We are originally from Berlin and had to spend the night in Hanover. Since my husband is Iranian, we thought we would go for Persian food. The restaurant is very hidden but very stylish and you feel very welcome. The food was also impressive, it was fantastic. I was there for the first time with my wife and we were both thrilled. The food was delicious and the boss was super nice, it was very easy to chat. The restaurant is very stylishly furnished and is bright and cozy thanks to the many windows. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the Persian Restaurant..!!

We first came here last summer after a Google search. Just a quick pizza in the beautiful beer garden. We were very hungry after a long day of hiking and so we didn't dare try the Persian dishes due to our lack of knowledge. What was brought to the neighboring tables during our stay looked very interesting. Our pizza was different than the Italian, but very good. Benatis remained in the back of his mind. When we met up with friends for dinner, we suggested Benatis. Something different...Persian cuisine. Today there were five of us there. Friendly welcome and nice atmosphere. Everyone ordered Persian dishes and without exception were enthusiastic. We had the starter variation, Kabab Kubideh, Djudjeh Kabab, Baghali Polo Mahicheh and the Benatis plate. I had the Djudjeh Kabab. The chicken was spicy and deliciously grilled, the tomatoes were juicy and the rice was sensationally good. Everyone was very satisfied, i.e. the Persian cuisine impressed with its taste and quality. Recommended! We'd love to come back.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant. Despite a group of over 40 people, the team was well organized, the service was efficient and the food was served quickly and hot. The atmosphere was pleasant and the employees managed to fulfill all requests professionally despite the rush. A big compliment to the entire team – everything is really right here! We can fully recommend this small and fine restaurant. Courteous service, good seating outside and excellent cuisine. The dishes were prepared quickly and freshly. We would have liked a little more vegetables in our lamb dishes (chop and loin). but a little less rice. The saffron rice is a feast for the eyes! We liked it very much.

Benatis is a hidden restaurant on the tennis court and worth a visit for Persian cuisine. The interior is simple but nice and there are outdoor spaces. The owner is nice and happy to give advice. What we liked best on our last visit was the Napoleon slices (Napeloni). We also had a good tahchin (huge portion and they are really good at baking the rice). We recently ordered pick-up again and it was super quick and reliable. The pizza was very thick in terms of dough and topped with lots of cheese. My Lubia Polo, on the other hand, was super tasty and well seasoned. It was more than half a kilo of rice with 10 beef balls. The lamb shank was also good and the dill rice was nice and spicy. The rice for the kabab was also good and we were even given lemon, zatar and herbs. All in all we were very satisfied.

We had a good time here today and had an excellent meal - the food was very tasty and fresh and the portions were huge. Saffron ice cream was amazing and a very large portion. We will definitely be back - the service was very courteous and friendly. I only have one small tip: maybe turn the music down a little, sometimes it was too loud for conversation and the chair covers would be better in a different color because the old stains are clearly visible even though the covers have been washed - but it's definitely clean , bright and friendly. Keep it up 😀

You can get delicious, fresh, authentic food here. We were there with seven people. Everyone enjoyed it very much. The meat on the grill was tender. Overall, the Persian dishes are an absolutely recommendable taste experience. And for those less keen to experiment, there are also dishes like burgers and currywurst. The fries that you can eat with it are homemade, crispy and delicious. Vegetarians will also find something tasty here. The friendly and courteous owners and the helpful staff unobtrusively ensure that you feel comfortable here. The restaurant is located on the premises of a tennis club. In my opinion, the best was made of the clubhouse visually. Advantages of the location are the large parking lot, the easy access by public transport and the outdoor area, which is far enough away from Podpielskistrasse to make the traffic a quiet background noise. For a relaxed meal with culinary delights, you've come to the right place.

We ordered different kinds of Kebabs (did not try the fast food). Unfortunately the food needs a lot to improve. The kubide Kebab (costs 15.90€ at the moment) had little meat inside, in my opinion. It was not well cooked and smelled unpleasantly. The food’s quality was not something that can motivate us visit there again. Dough drink was delicious.

The good rating and the delicious smell (of spices and much more) led us to the somewhat hidden restaurant. The dishes made us curious and the taste was very convincing. Unfortunately it is a bit hidden by a tennis court. If that doesn't bother you, you can also sit outside. Our conclusion: We'll be back.

I have been to many Iranian restaurants with my family in most German cities and the truth is that Restaurant Benatis is one of the three best restaurants in Germany.

It is really enjoyable to come to this pleasant and family atmosphere while watching the tennis game, it was definitely worth the journey we took to get here. Great food, great service and great price.

We were at this restaurant on March 20th. All I can say is that the service was a disaster. We waited 2.5 hours to eat and when we complained about it, the attitude of the restaurant owner was very The attitude of the restaurant owner was very unprofessional and demanding. She even didn't apologize. You can't imagine waiting 2.5 hours for food and then when the food arrived it was completely cold. Working in a restaurant you have to consider and respect the customers. I will never go there.

The restaurant itself is very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. This is top among all the Persian restaurants in Hanover. I can only recommend.

But what really makes a visit to Benatis unique is the warm atmosphere that makes you feel like you are part of a big family. The owners are not only incredibly friendly, but also genuinely interested in making their guests feel comfortable. Die Bedienung ist super freundlich, so gut gegessen haben wir schon ganz lange nicht mehr. Hatten die Lamm Haxe, Lamm gegrillt und Hähnchen. Es war einfach nur super schön!

Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich! Wer richtig gut persisch essen möchte (Bsp. Djudje Kabab, Kubide, etc.) ist hier genau richtig! Der qualitativ beste Perser in Hannover. Liebes Team dieses wunderbaren Restaurants, ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, euer Restaurant zu besuchen, und ich muss sagen, es war eine echte Entdeckung! Die Lage in der Nähe der Eilenriede in einer Tennisanlage mag zwar etwas versteckt sein, aber das verleiht dem Ort eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich wie in einem kleinen Rückzugsort mitten in der Stadt, umgeben von grünem Herzen und frischer Luft. Nun zum wichtigsten Teil - dem Essen! Die iranischen Gerichte auf eurer Speisekarte sind einfach köstlich. Sie sind nicht nur hausgemacht, sondern auch unglaublich geschmackvoll, ohne dabei zu fettig zu sein. Und die Art und Weise, wie die Gerichte dekorativ serviert werden, ist wirklich beeindruckend. Als Liebhaber der persischen Küche kann ich nur sagen, dass man hier unbedingt Halt machen sollte. Ja, die Portionen waren vielleicht etwas kleiner als gewohnt, aber das ist wohl eher meine Gier nach eurem fantastischen Essen! Das Personal verdient auch ein großes Lob. Sie waren äußerst aufmerksam und kundenorientiert, was den Abend noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Und zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Ich finde, es stimmt absolut. Es liegt zentral in der Stadt, was die Anreise sehr bequem macht, und dennoch strahlt es eine unglaubliche Ruhe aus. Das Highlight für mich war definitiv die wunderschöne Außenterrasse, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Tennisplätze bietet. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt und die entspannte Atmosphäre genießen kann. Was das Essen betrifft, war die Auswahl an persischen und internationalen Gerichten beeindruckend. Die Aromen waren authentisch und köstlich. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und kinderfreundlich. Sie haben sich wirklich um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass auch die jüngsten Mitglieder unserer Gruppe glücklich waren. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt dieses Restaurants ist die Möglichkeit, hier Hochzeiten und Geburtstage zu feiern. Die Veranstaltungsräume sind geräumig und elegant gestaltet, und das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit bei der Planung und Umsetzung solcher besonderen Anlässe. Insgesamt war mein Besuch im Restaurant Benatis ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus exquisitem Essen, einer traumhaften Terrasse, freundlichem Personal und der Möglichkeit, besondere Momente zu feiern, macht dieses Restaurant zu einem echten Juwel. Ein Geheimtipp in Hannover. Internationale und persische Küche auf höchsten Niveau. Sehr nettes Personal. Sauberer Ambiente. Für uns ein Überraschungseffekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen wenn wir hier in der Nähe wären. Für Geburtstage und Hochzeiten kann man auch gerne hier reservieren und eine wunderschöne Feier organisieren lassen. Die Ambiente ist einmalig und das eigentlich in der Stadt. Das schöne ist auch noch dass die Kinder draußen spielen können können. Das Team ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir haben uns Spielzeug rausgebracht so dass die Kinder sehr gut beschäftigt waren. Für mich das beste persische Restaurant in Hannover.
