Wir waren bei Benatis in Hannover und sind absolut begeistert. Das Personal war sehr nett, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben Kubideh und Bakhtiari bestellt, beides war sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Sieht man auch auf den Bildern. Als Vorspeise hatten wir die eingelegten Walnüsse mit Brot und weiteren Beilagen, das war ebenfalls sehr lecker und eine tolle Einstimmung auf das Essen. Besonders erfrischend war der Dugh mit Zitrone und Eiswürfeln, perfekt bei den warmen Temperaturen. Als Nachtisch hatten wir Bastani Sonati und Cake Napeloni, dazu schwarzen persischen Tee mit Safran Kandis. Alles war super lecker. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und authentisch. Besonders schön fanden wir auch, dass die persische Flagge dort hängt. Das macht die Atmosphäre noch besonderer. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank!

Ein absolut fantastisches Restaurant! Das Essen war einfach hervorragend – frisch, unglaublich lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Jeder Gang war ein Genuss. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an unsere Kellnerin. Sie war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam, herzlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Mit ihrer sympathischen Art hat sie den Abend perfekt gemacht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team von Benatis für diesen wunderschönen Abend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein nettes Restaurant mit guter Küche. Leider sind ein paar Dinge negativ aufgefallen, sodass ich nur 3 Sterne vergebe. Der Kellner war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, kannte aber die Karte überhaupt nicht, sodass er keine Fragen zu den Gerichten beantworten konnte, immer selber mit in die Karte reinschauen musste und auch falsche Getränke gebracht hat. Nach der Vorspeise dauerte es rund 1 Stunde, also 1,5 Stunden nach Bestellung, bis der Hauptgang kam. Und dann waren die Fleischspieße auch nur noch lauwarm. Vermutlich wollte man unsere größere Gruppe möglichst zeitgleich bedienen, ging aber eher nach hinten los. Getränke wurden in der Zwischenzeit auch nicht mehr abgefragt, sodass alle mit leeren Gläsern auf den Hauptgang warteten. Von den Gewürzen her sehr lecker, aber insgesamt muss ich nicht unbedingt wieder kommen.

Aufmerksames Personal. Reichhaltiges und gutes persische Essen. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Lokal nur weiter empfehlen.

Schönes außenbereich. Leckeres Essen, kam auch schnell. Sehr sympathische nette Bedienung, eine junge Frau namens Mahnaz die ihren zweiten Tag hatte und trotzdem uns freundlich und aufmerksam bedient hat. Ruhige gute Atmosphäre. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Die Vorspeise (Gemüse, Käse und Nudeln) war super, allerdings war etwas wenig Käse darauf. Der Reis war wirklich gut und aromatisch. Kubideh und Hühnchen waren beide lecker und zufriedenstellend. Besonders gut gefiel mir die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, das sich um alle Gäste kümmerte. Angesichts des Andrangs an dem Tag, als wir dort waren, dauerte es etwas, bis das Essen kam. Das Restaurant hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre und bot sowohl drinnen als auch draußen genügend Platz für Feiern und Veranstaltungen. Insgesamt war es ein schönes Erlebnis.

Bestes italienisches Restaurant in Hannover

Es ist wirklich schwer in der heutigen Zeit gute Restaurants zu finden wo die Qualität und die Freundlichkeit des Personals passt. Hier bekommt man sehr gute Qualität und auch die Menge ist perfekt es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Ich habe hier Kommentare das das essen zu teuer ist aber das stimmt nicht. Wenn man Qualität und Menge will dann gibt man gerne ein paar Euro mehr aus. Man kann nicht so ein essen für 10€ bekommen. Zudem zum Schluss noch wurde das essen gut und ordentlich angerichtet obwohl es geliefert wurde.

Ich hatte das erste Mal bei euch bestellt und muss ehrlich sagen es war so lecker der Fahrer war auch total freundlich ich werde hier aufjedenfall wieder bestellen. Das Essen ist der Hammer vielen Dank !

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal hier und ehrlich gesagt, Das war der beste Koobideh-Kebab, den ich in Hannover gegessen habe! Kein bisschen fettiger Geruch, der Reis war super hochwertig und die Teller waren richtig schön und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Atmosphäre ist total entspannt, gleichzeitig aber auch lebendig und angenehm. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Qualität genau so bleibt!

Ein tolles Restaurant, das ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann! Die Lage an der Podbielskistraße ist super zu erreichen und es gibt praktische Parkmöglichkeiten nah am Eingang. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir der barrierefreie Zugang sowie die moderne und sehr saubere Atmosphäre auch die Sanitärbereiche sind top gepflegt. Ob an der Bar, auf der schönen Sonnenseite oder in den Bereichen für größere Gruppen: man fühlt sich überall wohl. Das Essen ist qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an traditionellen persischen Gerichten, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis relativ rechtfertigt. Der Service ist zudem sehr professionell und zuverlässig. Ein kleiner Punkt zur persönlichen Vorliebe: Beim Kubideh sehe ich noch ein wenig Potenzial nach oben. Für meinen Geschmack könnte die Textur noch etwas feiner sein, aber das ist natürlich Typsache. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Laden. Ich komme gerne wieder! 👏✨

Wir waren heute das erste Mal persisch Essen und fanden es sehr interessant und lecker, vielen lieben Dank!! Die Bedienung sehr freundlich, das Ambiente im Restaurant sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Im Sommer kann man bestimmt gut draußen sitzen (Tennisplatz vor Ort). Parkplätze sind vorhanden ... wir wären allerdings beinahe daran vorbeigefahren, da wir das Restaurant weiter vorn an der Straße vermutet hatten und entsprechend dort Ausschau nach einem Parkplatz hielten.

Wenn Sie in Hannover köstliches iranisches Essen probieren und genießen möchten, gehen Sie hierher, Sie werden es nicht bereuen.

Sie sind sehr unhöflich, das Essen ist von schlechter Qualität und man muss stundenlang warten, bis das Essen fertig ist.

Original persisches Essen! Extrem gute Qualität und ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente mit super freundlichem Personal. Der einzige Perser bisher bei dem man Tahdig (die berühmte Reiskruste) bekommt. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Hundefreundlich sind sie auch noch, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hallo zusammen, Ich bin öfter alleine oder mit Familie und Freunde da und habe zum ersten Mal gestern bei der Chefin ( fachlich und menschlich für mich 1a) etwas zur Abholung bestellt. Wie sie mir versprach, war das Essen schon abholbereit und war genauso so lecker wie ich da gegessen hätte. Ich bin sehr gerne da und empfahl ich den Lokal mit bestem Gewissens meinen Gästen weiter. Sehr lecker. Ich fahre immer mit meiner Perserin dorthin. Es wird auch Farsi gesprochen und das Essen ist frisch und lecker und das Ambiente ist authentisch.

Da ich das Essen als Lieferung bestellt habe, kann ich die Örtlichkeit und den Vor- Ort -Service nicht beurteilen, möchte aber trotzdem ein " dickes Lob" für das sehr authentische und vorallem köstliche Essen aussprechen. Ich habe hier bereits mehrfach bestellt bei immer gleicher Qualität und kenne die persische Küche seit vielen Jahren aufgrund persönlicher Kontakte sehr gut. Das Benatis ist aktuell m.E.das beste persische Restaurant, das es in Hannover gibt. Alle Komponenten wie Reis, Fleisch und Joghurt, Sabzi-Beilagen sind auf den Punkt, die Portionsgrösse mehr als reichlich. Wer die persische Küche ausprobieren möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier dort und waren ausnahmslos zufrieden. Das soll bei sieben Frauen schon was heißen. Das Essen war wie erwartet perfekt und alles frisch zubereitet. Die Wartezeit kann ich nicht beurteilen. Wir hatten alle Vorspeisen, die zügig gebracht wurden. Da wir ja entspannen wollten und Zeit mitgebracht hatten, wäre auch eine längere Wartezeit völlig in Ordnung gewesen. Der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und was für mich ein gutes Zeichen war, wir waren die einzigen Deutschen. Rest alles persische ( iranische) Familien. Da konnte das Essen ja nur gut sein. Das Restaurant Benatis überzeugt uns jedes Mal aufs Neue. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr schick und gleichzeitig gemütlich, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Wir werden stets herzlich und freundlich empfangen, und die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend. Besonders das Kasse-Kebab ist unser absoluter Favorit. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier vollkommen, weshalb wir immer wieder gerne vorbeikommen.

An unassuming Persian restaurant. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are very large. The food is tasty. The interior could be a bit cozier. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive.

The Djujeh kebab smelled so bad it was inedible, and the kebabs were burnt. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I bought four portions of food on November 8, 2025, at 3 PM, brought them home, and we had to throw everything away.

I arrived in Hanover from Rostock today and discovered this new Persian restaurant by chance. I was truly surprised by how authentic, loving, and high-quality everything was – from the aroma of the saffron rice to the beautiful presentation of the dishes. You immediately sense that the cooking here is done with passion and a lot of work. As someone who runs a restaurant myself, I can say: This is one of the best Persian restaurants in Germany! A huge compliment to the entire team – highly recommended.

Definitely an insider tip! A super nice, family-run restaurant with authentic Persian food. I had the chick peas and highly recommend it! (Weekends only) The prices are completely reasonable.

It's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars. I've finally found a regular Persian restaurant for us again after many years. Back when we lived in Hanover, we went to a different restaurant almost every day, but unfortunately, the owner changed a few years ago, and so did the quality. Since then, we've been here and there, but rarely have we been completely satisfied. Since we live about 60 km away and today was my birthday, I ordered food to pick up. For anyone coming from farther away and worried about it getting cold on the way home, I can tell you: After 45 minutes, it's still at the perfect temperature thanks to the great packaging. The portions are great, and the food tastes very good, too. You won't miss anything you'd expect from Iran. We will definitely order again and come by from time to time.

We discovered this restaurant during a short trip and were pleasantly surprised. At first glance, we were hesitant because it looked like a tennis clubhouse. But inside, it was very nicely decorated, and we felt comfortable. The menu is extensive. While it took quite a while for the food to arrive, it shows that everything is freshly prepared. The food was fantastic. Everything was delicious and the portion sizes were perfect. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Best Persian Restaurant in the city

We were very happy to see a new Persian restaurant in Hanover. But unfortunately, the staff were completely overwhelmed. We had to wait an hour and a half (!) for our food. We practically had to force drinks, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten any more after the first round. So, unfortunately, the service was blatantly lacking. The food itself was okay, though. We won't be coming back.

We first came here last summer after a Google search. Just a quick pizza in the beautiful beer garden. We were very hungry after a long day of hiking and so we didn't dare try the Persian dishes due to our lack of knowledge. What was brought to the neighboring tables during our stay looked very interesting. Our pizza was different than the Italian, but very good. Benatis remained in the back of his mind. When we met up with friends for dinner, we suggested Benatis. Something different...Persian cuisine. Today there were five of us there. Friendly welcome and nice atmosphere. Everyone ordered Persian dishes and without exception were enthusiastic. We had the starter variation, Kabab Kubideh, Djudjeh Kabab, Baghali Polo Mahicheh and the Benatis plate. I had the Djudjeh Kabab. The chicken was spicy and deliciously grilled, the tomatoes were juicy and the rice was sensationally good. Everyone was very satisfied, i.e. the Persian cuisine impressed with its taste and quality. Recommended! We'd love to come back.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant. Despite a group of over 40 people, the team was well organized, the service was efficient and the food was served quickly and hot. The atmosphere was pleasant and the employees managed to fulfill all requests professionally despite the rush. A big compliment to the entire team – everything is really right here!
