Vlado-Delphi in Grömitz

The food was great, but they could have told us that smoking was allowed in the winter garden. In my opinion not appealing and recommended if you sit there with children. I would therefore give less than 0 stars for the ambience, which unfortunately isn't possible.

Here you always receive a friendly welcome and are served an ouzo before your meal. The dishes are very tasty and the price/performance ratio is great. You should definitely stop by here when visiting Grömitz

Yes, it's quite okay. But unfortunately the gyros came out of the pan and were a bit dry. But maybe also a matter of taste. The service is quick and friendly, the ambience is normal and not exceptional.

An absolute gem in Grömitz! This Greek restaurant impresses across the board: the staff is warm and hospitable (Ouzo as a greeting), the food offering is first-class and the selection is impressive. The quality of the meat is excellent and the ambience takes you straight to Greece. A place you definitely want to visit again. Absolutely recommended.

We were regular customers here for years, but this has now changed. We ordered food from the lunch menu over the phone 2 hours in advance, were there 10 minutes in advance and the food was already ready, so I knew it would probably have been ready a long time ago. The food was accordingly cold, really cold, not even lukewarm, COLD! And the portions weren't just small, they were TINY! Not even a small child would have been able to get enough of it! Prices have almost doubled and portion sizes have shrunk by half! (The minced meat was the size of a maximum of 3 chicken nuggets, for comparison) We are more than disappointed. These 3 'portions' that you see in the picture cost a mere €35, sad. Apparently Delphi was bought up and will soon be demolished for new apartments, which is probably why quality is no longer being paid attention to.

We've been going to Grömitz for a few years, but we hadn't ended up in the Delphi yet... we didn't regret our first visit, the food was very good, the staff was friendly, it was very crowded and cramped, but the visit was totally worth it. .. :-)

The food was so well... It wasn't worth it, at least for the price. The employees are relatively friendly, but they don't try very hard to fulfill your wishes. Unfortunately it was raining heavily during our visit, the roof burst and we were completely soaked, so it wasn't very pleasant there.

Update 2024: We have been in Grömitz for the 15th year in a row and every year we looked forward to this Greek. But now I have to say it was actually the last time. The restaurant is now totally overpriced and the portions have become so tiny that you can no longer feel full. 2019: I have rarely eaten something so delicious...excellent

The service was nice. Unfortunately, Greek food in Grömitz has become far too expensive overall. As a family of 4, €100 including a children's plate is too much. We noticed the moussaka negatively. €13 for lunch and €23 for dinner. The portions were small. The quality of the food was good and you can also eat well here. The criticism is directed at the price-performance ratio.

The boss is very nice and speaks briefly to anyone who wants to. Prices are reasonable and the dishes are very tasty. No long waiting time and ouzo as a welcome. We were completely satisfied. Reservations are of course recommended during peak travel times.

Absolutely nice, courteous service.. cool boss even if he is HSV... makes the impossible usually possible... again and again...!!

Good crispy gyros and kid friendly

The food was absolutely not commensurate with the price. Wiener Schnitzel made from molded meat or similar and from the deep fryer. Fries not salted. Salad for the children was only supposed to consist of cucumber and tomato, but unfortunately it didn't come either. Moussaka with purree potatoes and then at a price, well. The service was otherwise OK. For us it was the last time here, unfortunately. It was different once...

The food tasted really good, but the portions are really a disgrace. The Bifteki I ordered was exactly the same size as the car key case. There was also a mini ball of rice. I've never left a restaurant hungry. I wouldn't be surprised if the children's plate served 1 fish stick alongside 3 French fries. The service was top. But we won't give this place a second chance. There is another restaurant 20 to 30 meters down the street on the other side of the street, which I can only recommend. Service price/performance + quality of the food fits there.

Während unseres Urlaubs in Grömitz haben wir bei schlechtem Wetter und ohne Reservierung gerade noch einen Platz ergattert. Obwohl es voll war, kam das Essen sehr schnell, was insbesondere unseren kleinen Sohn gefreut hat ;-) Kinder-Ouzo (Sprite) inklusive. Das Essen wahr typisch griechisch: viel, lecker und preislich fair. Die freundliche Bedienung hat das ganze dann abgerundet

It's a Greek restaurant with a good selection of dishes. Lunch is available every day from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., as the prices are reasonable then. Very friendly staff.

I can only agree with the previous speaker, Bernd Stibbe. The food tasted great again, but the portion of the lunch menu was a joke. Unfortunately the service wasn't good... When I ordered for our children, I also ordered robber plates, the food came, but no robber plate. I brought it up again and our children still didn't get any plates and had to eat with a napkin as a surface instead. The staff walked past a few more times, so a good service person should have noticed them straight away. We were very disappointed and will not come back despite the good food, there are other good Greek restaurants in the immediate area

The food was served way too quickly. It wasn't particularly appealing. Rather middle class. The service was very friendly. You had the feeling that you had to finish quickly to make room for the next ones. All in all, we were done there after about 35 minutes. Very unfortunate. It wasn't a particularly special evening.

The food was okay, the quantity was children's plates and is offered as a lunch menu. A craftsman would cry, payment is only possible with an EC card, credit cards are not accepted despite the holiday region.

This restaurant has been in Grömitz for 30 years now, and we have been regular guests since the beginning. This restaurant is simply great for us. The boss and the waiters are always friendly and accommodating. The food is always very tasty 😋. A MUST for us when we are in Grömitz. And we hope for many more years.

Sind heute (das erste Mal nach 25 Jahren) wieder mal nach Grömitz angereist und das eigentlich zu einer eher untypischen Urlaubszeit für die Ostsee. Sind bei unserem Spaziergang am Nachmittag auf das , von ausser etwas unscheinbare, Delphi aufmerksam geworden. Schon beim betreten des Restaurants waren wir angenehm überrascht. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt. Es schienen viele Stammgäste anwesend zu sein. Service, Bedienung waren super schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten einen Tisch, bei dem wir in die Küche schauen konnten. Man sah, das wirklich alles frisch zubereitet wurde. Zur Begrüßung ein Quzo. Das Essen war richtig lecker. Preis -Leistung stimmt im Delphi. Wir werden in den nächsten Tagen sicherlich wiederkommen.

Eine Zufallsentdeckung. Wir wollten griechisch essen, alle Anderen hatten zu. Absoluter Glückstreffer! Getränkeauswahl, besonders die Biermarken super! Viel wichtiger: das Essen … absolute Superspitzenklasse!!! Lecker lecker lecker! Total nettes und sympathisches und herzliches Personal! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Warum bei Ambiente „nur“ 4 Sterne? Nun, es war etwas kühl (Januar, draußen Minusgrade, da wollte meine Frau es etwas wärmer innen). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
