Terrible!!! Never again! Ordering over the phone was a problem. They asked three times what exactly we wanted to order and what the address was... then called again! Delivery took over an hour! Sushi looked 🤮 like it was made by a three-year-old! And the worst part! Stomachaches afterward!!! All four adults!

We ordered rump steak and one grilled platter, and the delivery was good. The food was a complete disaster: the fries were completely soggy, the bread was hard, and the meat tasted stale :(. That's unacceptable for over €40 for two dishes, and you generally expect more for your money. Sadly, we won't order meat there again...

I've never given a bad review to a restaurant, but I'll make an exception for this one. I was visiting my partner in Neumünster, and we wanted to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. We ordered squid rings with fries and schnitzel with fries. As soon as we opened the box, it smelled of bad grease. The squid rings were so saturated with grease that you could squeeze them out—disgusting!! The fries weren't cooked through, but they were still extremely greasy! You could almost call the meal assault! We called and complained and were asked to email some pictures. The absolute nerve!! There was no response. No apology or compensation. The pictures show how greasy the squid rings are and that the food ended up in the trash bag. Also, the torn card stating that we won't order from this place again!

5 stars Ate the best pizza at Villa Ruthenberg today! Fresh, crispy, perfectly topped – simply delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back! Thank you – The Böhm Family

Bad quality has a name: VILLA RUTHENBERG!!! Today, May 10, 25, I ordered another calzone and a Hawaiian pizza. The food was delivered on time. When the delivery person opened the thermal container, there was a little steam. I happily accepted the goods and paid. The Hawaiian pizza was hot, the calzone was only lukewarm on the outside and inside. Guys, now the belt is finally off. Apparently you are not able to deliver ordered food hot. We live about 1 minute away from Villa Ruthenberg... Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up the food. That's why I had it delivered. The very last time. No, no, and no again. I advise against this club again!!!

I wanted to order today and had a question. I called and asked my question, but got no answer and only heard background laughter. That was disrespectful. Afterwards I tried calling again, but no one answered. I didn't expect such bad experiences.ever

I am extremely disappointed!! Ordered food, food arrived after 60 minutes, paid for in full, then discovered that a dish was missing. then called, then the statement: no problem will be delivered later! Called again 45 minutes later, said: food is now being prepared, goes out, called again 50 minutes later, said: I have forwarded it to the kitchen, it is now going out (something like that is a bottomless impudence if you make a mistake and forget a meal, you deliver it immediately and don't put the customer off for hours with statements that are not true!!!! Conclusion I got other food, I'm just back home and the driver is at the door.. Of course there's no more food accepted after a whopping 3 hours!!! Made money for nothing!! From now on there were no more good regular customers for years another delivery service can now enjoy 1-2 orders per week. Check your food and don't pay for what you miss!!!! If it were possible I would give even fewer stars. Because one thing is certain, no matter how much there is to do, if I have delivered food and forgot to deliver a dish, I will send it straight away without a long wait!!!!

Unfortunately I have to say that the food is not good when you get total stomach cramps and it's overcooked and everyone cooks a different one every time because you can taste it, the fries are totally rancid, just disgusting, please don't order them anymore

We were hoping for more, but neither the service nor the food was good. There wasn't even parmesan for the spaghetti. The table wasn't wiped either. The pizza was covered in far too much cheese and it still makes me sick to my stomach.

The party pizza there is perfect and highly recommended! It is cheap and very comprehensive. However, you shouldn't eat anything other than pizza there. Meat dishes in particular are not good there. When I order there, it's always only for party pizza on certain occasions.

Good Morning... So pizzas are really great, but please don't try to be French who make croques and have no idea... Or rice Bombay in the kitchen and no Indians since... And please serve the salt separately and not next to the warm food , you don't have to be a professor, hello Samonellen??? All attention... I'm a civil engineer and hobby chef, but I can do it much better than you... you can safely fire the chef you want... Really a disgrace... After more than an hour I called to ask where the food was. Apparently the food wasn't even prepared as the driver didn't show up until 20 minutes later. Apparently this was “already on the way”. From my perspective it's a 20 minute walk to the store.

We order here regularly and are always satisfied. It is a snack bar and not a restaurant. We don't order dishes like rump steaks because I have no expectations of quality from a delivery service. We mostly order pizzas, crossies, etc. and it tastes like it should taste. Delivery times are communicated by email and are usually even faster. The staff is always friendly, sometimes more talkative and sometimes more quiet, but here too I have no expectations. Everything is great for me if you want to eat something quickly at home without a lot of fuss.

Party pizza ordered, delivery should take place 1 hour later if requested. Delivery took place 1.5 hours later. There is no response to complaint emails. Very unfortunate.

The one star is only because the pizza rolls were delicious and the delivery time was only 30 minutes. Everything else, unfortunately, was anything but customer-friendly. The last few times the delivery was always wrong or something was missing. The last order was missing dips and they didn't deliver until over an hour later. With the current order: I ordered and paid for a pizza with extra hollandaise sauce. I called to say that the extra ingredient I ordered (hollandaise sauce) was missing, and the response I got was: "No, it's definitely on there, but apparently you don't have enough." And it's not the first time that the extras I ordered were missing from the pizza. After this incident, I definitely won't order from there again. It's the sound that makes the music. What a shame.

Ordered something twice and it went wrong twice. Food was ok as far as ordering but the ingredients are canned food. But wait 2.5 hours for the food. No thanks, then I'll order somewhere else where it tastes better and is much quicker. The €5 was from me for the driver and not for you, you literally sent the driver around the whole world. You ask yourself why you can specify a time... . Now for the 5th time I was promised a credit that has never been drawn.... Sorry, but that's not how customer service works.... I actually felt sorry for the driver, he always has to listen to everything that's happening there is complaining. But at least he was friendly and accommodating. However, the taste was great as always.... You can't say anything about it, but it's really a modest organization there.....

Croquettes are very tasty. Unfortunately the fries were a disaster. Prices in the Restablo app differ from local prices. Best prices when ordering by phone! More expensive online.

Pizza and sushi are highly recommended and there is nothing to complain about in terms of price. However, we had to wait almost 40 minutes, but the pizza was still hot and without any slipping toppings. Therefore also praise to the driver. We would be happy to order from you again.

We like to order from Villa Ruthenberg often. Always delicious so far. But this is the second time we've had food arrive in scorched Styrofoam. The pizza rolls are probably put into the packaging straight from the oven. Too hot and the Styrofoam melts. The bottom ones Rolls then taste like Styrofoam, not to mention the toxins that are released! A no go!!!

Fries, fried potatoes and the Jägerschnitzel are drowned in fat. The hunter's sauce with the taste of a gypsy sauce only differed from a gypsy sauce because of visible mushrooms. I learned to be a chef 30 years ago, and it's a shame to sell it. I'm not only disappointed, but angry. Not recommended. No star, but no post without a star

Been ordering there again for a long time and I have to say...I haven't experienced anything so bad in a long time, my son's pizza (chicken with curry sauce) was so dry, my daughter's casserole was totally watery and sober (you could still eat it somehow). My husband's pizza was okay (salami with garlic sausage) but my meal (gyros with calamari) came without the accompanying zatziki and without the konoblsuch sauce that I ordered, the fries were just soggy. I then called them and said that my sauces were missing and that they would be delivered immediately, the gentleman on the phone assured me! Nothing arrived here!!! So Villa Ruthenberg is no longer being ordered.

Great delivery service, always on time at the specified time and never waited longer than an hour, even on Saturday evenings. The drivers are always friendly. The food is always really tasty, pizza in particular is really great. In NMS we always only order from Villa Ruthenberg

I should say the first time when we ordered food from here, we loved the taste very much. And so we used to buy very often from this restaurant. The quality of the food reduced a lot. One day they delivered food that had too much oil that it was difficult to eat. But today my trust on this restaurant has completely gone after I found a small piece cooked plastic from the food. Don’t know if the plastic was cooked along with the food. I will never order food from here anymore. The hygiene is very poor. Not recommended!!

Schade das ich hier nicht mehr Sterne geben kann. Das Rumpsteak mit Pilzen und Zwiebeln ist der Hammer. Butterzart und trotz dessen genau auf den Punkt gebraten. Selbst im Rancho ist das nicht so gut zu bekommen.

Haben eigentlich schon öfter dort bestellt war alles gut neuerdings werden aber scheinbar Lebensmittelhinweise bei der Bestellung ignoriert. Bestellung sollten besser kontrolliert werden bevor Sie ausgeliefert werden.

Wenn wir bei VillaRuthenberg bestellen , dann wird es definitiv immer die Partypizza 🍕 werden . Wir bestellen schon seit Jahren dort und wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Macht weiter so

Wir haben das erste mal dort und für 6 Personen bestellt, gut 70 Euro bezahlt. Die Lieferzeit war gut. Die Pizzen waren ok, aber nur Durchschnitt: Das Gyros für 13,50 € (!!!) war das Schlechteste, was ich je bekommen habe: vertrocknet, vermutlich schon lange auf Vorrat abgeschnitten, und schmeckt nach nichts.. Der zusätzlich bestellte Tzatziki war genauso schlecht wie das Gyros. Selbst der aus Discountern schmeckt besser. In der Summe: enttäuschend. Dort bestellen wir nie wieder.

Der Liefer-Service ist extrem schlecht....

Ich habe mir schon des öfteren dort was bestellt, doch heute hat Villa Ruthenberg sich nochmal übertroffen. Es gab bei mir auf der Arbeit, zur Mittagszeit eine Partypizza und diese war perfekt. Der Teig war super fluffig und frisch. Der Belag war ebenso frisch. Eine Meisterleistung 5 Sterne +

Über das Ambiente kann ich nicht sagen lassen liefern. Pizza 🍕 ist top, heiß saftig gut belegt 👍

Der beste Laden in ganz Neumünster. Super leckeres Essen, das Personal ist super nett. Von ca 15 Bestellungen ist eine mal schief gegangen, aber ein Umtausch ging problemlos und zügig von statten. Ich liebe diesen Laden.

Sehr gutes essen und bester Service, junge Bedienung einfach fabelhaft. Nur zu empfehlen!

Der Lieferant war freundlich und die Pizza rechtzeitig da. Leider war der Pizzateig sehr trocken und dadurch ungenießbar 😭. Außerdem waren die besonders bei den Belägen sparsam. Nie wieder, die schöne Partypizza landet direkt im Müll.

Wir haben schon oft Essen bestellt und wurden bisher nie enttäuscht. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super und die Lieferung geht in den meisten Fällen schnell. Weiter so 👍🏻

Gestern Abend spontan Essen bestellt Bauernfrühstück total lecker. 2x Schnitzel 1x mit Jägersoße 1x Schnitzel Champignons. Schnitzel war leder alles andere als ein Schnitzel wie man es kennt die Champignons waren aus der Dose.

Party Pizza bestellt, super lecker, Pizza war noch heiß und mehr wie pünktlich geliefert:-) Sehr freundlich.

Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker und auch genau so belegt wie man es sich wünscht von der Menge her . Dennoch wird leider nicht auf Kundenwünsche geachtet bzw. Werden sie einfach ignoriert, was leider sehr schade und unverständlich ist, da wir bei unserer online Bestellung extra was dazu geschrieben haben und auch telefonisch extra noch mal Bescheid gegeben haben … leider mehrmals passiert.. Also Essen ist Spitze nur der Service könnte liebevoller sein

Paar mal dort bestellt aber jetzt ist das Maß an Geduld voll. Beilagensalat wurde vergessen stattdessen heimlich zwei Brötchen rein gepackt,wobei wir schon beim Ekelfaktor wären! Brötchen aufgerissen um es zu stippen,um dann festzustellen dass es noch roh von innen ist. Protonen sind groß und ausreichend dann verka*kt es aber die lange warte Zeit wenn man sich essen nach Hause liefert. Drei Versuche leider weisten alle Mängel auf die als Gast einen unzufrieden stimmen.

Ich wollte eine Pizza und keinen Teig mit Tomatensoße und Billiggouder. Die Salami ist im Fett ertrunken und es war keine Freude. Bitte arbeitet an eurer Qualität. 🤮🤢😴🥱🤬 LG ihr Lieblingskunde

2 Pizzen in 20 Minuten geliefert, das ist Top. 1 Pizza (Villa) absolut geiler Geschmack und toller Boden. Die andere Pizza (Pronto) war vom Boden gut, der Belag ist leider immer von der Pizza gerutscht (Vorgeschnitten) und der Belag war wässrig. Ich glaube diese Pizza hätte locker noch 2 Minuten in den Ofen gekonnt. Update: Heute nach langer Zeit der Villa eine neue Chance gegeben, wir haben uns eine Party-Pizza bestellt...der Belag war Klasse und reichlich, aber vom Boden her hätte die Pizza noch im Ofen gekonnt der war nämlich in der Mitte nicht durch gebacken. Trotzdem gebe ich jetzt 3 Sterne statt 2. Vielleicht versuchen wir nochmal unser Glück
