We visited with our dogs this evening. We were greeted warmly and shown to a table. There was a bowl of water for our dogs and we were served quickly. The food was very tasty and most of the waitresses were very friendly. Unfortunately, we noticed a service in a negative way, which made us feel very uncomfortable in this situation. This waitress called over a colleague who was probably new and was about to take our order. She complained to the guests that she should clear and wipe the tables and not take any orders. We found this very unpleasant and not right. This means you don't have to talk in front of guests or with your colleagues in general. This works nicely too. Except for this situation, everyone else was very nice and friendly and the food was worth it.

We had takeaway lunch here. Fries and salad were good and fresh. The fried potatoes looked delicious, but smelled and tasted totally sour and spoiled. The gyro was good and generously sized. Unfortunately, Bifteki is totally flat and quite dry. There was a lot of tzatziki (about 1/3 of the container was full of it). It would be nice if there were less tzatziki and bread instead

So it's unfortunately disappointing for us. Firstly, if the staff has to fight, please do so behind the scenes and not directly in front of the guests. The food was manageable on the plate, sometimes not cooked through and tasted watery. We won't be coming back again. We could have saved over 70 euros. A pity.

We enjoyed it very much, very attentive and nice staff. Unfortunately, the portions were too big for us after the sumptuous starter. 28 years ago this wouldn't have been an order (grin). Highly recommend this restaurant.

We've been here 4 times in 14 days so far - that actually says a lot. The food was always very good - whether it was schnitzel, fish, grilled dishes, baked goods or Giros. Everything tasted very good and allergy-related special requests were no problem. This shows that no finished products are used. The service is just fun and depending on the mood, 3 Hausouzos per person were served. We didn't experience any broken furniture or small portions!

Nice staff, but if gratinated gyros are ordered you can point out to the guest that there are no fries or anything similar. The quality of the gyros was not good. Very greasy and would have needed some more time on the skewer. The fish was ok. The starter salad was ok.

If you're hungry, you might not want to choose lunch. It's more of a children's portion. Everyone should form their own opinion about taste. Unfortunately it wasn't for us. But the service was really 👍. Nevertheless, we don't come here anymore.

Very good, varied and relatively inexpensive lunch menu between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. The food is very tasty and a small salad and ouzo are included. We have been here several times and have always received extremely friendly and courteous service. We'd love to come back.

Six of us ate at Apollon three times. After the first time it was clear that this would be our regular restaurant in Grömitz and we wouldn't look for anything else. All meat, fish and starter dishes were fantastic and of great quality. The service was exceptional and our server was so accommodating and friendly. We can all highly recommend this restaurant. A MUST in Grömitz. Great price/performance ratio. When we're in Grömitz again, we'll go to the Apollon! Many thanks to Niki!!

There are better alternatives. Salad was fresh and crunchy, but with a completely tasteless dressing (milk with water?), carelessly prepared main course (with melon?🤔 why?) French fries were tasty and hot, as was the rice (very bland). Canned bifteki? Liver not grilled tasty, gyros poorly seasoned and sometimes gristly. Service was ok.

Went back after 5 years and were very disappointed. The restaurant has deteriorated greatly. Food OK, small portions, seasoning good. Prices okay, although the portions are very small. Service great! Unfortunately the atmosphere is a complete disaster. Tables and chairs are wobbly, worn out and the leather is already coming off. Cleanliness just as bad. The walls look terrible too. The restaurant should urgently renovate and purchase new furniture. For good Greek food you might want to go down the street to Delphi. The Apollon is good for quick, cheap food. We wouldn't come to eat again because the cleanliness and the ambience really bothered us.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. Gyros, souvlaki, liver, chicken breast fillet and Suzuki tasted like nothing. Fries inside too raw for my taste. Leather on all chairs quite worn. All plates had at least one chip and chipped corner. Half of the staff were busy smoking. The waiter pets a dog and then continues serving without washing his hands... All in all, more of a snack bar than a restaurant. We used to enjoy going there, but will go a few meters further to the Delphi in the future. A pity!

Great service, very warm 😊 The food was very tasty and the portion was generous. As a starter there was grilled pepperoni, with some toasted bread and salad on the plate. The two of us ate the baked chicken and were both full of it. The next time we are in Grömitz, we will definitely come back 😊

Wir hatten bei unseren beiden Besuchen jeweils den Gyrosteller bestellt. Das Fleisch ist recht naturbelassen und nicht überwürzt. Das Tatziki war frisch und leicht im Geschmack. Ingesamt ein sehr leckeres Essen, daher hatten wir ohne zu überlegen wieder dieses Gericht ausgewählt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, was auch auch die Getränke betrifft. Die Servicekräfte sind aufmerksam, fix und herzlich. Lediglich das Interieur könnte eine kleine Auffrischung erfahren, insbesondere die Stühle. Dies ist jedoch mehr als Randnotiz zu sehen und sollte niemanden von mindestens einen Besuch im Apollon abschrecken. Bei unserem nächsten Kurztrip kommen wir jedenfalls sehr gerne wieder ins Apollon.

Very tasty food and very friendly staff. We didn't have to wait long for the food and our bifteki was delicious! At the end the nice waitress even had a little “dessert” for our two dogs. Gladly again 👍

Where do the good reviews for the food come from? Gyros average at best, souflaki extremely dry and tasteless, fried potatoes half raw. Salad ok. Fries and tzatziki good. Ambience not present. Splattered walls, worn chairs, table wobbles extremely. Room temperature very economical. Service very good and attentive. Unfortunately, price/performance isn't possible at all.

Unfortunately, the gyros were partly raw, something was delivered later when we were informed. Unfortunately, some of it was raw. The leather on the chairs was partly broken and the tablecloth on the neighboring table was torn at the edge. Overall it didn't make a good impression. After pointing out raw food, I would have expected goodwill with the bill - but that wasn't the case... unfortunately we didn't recommend it

Nichir is such a fantastic person. He is warm and remembers his guests' preferences. We think all the people who work in this restaurant are great. They always do everything to ensure that every guest is satisfied. Cheap lunch is available daily until 5 p.m.; Civilian prices also in the evenings. All dishes are delicious and freshly prepared. We are happy regular guests. Sbas!

Because we didn't feel like cooking and going to restaurants, we were looking for 'out of home sales'. The choice fell on Greek cuisine and the selection in Grömitz is quite large. Due to good reviews and easy accessibility by car (large parking lot at Kirchenstrasse / Theodor-Klinkforth-Str. directly behind it), we spontaneously ordered here by phone. The food could be picked up within 10 minutes - that's quick. Gyros, suvlaki, tzatziki combined with rice, fries and a small salad are of course not an exceptional culinary highlight, but were qualitatively and quantitatively what you would expect from a 'typical' Greek. Tzatziki was also very tasty. Service upon pickup was also very friendly and on the ball.

Unfortunately my gyros was cold, fatty and very gristly, but my beer was nice and warm. The skewers were a little tough, I know how to use pork tenderloin. A pity. I really know it differently.

As with most Greeks, there was only the typical uniform food, without a lot of spices etc!

Here we were the 2nd mall on a 5 day Grömitz vacation. Very attentive service, the food was delicious and well seasoned. Fits! The price is also more than okay. The garlic bread is also delicious.

Mir ist schleierhaft, wie dieser Laden solche Rezensionen erhalten hat. Weder ist das Essen authentisch (der Besitzer ist nicht Grieche) noch sonderlich gut zubereitet. Ein paar Beispiel: - Tzatziki ungenießbar, da es mit dem Namen außer der Farbe nichts gemein hat - der Bauernsalat besteht aus Gurken, Tomaten, Oliven und billigem Hirtenkäse - Gyros extrem fettig und nicht durch - Die Pommes sehr wabbelig Alles in allem kann und werde ich dieses Lokal nicht weiterempfehlen können. Hervorzuheben ist, dass wir als Familie für ein schnelles Abendessen keine hohen Ansprüche hatten, auch das wurde enttäuscht. Nie wieder.

Ein ganz toller Grieche mit authentischem, sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Das Essen war lecker und es gab anständige Portionen. Das einzige, was mal überdacht werden könnte, wäre vielleicht auch mal 1-2 Hauptgerichte für Vegetaria anzubieten. So bleiben wieder mal nur die Vorspeisen zur Auswahl. Aber nichts desto trotz, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder 😀

Nach 1 1/2 im Restaurant kam immernoch kein Essen, ist schon schade. Zudem wurde unsere Reservierung nicht gespeichert. Alles in einem kein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Vier Personen mit Hunger. Wartezeit über eine Stunde. Fleisch zum Teil nicht gar, dafür mit Röstaromen (positiv formuliert). Reis knusprig (nicht gar). Geschmacksneutral gewürzt. Pommes top. Fairerweise muss ich sagen, dass uns neues Essen angeboten wurde. Allerdings wollten wir nicht noch einmal über eine Stunde warten und haben darum abgelehnt. Eine kulante Lösung fand sich über die Rechnung. Dafür die Sterne für den Service.

Sehr nette Bedienung und das Essen war zum Mittagstisch ausreichend. Der Salat war frisch und sehr lecker. Gyros war sehr gut gewürzt mit roten Zwiebeln. Bifteki, Hähnchensteak und Currywurst war ebenfalls sehr gut. Können wir sehr empfehlen! 😊

Endlich ein griechisches Restaurant, das seinem Namen entspricht. Es sieht aus wie beim klassischen Griechen, hell und freundlich! Geschmackvolles Essen, von den Vorspeisen bis hin zum Hauptgericht und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Zudem sehr nette Bedienung. 1 a

Wir haben recht lange auf unser Essen warten müssen. Zum Tzaziki gab es leider nur zwei kleine Scheiben Brot und auf die Nachfrage, ob wir noch mehr bekommen können, hieß es das es kein Brot mehr gäbe. Die Pommes als Beilage zum Gyrosauflauf war auch sehr klein. Die Spaghetti Bolognese war jedoch lecker und die Portion passend groß.

Gutes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen...gehe schon seid Jahren hier essen...Personal ist immer freundlich und gut gelaunt...kleine Anmerkung: Die Terrasse könnte öfters mal gefegt werden...ansonsten alles top👍👍👍

Essen war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Für unseren Geschmack hätte das Tzatziki etwas mehr Würze vertragen können und das Gyros war uns etwas zu speckig und nicht kross genug. Man sitzt dort aber gut und das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich hatte Gyros von der Mittagskarte für 10,90€ und mein Sohn ein Kinderschnitzel. Das Gyros war sehr durchwachsen und die Portion relativ klein. Service war freundlich und das Ambiente durchschnittlich ( Tisch sehr wackelig )

Das Essen ist gut Bedienung ist freundlich. Aber Wasser ist mit 3,70 für 250ml das teuerste Standard Getränk auf der Karte. Was stimmt denn mit denen nicht?

Nach dem ich die ganzen positiven Bewertungen gelesen habe, war ich doch sehr enttäuscht von den Essen. Ich hatte den Olympia Teller und das Essen war okay aber jetzt auch nichts besonderes. Fleisch war kaum gewürzt und die Pommes waren ziemlich labberig 😕.

Spontaner Besuch ohne hohe Erwartungen. Die wurden allerdings übertroffen. Das Essen war wirklich gut (Vorspeisenplatte und Lammkoteletts) und der Service war freundlich und flott. Klare Empfehlung!
