Samurai Sushi - Lieferdienst in Neumünster

I've ordered twice so far and have been satisfied both times. Special requests, like adding cream cheese to the sushi, have always been accommodated. The food is incredibly delicious and always arrives ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

The sushi itself is good and is usually delivered within 30 to 45 minutes. However, a huge number of orders are delivered incorrectly. I've had over 10 orders alone where items were completely missing or the wrong thing arrived. If you call them, they sometimes don't even have a clue what they're actually selling; you're put aside and have to wait until they ask someone. Guys, it can't be that difficult. Service is a solid 6!

We're just thrilled with the taste, but the service isn't so great. We've had two incorrect orders, so one person left empty-handed. Unfortunately, even after being asked to explain, there was no proper apology. What a pity.

We ordered sushi again, and it was absolutely delicious, both visually and in terms of taste. It was delivered on time. The avocado was fresh with no dark spots, and the rice wasn't mushy. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted great. I would definitely recommend it. We would order from them again!

The one star is only for the food because it is quite good but the delivery time should be 45 minutes and after 1 hour and 40 minutes it was there

I can't say anything about the sushi, but I strongly advise against ordering anything else there. I waited almost two hours for cold, fried noodles with vegetables, egg, and "crispy duck," the latter of which had a texture more reminiscent of jelly. Overall, it tasted like nothing, and even the prawn crackers were sticky, which is an art in itself. Never again.

The photos say it all (the avocado is inedible), and the teriyaki sauce we ordered separately was also forgotten. One star for trying again and the nice lady on the phone, and one star for the delicious sesame balls. "Sushi" like the Germans make it. Huge, with too much rice that doesn't stick well, but the taste is okay. It's certainly filling, but difficult to eat with chopsticks, especially since they only fit fully into large mouths. They fall apart easily, and the rice doesn't stick well to the leaves. There are better alternatives, but if you're looking for filling sushi, you'll find it here.

Das Sushi schmeckt an sich ganz gut, nur fällt es auch zum Teil einfach auseinander. Mit Stäbchen kann man das Sushi dann leider nicht essen
