Excellent food, excellent price and excellent service... I've been there twice and will definitely come back again

We are regulars at this restaurant and consider it the best restaurant for Asian food in Berlin. The food is prepared with a lot of love and is always incredibly delicious. I especially recommend the summer rolls, which are always served with a freshly prepared sauce and made with a variety of fresh ingredients. The curry is also incredibly delicious every time, and the soups are also delicious. The drinks, such as the mango shake, are very tasty and inexpensive. We can highly recommend this restaurant.

I love Phò and I go to Paris 13th to eat delicious food. While in Berlin I tried this address, and it's the best I've eaten so far in Europe.

Really great food, cozy atmosphere and good host. I can’t remember the exact dish names :( but I ordered number 2 and 26, 2 being a chicken stuffed crunchy starter and 26 was friend chicken drumsticks with jasmine rice, coconut curry and veggies. Everything was amazing ♥️

I like Vietnamese cuisine, but not this place. The food didn't taste good, especially meat.

The food was very tasty, the ingredients were fresh and presented very attractively. The homemade spring rolls were great and we also enjoyed all the other dishes. The restaurant is a “one man show”…for larger groups (there were eight of us) you have to expect longer waiting times.

In my opinion the best Asian in all of Berlin. We go here regularly and are always very happy with the food. The summer rolls with the warm, fresh peanut sauce are highly recommended! In general, all dishes are freshly prepared and show that the chef knows what he is doing. A very remarkable restaurant that I recommend to everyone and rightly one of the best rated restaurants in Prenzlauer Berg.

A small restaurant with very good cuisine. The preparation may take. a little longer because only one person or the owner works here. But it's very worth it, hence a full 5 stars from me. By the way, card payment is not possible, only cash.

Maybe it is not the most fashionably decorated Vietnamese restaurant in Prenzlauer Berg, but it is unpretentious and delicious. Prices are cheap, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. For some reason, it is never very busy. Don't let that put you off -- there are busier restaurants in the neighborhood that doesn't taste half as good!

If you are a peanut sauce lover, I suggest this is the place for it! With hot flavourful fried chicken, fresh vegetables and delicious rice, just amazing!

Lovely little restaurant with quality food. We shared the sommerrollen with tofu and each had pho with beef. Both were very fresh with perfect delicate flavors, especially with a little red chili added to the soup. I’m happy to have found this little gem and I will be back! The owner/chef was so nice as well :)

The food is really incredibly good!!! I couldn't expect so much for the reasonable price! I never have eaten such delicious nems. I highly recommend them. But now I can not eat industrial nems from the supermarket anymore. Just go to this restaurant, it's probably one of the best in town.

One of the most amazing Vietnamese restaurant EVER... So tasty, so fresh, perfect chili level, and all of this at an amazing price. Hats of to the chef, who really cooked for us today. When you have to wait like this, it's because it's done right now... And the wait was worth it! 😊 Thanks again. This meal was like stars exploding in our mouths. 👍

Adepte de la cuisine asiatique, je crois que je n'ai jamais vu de restaurant où les produits étaient aussi frais. Les rouleaux de printemps étaient faits à la minute, la feuille de riz encore presque humide. La salade croquante, les bâtonnets de mangue et les crevettes se mariaient à merveille. Et ensuite, mon canard grillé, servi dans une belle assiette creuse, était accompagné de légumes ultra frais, le tout dans un petit bouillon succulent dont le parfum m'accompagne encore... Un petit "boui-boui" vietnamien (terme pas du tout péjoratif pour moi !) tenu par des personnes discrètes qui font des merveilles en cuisine. Quelques tables en bois dehors, et d'autres à l'intérieur. Le tout pour un prix très modique. J'adore.

The food was really good. You could choose self how spicy you want your food. Much options for the food. The service for okay, they had put the wrong salade at our table. We thought it was for us so start eating it. Then the waiter took it without saying something, and we saw him put it in the trash. We would paid for the salade if he had ask but all in all was it a nice experience. Would recommend it!

The most flavorful, fresh and non greasy curry! All 3 things I care about a lot and they are absolutely fulfilled here. I normally don´t write reviews but the chef much deserves to be complimented. His food is so good! Authentic vietnamese. He always prepares the food fresh, you can see him swinging the pans in the kitchen. Also he´s very attentive - when we were done with our starter he was already waiting to serve the main dish. So far when I went, there weren´t many people which I am still very surprised as the food is so tasty.

I had the wanton soup and prawn rolls on a rainy evening and they were both great! I really liked the creamy curry-like sauce that came with the rolls. Very cozy ambience too. The only thing to note is that they only accept cash payment.

One of the best restaurants in Berlin. For the past 4 years, whenever I've visited the city I've come to eat here and it's never been disappointing. Low prices, great taste, fast service and friendly staff. Don't expect high fashion BS, expect a delicious spring roll or a plate of curry that makes your taste buds dance. Try the fried spring rolls. In fact, try the entire menu. Edit: still #1!

The broth was tasteless. No lemongrass, no ginger, I think it was ready made. Worst Pho we had in Berlin. And it was 10€…

Der Betreiber war alleine, dementsprechend dauerte es etwas länger. Das Essen war allerdings super, die Preise fair und der Betreiber sehr freundlich 👍

Very delicious Vietnamese food and wonderful service! The shrimp coconut curry is my favorite and I’d recommend the pineapple shake as well - it tastes like you’re on vacation!

My favourite little and simple eating place since more than 15 years. But what a bad surprise: prices went up from 7,50 euros (in march) to 12 euros in August. this more than inflation - 60% are just insane

Die Curry- Sauce hat sehr lecker geschmeckt, aber mir war das zu viel Fleisch und so gut wie kein Gemüse, nur der typische Billo- Salat. Sehr positiv fande ich, dass am Reis nicht gespart wurde. Die 8,50€ als Tagesgericht sind okay, aber da sollte mehr Gemüse rein. Für mich daher nur 3,5

Best Vietnamese food in Prenzlauer Berg by a long shot. Much better food than the other places with long queues. Recommend the Pho, number 17 (grilled duck) but the must order are the summer rolls with prawns... best in town and (having been to Vietnam twice) best I ever tasted. Perfect use of herbs! I couldn't praise them higher, it's a must try and then become your fave!

Spitzenmäßig. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Es ist immer alles super lecker und ich schleppe jeden Besuch dorthin und die wollen bei neuen Besuchen dann auch immer wieder dort Essen gehen.

Kleines Restaurant aber total leckeres Essen. Besonders gut war, dass man zwischen verschiedenen Soßen für das Curry wählen konnte. Alle sind hausgemacht und schmecken sehr lecker.

Nach vielen Jahren und unzähligen vietnamesischen Restaurants in Mitte und PBerg - die alle mit Blumenschmuck oder fancy Einrichtung Monsieur Vongh kopieren (wollen) - muss mein einfach sagen, dass SAIGON NEW einer der drei geschmacklich BESTEN ist. Insbesondere der Mangosalat sowie die Klassiker der Karte sind zu empfehlen. Wie ich schon einmal schrieb, sollte man sich nicht vom Ambiente täuschen lassen, dafür zahlt man auch nicht die Blumen und teure Miete.

Ni siquiera fue un problema encontrar una comida adecuada para mis exigentes adolescentes: ¡la comida era excelente! Los entrantes eran deliciosos, el curry en platos grandes y agradables llenos de sabor, y todo se sirvió rápidamente y con una sonrisa, ¡a un precio muy razonable! ¡No es un lugar lujoso, sino una experiencia deliciosa que nos encantaría repetir!

SAI gon new ist ein kleiner schneller Imbis mit kleinem Gastraum und einem kleinen sehr lauten Außenbereich, zu dem ich gern auf die Schnelle zum Mittagessen gehe. Es ist für einen Imbis recht sauber, leider dünstet häufig aus der sich im Gastraum befindlichen Kellerklappe (auch wenn sie geschlossen ist) muffiger Kellergeruch. Die Bedienung ist korrekt, aber sicherlich als Vietnamesin nationalitätsbedingt nicht übermäßig freundlich- eher kurz angebunden.. Das Essen, insbesondere die Suppen sind schmackhaft- aber kein Superschmaus. Wer ein stylisches vietnamesisches Restaurant erwartet, sollte lieber in die deutlich teureren vietnamesischen Restaurants im Kiez gehen. Wer schnell in der Arbeitspause eine leckere Suppe schlürfen möchte und sich an Kleinigkeiten nicht stört, der ist hier genau richtig.
