We arrived at an inconvenient time and ended up having to sit in the middle. We definitely didn't like it. The food has been better in the past. But we'll definitely be back next year, and hopefully not during the rush hour. 😀😀😀

We were there at a time when there wasn't much going on, so our food felt like it came straight after we ordered. The food was incredibly tasty and the service was very nice

Even though it was late, we were still allowed to sit down. Very nice service and delicious food. You could also eat outside and the large olive trees were beautifully lit. We would recommend Hellas

The service is always always friendly. The food is always very good and tasty. For us, a visit to Helas is always on the agenda when we are in Grömitz.

The restaurant is located directly on the promenade. You can sit inside and outside. The prices are steep but unfortunately normal these days. The gryos was nice and crispy and not dry, the liver was also good. I found it positive that the tzatziki wasn't too garlicky. The portions are ok, but not overly large, as is usually the case in Greek restaurants.

I'm so disappointed, the gyro was as coarse as a whole pig, gristly and inedible. It's a shame that I ate it away from home otherwise I wouldn't have paid for it

Everything is delicious, but some things are just too much. It is very pleasant to sit here and the staff is very friendly.

Price performance is right. The toilets can be renovated but the cleanliness is okay. No positive surprise, but clearly nothing negative either. Would come again.

Souvlaki and gyros in Metaxa sauce were both fresh and delicious. Prices are completely okay for the location on the Baltic Sea. Service was friendly. We'll be back.

The restaurant is located directly on the promenade, no problem to walk there, but parking on site is rather difficult during the season.

I ate chicken nuggets with fries there and the nuggets were very bad. The fries were ok but not very good either. I didn't feel very comfortable, I don't recommend this restaurant.

My gyros consisted of fatty meat, suvlaki dry and hard. The salad was not fresh and was careless on the plate including the dressing 🤨. Although I complained about the food and returned almost all of it, I had to pay the full and overpriced price. Not even an apology 😬. Not recommended!

Unfortunately, meat was bad. Had a bite. The waitress asked about it. No apology or offer of a new piece. My wife has long dark hair in her food. Collected full price when paying as if everything was fine. We're definitely not coming back.

We were happy and happy to have found such a beautiful place on the beach promenade. To have made 2 adults and my children so full, happy and happy. Great, thank you for the wonderful hours we had with you.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. Here you pay for the location, not the ambience. The food was ok, but came after 5 minutes (makes you ponder), the gyros were too coarsely cut and unfortunately dry. The music is too loud...

Great Greek restaurant in a top location, right on the promenade. Friendly service and drinks and food were served very quickly. The food itself was also very, very tasty. This restaurant is really recommended!

We don't go there anymore. Mass processing . The starter comes and 2 minutes later the main course. This is not a comfortable meal. People wait for you to eat quickly and leave again. The food wasn't bad but you can eat better and more quietly in Grömitz.

We ate there on New Year's Eve 2025, given the circumstances, New Year's Eve was limited in time. Food and staff okay.

Food was ok, ambience well, prices like a jeweler or pharmacy, gyros for 20.90 euros, bifteki 22.90 euros, grilled pepperoni 12 pieces for 10.90 euros, 0.4L Alster for 5.10 euros we think it's absolutely too expensive, where does that lead?

We were there with several people, the gyros were only lukewarm, the salad used everything that is actually thrown away in other restaurants. It was supposed to be a nice evening, but I spent it on the toilet.

Well What can you say? You arrive at 7:10 p.m. Oh yes, delicious, and the staff runs to the door and quickly locks it in your face, even though it's still within opening hours 😡 The store will never see me again!!!!!!!

We were there in November. Food was clean. Staff was very friendly. Portions were more than sufficient but unfortunately it was only warmed up and not fresh.

Unfortunately only 2 stars. The food tasted good, but unfortunately the quality wasn't the best. The gyro is very greasy and gristly and the baguette for the tzatziki is unfortunately just soggy, as if it was stored in a food storage bag so that it doesn't get hard. We also communicated the criticism to the service staff, unfortunately this was not received so kindly and the previously promised ouzo was no longer available 😅

Simply great, this Greek! We have been traveling in this area for 25 years and never really noticed this restaurant - a big mistake!!! We just stopped by today and were really surprised - very nice atmosphere, very nice service and very good food. The prices are also very reasonable and reasonable. We will almost certainly return there. 😉

Large outside terrace, friendly staff, large portions. It was very tasty.....🤓

Positive: The lunch menu is also valid on Sundays, the outside seating is attractive, a small extra tsaziki can also be ordered and there is an ouzo on the house - even if you order from the lunch menu. The food is average so far: Giros is a bit mixed, the salad is good, overall the meat dishes could be spicier. Conclusion: It's a kind of 'manger' for -primarily- holidaymakers.

We were there with a group of 5 to have another cozy meal in the evening. The restaurant attracts with a colorful ambience. After we sat down, a rather unfriendly waiter came to take the food. We ate for 5 people in a well-filled restaurant. But the food still came after about 10 minutes. Food was only lukewarm. Gyros chewy. Shrimp not good. When paying we wanted to pay by card. The waiter ran away cursing and then we left. In the evening surprise surprise. The toilet in our holiday apartment was glowing. Not recommended

We were here at lunchtime today and were able to take advantage of the special prices. Just under 20 euros per dish including a drink. The quality was very good and there was hardly any waiting time. Sure, it's more expensive outside of the lunch menu, but that's just the way it is. You can follow that. In return you get a free ouzo and a great view of the promenade. Good restaurant, can be recommended.

Today everything was perfect. A restaurant couldn't be better.

Unfortunately the gyro meat wasn't tasty, it was cut too thick and it was too fatty. What wasn't right was that the waiter cleared the plates without asking, even though there was obviously still a lot on them. I said leave it there but he didn't understand me. We felt like we were in a tourist rip-off.

Well, Hellas is what you say to good friends. The service (boss) was very friendly. The shop was pretty empty. Drinks arrived in under 3 minutes. Ordered starter and main course. Appetizer was served quickly. Main course about 8 minutes later. Everything looked very good. But the gyro was so dry and very coarsely cut that you had to drink a lot with it. Came earlier, as if it had been the rest of lunch. The lamb chops weren't a highlight either. The fries were not cooked through and the rice was overcooked. Conclusion, got a drink for free with the meal. Thanks. But that didn't help anymore. Once and not again. Too bad!

Plenty of good food for little money. Here you could order a portion for two adults to fill you up.

Food was OK but nothing more. Price performance for the evening was also OK, but after eating in other local places and the quality was definitely better and the price was lower, it left a bad aftertaste. I wouldn't take the gyros again but the souvlaki was delicious.

Baltic Sea in flames; the restaurant was full, the staff were overwhelmed and ran back and forth like a bunch of chickens, ordered gyros with fries three times, after half an hour the worst gyros with fries we have ever eaten arrived, lukewarm, stringy gyros, fries soft and soggy. Not eaten. It's a shame, unfortunately not recommended.

Price-performance for the location is ok. Grill plate was very generous and tasted good. Very noisy place, staff constantly running up and down in the full place. Takes away the peace of mind while eating. Tables and menus very greasy and sticky…. Too bad.

We had dinner there with friends. The waitress couldn't understand me properly. I didn't want fries, I wanted salad. Fries were served. I wanted Cola without sugar, Pepsi Max was served (with sugar) The gyro meat was very dry and only lukewarm. Too bad.

We have never experienced such poor service. We ordered two starters. There was only one and that was the main course. When we mentioned this, they said the two portions were still coming. But she never came. My husband ordered fries instead of rice, and they never came. And the biggest shame was that there were two starters on the bill, but one of them never found its way to our table. Plus, I've eaten much better Greek food. Our conclusion: the evening was over and we will never go there again.

Were there at the end of June 24 on a hot day. We really wanted a place in the shade for two people, which the owner probably didn't like because we were seated at a table for four. We ordered a starter, but it came with the main course. The food was delicious, but everything happened quickly, quickly... We had the feeling that we "had to eat quickly" so that the place could be reallocated. That wasn't nice, we won't visit this restaurant again. A pity...

The food was delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced. The menu is simple, but offers everything you would expect from a Greek restaurant. You have the choice between rice or fries. The portions are normal size, but they fill you up well. Everything was nicely prepared and really tasty. In terms of price, our dishes were all around €23, which is completely OK for a holiday destination. Service was friendly. Really very nice service (made a familiar impression), the food and drinks came quickly, and people asked several times whether everything was OK. Ambience OK (normal restaurant). Unfortunately I have to deduct one star from the overall rating because the reservation was so... (first it rang for a long time, then it was picked up and you had to wait a long time for someone to answer the phone).

We saw the restaurant by chance and we liked it straight away. Staff and boss were very friendly. Food very tasty. Afterwards there was an ouzo, which is no longer a given.

Pork fillet Fourno in Metaxa sauce and gratinated with cheese, normal gyros and spaghetti Fourno were very tasty! Very nice atmosphere outside at the 1/4 final between Germany and Spain on the TV. There was a free ouzo for every goal. Nice service and nice boss. No waiting times for food and drink despite the restaurant being full. We'd love to come back.

Super fast and friendly service, large portions, great value for money. Simply incredibly delicious! The preparation time is similar to a fast food restaurant - we waited a maximum of 10 minutes. We would like to come again! :-)

Ready sauce over the “salad”. Guess French dressing. Gyros quite fatty and full of cartilage. Consistency of the liver cannot be described.

Very quick food. But very tasty. Prices are relatively reasonable, especially the drinks. Still recommended and worth another visit.

The food is very good and rich. The boss "forces" you to take a table for two people even though everything was free and we were "packed". The person is a bit grumpy. But food is quick and very good. If you're not looking for a friend but want to eat well, this is the place for you.

There was no advance greeting from the kitchen. The service was very courteous and nice. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio of the food was not right. The toilets were clean.

Went inside for the first time today. It looked like rain. Nicely decorated. Staff is on point. Drinks came after two minutes. The food also came quickly. Typical Greek dishes, nice big plates. Everything was delicious. I think the prices are reasonable. You sit on the beach promenade and you have to pay for it.
