In this corner, we were repeatedly overlooked or forgotten by the staff. After ordering, all the dishes were served – except for one. The last dish took about 20 minutes longer, by which time the other guests' food was already cold. This incident strikes us as a clear case of organizational mismanagement and inadequate service. The service staff offered no apology or attempt to make amends at any point. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

A beautifully decorated restaurant. However, absolutely nothing went right that evening. The service was incredibly clueless, and it took forever for the food to arrive. The dishes were okay, but nothing special. Definitely not good value for money.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience on Tuesday afternoon. The pancakes with caviar were cold and didn't taste good even after several attempts. Furthermore, I was charged for a Prosecco Rosé that I didn't even drink. Very disappointing.

The restaurant is comfortably furnished, and we received a friendly welcome. How can you have only one or two vegetarian dishes on an entire menu and not a single vegan option? The pasta was probably cooked in oil instead of water and then smothered in pesto. In fact, the pasta tasted almost exclusively of oil, and you couldn't even taste the pesto. The baked potato was more like a boiled potato that had been painted to create the illusion of a crust. The corn on the cob was also a disappointment. It wasn't nicely grilled or seasoned. The other dishes, like the baked potato and pasta, clearly hadn't seen salt.
