Nice restaurant with very attentive service staff, fast service and delicious food! Often well attended in the evenings. Reservations are also recommended during the week.

Good stopover on the way to the concert at the Philharmonie. Food came very quickly, but only lukewarm. Tastes good, very nicely seasoned. The service left a lot to be desired in terms of attention. Lots of tourists and high noise levels... Big plus point: when the weather is nice you can sit outside at the small "Piano Lake".

A colleague was always raving about this restaurant, so when I was in Berlin myself, I had to eat here too. I chose the spring rolls with fish filling and the teriyaki chicken. To drink I ordered the homemade mango lemonade. The food came really quickly, we waited less than 10 minutes. For the price you really get something delivered, the portion was large and the taste was simply excellent! Definitely the best Vietnamese food I've ever eaten so far! The spring rolls were crispy and very tasty with the fish sauce. I'll definitely come back when I end up in Berlin!

Overall good experience. Pros - chicken noodle bowl was good and pho had good broth. Ambiance is nice and the servers are great. Cons- not much flavor on the beef and the prices are a little high for pho. Not kid friendly and no chairs with back rests in the middle.

I have a family history of excellent Vietnamese food. Given the name of the restaurant, I assumed that this was the type of food that was offered. The only authentic dish for me is the phở bò Hà Nội. The soup is authentic and not cooked with ready-made spice mixes. Fresh herbs and briefly cooked beef. The remaining dishes are, as usual, adapted to Western needs, which I think is a shame. The drinks menu, which also includes mixed drinks, is praiseworthy. The Tiger beer can also be replaced with Bia Hanoi or Saigon. Vietnam doesn't have to hide from that. Please also include fried rice on your menu. Udon noodles are not actually part of the country's cuisine. Bún Hue would be better. The catering area is sufficient and, depending on the seating position, satisfactory. You feel comfortable inside and outside. The service was exceptionally good. Very friendly and they wanted to do everything right for us. Top employees! The prices of the dishes are okay, quite reasonable for the restaurant's position. If the restaurant wants to have even more guests than usual, I recommend focusing on real Vietnamese cuisine. This also applies to a 5 star rating. :-)

Eat quickly, pay and go. I think this is a summary of what the staff wants. Encouraged by the high rating, we visited this place. Unfortunately, apart from satisfying our hunger, this place did not meet our expectations. The tables were very crowded, the food had little flavor and was bland. When I want to tip, I want to decide for myself and I usually do. It was no different in this case, but the waiter informed me about this possibility three times in half a minute, which was very intrusive and I felt very bad about it. I do not recommend!

The food was very tasty. But we sat on the covered terrace like in a tent and it was pretty cold there. Then the comfort was missing. As soon as the food was eaten, the money was paid. The comfort was missing there too. The food was good. But if you want to spend a cozy evening with your loved ones in the restaurant, this is the wrong place for you.

We ate there in the summer and enjoyed eating in the beautiful atmosphere. Before eating I had to go to the women's toilet again. Unfortunately I had to wait, but this is common in a women's toilet. While I was waiting, an employee from the kitchen came by and wanted to go to the men's toilet. He still had his gloves on, which I found very strange. Still, I thought when he goes to the bathroom he'll probably take his gloves off. Nevertheless, he came out again with his gloves on, which was soooo disgusting and not possible at all. Unfortunately I missed the meal and couldn't enjoy the food. When we mentioned this to the service there was little response. Still, they wanted to pass it on. We don't know whether the boss got it, but this hygiene behavior doesn't work at all. Unfortunately we will no longer visit this restaurant.

Top food, was very tasty. The tapas variation as a starter is a must!!! Very good value for money. You rarely get such large portions for the price. Everything freshly prepared.

Die Tische stehen sehr eng aneinander im Restaurant und der bestellte 4er Tisch war nicht sauber. Die Toilettentür der Herrentoilette hat keinen Drücker und war sehr schmutzig. Das Essen war ok. Aber mehr nicht, die Gemüseeinlage in der Pho Bo bestand neben Rindfleisch aus haufenweise Koriander und Zwiebel. Was zwar die richtigen Zutaten sind, aber die Menge an Koriander war einfach zuviel. Leider wurde das Essen bei allen Tellern auf angeschlagenem Geschirr serviert. Die hausgemachten Limonaden waren sehr gut. Der Service war nicht gut und nicht aufmerksam.

The food is good but unfortunately the mango lassi there isn't really that good. Didn't taste like mango, extremely thick (so much so that it didn't go through the straw). It generally tasted strange. The bowl was very tasty, good portion for the price and a lot of different things in it

Food serving was very big and staff very nice set in a nice location. Being from Australia and eating Vietnamese food there I was expecting the same level of flavour and spice which my meal lacked. Obviously catering for the palate of locals.

I would actually like to give it 5 stars because it wasn't my first time eating there. However, this time the service was extremely rude. I had dinner in the restaurant with my girlfriend today and ended up going to the toilet while my girlfriend was waiting for me in the restaurant. When I came back the waitress was standing at our table waiting for me to pay. When we finished and went out, my friend told me that the waitress had asked (while I was in the toilet) if we wanted to pay. My girlfriend immediately said my girlfriend left for a short time. The waitress got mushy and just said: “Should I wait until your girlfriend comes back?!” Or did she run away?!” What are such allegations??? Are you not even allowed to go to the toilet without being accused of leaving without paying!? Outrageous!! Unfortunately it was my last time there… a shame

If you visit the Blue Man Group (or not!!!), then grab something to eat here beforehand! Price/performance good, the food: awesome! Bowl with beef, theryaki and such a delicious, crunchy salad (coconut, pineapple etc)! Nothing more was possible 😋😋😋😋 Looked great too, by the way, unfortunately I forgot the photo.

Delicious Vietnamese food at good prices. The location is in the immediate vicinity of the casino, but is relatively quiet next to an artificial pond. While you wait for your food, you can watch the fish swim 😄 The drinks came quite quickly, the food unfortunately came in stages - there were 4 people and we all got our food differently, I had my sushi 15 minutes before the others, which wasn't so nice. We had to wait quite a long time for drinks to be replenished and had to ask twice! We were there on an early Saturday evening and got a table without a reservation, but next time we would play it safe and reserve in advance, it was pretty full!

Some dishes were very good and others disappointed beyond expectations. We visited the place twice and both times we had a different experience of the restaurant. Can wholeheartedly recommend dishes with duck 😋 they really can make it tasty and delicious pink and tender. On the other hand, the chicken in my Udon noodle was quite dry and boring. Could understand that my boyfriend's soup with beef was overcooked and added far too much fresh coriander. The first day we were there we got the best service from the waiter and we left happy and full. The next day we felt more like customers in the shop, missing the smiles on the faces of the waiters. Left there, yes full and wondering how much a bad atmosphere can lower the mood.

Prices far too high for the quality and quantity of the dishes. The latter are poor in taste and bland. Deplorable service, the waitress didn't even bother to serve us, she simply placed the dish at the end of the table. Plates that are removed as soon as a customer has finished them, very unpleasant when the table has not finished eating. I strongly advise against it, you can find much better for half the price in other areas

Great atmosphere, the place seems busy throughout the whole day, prices are fair , portions are huge.

Ate several dishes over several days: everything tasted very good. The portions are quite large. The staff is nice and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. Absolutely recommended! The soups are particularly good.

Great cuisine - delicious - fast and ridiculously good prices. Unfortunately, it currently happens that the team (not the waiters) sit down between the guests at the free tables and smoke while other guests are already eating. I always find that inappropriate.

NOT recommended!!!!!!!!! The first time we went and didn't even sit down, the waitress indirectly kicked us out. Apparently the place was reserved for 7:30 p.m., no ticket was available and when we sat down at 6 p.m. she said that we had to leave at 7:00 p.m. Table was dirty and not tidy. So we didn't order anything else to eat. Totally unfriendly and unsympathetic. The fake smile topped everything. I had never intended to go because the atmosphere was always so unpleasant as I walked past. But since my family wanted to go out for a drink, I was tempted to do so.

2 Visit - Sashimi salmon & tuna was good but the small. Chicken soup with vegetables and chicken ((no Pho) was even better. Service like the first time. 1 visit - Was there at 12:00, ordering and service went well and quickly, but as soon as the guests came from surrounding offices, the service stopped (due to the station being handed over to a new waiter). Food attractively presented and good. Price ok.

Great restaurant right by the Piano Pond on Potsdamer Platz with lots of outdoor seating. The food is simply great, we especially like the dishes with teriyaki because this sauce (it's more of a kind of varnish on the dish) tastes great and the crispy duck, which is always cooked pink and is extremely tender. The prices are absolutely fair at under 20 euros. Clear recommendation.

You can sit directly on the artificial lake. The restaurant is in close proximity to the casino, Blue Man Group and the Sony Center. The food is high quality. The service is also good.

The food was excellent, and the service was so great!! I accidentally ordered a dish I couldn't eat and they were kind enough to take it off our bill. Would definitely come back. Had the vegan fried udon noodles, and the mango salad with duck. Both were delicious.

The food was okay but not a special highlight. Typical Vietnamese modular kitchen. Huge menu but in the end everything is thrown together from the same 5 basic ingredients. Rice, noodles, chicken, pork or beef and then the usual sauces (peanut and co.)

Unfortunately the food wasn't good and the quality declined. The plates were broken and very worn. Only the service was ok.

The atmosphere is very nice, a bit away from Potsdamer Platz but still in the middle of it all. There is space outside by the water and also inside. Very nicely decorated. The prices are appropriate for the location but the portions are also enough to fill you up. Friendly staff and recommended.

Food was terrible, mqngo lassi was pretty good, but this soup is like chineese food from supermarket with some addons.

Good food, but the atmosphere and service are not (almost never at these types of restaurants) the reason to eat there. The service was friendly and OK, but somewhat "on autopilot". The long rows of small tables with stools to sit on fit the concept, but do not create an impressive atmosphere. Once again: the food was really tasty!
