The service is like nothing you've seen anywhere else. The employees see you without watching you, the food is delivered quickly and it is a culinary delight. I've eaten a lot but never as good as here. I would like to give even more stars. A visit is worth it!

Celebrated my B-day here and it was just awesome! Food on point, team super friendly and the vibes are really nice. DJ played, the mood was wild - we danced, laughed and just enjoyed everything. Everyone was happy! If you want to party without stress – this is the spot. Just come, chill and party. I'll definitely come back!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the breakfast. We had reserved a table for 10am. The store supposedly opens at 9 a.m. We stood in front of a locked door at 9:55 a.m. Everything was dark. At 10 a.m. an employee came and opened the door and said we could sit wherever we wanted. Almost all the tables were sticky and dirty and apparently hadn't been wiped down from the day before. We ordered breakfast for two. Then he said that the chef is not there but walked away. We wondered whether we would get food or not. The waiter was gone and we were alone. Nobody asked if it could be coffee or something similar. After 20 minutes he showed up again and we were able to order coffee. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't particularly tasty either. The waiter could hardly explain to us what was on the plate. The grapes were soggy. Instead of a selection of cheese and sausage, there was only one cheese that we didn't like and there was no sausage at all. Even when asked, they just said it was out. All in all, not a nice breakfast, although there was a bakery right next to it, there were no rolls. The service was horrible.

Great ambience. We had the evening menu, there were no burgers on it, but the kitchen team made us burgers anyway. Simply good, guest-oriented service.

Four of us went there for dinner today. Unfortunately the service was disappointing. The menus were stacked on the table - “I’ll put them there” was the only thing we heard. The order was taken, but shortly afterwards another waiter came and asked me what I had ordered in a language I didn't understand. When I told him in German, he seemed surprised and said he didn't know the drink. I showed him on the menu, he disappeared, came back and announced that the drink was no longer available. The drinks were then brought, but only placed on the table - glasses were not poured. There were also mix-ups when serving the food, so that everyone had the wrong dish in front of them. We had to put the old plates aside ourselves so that there was room for the new ones. On a positive note, the food was really tasty and the atmosphere was nice. The prices are a bit higher, which would be fine - if the service lived up to it. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have had so far. Communication was also difficult as hardly any German was spoken. Too bad.

I was really impressed on my first visit - I only had a drink and a piece of cheesecake, both of which were great. But unfortunately it was really disappointing on Saturday evening. The food was completely overpriced and didn't even taste good. Steak and even the vegetables were completely overcooked. And then we had to wait 30 minutes for the card! The male waiter (around 20-30 years old) was absolutely not service-oriented - ignored us and disappeared every time with a "I'll be right there". It's a real shame, but I definitely won't be coming back for food - there are plenty of better restaurants in the city.

There is almost no alcohol in the cocktails, but the atmosphere and interior are nice

Unfortunately, probably my first and last visit. The first part of our group had already been sitting for 15 minutes without drinks. When we got there, after another 30 minutes we had to ask ourselves if we could order drinks. We ordered food at the same time. When the first plates arrived, no drinks had arrived. The food came in such a way that the first people had already eaten 5 minutes while the last ones were still waiting. The Pornstar Martinis were missing the champagne shot. When we commented on our salmon and tuna bowl that there was only tuna on it and no salmon, the bowls were brought back after 30 seconds with the information “that was mixed”. It wasn't - we felt completely ripped off. We brought it up a second time and then the salmon was added. That was just unpleasant... In the end, the food was absolutely mediocre and not even remotely worth the price. The cocktails were good. So it's worth it for a drink. But you can find enough stylish bars with better service in Hanover. In order to be allowed to pay, we had to ask several times... It was my girlfriend's birthday. This was also known when making the reservation and was mentioned again at the beginning. No congratulations, no table decorations, no small present - one would expect in an establishment like this, I've already experienced a lot of engagement in the village café. My friend's Google review is now being checked for deletion due to defamation. Instead, I would recommend Voi to use the criticism to improve. It's a shame about the 5-star atmosphere.

Down from 5 stars to 4. Were here for the first time in 2024. Georgian cuisine, or oriental. Was a great experience. In 2025 the map, the entire concept, will look completely different. Food was ok even if the service noticeably deteriorated. Our bedside table, Honeycake arrived without the cloud, unlike pictured. Were extremely disappointed because it was a real eye-catcher. We were also charged for wine, but we didn't have any. Will be back, hopefully with a cloud next time and without a wrong bill :)

The three of us were there on a Sunday. The reservation was easy and confirmed quickly. The restaurant is beautifully designed both inside and out. Very modern premises and a beautiful interior. The stylishly designed bar particularly stands out. Unfortunately, the order and the subsequent serving took a little too long. But the sushi was definitely worth it. Very nicely prepared and the taste was really outstanding. The toilet rooms were fine. The central sink is particularly beautiful. Overall, I can recommend the restaurant for business lunches, family and friends. I saw that there is also a well-designed group room. This one is definitely good for larger celebrations. If you want good sushi, this is definitely the place for you.

I like to visit you often - usually in the evening for a cocktail or a good dinner - and so far I have always been very satisfied. I always gave it 5/5 stars for that. Unfortunately, our first breakfast with you was an absolute disaster. Of course it can happen that certain things are not available, but the way things happened today simply can't be the case. We ordered breakfast for two, which according to the menu included: different types of cheese Sausage variations homemade jams Honey Scrambled eggs with tomatoes a mixed platter with vegetables, fruit and berries home-baked bread a glass of orange juice What happened next had little to do with it (see photo). What was particularly strange was that there was no bread - but butter was still served. Should you eat them plain? 😅 Even more annoying: Breakfast was just left to us without any comment about the fact that certain things were missing, such as plates?! Only when we asked whether the orange juice, the berries, the sausage variations or the bread had been forgotten, we just said that they weren't available today. Instead we got apple juice and pancakes. Meanwhile, at the next table, Eggs Benedict was served – on bread! By the way, the latte had to be made twice because the first one was just ice cold. Not lukewarm, but really cold. The employee was still attentive and friendly, but apparently new and/or overwhelmed even though only two tables were occupied. Despite all these defects, we were charged full price. I would have liked at least a small apology or accommodation here. What we ended up eating was, as always, delicious and fresh. I really hope that on the next visit everything goes as well as usual - and that another breakfast debacle doesn't happen again.

When you enter the restaurant, what is particularly noticeable is the stylish interior design. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. I was here 2 years ago and loved the service and food. Yesterday I celebrated my birthday there with six people and was shocked at how bad the service had become. When we arrived there weren't many tables occupied and despite everything we had to ask for the tickets ourselves after half an hour. We ordered and then the food came before the drinks. The food came staggered so some had already eaten before the last had their food. (We had 4 bowls and 2 steaks). Something was still missing with the bowls. The food was lukewarm. There was no steak knife to eat with. We had to ask for drinks. Then no one came to ask if it tasted good or if we wanted to drink again. So we had a drink all evening. It wasn't cleared away either. I had to ask for the bill twice. It's a shame, that's not how I imagined my birthday to be. Very disappointing.

VOI More appearance than reality? From the outside at night the restaurant makes a sophisticated impression. This also continues inside. We only knew the place from hearing it and were excited to see what awaited us. We made our reservation online, which worked well and was easy. We were met shortly after the entrance and taken to the square. A small cozy table by the window. The table was enough for our meal but it really shouldn't have been smaller. But what immediately caught my eye was that the fork (at all tables) was lying directly on the table. A no go for me personally! Even if I assume that the tables are wiped down after every visitor, in my opinion that's not the way it should be. Judging by the menu and the prices listed therein, the restaurant has high standards. Here too we were not satisfied. If I order a rip-eye steak for €50, I assume that the taste will suit me. The plate was prepared very well but unfortunately the fillet steak my wife ordered and my meat were only lukewarm. Friends who ate there also had the same experience, but since I like to form my own opinion, we went there to see if it was just a slip-up. My conclusion: it seems to me like a hot spot that is currently being hyped. The card does not meet your needs.

Unfortunately that was our first and last visit. It was incredibly disappointing, but it actually started off very strong. Great first impression of the ambience, nice table, nice service. The more crowded the restaurant became, the more the positive impression diminished. The starters were okay, the main courses were a complete disaster. Apparently there was no fillet or meat or anything like that other than the tomahawk, so we took the tomahawk. (Medium, okay, massive, no special taste, not comparable to Meusel or the 800* and unfortunately no side dishes) The fish for the main course was full of bones (supposedly fillet) and it was a very small portion for just under €30, plus there was a little puree and fibrous burnt leeks. The sushi, on the other hand, was solid (typical Face) Over the course of the evening, the crowd of guests turned into a true Rocky Horror Picture Show. Influencers, escort ladies, ladies who have just had an operation, some of whom are still medically connected, and would-be rappers - very pleasant to look at and smile about to bridge the long waiting times. We'd rather spend the €450 somewhere else next time - where there is more reality than appearance!

Unfortunately a very disappointing visit. Looked really promising as the atmosphere looked very inviting and so did the menu with great pictures. Unfortunately it didn't deliver. From start to finish everything went wrong. Apart from a young waitress who tried to save our evening, everyone else didn't seem to care. Service therefore very bad. Food was dry and not tasty and drinks took too long. Maybe we caught the wrong day and they were understaffed, but we were money-hungry with everything until the end. It's a shame - we won't be coming back.

It's a shame that Azerbaijani cuisine is no longer available, we were disappointed. Fine Italian cuisine looks different - the starter has not yet been finished, the main course has already been served. The waiter sat us right next to the steak fridge, but ok. We sat for a good 25 minutes and talked and talked and had an appetite but didn't receive any cards or a waiter nearby. THERE! He saw that we had no tickets after a good 35 minutes. We were finally able to order food & drinks. The waiter took all the cards back with him with the fear (we could order more drinks and food). In the meantime, while we were eating, the waiter didn't even come to the table and after we asked, everything was fine. Only after we had eaten and the plates were cleared away did Karm, the nice and attentive waitress/runner, who had just started her service and asked if we wanted more? Great from her❤️ Bad from the waiter👎 I wanted to pay, I received an invoice that didn't match my order. When asked, the waiter: Sorry, I didn't enter the orders into the cash register system! For an assessment receipt. ((I hope I misheard)) Have you ever been through customs? So for me, the restaurant failed on two levels • Poor service • Dubious cash register system

Unfortunately a very disappointing visit. The atmosphere is really inviting and the menu, when you get it, looks good in itself. But then it stops there. The service is catastrophic, all the service staff told us they hadn't been there long and were not responsible or couldn't help. The drinks came quite quickly after a long wait to be able to order them, but this was the complete opposite. Part of the order, a main course of six and two side dishes came and then nothing came for about 30 minutes. After several requests, the remaining main courses arrived. These were nothing more than average and therefore really disappointing. You could try it here again for a drink with a meal but definitely not recommended. If the service and food adapted to the ambience there would be clear potential here.

Group of 7 people were only served after repeated requests for a card. From ordering to drinks it took more than 20 minutes and was unimaginable. Another 30 minutes until dinner. The food was lukewarm (felt like a microwave) and unseasoned, just didn't do justice to the price. Service was very poor, they simply weren't served. Once and never again...

Not recommended at all, poor or no service at all, the glasses at the start before the meal weren't cleared away for 2 hours at night and sat dry the whole time. We didn't like the food either, the menu was very boring. I would spend my money somewhere else next time

The shop itself is really nice, but unfortunately not great for cocktails and food. We were there several times and always had the same problems: The cocktails have different filling quantities - sometimes full to the brim, sometimes half empty. The dishes look different every time, and the bowls have little to do with the pictures on the menu. The biggest problem, however, is the staff - there are simply not enough of them. As a result, service is slow and misunderstandings often occur with orders. Payment also only works with a lot of effort. It's a shame, the shop has potential, but unfortunately it's not the right choice for cocktails and food.
