Syrtaki in Grömitz

Once again we simply felt really comfortable here! Top approach, top food, top service. We had our large dog with us, who was welcome and greeted carefully at the table. After that everything was fine. My highlight was the WARM homemade apple crumble cake at the end 😍 We would love to come back to get more tips for a holiday in Greece! Kind regards 🙋🏼‍♀️

Very tasty food, cheerful, friendly staff.

The service was very friendly and accommodating from reception to the end. The food, we had gyros and suflaki, was very good in terms of meat quality and tasted great. The accompanying rice is also highly recommended. The friendly waitress offered us homemade apple pie with ice cream or cream for dessert, which we luckily ordered and enjoyed very much. Delicious. We can only recommend this Greek restaurant and will definitely visit it again

Very friendly and accommodating people. When we came in we immediately felt at home. Above all, the restaurant and the people are very child-friendly. When we placed the order, we were asked when the food should be brought for our child as a starter or as a main course. The food was super freshly prepared and very tasty. We had a really nice evening, even with live music from the boss

Food was good, portions and prices were reasonable. We were served in a friendly manner and were given an ouzo on the house when we said goodbye. We were here on a Wednesday evening in March and it wasn't very busy. The waiter played his bouzuki live for us. Very authentic.

We ate there yesterday with three children. The service was excellent and courteous. The good man was able to read our wishes from our lips and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. In addition to the crayons and coloring pages that he brought us for the children, his socially competent manner made us feel absolutely comfortable. In keeping with the service, the food was incredibly tasty and served very nicely. I can definitely recommend this restaurant. The price-performance ratio also exceeded my expectations. Although I splurged on my orders, the final bill still came to less than €100 (3 children/2 adults). For me, this is a testament to the best quality, coupled with the excellent service, and at this point I would like to give my absolute recommendation for the Syrtaki restaurant.

Hello, it was our first time here and we were very satisfied, the food was great and, above all, at reasonable prices. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Ambience is ok, it is a restaurant and not a 5 star hotel.

It was very, very tasty food, which I didn't expect when I saw the shop for the first time. Very good service, the food was really tasty and the prices are absolutely fair.

We were here with 14 people the day before New Year's Eve. The Greek restaurant was busy, so the meal took a little longer. So it's fresh and delicious! For groups of 8 or more people at the table, there is one total bill - and payment is only possible in cash. Very friendly service.

Es kann nicht sein, dass man zwei Stunden verbringen muss um auf sein Essen zu warten. Es wird nicht wirklich auf Gäste eingegangen. Die Bedienungen laufen in Privatklamotten rum ohne Schürze was eigentlich auch nicht richtig sein kann. Zu den Gerichten: Die Gerichte sind nicht sehr Ansehnlich angerichtet. Der Salat besteht nur aus ein paar Blättern Eisbergsalat mit soße. Es gab auch kein extra Brot mehr. Die "Fächerkartoffeln" sind lieblos, nicht gefächert und schmecken aus eher minder. Die Soßen dazu sind super fettig und dünn. Dazu waren die Portionen von Kartoffeln, das Suflaki und das Gyros so groß wie in anderen Restaurants die Kinderteller und dazu auch noch kalt. Das für einen Preis von 17-20€ ist schon happig!! Eins der größten Probleme ist die fehlende Kartenzahlung in dem Lokal. Dazu kommt auch das Essen bei einem 12Personen Tisch so Zeitversetzt, dass die ersten fertig sind und die Letzten ihr Essen immer noch nicht haben.

We were super surprised about this restaurant, it is very pleasantly decorated, the dishes were all great, starters were perfectly sized and not too small. We also really liked the service (greetings to Stavi). The atmosphere was relaxed and we were able to really enjoy the evening. We always like to come back!

Rarely have I had such good Greek food 👍 The bread and the dressing on the salad were homemade. Simply delicious 😋 We had grill plate 56 with liver, everything was perfectly seasoned and grilled, the suflaki wasn't fried to death, great, keep it up. The service was also very nice and always tried to look after our well-being, thank you, we felt very comfortable. On our next stay in Grömitz we will visit the SYRTAKI restaurant again.😊

We (2 adults + 2 children) received a very friendly welcome and were served very quickly despite the restaurant being full. The food was very good. What really stands out here is the friendliness and the atmosphere. We really liked the family atmosphere. Recommended!

Very good Greek cuisine with not the usual overcrowded plates. The taste is very good and there is something for everyone. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Very nice facility. On the second visit I chose gyros and was so disappointed, a bit dry and dark meat. On the plates that came out of the kitchen later, the meat was very light and had larger pieces. One had the impression that we were there too early, a shame.

Sat down with a huge hunger. Nice greeting, saying it would take some time. But then... I ordered the same food 4 times, he said yes but ordered the drinks first, ok drinks. We wanted another portion of fries 🍟because it was supposed to take a while, but it was gone so quickly and didn't come back. So ordered from the waitress walking past + ketchup and mayonnaise. Drinks went quickly and portions of fries arrived. Ketchup and mayo, just before the fries 🍟 were empty. After about 40 minutes we asked how long the food would last and only got a cheeky answer that we hadn't even ordered yet 😳. Find the mistake... Further answer from the waiter: since when would you order food before drinks???🤔 Without words, we would have to wait at least another 30 minutes. Invoice requested, done and gone. No apology, nothing, just the cheeky answers and then ketchup and mayonnaise were charged at €0.40 each! We have never experienced this in a restaurant. Was the first and last time!

Ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Chef, dessen Interesse am Gast wirklich echt ist. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter/-innen sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portionen recht groß. Individuelle Wünsche werden notiert und umgesetzt. Geschmacklich war auch alles prima, so dass man das Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann. Auffällig waren überdies zwei Aspekte: 1.) das Restaurant hat augenscheinlich viele Stammgäste 2.) es werden auch sehr viele Essen zum Abholen bestellt Preislich absolut marktüblich. Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder.

Locally quite. On Saturday evening we easily got a table for two people without making a reservation. Fast and friendly service. Unfortunately, the meat (gyros, steak and suvlaki) was past the cooking point and the meat was therefore very dry.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Selten so ein schlechtes Gyros gegessen. Auch der Fleischspiess war knochentrocken. Der Chef war sehr unfreundlich und für Kritik absolut nicht empfänglich. Im Gegenteil, er wurde den Gästen gegenüber ausfallend. Ein weiteres Manko war das Kartenzahlung nicht möglich war. In der heutigen Zeit unmöglich !!

The food in the Syrtaki restaurant is delicious, but the staff is very unfriendly. The service is bad.

Eating in the garden area on the street. Attentive and quick service. The beef liver with whole mushrooms with rice and zatziki. Plus a small side salad. Basis: three thin, heavily roasted but very tender slices of beef liver. It tasted excellent despite (or because of?) the strong roasting. The zatziki dip, like the rice, was sparingly measured. With an extra portion of rice brought promptly, I left the syrtaki feeling delicious and well-sated. There was also an ouzo on the house with the bill.

The best Greek restaurant in Grömitz! When we are on vacation we eat there several times. The dishes are very tasty and also really great value for money. Highly recommended: three homemade dips, all the grill plates, bifteki or the grilled salmon (two really big pieces of salmon!). The salad served with the dishes has a delicious homemade dressing! The waitresses there are all very nice and attentive. The owner always takes time for his guests. Freshness, quality and service are very important here!!! We always enjoy coming back.

The staff was friendly. The food was also delicious, the fries would have needed a few more minutes then they would have been crispier. The only thing that wasn't so good was the long waiting time. It took about 35 minutes before we could order the drinks; we were only allowed to order the food when the drinks were at the table. Organization of the entire process needs improvement. It was a pleasant 2 hours.

Went there for the first time since we were in Grömitz. And we all really enjoyed and enjoyed it. Service top. The food was great and the ambience was great too. What more could you want on vacation!!! We'd love to come back!!
