Roy und Team reißen sich echt ein Bein für uns und gestalten allzeit trotzdem dezent eine sehr sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Selbstverständlich haben Kreativität und jedes einzelne Gericht wirklich Maßstäbe gesetzt.

Unglaublich gutes und authentisches Essen aber auch fabelhafter Service! Nur zu empfehlen, vor allem die trüffelpasta :)

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Vom Stadtzentrum aus ist es zwar ein Stück zu Fuß zu erreichen, aber es lohnt sich absolut! Fantastisches Essen, erstklassiger Service und ein wundervolles Ambiente! Makellos!

Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe dort, und waren begeistert. Das Ambiente ist sehr schick, sauber und schön. Man fühlt sich durch die Gastgeber mehr als willkommen. Diese waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und haben alles gegeben. Das Essen war großartig, vom Carpaccio bis zum Rumpsteak - auf den Punkt. Dazu die Knobi Creme, die hätte mit dem Brot schon fast gereicht - SUPER!!!! Danke für den tollen Abend.

Ein gelungener Nachmittag. Wir haben eine Familienfeier im Roy's gefeiert und waren sehr zufrieden. Es war eine rundum gelungene Feier angefangen vom Sektempfang über das Essen bis hin zum Nachtisch. Alles war sehr lecker qualitativ hochwertig und schön angerichtet. Eingebettet in einer schönen Location und sehr netten Gastgebern haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Roy's wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein Stück Putenfilet mit EINER Spargelstange für 36€, versalzenes Essen mit ein paar Tropfen Schnaps „reparieren“ wollen und nur sagen „wir geben es an die Küche weiter“ ist keine 5 Sterne wert. Drei Personen, mit Aperitif, Flasche Wein und diesen Hauptgerichten kostete 220€. Überlegt es euch gut!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie zum Essen hier und sind rundum begeistert. Von der Vorspeise über den Hauptgang bis hin zur Nachspeise war alles hervorragend und sehr lecker zubereitet. Auch der Wein hat uns wirklich überzeugt und perfekt zum Essen gepasst. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service: Der Chef war den ganzen Abend präsent, aufmerksam und immer schnell zur Stelle. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Durch die freundliche und professionelle Art wurde der Abend perfekt abgerundet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung! 🍷🍽️👍

Wir sind zufällig dort gelandet, es war das beste Restaurant, das wir finden konnten. Das Essen ist fantastisch, lecker und die Portionen sind großzügig. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich.

Sicher nie wieder, auch nicht ohne Hund!!! Wir hatten einen Tisch draußen reserviert und unseren kleinen Hund (Bologneser antiallergisch) bei uns, er hätte den ganzen Abend in seiner Tasche geschlafen… Der Chef ist gleich auf uns zugestürzt, aber nicht um uns freundlich zu begrüßen, sondern um uns schroff mit dem Hund rauszuwerfen, so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert! Herzlichen Glückwunsch und never again….

Tolles Restaurant mit schönem Flair, hervorragendem Essen und aufmerksamem Personal. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Personal "bricht" sofort das "Eis" und verwickelt einen in ein Gespräch. Ich war hier mit Kollegen beruflich in Hannover unterwegs. Da haben wir zum Abendessen ein Restaurant gesucht und sind auf das tolle Restaurant gekommen. Wirklich sehr gutes Essen, tolles Ambiente und ein sehr toller sowie sympathischer und vorbildlicher Service. Ich freue mich schon, wenn ich wieder in Hannover bin. Da weiß ich schon wo ich wieder essen gehe.

Mir hat dieses italienische Restaurant sehr gut gefallen. Die Speisekarte ist toll und die Tagesgerichte sind wirklich etwas Besonderes. Das Essen war liebevoll angerichtet und hervorragend zubereitet. Ich bin regelmäßig in Hannover und dieses Restaurant gehört definitiv zu meinen Favoriten.

Es war ein schöner Sylvester Abend mit einem sehr ansprechenden 4 - Gänge Menü.

We had a wonderful company dinner at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Over the past two weeks, I've tried several pasta dishes with truffles in Switzerland, France, and Germany, and I must say these are exceptional and simply the best. The pumpkin and ginger soup was also excellent. The service is impeccable, I would even say very friendly. They also offer korasan pasta, which is suitable for gluten-free diets. An excellent place that I will keep on my list and highly recommend.

Nine of our ten reserved guests were present. Despite this, we were charged a €30 no-show fee for one person, even though the table was practically full. This is completely inconsiderate treatment of a larger group. It ruined the entire evening. Additionally, water bottles were already on the tables, which we naturally helped ourselves to. These were also charged for at the end. There was no prior notification, and some of us assumed they were complimentary. None of us know whether the bottles were charged in full or only partially if they weren't empty. The portions were rather small. With groups of this size, it's customary in many restaurants to show at least a small token of appreciation (e.g., a complimentary after-dinner drink). This was completely lacking. Ultimately, it's not the food that will be remembered, but rather the petty and unwelcoming billing policy. We all left with a bad feeling and will not be returning.

In a sea of ​​Middle Eastern and Asian restaurants in downtown Hanover, we stumbled upon this lovely place by chance. Good Italian-inspired cuisine paired with friendly and attentive service from the owners. We had a great meal, a pleasant evening, and felt very comfortable. If we ever visit Hanover again, we'll definitely come back.

We visited the restaurant with our children, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't very family-friendly. There were no child-friendly dishes on the menu – no smaller portions or simple, kid-friendly options. The staff also weren't very patient or attentive to the children, which made the visit somewhat unpleasant.

We were a group of six. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. The food was high quality and absolutely delicious! In addition to classic Italian dishes, there were also a few special, seasonal dishes on the daily menu. We will definitely be back.

A lovely little restaurant with a very approachable and chatty owner. The food and drinks were delicious, and the outdoor heaters made it very pleasant to sit outside. Unfortunately, a very inappropriate comment about my baby bump was made, which significantly dampened the experience. Servers/owners should be aware of this and not make unpleasant comments about a guest's physical condition in a restaurant where they serve food. Regardless of whether they're pregnant or not. Unfortunately, it was very disrespectful and out of place. Afterward, a relaxed meal was unfortunately very limited.

Everything came quickly, the food was hot, the drinks cold, and the service friendly. A side tip: If you're delayed, just blame Deutsche Bahn. 😜 We had a really great evening.

I can definitely recommend the restaurant

We visited Roy's on July 24th and had a truly wonderful evening. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were able to sit outside on the terrace – a truly pleasant atmosphere, very relaxed. For starters, we shared the carpaccio with fresh truffles – incredibly delicious! Then we had roast beef, medium rare – perfectly cooked and super tender. To finish, we had a tartufo limoncello, which was also really good and not too sweet – just right. After dinner, we enjoyed a few drinks and simply let the evening wind down. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and simply personable the entire time – we felt completely at home. In summary: Delicious food, great atmosphere, excellent service – we'll definitely be back!

Simply perfect: incredibly good food, friendly, attentive service. There's simply nothing I would have wanted differently. I highly recommend the salad with the strips of beef fillet, but there was nothing that didn't deserve a recommendation. Better than some of the Michelin-starred restaurants I've tried so far.

We visited Roy's again today and weren't disappointed. It's finally time to write a review. The restaurant has a super cozy atmosphere; you receive a warm welcome and immediately feel at home. Due to its size, you should make a reservation in advance. For starters today, we had the house-style veal liver – tender, aromatic, and truly special. After that, we had the spaghetti marinara with seafood – perfectly seasoned – and the tagliolini al tartufo, which was simply a dream: creamy, intense, and with a truly delicious truffle flavor. The wine recommendations were also perfect. The service can only be described as outstanding! Simply attentive and friendly. It starts with a reminder (via email) to make a reservation. The bottom line is, anyone who loves Italian food should definitely try Roy's. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!

The pasta marinara (seafood) is optimal! Don't know what could be done better about it. Pasta Oriental (chicken curry) is also very good. The service is attentive, personal and great.

Europeans were allowed to stay more than 2 hours even without a reservations. Asians were informed to leave the restaurant after 2 hours even with a reservation.

Never experienced anything like this before! I have to start with the owner/staff. It was incredibly refreshing to finally meet someone again in the service desert of Germany who not only understands his job to the highest degree, but also does it with passion. It was wonderful to communicate with the host. We were accompanied through the evening with offensive humor in an incomparably charming way. Chapeau. That was great. The price of the food is in the upscale sector, but here too we finally had the feeling that we were getting something for the money. It was very fine and had a great taste. Super tasty. We were guests for the first time, but definitely not the last. Thank you for the experience.

We were at Roys with two couples, none of us had been there before and now we're wondering why not! The cuisine is really excellent, we all loved it. The owners of this restaurant are not only friendly, but also exude an extraordinary warmth that makes the visit a great experience. You immediately feel welcome and cared for. The ambience is elegant, but at the same time does not seem overloaded or pretentious. You feel very comfortable there. The kitchen offers delicious dishes that will pamper every palate. Unfortunately, we go there far too rarely because you can't always get a table spontaneously.

We love being guests at Roy’s. The ambience is elegant, and the service from the owners themselves is both professional and extremely charming. In addition to the fine wines, the food is also the finest! Pure culinary delight!
